I’ve been a patient for over a year and will probably be one until the day I die. When I first went to The Joint I had a lot of lower back troubles that were paired with a migraine that would bring me to tears. Now I go once a week for a weekly adjustment and haven’t had those painful back troubles nor the migraines. Coming to The Joint has truly been life changing for me. I was super hesitant about joining another membership place where I’d just be another member number, that is so not the case here.

    Had an amazing experience. I was recently diagnosed with DDD, and I was struggling to complete day to day tasks. My ortho doctor has not been helpful, which lead me to researching different holistic options to assist with my condition. From the moment I walked in the office, everyone was very helpful.     All the Doctors and staff have been great to work with and I have had excellent results at each visit. I have had reduced pain in my neck and back since the first visit. I had previously tried one of the pain clinics where you go thru shots and nerve burns, and I never got the pain relief that I have with the-joint. I just wasted three years in pain dealing with the other guys.

    The paper work took longer than the "adjustment" if that's what you want to call it did.. I can do all the things he did myself. The "chiropractor" talked over me and didn't even address the my problem or pain. Just did what he wanted to. He even told me that he has less than 5 min to talk about this but wouldn't even listen to me. The doctor didn't do any examination. How can you exam someone if you don't listen to your patient or even do an examination on me.. was talking so fast I couldn't hardly understand him. Seemed like he was just assuming he new what was wrong with me. Told him I had a major surgery when i was born and told me that it's not important and just continued to talk over me. Only reason I left a star is because I had to. I will not recommend anyone to this place. It's a joke. Waste of my money and time.

    I've been dealing pain for a long time at least 5 years--acute migraines, shoulder, neck, and semi-hip pain. I have been going to different chiropractors for years, even used different Joint locations and Joint doctors, but it wasn't until this past Saturday, Oct 9, 2021, that I had relief that lasted. It was my first time meeting Dr. John. Dr. John listened to my issues and whatever he did, the adjustment truly worked. The adjustment didn't take full affect until after a couple hours, then I noticed that my migraine was gone for the first time. It brought tears to my eyes because I had no pain--no pain in my neck, shoulder, and no migraine. Typically, my migraines get worse after an adjustment, but this time, the pain was 100% gone. It's been 3 days and I'm still feeling better than I have in a long time. I will continue seeing Dr. John, and I am to have found him. Thanks, Dr. John :)

    This location is so nice and warm! When you walk in you are greeted with an atmosphere of professionalism from the Ladies that work up front. As for the total effect of the doctors, I can’t say enough. They have helped me with my neck, back, and nerve pain. I sleep better and my anxiety is so so much better.
