Dr. Michael A. Arroyo was born in Manatí, P.R. in 1987. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Anatomy and Science/Wellness and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University. He also earned a certification in Physiotherapy from the National Board of Chiropractic.
Dr. Arroyo focuses his care on families, including new born and older adults.
He also provides nutritional counseling to detect nutritional deficiencies and underlying nutritive stress factors. He has an individualized approach and uses a combination of techniques, adjustments and spinal as well as extremity adjustments to assist in removing interference to his patient's health expression. Dr. Arroyo is dedicated, providing education on health and wellness topics such as nutrition, weight loss, raising healthy children, helping on managing stress and pain, while achieving his most important goal, returning the body to the most health and optimum functioning. Therefore, the body can perform and do what does best, heal itself.
Dr. Arroyo speaks English as well as Spanish, so he can communicate and understand you in a humane and sensitive way. He is committed and thoroughly interested in helping all his patients to achieve the standards of wellness that everyone should have.
Dr. Arroyo is a dog, fitness and food lover as well as a car enthusiast . He loves spending his free time working out, finding new restaurants where he can enjoy different types of foods and caring for his two dogs (Bassett Hound and Beagle) Thor and Floyd.
Dr. Schalk attended Baylor University and Texas A&M University before graduating with Honors from Texas Chiropractic College in 1982. He owned and managed several multidisciplinary clinics that included Doctors of Chiropractic, Orthopedic Surgeons, Podiatrists and Massage Therapists. He focused primarily on trauma-related conditions and rehabilitation. .
Dr. Schalk’s awards include: Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, National Dean’s List, International Youth in Achievement Award and Young Personality of America Award. He moved to South Padre Island in 2019 and enjoys boating, fishing and scuba diving. Dr. Schalk enjoys writing in his free time and is currently working his first novel.

Victor Flores, D.C. has studied and practiced some of the best principles of healing and optimal performance over the last 20 years. From the latest understandings in neuroscience (neuroplasticity) to the time-tested philosophies and principles of yoga, energy medicine, and chiropractic healing.
Dr. Flores graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended Southern California University of Health Sciences and received his doctorate in Chiropractic in 2002.
He is a Texas native and loves to fish, surf, do yoga, enjoy nature, along with many other things. Dr. Flores is continually reading up on the latest health and wellness advances that can help people.
I have had the privilege of helping people help themselves gain a better life and vitality through Chiropractic for 30 years in California and Texas. I received my BS, Health Administration at Cal. State University, Northridge. Finished my BS, Human Biology and Doctorate in Chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles.
I have experience with terminal oncology patients, infants, toddlers, those in their "golden years", Athletes: bronze, silver and gold medal Olympic sprinters, javelin throwers, pro golfers, pro boxers, pro football, professional ballet jazz and tap dancers, protectors of our peace and freedom, weekend warriors, and every bit as special: those of us supporting ourselves, our families, work and home lives! I have a passion for helping people improve their lives.
