I went for my first visit today with excruciating lower back pain. Ive never been adjusted before or have been to any other chiropractic care so I wasnt sure what to expect. The receptionsist was kind and proffessional and the paperwork was seemless and easily understood (Although I do have a 20 year career in healthcare) Everything took maybe 10 min. The doctor came out and introduced himself. He explained everything as we went, and adjusted the best he could. He did tell me, that I most likely waited too long to address my back pain (I have been trying to address the pain myself for about a year until its gotten unbearable and hard to sleep, so hes probably right) and He did temper expectations and told me one visit isn't going to be a cure all but that I should feel some relief. I can tell not everything adjusted, and in one position the pain was too high and he didnt want to go further with it, understandably and told me to come back in a few days and then once a week after that, and that eventually the visits and pain will be less and less. So I signed up for a membership, and even got a military discount that applied to the visit and the membership. The receptionist explained the monthly installments, the cost breakdown, and the cancelation policy. So as this was my first time ever experiencing this type of practice, it went well. Hopefully it continues to go well and the pain subsides after being adjusted routinely. Ive read the bad reviews here and the responses from the owner and it has me a bit worried, but im choosing to trust the process and lean on the fact that my first day went well.

Avoid Dr Mike at all costs. He totally messed my neck up. Never had any trouble with my neck until so called Dr Mike worked on me. A total disaster & nearly a year later still have major problems with my neck. If you want to avoid excessive pain, avoid Dr Mike. Too be honest I would recommend finding a good chiropractor. I am now very happy with a fantastic chiropractor in Anderson. I personally would advise giving this place a miss. Even the so called receptionists are rude & seem totally clueless. I definitely Do Not recommend this joint.

My husband has received and is an advocate of chiropractic care. He established care with The Joint 2 years ago. He has not been back since because we live out of town. He came in today for an alignment due to lower back pain. The provider adjusted his neck and didn’t even attempt to adjust his lower back. It always appears that they are more concerned with getting you to purchase a plan than offering alignment and relief. Neither one of us will be back. The visit was a waste of time. BEWARE of this place.

I had such an excellent experience with The Joint when I was in Atlanta that I was happy to find another here in Anderson. I feel and know from my experience over the last two years that I am in good hands with these doctors. They are working very hard and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I think some respect for their work hours is necessary. I see people load in the door 10 minutes before they close. I don’t like that. It’s not fair to the doctors. Also, I have only had to wait more than 15 minutes maybe twice since I have been going. So. Some patience. Is occasionally required. But. Why not. They don’t have control over when and how many people come in at one time. But they deal with that professionally and take their time with the patients. I know my health is better because they are there for me

The pros outweigh the cons, but plan around the cons! Pros: -Affordable care on the day when you need it! My quality of life has really improved since coming here vs other practices where you have to wait for your scheduled appointment time. That's what keeps me coming back. - In my opinion, this location is the best in the area. Most of the chiropractors working give better adjustments than I've had at the Clemson/Seneca location, so even though Anderson is a further drive for me it's worth it. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Cons: - It's chiropractor roulette! Every person's body responds differently to different adjustment styles, so certain chiropractors will be more helpful to you than others. Some adjustments I get are absolutely fantastic and I leave ready to tackle my day. Other times, I leave feeling much worse than when I came in and am a little too disoriented or uncomfortable to let my provider know. - Some appointments feel rushed if it's busy, and the care isn't as good. - Today I was called back to the adjustment room alongside other customers, which has never bothered me when there are multiple chiropractors working in tandem. But it was just one, consulting with and adjusting 3 patients at once and it made me feel uncomfortable. I felt a bit like I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing, so I just sat on the adjustment table uncomfortably while I waited my turn and tried not to pay attention to the other patients' personal information or medical concerns. It's not a deal breaker but it was awkward and I hope it's not how things are done going forward. Ultimately my advice is to sign up for a plan and check the schedules weekly to see which doctors are working.

Great location and staff. The girl behind the desk remembered our names and she’s very informative. In response to other low reviews, Everything is explained when you sign up for the monthly commitment. You signed paperwork that even states such. It literally says in the agreement that you signed that you must have a minimum of 2 months. It’s funny how people get upset after they signed a document allowing a business to auto draft from their bank, then you get upset because you don’t want to stick to your part of the agreement. Classic! ?

