Do not recommend this service at all. Went in for adjustment with special and the adjustment lasted only 5 min. They convinced me in monthly adjustments and was only able to get 1 other adjustment that agin only took about 5 min again. Not only that but got 3 separate emails indicating that office was closed for the 3 separate weekends. Not worth what I paid. Then get charged without no notification because I intended to cancel. Reached out and had to go in person to cancel agreement and asked to speak with manager and they could only provide me with an email which I sent asking for refund of last transaction and never heard back from management. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SERVICES!!!!

Hmmm….while I appreciate that the company is on top of their image by having a response to these valid complaints and grievances, they’re all polite crafted Excuses. Some times even subtly blaming the client/customer and putting the onus on them for the Joints poor system/staffing and lack of professional, courteous service. Service is very important to me and most, so much so that I read the comments before committing my time, money, energy and gas to patronize any institution on the receiving end…. Especially when health and well being is involved.
I will look at a different location’s reviews, this one misses the mark—and if it’s similar/same, I’ll skip the chain/franchise machine experience for my local chiropractor. Part of the appeal of a franchise for the customer is the expectation of capable technologies, skill sets/processes, impeccable service and ease of use through a well oiled machine. It’s a chain. The process should be laid out and nailed. If the front office can’t get it together, being professional and polite— replace her/him/they and move on so that all joints supply. When one’s in pain, discomfort, on a lunch break, etc., one does not have the bandwidth for additional discomforts, stress, in availability or confusion.

I left a very detailed voice-mail regarding your Alameda office being closed twice over the last week without any type of explanation. When you call it states your hours of operation 10a-7p. However, that's not the case. Plus the last couple of times my husband Eric has gone in, Ramirez, Bret or any provider that really worked on his areas . . Were not there. There have been those that can't get anything to pop or feel better and don't want to continue working on other areas that typically hurt as well. Unsatisfied with time spent.
The best customer service is communication with your customers by letting them know you have other facilities with numbers and locations close by, if any, to serve them and apologies for the inconvenience. On the door and voice-mail of hours and locations. This day and age $70 is a lot of money not to get service. We should also be reimbursed for monthly payments if you're not going to be open or notify your customers. Thank you, Veronica Lovato

I have been coming for a couple of months to see Dr Ramirez she is great at what she does, very friendly polite she is awesome the only problem is the customer service girl is not friendly at all I have worked customer service for 20 some years and in my experience when you walk in to a place you want someone to greet you with a warm welcome not someone who looks at you like ugh that’s what makes people want to come back sometimes I feel like I am a pest to something I am paying for because she don’t like her job

The doctors are all amazing but the front staff is not so friendly or helpful. Also it has been very frustrating to even get seen the last few months. I have had to try several different days just to get in each month. Im already traveling during my lunch break to try.

Both Dr I saw when I was there were great but the customer service at the desk is non existent. Aside from the first day when they set me up for a minimum two months worth of visits it has been more frustrating just getting in than the treatment has been helpful.

I came to this location @ 4:26PM and told I could NOT have an adjustment. I needed an adjustment badly. SUMMER DURLING directed the receptionist to lock the doors and lie to customers (5) n turn them away I sat here to see if a patient would walk out. (After seeing the Dr. walk up to the door an lock it again while on her cell phone and at the front desk talking for more than 5 minutes to the receptionist.) Guess what there was never a patient walking out. WHOEVER RUNS THE ALBUQUERQUE OFFICE ARE APATHETIC. This is the same DURLING That told my husband last year he owed money (even tho he paid a year in advance) to take his business elsewhere. They hire some crappy people here in Albuquerque then treat the great people badly. The reactions is the same one who made my husband wait cuz she couldn’t find him n sent 5 people in from of him. Love the Coors Wyoming Corrales has two good chiropractors Dr. Butterfield and Dr. Kelly. This is crap when your hours are posted n closing early just cuz ya want too!!! I have pictures with the time and them standing/sitting there.

Place is never open when I am able to go or there is a two hour wait. When I am able to get in I tell them what’s wrong “shoulder impingement” and they do nothing to help my shoulder. I’ve been to chiropractors for years so I know the issue and what helps relieve the pain. They don’t address that just do the back and neck and send you on your way. Like processing cattle. Same adjustments across the board regardless of what Chiropractor you see or issues you have.

