    Well, I think it is very important that more people become aware of the fine print and what they are actually signing. I purchased a six-month package for over $200; the last time I visited, I was told that it had already been canceled. However—and this is key—I didn't sign anything. Now, it turns out they have charged me $49 for each of the past four months. According to them, since I didn't sign any paperwork, I technically didn't cancel the service; this automatically rolled my monthly rate over to $49 per month. They don't give you any heads-up that they are making this charge—they simply collect the money. Note: Once you have finished using their service, it is absolutely crucial that you go in person to ensure the service has been canceled—and keep a copy of the cancellation record. Otherwise, they will quite comfortably continue charging you without any notification.

    I feel like a million bucks and this was only the beginning. I have had back pans for years but recently it has gotten worse. I started with Kaiser and they recommended the pain as arthritis and referred me to physical therapy at Psiso. I was excited , but during my consultation they explained they do not diagnose but just treat my range in motion. I don’t feel heard or think it was worth the $1000+ it would cost me to go for exercise's, I was already aware to do myself. Next I was advised try a Chiropractor. I tried to visit the joint on Saturday but got there too late. I was in so much pain I went to Piedmont urgent care down the street. $200+ later I was still without a diagnosis and was basically told to do the physical therapy. Duh, I felt I unheard and still like this can’t be it. I started getting emotional depressed as if this could be a long journey of not feeling myself and being limited. Last attempt I went back to The joint the next day. All I could hear were accolades and joy from the previous clients that went in while I was waiting. Then my turn came and it was exactly what I needed and I’m so excited to have found you guys❤️❤️?. So many others want to treat the pain or follow their own agenda in their head or computer analysis but not resolve the cause of pain or listen to the client.

    I went to the Covington location today after having lower back pain for months. I have been avoiding going to my doctor due to then trying to eat up my insurance and give me pills for pain. This place shocked the heck out of me. Ryan listened to me carefully, explained every single thing he was doing and what he was going to do, while I was silently saying, I don't think so sir. I have never had my entire body twisted and snapped so smoothly. I am looking forward to my next 7 AFFORDABLE sessions. Thank you too The Joint for helping my pain and going easy on my purse.

    Dr. Paramo was excellent. This was my first time going to a chiropractor! He was attentive and got to work. I will update once I’ve been there a few weeks. Front desk person was warm and friendly. She explained the benefits of the Wellness Plan and we signed up. She explained how the key tag would work and how I could use it at any location.

    First time using the Joint Chiropractic I was very pleased with the adjustment and will take advantage of the membership. I didn't get a very warm feeling with the front desk staff at this location so I will probably end up going to another facility which is farther from my residence. I'm big on friendly customer service but that seems to be a thing of the past. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I even tried to call back later after my visit to give my payment info and join but the person I spoke to was a bit rude. So I decided not to join up. I'll try another location and hopefully my experience will be better.

    Initially, I did not have the highest expectations when I signed up. My PCP advised me to go, and I was in an immense amount of pain; thus, I complied. The ladies at the front desk were consistently warm and helpful. Dr. Wes was phenomenal!! He thoroughly addressed, not only my chief complaint(s), but he identified other problem areas (I have a tendency of minimizing my pain). I never felt rushed, even on days when he had a line of people waiting. Dr. Wes made sure to address my pain before I left clinic. Ultimately, we were able to pinpoint the root cause of my pain, empowering me to make the needed lifestyle changes. I truly appreciate the care I received at The Joint.

    I was a little skeptical when I called on the phone because I Haven’t had an adjustment in so very long. However, once there they immediately made me feel comfortable. There are forms that you have to fill out, but wouldn’t you still fill out forms if you went to a regular doctors office or Family Practice or specialist is the same thing he’s a specialist. The doctor explained everything to me what he thought he could do. He walked me through it as he was doing it he made me feel very comfortable and guess what I was walking out of there probably an inch taller feeling way better than when I Went in. I definitely recommend for anyone who wanna get straightened out!