I have been a patient for 4 years and on multiple occasions I have had to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes because you allow new patients to be seen within an hour of closing AND there’s only one doctor working. Making multiple existing patients wait this long is frustrating and is inconsiderate of our time. I respectfully request that you consider revising your policy.

Make sure you know all about their payment plans/cancellations/etc and what they do ahead of time!!! You WILL have to ask because they did not tell me! If you get charged and need to cancel n request to get reimbursed, they WILL NOT REFUND YOU ANYTHING!!! I don't care about getting the adjustments, I want my money. Chiropractic care and doctors were excellent! In my experience, customer service is lacking. If you need to cancel your plan, you must go in person to complete a form. In my case, the closest Joint facility is over an hour away. I asked if I could complete the cancellation form via email and was told no because they needed to verify it was me and not someone else completing the form. Upon asking further questions, I was told they could send me the form and I could send it back via certified mail. I found this odd considering certified mail does not ask for an ID to send the mail out, which makes their rationale for needing to physically come in to cancel irrelevant. I ended up driving in to complete the cancellation form, and the manager didn’t even ask for identification, which is no different than if they would have sent the form to my email on file. Overall, experience was fine until cancellation, but hopefully this feedback will provide positive change for members who may need to cancel in the future.

At 35 I have 2 deteriorated disks and two herniated disk as well. Brittany is the only chiropractor who has found alternative ways of adjusting my lower back that I can tolerate very well. They keep charging my account after canceling over 6 months ago, I was told a manager was going to call me twice to get this handled and never received any calls. I have called every day for 2 weeks. The employees and "management" are completely INCOMPETENT. Taking the day off of work to go and get this done and they tell you manager is not in and they dont know when theyll be in. I've been going to this location for a few weeks for a couple of reasons. Recently, I had ankle pain that wouldn't go away. They popped it, twice, and after walking on it again, felt worse. I finally decided to stop going since I seem to be getting worse instead of better. I go to the doctor and a few xrays later, I now know I have a sprang ankle, and they caused more issues to the other areas. I would NOT recommend anyone going to The Joint, please go to your doctor. At least now I know why I'm hurting and I'm on my way to being pain free.

I have been coming to this one location for 5+ years and never have I seen the doors closed during normal hours of operation. This is the second time there has been a sign on the door that this location is closed. Dr. B. Scoggins and Dr. D. Middleton are the greatest, however the owner not so much. Employees are leaving left and right due to poor management and empty promises. When Kerry G. was there it was always a pleasure to walk in. This place has really lost a great manager when Kerry left. The owner is not one who will step up when staff call out or when a position needs to be covered. Staff are expected to cover job duties that are not in their purview of responsibilities, i.e. front desk staff are also expected to conduct maintenance because the owner refuses to pay anyone to come in that has experience.

So my understanding was that what separated this chiropractor practice from others is that you can walk-in without having to wait 2-3 weeks just to be seen and get adjusted. I arrive at this location today and they have a sign stating they are not accepting walk-ins at the moment. They say first visit is $29 dollars but then convince you that you need to be seen more than once in order to get the results you’re looking for and end up pretty much insisting you get a membership. After I was convinced to get the membership and now pay $79 a month I run into this clinic not taking walk-ins! Can someone please make this make sense if the entire point of this practice is that there is no appointment needed which I would never think to call and make an appt. I swear you have to have patience with these type of memberships! I left as stiff as I came! Ridiculous! If they are short staffed then they should provide discounts to members for the inconvenience!

The people that work the front desk are HORRIBLE!!! Every time we go they are so rude to not only us because almost everyone else. They don’t greet people coming in or going out. You have to speak to them for them to speak back. Horrible customer service. Today we went for a normal visit not knowing there was a little celebration going on. Tell me why the lady at the desk gave the other kids a ballon and not my son? (Not that We don’t need their dollar ballon but still ). The doctors are great but the front desk people ruin the visit everytime. Just wanting for our month to run out so we can find somewhere new. ** let me add that my husband has the membership. And me and my son go to every visit with him! We were trying this place out because it was closer but we will just start back making the drive to THE PREMIER CHIROPRACTOR in Duncan!! Amazing work over there and the best chiropractors around and their customer service is the BEST!! If y’all can make the drive there it’s worth it and quit wasting your money here!

