Dr. Cash has been practicing Chiropractic for 23 years in the Alpharetta / Roswell Georgia area. He is originally a native of Tennessee and a two time graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with degrees in Psychology and Architecture.
He received his doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Life University (cum laude) in Georgia. After participating in multidisciplinary, multi-specialty practices for many years he brings a wealth of experience treating a variety of Chiropractic conditions and difficult cases with a specialty in headaches. He has completed numerous post graduate courses and certifications in whiplash injuries, extremity adjusting, radiology and nutrition. He is certified by the national board of examiners as well as the Georgia board of examiners. He practices with a mix of manual as well as instrument techniques and is certified in Activator and Whiplash injuries.
Dr. Cash is a highly skilled professional with a warm personality who offers you and your family what they are looking for in Chiropractic care.
Dr. Jay Driscoll joined The Joint Chiropractic family of doctors and healthcare providers in 2019 with his arrival at the Roswell clinic location. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston, he got his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology before earning his doctorate of chiropractic from Life University.
“The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is having the opportunity to help change the lives of my patients by connecting into their own innate potential,” he says. “Every person has infinite possibilities in their lives. Chiropractic allows people to tap into these possibilities.”
Dr. Jay -- he’s OK with you calling him that -- was raised in New England in the Boston area. He previously worked in Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth and Woodstock. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, exercising, attending live music events, eating farm to table, and following Boston sports teams with his son and a cat named Wilson.
Dr. Jay knew he had followed the right career path after one particularly compelling day in the office. “I was working for a chiropractor,” he says, “and one day I had deja vu that I was supposed to be, and have been, a chiropractor all along.”
He really appreciates being able to practice at the Roswell clinic. “The area and the patients are great. Roswell is a great city.”
In Case You Didn’t Know
The one thing Dr. Jay always keeps handy in his refrigerator are olives. “They’re my favorite food,” he says.
If he could bring together any four people from history for his dream dinner party, Dr. Jay would include President Thomas Jefferson, Grateful Dead musician Jerry Garcia, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, and BJ Palmer.
“Jefferson was one of the greatest thinkers, visionaries, and writers of the Declaration of Independence,” Dr. Jay says. “Jerry Garcia is my favorite guitarist of all time, Palmer is the developer and philosopher of chiropractic, and Brady is the greatest and winningest quarterback of all time.”
Dr. Jay says that some of the coolest things he has ever done have included his son, including one very special trip to Greenville, S.C. “I took my son to see Paul McCartney in May 2019 in South Carolina,” he says. “Getting to see my 11-year-old sing and dance along to the Beatles music was a dream come true. We go and do everything together. Also, I went to Game 1 of the 2004 World Series and watched my Red Sox win the game. It was a big thrill.”
Dr. Keith Riggi became part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare providers in 2005 when he began serving residents in the Atlanta area, where he continues doing the work he finds so gratifying. He joined the Roswell clinic location in 2021 and serves as the clinic director in his neighborhood.
“Chiropractic is one of the rare occupations that rewards you daily with improving a person’s life,” he says. “Knowing my patients look forward to their visits and are so grateful for my work makes me so grateful to be making a difference in a positive way in the community.”
Dr. Keith, as he prefers (unless you want to call him Dr. K), grew up in Southern New Hampshire and has worked throughout Atlanta and the surrounding area, including Cumming, Sandy Springs, and Buckhead.
Dr. Keith married “the sweetest, most genuine person” he has ever met, and they have five children between them in their blended family. A sixth member is a chocolate Lab, Dansby, named after Braves shortstop Dansby Swanson.
Dr. Keith enjoys spending time in the yard and “playing in the dirt because it relaxes me.” He also likes live music on the patio, summer days on the lake, and playing Cornhole competitively.
A graduate of Keene (N.H.) State College where he studied anatomy and physiology, he earned his doctorate of chiropractic from Life University in Marietta.
“When I started getting back pain resulting from a motorcycle accident, I went to the chiropractor for the first time,” Dr. Keith says. “Not only did he relieve my pain, but he also cured my chronic asthma, which I suffered from as a child. Making such a dramatic change in my health in such a short time convinced me that I wanted to do the same for others and decided to become a chiropractor for that reason.”
He says that if anyone has questions about the value of chiropractic, drop in and ask him about a 14-month-old girl he worked on. “I would love to tell you the story about Izzy,” he says.
In Case You Didn’t Know
Dr. Keith makes no bones about the greatest love in his kitchen: “Cheese, I love cheese!”
If he could bring together any four people from history for his ideal dinner party, Dr. Keith would bring together funny men Eddie Murphy and George Carlin, favorite baseball player Derek Jeter, and founding father Benjamin Franklin. “It’s always great to be around funny people while having dinner, and I would love to talk to Jeter about how he thrives in the most intense situations which, in my opinion, he has done over and again. As one of our forefathers, it would be interesting to talk to Franklin about his insight of how this country was started and, more interestingly, how he feels about where the country is today. What he approves and disapproves of would be fascinating to hear regarding our current politics, and to hear what changes he would make today to unite our country would be fascinating. Seeing Ben Franklin cracking up to George Carlin and Eddie Murphy would be great too.”
Dr. Keith says the most influential book he has ever read was A New Earth. “It changed my life more than any other,” he says. “Eckhart Tolle simply teaches amazing ways of how to control your own thoughts and always remaining in the moment. ... Mindfulness and stress control are powerful assets to having a meaningful, happy purpose in life.”
Dr. Kevin Wood became part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare providers in 2020 when he began serving residents in the Atlanta area, where he continues doing the work he finds so gratifying.
“The best thing about being a chiropractor is helping people,” he says. “I love seeing people improve their lives.”
Dr. Wood -- you can also call him Dr. Ryan -- is a product of Jackson, Tenn., and in addition to Atlanta he has worked previously in the Florida cities of Tampa, Fort Pierce, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach.
He and his wife have a son and daughter, as well as a toy Maltese named Lola who runs the household. In his spare time, Dr. Wood enjoys music, working out, and doing telemedicine consultations for clients that include surgeons and an attorney. He also has a license to practice law in Florida.
Before getting his doctorate of chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College, he attended Excelsior College, where he got a bachelor of science degree, and St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami.
“Having been born with foot issues, I was originally going to be an orthopedic surgeon, but I went to visit my brother at chiropractic school and found it intriguing,” Dr. Wood says. “I decided to go to chiropractic school instead. Because of my foot, I’ve basically been in healthcare in some form for my entire life.”
His role as healthcare provider has given him the opportunity to have a real impact on the lives of patients, including those who aren’t his own. One stands out while in consultation with a surgeon. “The most memorable was a lady who suffered in pain for 10 years and was depressed and crying and could not function,” he says. “On doing a review of her MRI to determine the need for surgery, I found two subtle disc protrusions that were indirectly causing spinal cord pressure. The day after surgery she was able to walk again. She got her life back, and she wrote me a letter that put me in tears just hearing this great news for her.”

Dr. Wood says eggs are the one thing he always keeps stocked in his refrigerator: “They’re a great source of protein and they’re needed for so many recipes.”
If he could bring together any four people from history for his ideal dinner party, Dr. Wood would send invitations to “Warren Buffett so I could pick his brain on investing, and Tony Robbins to pick his brain on motivation,” he says. “I would also include Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln to pick their brains about courage and persistence.”
Dr. Wood credits his first college biology professor with giving him some valuable advice. “He told me, ‘Don’t worry about studying to just try to pass a test, learn the material so that you can recall it forever,’” he says. “There is a difference.”