I have been using this group for over 18 months. They have helped restore movement to my shoulder as well as keeping me feeling better after each adjustment. I enjoy the staff and the doctors.

This is a lifesaver, my husband has back pain and at times is unbearable. Dr. O is great and relieves the pain instantly. Now after foot surgery and on crutches the weekly adjustments are helping him. Highly recommend!!

This was our First time coming here. 1st off I must say from the reviews we made the extra effort to come to this location. I wanted to avoid traffic & go to the east location. But changed mind after the reviews from other patrons. So took the long road ((only because of the rush hour traffic))I am happy we did. The front desk lady was super helpful An knowledgeable. She even took time to play w my son as we filled out paperwork. The dr was awesome in just feeling the quirks I carry in back. He got me an fiancé in working order an will return to see him! This was a awesome find since it's close to home & the price is on point w other places offering this service!

I totally love this place!!! When I called for my first appointment the lady told me that they take walk ins, so you can just go in anytime and they are open late like till 7pm. I had a short wait and then got my full adjustment. The Chiropractor I saw was super friendly and was going over different problems with me while he was doing the adjustment. He showed me a few exercises to help me with my difficult areas. You can tell that this is his calling and that he loves what he does because he is very passionate about helping you.
When I was done the lady at the front desk went over the plans that they have with me. I ended up choosing their 2 mo plan for $59 a mo. which included 8 visits, 4 a month. Any additional visits are $15 extra. Folks this is an amazing deal if you need to go for a bit to fix yourself up. If you just need the one time they have a first time special of $29. Single visits after that are $39. Also they have 3 locations so you can use any of them w your membership.

Expectations... I was skeptical of chiropractors. Never really sure if they could help or not. Was skeptical. I've seen a few chiropractors over the years without much success or hope. What I did find was treatment plans that just didn't fit my budget AT ALL. So, while I knew that after about 6 months of having back pain I would have to find help soon, I woke up and took a shower and somehow pulled something in my back to the point where I was in agony and could barely breathe and had a hard time finding a spot where by body could catch a breath without intense pain. I called into work and drove to the last chiropractor I saw expecting to pay about 60 bucks for one visit. It was closed and so I stood there, unevenly, defeated. I checked google for other nearby places and I remember a few of my friends mentioning 'The Joint'. I work at a pain clinic and some of the patients have the little key tag to check in on their keyring. So, I found the closest one. (Corrales Road) and went in. They accept walkins and despite my foul demeanor about having to fill out some paperwork before I could be seen, The customer service girl at the front was patient and helped me complete the bare minimum so that I could get relief. Which was still a lot of paper work but I'm in the medical field so I understand. After the first treatment I could breathe again. What utterly shocked me was the following. When I was in high school back in about 1993, I had my first migraine. They had to wheel me out of the school in a wheelchair after the throwing up stopped and the pain didn't stop. I've suffered from them since. So that's over 20 years. Strangely I've never met a doctor that said hey, you should get an MRI, or hey, You should see a chiropractor to see what they can do. Even the other chiropractors didn't take the time to try to fix me. I know it's an ongoing process but today, It's been about 6 weeks since I've had a migraine. That is to say, after my first treatment and continued treatments, I've been migraine free. So, I'm able to stop taking medication which over time is really really bad for you. I'm not saying that chiropractic work is a cure all but for me it has helped me immensely and I'm very thankful for The Joint. The staff is very friendly and the system is set up well. I stop in and scan my joint card and I'm seen very quickly. I get adjusted and then I'm on my way again. I need to say it again. I am migraine free and I used to get them about 2-3 a week. Thank you guys!

I remember when I first saw Dr. O... I had a bad hip mis-alignment. I was walking with a limp. The kids at my work thought I was in a car accident. I was doing yard work and I felt a sharp pain from the back of my right knee straight up to my hip then to my lower back. I couldn't walk straight. I was so worried, so I decided to see a Chiropractor. The first chiropractor that I saw suggested that I should do some exercises. I was in so much pain that I couldn't even do it. Then I saw Dr. O and he immediately knows what to do. He adjusted my hip and I stopped walking with a limp. I felt so much better!! I also went to a Physical Therapist so I can do the exercises that the first chiropractor was suggesting. I now see Dr. O four times a month. I am happy that I found him!!

These guys are Great! They worked with me, helped me figure out a plan and execute it. I would recommend them to everyone. And I know, as I have been seeing chiropractors for 30 years.