I called the office before they opened and got a text message as soon as they opened and had an appointment within an hour as a new patient. It was amazing to see my son standing straight up walking out the door to the car today like a normal person. He still has a ways to go but so far, the treatment has been amazing. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful. It's really nice to be able to go somewhere these days and get treated with respect and great hospitality. I went to the Joint before reading any reviews, and so can only speak to my own experience, which was horrible and borderline negligent. I had been experiencing neck pain for a few weeks and tried everything so i saw the special online and decided to give it a shot. I was VERY clear when i went in for my appointment that i had never had an adjustment before. The doctor was nice and explained everything as he went but when he cracked my neck, i became very ill. I had never experienced anything like this and i was scared. Sudden intense nausea, triple vision, serious fatigue like i would faint, and i could not walk. The doctor was kind and said it was normal but was clearly frightened and began to rush me through the rest of the appointment instead of making sure i was okay. When i tried to get up to leave i fell back several times and could hardly stand at the desk to pay my bill. The receptionist was grilling me to join a membership that i ended up paying for just to get out of there. When i finally got to my car i vomitted several times out of my car in front of the building, then got in my back seat and napped because i couldnt drive. ALL OF THAT being said, i googled it when i got home and i think i had some form of toxic release poisoning? I had to self diagnose becaus after calling and telling them, they blew off my concerns, even when i said i couldn’t drive home. I understand if it’s a natural response, but it should be explained and especially if symptoms are present, abd the person expresses distress from your parking lot? they all but hung up on me. I won’t be back and do not recommend.

I have been to a few chiropractic offices in the last 23 years, so I do have some experience… but I filled out the online form and received a text follow up within an hour. I was able to get a new patient appointment for the following day, and I am thrilled with the care service and respect that I was given. Love, love, love the Dr.s at The Joint in Anderson, SC. I started almost 2 months ago unable to turn my head, unable to lift my arms, unable to hold anything in my right hand, and in excruciating pain shooting out of my back and down my arm. Slowly, but surely my visits to The Joint allowed me to start moving my head and neck, and I am now almost back to full mobility. I am able to grip small items again. At first I really enjoyed this service but when I asked for a cancellation, I was told that I couldn’t cancel month of and I had to finish out a contract. That made sense and I was OK with that. The contract was supposed to end November I’m still getting billed to this day for service that I am not using I’ve already called before and they said that the last time would be the last time I get billed, but here we are again. I’m also a young adult who can barely afford getting a cup of coffee every day let alone a monthly subscription to something that I don’t use every day and can’t afford the gas money to go to.

Looked at the website and saw they closed at 7:00. I was in so much pain I went up with soaking wet hair. Got there at 5:45 only to see a sign that they would not take people who were not on a plan after 4:30 today. I went in anyway because I was in such excruciating pain and was told that the receptionist left early and they would not take me. I had tried to go there once previously at 6:05 and was told that I should have come in an hour before closing to fill out paperwork. The two Atlanta clinics and Buford, GA clinic I went to were great. I will not make a 3rd trip to this office.

Useless to visit these guys. Went in for an adjustment and requested to have hip alignment due to pain on the left side and going down leg. I've had the issue more than once over the past several years and know what provides immediate relief. Guy literally spent no time on my lower back and hip.. even after I asked again. More focused on signing you up for a subscription plan rather than listening and helping solve your actual issue. Save your money and seek real chiropractic care elsewhere.

I went on a Saturday got there by 3 due to having to be there by 3:30 if you’re a new patient. Really needed to be seen and they turned me away. Came back by Sunday, they got me in. The chiropractor did a decent job, was able to get a good adjustment. However, he talked extremely fast I couldn’t hardly understand what he was saying or recommending me to do. (I have pain in my neck/left shoulder). After he brought me to the front to checkout I think the receptionist was a little pushy as far as trying to get me to pay for additional adjustments. I’m currently not working much due to having 3 kids at home not in daycare. I wanted to come for the $29 initial visit. And then decide the next time I came back which plan I may want to do. I may would go back but I’m not a fan of a reoccurring payment coming out when I’m not sure how many adjustments I may need. My neck also still hurts…

When we started going to The Joint we got some relief,as time went on we decided to cancel and before doing so my husband was told that they would honor our last 4 visits which was 2 visits each. We went back to get an adjustment,we were sent straight back. As I'm laying on the table the receptionist comes back & tells us our visit would be $45 each even though the money had already been taken out of our account, they stole our money and didn't give us our service. The people I told to come to this place I quickly notified them and told them to find a different place because I'm not sending someone there to have their money taken. Ask questions about that $29 special also after we got our 1st treatment we were charged almost $200. We don't appreciate our money being stolen then they wanted more money. What a rip off ?? I'll never recommend this place to anyone I know.