    Lied to and misled. PREDATORY. Came to this location because my father passed away. Was told I could cancel the membership in Colorado because I was pretty sure my health insurance would cover it. Called corporate. They said call the store you went to. Called the store I went to, only to be told “not only are we not refunding or canceling but you have to pay another month.” While reading the contract the woman at the desk assured us (misled us) to believing we could cancel at anytime. The rude lady who sneered today “well you should have read it. I’ll send it to you” we were rushing and she assured us we could cancel and that was a LIE. So, even though we were only able to go to a location ONCE, they want to keep the full $75 for last month and get a whole brand new $75 for this month when due to my rare condition, my health plan actually covers chiropractor. If you enjoy your mental health, stay away from this place and find a less predatory chiropractor. UPDATE: within an hour of posting my review a manager contacted me. They said I was mistaken and they would take care of it. They were going to refund the original payment as well as ensure no more money was taken. Guess what? They charged my husbands account EVEN THOUGH - we were told no further charges would be made. Mr. Manager, sure would like an explanation. I’ll wait. If I don’t hear from you tomorrow we will be filing a dispute with my husbands account and my review will remain, as I will not pretend you fixed it by calling me. Owner response is a joke. Your manager said they would refund and the person should have noted in my account, but they didn’t. Literally the worst experience ?✨

    Took my 14 year old son to be adjusted due to neck and upper back pain and the staff there was amazing. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted by two receptionist who are very friendly! The Dr was very thorough and explained everything to us before doing any adjusting! They fractured my ribs on the 2nd visit and I quit going. 2 stars because it seemed to be helping. I am going somewhere else to resume treatment as soon as my ribs are fully healed. I didn’t read the contract and am just warning those of you who also do not read contracts and are careless as I admittedly am. I just thought one month rate was better than a per session rate. I didn’t file a complaint about my injury because I know these things happen and I signed something saying I agreed to the risks. I was just going to leave quietly but then I saw the charge on my credit card and had to warn others. I have changed my rating because I really feel bad after the response from the owner. I have been through a lot of pain and suffering and lost track of time. It has cost me $266 at this place for two adjustments. I was very impressed how she was able to adjust me a lot. My neck is going to be a work in process. But I bought the treatment plan. I am going to go to your new location in McDonough when it opens.     My appointment was on 4/12/24 I find the front desk clerks cold and not welcoming as I was fill out the wellness form I had to ask the clerk questions about the form she just took it from me and click on something that make it go to the next page I must have ask her twice, after the treatment I came to the from the doctor recommended a program I kept asking questions but the front desk clerk spoke so soft I couldn’t understand her or what the program was about I needed more information but she just kept talking so low and soft so I ended up signing the form after I got home I was have some severe pain in my neck and headache I decided to not continue with there program but look for another program that was close to me, so I call the next day to cancel and was told I had to come to the office to do so when I got there I told them I’m canceling the program she kept say I have seven day to complete so I ask why would I need to do that and she said I sign the contract but I really didn’t understand and she was not able to explain to me where I could completely understood her and she also said since I have a closer program near me she would wave the two months I didn’t even know anything about that, when I thought I was going to be charged $79.00 for the whole thing once I checked my account I noticed I was charged $108.00 which mean they also charge the $29.00 as well be very careful about the place make sure you understand everything these people are say cause if you change your mind you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK I only went there for one day to try it out and lose my monies to the tune of $108.00 I would never recommend them to anyone not my friends or my family or any persons for that matter don’t let them lure you in with the $29.00 bit they will try to rope you in to the 79.00 program and once you sign you will NEVER GET OUT OF IT I’m hurt and I will never get my money back

    Be kind. The receptionist could have been a bit more hospitable when the senior citizen retired military gentlemen asked to use their restroom. She told him the bathroom was out of order although the doctors were going in and out of it with no issues. The gentlemen showed the business kindness and support when the Caucasian lady receptionist showed him none. Customer loss.

However, the front desk staff were not very welcoming and became flustered / aggravated when questions were asked about the different plans and cancelation policies.     Today was my very first in my lifetime chiropractic appointment, and I left feeling way better than I came into the office feeling. I hurt to walk into the office and sit down in the waiting area, i was hurting to even breath. After my appointment, I walked out with less sharp pain, way less sharp pain in my back and was able to immediately tell that the adjustment had helped. Dr Paramo was great and helped me so much. I will definitely be back, in fact tomorrow I will be going back for another adjustment to follow his recommendation on treatment for my back and body pain.

