Meet The Doctors

Dr. Kara Gingras, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Tomball Parkway and West Road

For Dr. Kara Gingras, there’s nothing quite like the moment a patient realizes they can live without the pain they once thought was permanent. It’s what fuels her passion—moments like helping a gentleman who could barely walk with a cane leave the office on his own after just one adjustment.

That powerful feeling is what confirmed she was on the right path. Dr. Kara vividly remembers the first time she adjusted a patient and saw them get immediate relief from symptoms that had bothered them for years. In that moment, she knew this was exactly what she was meant to do.

Originally from New Hampshire, her journey led her to earn a bachelor's degree from Lake Erie College in Ohio before she went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2017.

But Dr. Kara's passion for healing doesn't stop with people. As a certified Animal Chiropractor (cAVCA), she extends her gentle, effective care to our four-legged friends as well. This specialty is a natural fit, as her life outside the clinic is filled with caring for her beloved rescue animals.

When she’s not helping patients at The Joint, you can find Dr. Kara recharging outdoors on a hiking trail or relaxing with a good book. This balance allows her to bring her best, most focused energy to every person (and pet) she has the privilege of caring for.

Dr. Padi Sadr, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Tomball Parkway and West Road

Dr. Padi Sadr, known to patients as Dr. Padi, is a passionate Doctor of Chiropractic who graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in August 2020. She believes that chiropractic care is about so much more than the spine—it’s about treating the patient as a whole. To her, every patient who walks through the door often carries not just physical pain, but also stress, overwhelm, and emotional weight. Through chiropractic care, Dr. Padi finds joy in helping release that tension, allowing patients to leave feeling lighter mentally, physically, and even spiritually. Watching patients transform from day one to day sixty is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Her inspiration to become a chiropractor began when her brother entered chiropractic school. Having always been passionate about sports and movement as a child, chiropractic care felt like a natural path. Over the years, she has witnessed countless moments of transformation, from patients who walked in unable to stand to seeing them experience relief after just one adjustment.

Dr. Padi was born in Tehran and came to America at the age of four, where she learned to adapt to two vastly different cultures. This experience shaped her into a resilient, empathetic, and understanding individual—qualities she now carries into her patient care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Padi loves to travel, explore new foods, and spend time with her beloved 16-year-old shepherd mix, Koochooloo. She values deep connection and believes that emotions aren’t always expressed through words—they’re often felt through body language, a perspective that guides her compassionate approach to patient care.