I have been in severe pain for 2 years with lower back pain that escalated after a fall from a chain link fence awhile ago. Only way I have been able to function was some Bottled pain reliever. It had been some time since I started treatment and I found out I had 7 visits left so I went back and the gentleman that performed acrobatics putting his knee into the area that had been screaming with muscle spasms from spine to left hip broke the cycle of debilitating pain. I really felt like I was getting helped here but I no longer feel safe to go here. I had been coming about a month. When I came for my last adjustment I noticed the way the guy pushed on my back hurt but I thought maybe it would pop and feel better but it doesn't. They are covered if I'm injured but I'm not. Ironically the new injury is pretty closed to the one that made me come in to start with so it feels like I wasted a month's worth of gas and payments. Can't recommend this anymore.

I went in on 2-2-22. I had limited range of motion and a lot of pain. First alignment gave me some range of motion back and lessened the pain. 2nd appointment on the 4th gave me more range of motion. I am very very happy with my service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First off, the one visit I went to I was adjusted by a guy who maybe weighs 130 pounds soaking wet. Now I'm a big guy. Close to 350. This guy adjusted my neck and PARTS of my back fairly effectively. But he simply did not have the leverage required to perform some of the adjustments. But I realize not everyone is my size. And this could have been worked around by seeing a different chiropractor. The real reason for the negative review is the business practices of this company. If you sign up for the "wellness" plan, it automatically renews monthly. I decided to try it because I have persistent lower back pain. But I live too far away, and my schedule is just too busy to get in often enough to be worth it. So I decided to cancel after the initial 2 months. But they won't allow you to cancel by phone. I was told that I would either have to come in and cancel in person, or send a notice via certified mail. REALLY? For freaking chiropractic care? I lost my cool on the phone at the ridiculous nature of their requirements. I told them neither would be happening, and they better not attempt to draft another payment, nor attempt to contact me again. I then received an email with a cancelation form to fill out and return via email. First of all, that's still more than should be required for some pseudoscience wannabe "doctor's" office. Secondly, if this was an option, why not present it in the first place? See, their hope is that you'll come in to cancel in person. Then they have the opportunity to manipulate you into continuing service. This is a predatory business practice akin to title loan and payday advance companies. In fact, that's the vibe this whole company gives off. In my opinion, they're a bunch of charlatans. So do whatever you like, but know ahead of time these are the kind of shady practices this company uses.

I love this place already after just 1 visit. No joke, after only 1 visit DR.CLAY made me feel better and also was so informative. He helped me a lot today and gave me hope. Updated to 1 star. Like I posted originally the doctors are great. However the customer service is horrible. They leave out details concerning their wellness plan when selling it to you, even give false information when questioned about the details during the sale. Be warned, read the fine print because they will not be forthcoming and truthful. After two months of being on the wellness plan, they charge my account again after telling both my wife, my son and myself it was only automatic for the first two months only. Day it charged me I left a message before the place opened. They told me sorry they wouldn't refund me. Asked to speak the the regional manager, she wouldn't even call me back. Spoke to corporate and they agreed that I should be refunded but unfortunately they are franchises so all they could do is email the owner and request they refund me. Haven't heard anything back. Will not ever recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. I have always been very wary of going to a chiropractic doctor. Heard a lot of horror stories (never from the actual person mind you). Hip and mid back was hurting so bad I could barely walk. Wife found this place and I went in and seen Dr Daniel. He took his time and explained what was wrong and how he wanted to fix the issues be found. I'm 5 visits in and couldn't be happier! The pain is gone. Do yourself a favor and make the appointment, you won't be disappointed! I recommend Dr Daniel so make sure you go on Wednesday or Saturday as those are the only days he is there. Couldn't be happier!

First time. Apparently its a good idea to go a couple of times so the back can get to were it needs to be. It was quick, easy, and painless. Sounds terrible but it feels good in 24 hours your straight again. Best deal is the monthly pachage.

