Dr. Leslie is an amazing person and a wonderful chiropractor. She was helping my mom towards a healthier and better life. Mom is 83 years old and has many health issues. Dr. Leslie discovered many of the root causes and has been working to assist Mom. After the first few visits Mom went from using a walker all the time to walking with just a cane. Tried to be seen on a Sunday. Went in twice, the first time there was many people waiting. Because of this, i choose to come back. upon returning, there was 1 person in the lobby. I checked in and was immediately told there was 5 people ahead of me... with only 1 person in the waiting room. This defeats the purpose of walk in allowing people to enter the que and leaving. at this point i will have unused visits and will not be buying anymore.

To whom it may concern,
I am an existing patient that regularly attends visits the Norterra branch of The Joint Chiropractic with Dr. Palazzo in Arizona. I have always appreciated The Joint Chiropractic and normally my appointments are great and I have a request. However, on November 20, I I recently (11/20/23) experienced a 2-hour wait for Dr. Palazzo for a 5-minute adjustment, due to There were two back-to-back new patients who needed to be were undergoing evaluations before me. My request is Would it be possible for existing patients to be allowed to squeeze in between new patients, so we aren't waiting to avoid a 2-hour wait for a quick 5-minute adjustment? Or another option could be to have more than one doctor working at the Norterra branch on Mondays, as it is a very popular location and it appears Dr. Palazzo is the only doctor working that day, typically has Dr. Palazzo as the only Dr working causing a log jam for all patients. Please Thank you for your consideration, I appreciate the service and care provided by The Joint. Have a happy thanksgiving.

I would be treated here on an "as needed" basis for rib pain. Because my needs were infrequent, I told them that I preferred to pay for each individual session. With significant sales pressure (insinuating that I would not receive the same care per visit), they convinced me to buy a package- assuring me that I could go to any location and the package did not expire. I feel they were intentionally deceitful as the package does expire in 12 months and I prepaid for services never rendered. Disappointing business practices.

I have been going to The Joint Norterra for seven years. At first, I was a little apprehensive about it being a chain. But, they have exceptional chiropractors who have kept me walking and pain-free. This is a just heads up for those people that are 65 or older. The Joint will not see you as a walk in. The chiropractor told me that it had something to do with Medicare, even though they don't bill insurance and it's self pay. I really didn't understand what he was telling me except that "his hands were tied." I was disappointed.

All of the doctors I have seen have been great. They all know what the are doing and are very aware of what you tell them and how they need to adjust you. It has never been crowded when we have gone there. We do not need an appointment, and it is easy to check in with the card they give you. The first time we made an appointment, and it took longer, because the doctor had to ask questions and write things down. I like it that when we go to a different The Joint, they know who we are when we come in! We have told several people about The Joint, and they like them, too.

I've had a membership to the joint for several years and liked the convenience, but since moving to North Phoenix this is the only location anywhere near by and they often only have 1 doctor and over an hour wait. I like the doctors but can never get in and wastes a lot of time. Going to have to start looking for other options

First I has no expectations, but after some t.v. commercials and then driving by I decided to stop in. My pain had been in my left lower back and down the outside of my thigh. I had written it off as age, overweight, no exercise and that I sit a lot at my job. My limited stretching wasn't helping. My inversion table was giving me momentary relief, my doctor suggested physical therapy but there was not enough time. My first visit with Dr. Meera, included a consultation, history, and an adjustment which allowed me to get a good night sleep. I didn't feel pain and sleep in a position where I didn't have to find to get comfortable. It was weird because the feeling I was having was like a phantom pain where I think I was feeling the pain that I had for over a year, but it wasn't really there. Three visits later and I can still feel the difference Dr. Meera is Making.

I am new to Arizona, having moved here in June. I was previously seeing a chiropractor in New York so I wanted to continue. I was having back and pelvis pain from driving out here. I am usually seen by Dr. Martin. He is the most gentle chiropractor I have ever seen by Dr. Martin. He is the most gentle chiropractor I have ever been treated by. He also communicated to me what he is going to do, and makes me feel very comfortable with the adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Martin. If you have never had chiropractic adjustments or are looking for a new one, hes the perfect choice. Holy Crap!
I've been coming to The Joint for months. Today was my first visit with an injury (severely sprained my knee and back). I've been in sharp pain for three weeks and needed a crutch to walk.
