I found I wasn't able to utilize all the visits that were in my plan. I received a call from someone at the Arboretum location and she was very kind and told me that when I come in next time we can look at different plans since I'm not able to come as much as I used to. When I went into that location today to receive Services I was able to change my plan and it was very easy. Thanks to everyone at the Arboretum location and especially thanks to Dr. To. Hurt my back lifting boxes - after several days I needed a chiropractor desperately. It was the week between Christmas and New Year's, so many offices were closed. I called The Joint and they said, "can you be here in 15 minutes?" They are walk in! And unlike other chiropractors in the area, there were NO x-rays or expensive "tests." Just simply treatment. Met with Dr. Derek Musciano who was so motivated to help me. I went limping into the office, left walking straight and feeling so much better. I signed up for 4 more session, got 3 free and a military discount - total cost: $69!! The previous office I used, had me do x-rays. As the guy was not a radiologist, what the heck was that for - except the $90 charge! The Joint is awesome - so glad I found it.

I’ve been going to the joint for a long time now. The care I’ve gotten has been mostly OK. The people come and go a lot so there’s really no consistency. Last week I went in for an adjustment, the chiropractor was rushing and adjusted me before I was in place. He shoved my elbow, which caused my hand to go right into my rib cage. It hurt so bad. I actually had to go to the doctor and get a chest x-ray to see if my ribs were broken. It’s four days into it now, and it still hurts. I sent them an email about it, no response whatsoever. I go to a chiropractor to feel better, not to be hurt.

I've been having back problems for years and usually just get a steroid pack and muscle relaxant from my MD to get relief but it keeps recurring. This a a good location. Not overly busy most days and the Doctors are polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I made the mistake of misjudging the time and coming in today right before closing. I was suffering a bit, and luckily they still managed to get me in. I'll be more careful in future and respectful of their time, but so glad they could see me today! My neck really appreciates it also.
(At several locations you need to be seated 30 minutes before closing or they won't see you, so get to those other locations early!)

The Joint is an excellent, affordable alternative to old school chiropractic care. My daughter Mahalia has autism and she was seen by Dr. Thornton. I developed back pain when my daughter was about 1 year old. Few treatments later, I feel renewed and able to care for my baby and work as usual. I love the flexible schedule and the professionalism of the doctors and staffs.
Since then, I referred my husband to The Joint as well. He stopped running for almost 4 years due to a recurring back pain that is related to an injury from running. I've been seeing chiropractors on and off for about 10 years. I've also been a massage therapist for years, so my ability to assess good therapy vs not so good therapy is rather solid. I must say, price aside, that these are great chiropractors at this location. I first saw Dr. Barras for a rib being out of place, and other times for a different rib or a cervical (neck) vertebrae being misaligned. He found them, got them back in their proper place, and I was out of pain within 24 hours...super short time frame, considering I was in pain for days or weeks before going in to see him.
Another thing to note is that I'm skeptical about trying new people for anything (haircuts, massages, chiropractic work, etc.) because, unfortunately, there are too many people in every profession that just shouldn't be in that profession...in other words, those people aren't good enough to be called a professional or an expert. But in an effort to be open minded, I thought I'd give it a try. So, subsequent visits, I saw Dr. Fisher and Dr. Kat. I was pleasantly surprised by and very appreciative of their abilities.
Each of these three chiropractors have a slightly different approach in their techniques and treatments, but they are all very skilled in their craft. To find chiropractic therapy at a reasonable price is a challenge. Finding skilled chiropractors is an even greater task. Finding reasonably priced chiropractic therapy that coincides with highly skilled chiropractors seems impossible. But the impossible became a reality at this location.

I've been a massage therapist for 32 years, took ballet for 17; so my chiropractic needs aren't of the every day variety. About all my GP could do was prescribe painkillers, steroids or muscle relaxants. Dr. Renee and Dr. Le resolved my problem in a few weeks. They were both very friendly and professional. I also take my son to them. He's 8 and was frightened of getting adjusted. Dr. Renee managed to get him to enjoy it. He hadn't even realized he was in pain or discomfort until the doctors at the Joint helped rid him of it. Now, he's a much calmer, more laid back kid. And the price is right. It's actually less than my insurance co-payment would be at a traditional chiro office.

I love this place. They fix your problem at an affordable rate with excellent customer service, what more can you ask for? I will admit I was somewhat skeptical prior to going. I thought that "you probably get what you pay for". However I have been very pleased with the quality of chiropractic treatments I have received here. This review is mainly based on my experience with Dr. Fisher. I have been going to get regular maintenance with Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, and Massage Therapist for years. Currently I am a student and I have to budget anyway I can but I will not give up my health for finances, with that said The Joint's model works really well for me. I live right by The Joint Mueller, and go there twice a week but am not always fully satisfied. Last week was my first week to visit this location since last year and even though its a drive to get there I will go back weekly for Dr Fisher. The first time I saw him he listened to what I was feeling and also listened with his hands as to what he felt my body was doing. Today when I went to visit again I made sure to ask to see him. Before we started he checked his notes to see what my chief complaint was and followed up! His adjustments feel complete, focused, and I always leave completely manipulated and balanced. I just wish he was closer to my location!! Chiropractic care is really important to me right by massage and until I can afford an office close to me I will continue to use the Joint to help me get through college!

He's very intuitive and precise in the angle and force when adjusting.
I've visited many joints around the country and this is by far the best practice I've encountered.

I'm still going once a week and I'm telling you it is saving me with my second pregnancy! My right SI joint keeps going out of whack and they keep on top of it so it doesn't totally screw me up in third trimester. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great experience here. I went in for the first time a couple of days ago, it was very close to closing time and of course since I have never been there I had to fill out all the paperwork and what not. I felt bad showing up as a new patient so late in the day, but the staff was amazing helpful and super fun. I felt important to them, and you would think that with the amount of people they probably see a day, that it would be hard for them to make you feel like you are their only patient, but you would be thinking wrong. On top of all that goodness....I feel Great!!! my back Kas been feeling crazy out of wack, these guys snapped me back into place, and thoroughly explained what was going on, what i should do. I was also impressed with how they did not try to push a package deal on me, but were very helpful in trying to save me money without being pushy. FIVE STARS PEOPLE!

Minutes wait is the longest I have ever had. He is very experienced and able to get my neck back to alignment, which is not easy! He is gentle with my child which is also a huge benefit. Customized care!

Dr. Barras is great. I've always had adjustments when things went wrong. That changed this past year (finally realized at 52 yrs old) and have been going weekly for 10+months. Within the past 2 weeks I shoveled 2 yards of stone and 1 yard of mulch. In the past, would have lower back pain/issues for many future weeks. This time around, not so. The weekly adjustments have kept my body up to speed. Would highly recommend!

I got the premier membership today. My insurance was a little too high so I had to find an alternative route. Dr. Barras is a great chiropractor. You're in and out of there pretty quickly. Great investment for me for my lower/upper back pain. Good news is they are open on weekends. Big plus for me! Come join the Joint Chiropractic.

Outstanding place and docs! I literally could barely walk in and in less than 30 minutes I could stand upright and walk normally out of the office. Went back for a follow up the next day and they fined tuned the lower back and I can function normally. I am from out of state and was here on business when I torqued my back. They are VERY professional and very reasonable in price. I travel for work and knowing that they are in 400 + locations around the country is good to know. Great service that these folks provide, and they get my highest recommendation.