I don't know exactly how long I have been a member at the joint Chiropractic in Anderson South Carolina but I know it's been over one year. I really don't feel like I am just at a place of business. The staff is very professional and I feel like I'm at home. Doctor Clay is the best. Stephanie has always provided me with everything that I need. She has great interpersonal communication skills. This was my first chiropractor so I didn't really know what to expect. I didn't go for the recommended two months, so it's no surprise that I didn't see any improvement. I stopped going not just because I questioned their method but more fundamentally because I questioned their approach. They pressure patients into signing up for a subscription without adequately explaining the terms, they jump right into their generic physical treatment without paying much attention to the patient's specific issues, and they don't really explain the reasoning behind their seemingly violent, unnatural therapy. After some consideration I chose to continue in self-treatment and possibly find someone else who seemed more methodical and legitimate.

OMG Dr. Cook gave me an amazing adjustment. Walked in just at closing time, but they saw me anyway. I told Dr Cook that I was a long time chiro patient and have need driving my big rig for a few thousand miles this week, so no need to take it easy on me. Seriously one of the best chiro adjustments ever. A good, old fashioned back and neck cracking was what I needed, and it is exactly what I received. Thanks Dr Cook!?

Dr. Clay is the best chiropractor I have found in the Upstate. I had physical therapy for a while, but nothing is as good as a great chiropractor and Dr. Clay is awesome. I sought chiropractor care due to some recent neck/shoulder pain. I visited the Anderson,SC location and was told that to fix my problem I would need to come 6-8 times over the next 2 months. I originally didn’t want to join a plan but the lady at the front counter was very high pressure and insisted. I agreed because I thought it would atleast save me money if I joined. Shortly after my first visit I developed a severe headache and my neck/shoulder pain actually got worse so I called the office to attempt to cancel my monthly membership and get a refund since I no longer planned to go. Not only could I not get the $70 back for the first month membership but I also was told that there was a minimum of two months that have to be paid before I could cancel my “cancel anytime” contract (evidently it was in the fine print of the multiple page contract that she went through in 2 minutes). I think chiropractic care helps a lot of people but it didn’t help me, I actually got worse and didn’t enjoy or feel better in the slightest. Ultimately when this ordeal plays out I would have spent $170 for one visit. I am ultimately paying $140 over two months for a service that did nothing for me. If you truly believe in your service/product you wouldn’t have to trap people in contracts because they would return at their own leisure. They fact that a contract is even involved in what I consider to be healthcare shows that you don’t trust customers will return without be contractually obligated. There has to be a plan in place for circumstances such as mine when continued care isn’t helpful or desired.

I walked in hunched over. I left standing up! Bethany took her time. She listened! She answered questions. Having been to chiropractors before, I know the difference between someone who cares and someone who doesn't. She cares. I have an issue that makes it necessary to stretch. She helped me with that and she did again on another visit. Saturday, I saw another chiropractor. I forgot his name. Oops. I didn't forget that his experience in sports medicine helped me! He showed me a more effective and less strenuous way to stretch. I haven't waited more than 15 minutes SO FAR. The pricing is amazing and I FEEL BETTER. Their business model might not be for everyone but I have wasted THOUSANDS on an ineffective treatment plan, in Anderson. My son wanted me to go to the Joint last week. He had to pay it to get me to go. I am glad he did. I was hesitant and frankly, afraid to go. Now, I am a loyal fan! I strongly recommend The Joint.

Made an appointment and was told that I would be seen even if I already have a chiropractor and needed transient/maintenance care. I arrived for my appointment with paperwork ready, and was then told I wouldn’t be seen because they didn’t want to mess up what my chiropractor had already done (even though I’m still having pain). I had heard good things about them, but after reading some of the more negative reviews on here as of late, I was suspect, and for good reason it seems. If any chiropractor doesn’t have enough sense to understand that (patient in pain + assessment reveals patient in pain = treat patient), then you should see a different chiropractor, LOL. What a joke of a business. Find a different business to entrust your care to.

Coming from someone who has literally been to every Chiropractor in Anderson, this was my best experience by far. Haven't been in over a year and I deal with scoliosis and hip pain. The others worked for minor adjustments but when I had a bad hip flare up they did not fix it. Just after one visit I at least had more relief.

My time is valuable, and I have to plan in advance because of my dog and because if my job. My first visit to this place was fine, because it was the introductory visit. Upon leaving the office on my second visit, which was 11/16, I asked the lady working the front desk if on Wednesday the 18th, could I come back at the same time...for reasons stated above. She said, " Yes, I have you down for Wednesday the 18th at 6pm." When I got there tonight, there was a different lady working the front desk and she advised me, without even greeting me as a customer, that it was going to be an hour wait. I advised it shouldn't be, because I have an appointment at 6pm. She said our normal patients don't get appointments, and I asked her what was the point of setting one then?? She said that the lady I spoke to had been with her for 2.5 years and that she wouldn't do that. So, since basically she called me a liar, I canceled this membership. What a waste of time!!!!!