    I dropped in today and received phenomenal service from Liz at the front desk, and again with Dr. Campbell. I entered the office experiencing severe back pain from working out last week. However after my exam and adjustment I was shocked to see my pain level go from 8 to 3 with one adjustment from Dr. Campbell. So, needless to say I signed up for a monthly wellness plan to ensure I stay on track with my care.

    Very pleasant aura about the place. Facility was clean and orderly. I came in hacking my head off due to rushing inside and sweating lightly (all from rushing from home), and Ms. Angela didn't look at me as though I was contaminated and assisted me in getting water from the dispenser which helped a lot, along with the mints at her desk. Dr. Merci is a jewel; easy to talk to; she listens and explains what she is doing beforehand. No sudden surprises which I appreciated. She is strong but gentle in her approach. Everyone I encountered seems like they enjoy their profession and want to help people overall. Great experience.

    I love the payment options here! Only thing I wish they would do is every time I go in I want them to ask where my body hurts so they can focus on that area. My pain is in my hips not my back or neck and I don’t need my neck popped all the time as that’s not what actually hurts. Other than that zero complaints.

    Clean, friendly. Dr. Wesley know his craft. He did a totally different and effective adjustment. Much more than the usual chiropractors in my area. Very knowledgeable. The price is a little steep and they don’t take insurance but it’s worth the price. They really should work on accepting insurance. I give them 10 stars!!!!

    Hands down the best team! I’m a pharmacy technician who works almost 24/7 on my feet. I am also a fiancé and a mom to a crazy 4 year old lol so I have to keep up at all times. I’ve seen Dr.Ryan twice now, that man knows his stuff! Very attentive, caring and specific. He was very kind as well as Kristina. He has adjusted my trouble areas and I’m starting to feel relief already after two visits. And it doesn’t take long either! I was in and out under 10 minutes. The staff always greets you at the front, very friendly and thorough!     I've been to this location 3 times now and have signed up for the monthly plan. The front desk staff is always super friendly and a helpful! I've worked with 2 of the chiropractors so far and they've been great!     Do NOT let this place fool you. They are crooked people. I moved out of state, was not allowed to cancel over the phone, had to find a location near me which was not doable for a long time, they were still charging me every month even though I was not being treated. Finally was able to get to another location in my current state and cancel. That location let me know I should get a refund for the months I had not been seen at all. Covington on the other was instantly combative about a refund, refused to issue one, and will blame you. When someone of the same company name is saying they should do the right thing and issue a refund and they don't, it just shows how little they actually care about customer service. Payment taken for services not rendered. Great business plan.

    This place was fantastic! The front desk lady was super friendly and helped us out by answering all our questions and getting us set up. I saw Dr. John today and he was great . He listened to me on all my concerns and gave me information to help me out along with providing an adjustment. I have never had my neck pop like that! My main reason for going was for lower back and hip pain, after just the one visit I feel relief . I will definitely be a regular and follow what is recommended for me as far as care. I would advise everyone give them a shot !

    Dr.John was great! Friendly staff! Great Service! Also it is very affordable! Dr.John adjusted my daughters (5yrs old and 2yrs old) and I, he was very patient with them especially my 5 year old. I highly recommended to come see all of the Doctors here. My wife has came a couple of times and was very VERY pleased with the service. All the people were extermly helpful and pleasant and very understanding. I couldn't ask for a better first time . I was a little uneasy.     Dr Ryan and Dr Wes are great! They take their time and are gentle when adjusting you. I had neck and shoulder pain for a month and couldn’t get any relief, but after seeing Dr Ryan twice, the pain was gone. The weekly adjustments keep my migraines and muscle stiffness away.     My husband started going to the joint almost a year ago and has since been coming consistently. He has had positive interactions with multiple doctors but has built a relationship with Dr Wes Campbell whom he has nothing but positive things to say about! He then convinced me to come during my fifth month of pregnancy due to some sciatic pain, etc and the growing baby. To be honest I was quite apprehensive but it has been the best thing in helping me stay aligned, now going on 8 months pregnant. Definitely love it, and realize how helpful chiropractics can be during pregnancy.

