Meet The Doctors
Dr. Mathew Eckenrod was born in Detroit Michigan in 1993, before moving to Denton Texas where he attended John H. Guyer high school. After graduation, he attended Kalamazoo College and received his degree in chemistry with a focus on biochemistry.
Dr. Eckenrod was working in the Intensive Care Unit of an emergency room when realized that he wanted to learn how to help patients outside of traditional methods of medicine. He went on to pursue his education in chiropractic care and has found his passion in seeing the face of patient’s who feel pain relief.
When he’s not helping patients in the clinic, Dr. Eckenrod enjoys reading, extensive physical exercises like marathon races, and going on exploring new adventures.
Dr. Mari Manriquez was born in El Paso, Texas. She graduated from Coronado High School before attending Parker College of Chiropractic. Since graduating, she has been practicing for three years. Dr. Manriquez also holds a License of Massage Therapy, a Master of Functional Nutrition and Webster Certification.
Dr. Manriquez decided to become a chiropractor because in her early college years as a student-athlete, she injured her back overtraining. She needed to return stronger and healthier without repetitive injury. Her mother took her to a chiropractor, and she has believed in it ever since. She wanted to share this physical medicine with everyone.
Dr. Manriquez enjoys music, eating great food, traveling, great conversation, hiking, and having small adventures. Learning new things is one of her favorite pastimes. She also loves the movies.
Dr. Guido was born in El Paso, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas before attending Parker University for her Chiropractic education. She also holds a Chiropractic Certification in whiplash and soft tissue trauma. Since graduating, she has been a practicing Chiropractor for 30 plus years.
Dr. Guido believes that an optimal spine equates to optimal health and living a life of vitality. She is passionate about movement being medicine. She tries to reduce interference, optimize communication, and help patients live a life full of joy, love, and happiness.
Dr. Guido is the mother of 18-year-old boy/girl twins. Her daughter loves classical music and is an aspiring soprano. Her son loves mathematics and wants to be a math teacher. They love to travel to the mountains and beaches as well as visit museums. Dr. Guido is a dog lover, enjoys hiking, Thai food, arts & entertainment, and preparing healthy meals for the family.