Superb customer service. If I’d change one thing, it would only be that as clients sit in chairs, they should wipe them down before letting the next client sit dow. That didn’t happen. But otherwise our experience could not have been any better.

Wow! I can’t believe how efficient and easy my experience was. I was having pain on vacation and found the Joint on google. Brittany was so knowledgeable and hooked me up! Will not cancel my membership. I have asked them to cancel because I could not wait 30 to 30 minutes everytime do I was not getting my visits in. I have blocked them from taking out on my credit card, but they still try ever day

Front desk nice but was slow and lied to the patients coming in about wait times as the line got longer. Chiropractor nice but basically gave me whip lash I had to go to the doctor because my neck that was not hurting when I came in was in pain when I left. Each person will probably have a different experience, but I wish I used my insurance and maybe just went to a more efficient chiropractor who didn’t adjust things that didn’t need to be adjusted. I’m very disappointed

I have been to other Joint locations but today was the first time at this one. Both employees were very nice and helpful. The doctor was thorough and made sure I didn't have any other things bothering me before letting me go. The employee up front was very nice and helped me sign up for a flex plan which saved $5 on today's visit as well as saving on future visits.

I gave it two stars because I was happy with the chiropractor the few times I went. However, after paying with cash for the month, I already missed out on 2 sessions. When I went back in with a credit card after a month (since I was out of state) the manager would not even work with me to pay for the next month as she wanted to charge me for the month that I was not there. It's not a gym membership so I don't understand why they are treating it as such. I not only lost out on sessions missed from the month paid but was also expected to pay for a month that I wasn't there. Really disappointed!

If you’re looking for a ‘walk-in’ opportunity for treatment as advertised, this is not the place. Receptionist was unprofessional, noting originally that since I have a current Chiropractor, it’s “like a policy thing where we do not see other doctor’s patients. But I will ask the dr’s for you.” I explained that my current physician was closed and she assisted me with the selection of this office. -“I’ve talked to the dr’s and they are not willing to make an exception to the policy without x-rays and seeing the treatment plan.” Respecting the profession is one thing. Refusing to assist someone and talking to them like they are not educated is negligence.

I have to admit, I am skeptical when going to a place I’m not familiar with personally. After talking with some friends and reading all the raving reviews, I decided it was time to give it a try. I went in with severe lower back pain and told the chiropractor what was going on. He went right to the problem and I’m already starting to see a good bit of a difference. It will take a little bit to get my kinks worked out but I am so glad I went. I highly recommend this place!

HORRIBLE PLACE! No privacy at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Doesn't even seem like any of the chiropractors know what they are doing. They tell every patient the exact same thing just to get them to sign a contract. They do the same thing every time you go and it is stuff you can get someone to do for you at home. When your ready to cancel your contract you have to go back up there to fill out a form to do it or they will just charge you again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Today was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and I absolutely loved it. The building was nice and clean, the wait time wasn't that long even though they were pretty busy today. Never again. The worst place. I broke my ribs and couldn't go and was 3 days late from my contract and they still charged me and said not my problem. No notice that the about the end of my 2 month agreement .Horrible.

I’ve been going here for a couple years, and at the beginning of the year, I purchased a year of visits (to take advantage of a deal they were offering). When I first started going, I had some pretty serious lower back issues, which have gotten much better. I usually see Dr. Bethany, and Stephanie is usually at the front desk, both of whom have gotten to know my husband and me very well and are always welcome. It’s also great to not need an appointment and to be able to go after work or on weekends.

I love the staff here. We have been with them for years now and they make our backs feel so great. Dr Bethany in particular adapts to my very bendy body and is able to find the best pops in just the right places. This place adjust to our ailments if anything new flares up such as knee pain or allergy sinus pressure. I wish I could do more than five stars. Bonus input include ya upgrading to a full year plan because the great staff informed us that it is cheaper overall! ?