    From the time I made my appointment to walking in the door and leaving it was amazing. My adjustment gave me a new outlook on life lol,, no seriously.     Yeah, So I've had a lot of injuries doing a lot of different things over my life. This means in my case, that I've met a lot of chiropractors. I have never met one I like as much as Wes. He really listened to what I said and he didn't just have some knee-jerk reaction and the same old moves as everyone else did. And he made some adjustments that really mattered. Anyhow when I was done I thought it would be about a hundred bucks or something and I would have gladly paid it but it was literally $29. Highly recommend the joint. Highly recommend Wes.     I have been twice, and while everyone is nice and you move through quickly, that last part is my same "complaint". This is a great place for a quick adjustment, but the two times I've visited, I was rushed through and they didn't seem to give much thought to what I was there for. Everyone got the same exact treatment like an assembly line. Obviously they can't spend more than a few minutes on each client, but I feel like whether I'd said I have shoulder pain or I have lower back pain. I'd have gotten exactly the same treatment. Ill go back for easy adjustments, but this place, in my opinion, is not for geared toward a specific issue youre having or ongoing treatments.

    I have been putting off going for so long. The pain got to the point I could no longer tolerate it. Set up an appointment and they were able to see me right away. Very open and honest as well and very gentle and care. I was worried they would not have been able to help me because I knew that I was in pretty bad shape.     I had an awesome experience, both times (and I'm still going for continued therapy)! I had NEVER been to a chiropractor's office, so to say that I was afraid and nervous were an understatement. My lower back was hurting terribly, my CT scan revealed no issues, and my pain was so intense that I literally was unable to walk--which was weird since I am a somewhat athletic mother of two; I just knew that taking pain meds consistently was only masking the pain and could potentially cause harm to my kidneys and liver in the long run. When I called to make an appointment, I was welcomed by the warm voice of Angela who assured me that I had nothing to be afraid of, and that I'd love Dr. Wesley Campbell. She told me that she was not going to be there on the day of my appointment, but that Ricky would take good care of me at the front office. Well, Angela was RIGHT! Ricky was super nice, warm & helpful, and Dr. Campbell was wonderful! He carefully asked a series of questions and listened intently to my responses, explained what my possible issues could be, examined my areas of pain, then gently made adjustments--all on my first visit! I was sent home was a proposed treatment plan, instructions on gentle exercises that could be done to assist with working my bulging disc back into place, and instructions on how to ice my back. I was walking better later that day! It was amazing! The next day, I went back and saw Dr. John Parlier as a folllow-up to my first appointment. Dr. Parlier was really friendly and helpful, as well. He even mentioned how black seed oil and a lower lumbar back brace could be beneficial to me. His chiropractic approach to making adjustments was a little different from Dr. Campbell's, so he was not as gentle, but it was obvious that he was confident in making adjustments. Overall, I give The Joint Chiropractic in Covington, GA an "A+" and five star rating! Try them out! Perhaps you'll be like me: glad that you did! As an update: 11/23/24 I still LOVE this practice! Dr. Campbell is STILL amazing with listening to his patients, making gentle adjustments & providing exceptional care! And, Ms. Angela is still personable & friendly! I always feel like family when I walk into The Joint in Covington!

    Love the service I received here at The Joint. My problem is with cancelling after losing my job due to covid 19. Went in about 3 week before the payment was due filed out the paperwork for cancellation. The next month I was still charged. Now see I was charged again. Thos is becoming a problem. She interacted with me while I waited to see the Dr, and informed me on the different offers available. Dr. Campbell was professional and very engaging. He asked many questions about my issues, and listen intently as I expressed my concerns. He was patient as he did the many adjustments and explained follow up treatments. I walked away feeling satisfied with the visit and will be returning.

    I walk 5+ miles daily. Dr. Wesley not only adjusts my back but my knees too!!! Sure makes walking alot easier. He occasionally has to adjust my shoulders.