I am so glad I found them! Everyone is so friendly! They provide thorough and efficient adjustments when I need them Monday thru Saturday. There is an occassional wait if there are a few new clients being seen but I am usually in and out in a matter of minutes. I feel welcome every time I come in. Horrible. Do not go here. The customer service from the Chiropractor was horrible. I waited for 1.5 hour as a new patient and she still saw other people before me who arrived only 5 mins prior. I told her I was waiting for 1.5 hours. She looked at me, got an attitude and said that they will only take 5 mins. As a business owner, customer service should be the most important thing. I got up and walked out because I didn't want any one with that bad of customer service working on me. The receptionist apologized because she knew it was wrong. I would never recommend this place. The Joint Chiropractic should evaluate who they hire! Horrible people skills

I went in to sign up as a client & was presented with 6 pages to complete of med history & consents. The receptionist didn't understand why I had not signed the form that includes, "By signing this Informed Consent, I acknowledge that I have discussed, or have had the opportunity to discuss, with my Doctor of Chiropractic..." I explained that I had not met with the doctor & would not be able to sign the form until I had. Her response, "if you don't sign, I can't do anything." I took the papers (signed & unsigned) and left. Pop quiz - which of the following shows the least level of intelligence... A) people who sign consents & contracts they haven't read. B) receptionists who insist people sign (though they don't understand the forms themselves). C) The Joint management that designed the process & staff training. D) all of the above

I really liked my experience here; the receptionist was friendly and answered all of my billing questions. The chiropractor herself was great! She was more thorough in getting an idea of my general health than some doctors I have seen! Her attention to detail was also very impressive. I live an hour away from this clinic and I am seriously considering traveling the distance to be in her care! I knocked off one star out of the annoyance of a follow-up text despite noting my preferred contact method is email as I pay per text. Stupid reason to knock-off a star imho, but I didn't appreciate the text, so..

I went in hoping to get an adjustment, instead what I got was a lecture about how if I didn't buy there $55 monthly package that I would eventually need surgery!, I have had my back adjusted before and only had to go every 3 to 6 months to get it readjusted, never in my whole intire time of ever having adjustments done was I ever told I had to buy a package and come in every week for the rest of my life. The only reason why I needed one at all was because my neck felt a little bad! The last time I had an adjustment before I moved was about 5 years ago, so if they tell you that you need to come in four times a month I would definantly reevaluate this place , it seems to me there only interested in how much money they can make! There not interested in making you better! I am so glad that I saw right through the sells pitch, I am glad I did not waste my money!!!

Front desk personnel are very greeting and friendly. Doctors are nice and informative. They made my first visit pleasant. They have hours that work with adult schedules, which is amazing. Prices are fair and they also have packages to lower the cost even further. I will be back again and again!

I love this place! I used their services after hurting my back on some stairs. They had me repaired after just 2 visits! The plan was to just pop in for a couple of visits until I was better, but after seeing the amount of time that the doctors spend with you - really listening to what ails you and doing whatever it takes to make you feel better before you leave - I have decided to become a regular customer. I get a monthly plan that covers up to 4 visits for just $49! I would have expected each visit to cost that much. You can tell that they are trying pretty hard to get you to sign up for the plan, but that is the only "selling" that that do. Nothing high pressure - no upsells. I highly recommend you check them out if you back or neck could use some relief.

Convenient, much more reasonably priced than average chiro, and good. I have had a very positive experience with them after having been there for about a year now. They also have more than one chiropractor that come on different days, so you can see which you prefer and go on that day. They have also been very friendly and personable.

I'm a little blown away by some of the other reviews on here.. I've never experienced any issues with the doctors not being able to help me. I've certainly never had any issues with the ladies on staff - if anything, the complete opposite. They're always incredibly friendly and recognize me/my car before I even walk through the door. My one and only "complaint" would be the constant turnover of the chiropractors. I don't know if that's just a practice of "The Joint" or just an issue with the location. I prefer finding one doctor and sticking with them, but that doesn't seem to be happening here. That's not to say that I've ever had subpar care from any of the doctors here - in fact all of the doctors have been excellent - it's just a personal preference.

My teenage daughter and I have been going here once a week for almost 2 years. The ladies that work up front are friends to us. They are great! The chiropractors that we have seen are all very good too. I agree with the other reviewer about the turnover being disappointing, but it is what it is. I love the adjustments I get at The Joint. Each doctor, though different, have eased my pain and offered suggestions to follow between adjustments. My only concern is the currently reduced hours caused by a doctor leaving. Hopefully, this will be corrected soon.
