Dr. Mark Palazzo, D.C. has brought professional quality chiropractic care to the Phoenix Valley since 1998. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic-west in San Jose, CA in 1997. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Certificates in Advanced Neurological Diagnostics and Clinical Nutrition.
Prior to his profession in chiropractic care, Dr. Palazzo worked at the Mayo Clinic in Cancer Research and as a Behavioral Therapist for over 4 years. As a therapist, he gained great insight into the medical field. His experiences drove him to explore an alternative to the drug-oriented approach to health care. That alternative was chiropractic.
Dr. Palazzo believes chiropractic is the best way to help sick and healthy people alike, become or remain healthy without the use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Palazzo prides himself on his patient care and puts all his focus and concentration on the cause of his patient’s health issues. He uses his knowledge of chiropractic and medical experiences to educate his patients about their health problems, and has learned to serve a variety of patients all with a range of symptoms and ailments including sciatica pain, neck pain, upper and lower back pain, and migraines.
When Dr. Palazzo is not working as The Joint’s local chiropractor in Phoenix, AZ, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly, and their two sons.
Dr. Meera Gosalia is an Arizona native, and was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Gosalia briefly moved to California to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College in 2016 and also fulfill her first couple years in her chiropractic career. Dr. Gosalia has since found her way back to her desert home of Arizona and cannot wait to help her local Phoenix community.
Dr. Gosalia has been The Joint Chiropractic’s local chiropractor since June of 2018 and loves the relationships she has built with her patients.
“Building a connection with each individual person and able to help heal a person through a holistic way with our hands. My passion and drive is helping kids and pregnant moms be able to live to their fullest potential.” Dr. Gosalia is also continuing her education and working on her certification for pediatrics while working at The Joint.
Dr. Gosalia finds that providing pain relief is one of the most rewarding things about me a doctor of chiropractic. Utilizing a method of healthcare that is natural and non-invasive, Dr. Gosalia has mastered the art of patient care. She has learned to serve a wide range of patients from infants to grandparents with a range of cases, including migraine relief, sciatica pain, neck pain, and lower back pain through the use of manual manipulation.
When Dr. Gosalia is not working at The Joint Chiropractic spends her time with her husband, either hiking or trying new local restaurants.
Dr. Thao Nguyen joined The Joint Chiropractic team in May 2018 and is excited to help her local Phoenix, AZ community. She was born in Vietnam and raised in Portland, OR, and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with you.
Dr. Nguyen originally became interested in chiropractic care as a profession because she knew she wanted to help others improve their quality of life without the use of prescription medications. This led her to attend Western States College of Chiropractic in Portland, OR where she obtained her doctor of chiropractic degree in 2009.
Over the course of her professional career Dr. Nguyen has learned to serve a range of patients from infants to grandparents, with various cases including neck pain, upper and lower back pain, migraines and headaches, sciatica, arthritis and more.
Dr. Nguyen says the best thing about working in the chiropractic profession is being able to help people do things they weren’t able to do before or were missing from their lives. Having the ability to heal others with her two hands and without the use of medications continues to motivate her everyday.
Dr. Nguyen believes one of the coolest things she has done thus far is fulfill one of her mother’s lifelong dreams of traveling to Europe. They took 2 weeks and traveled to 7 different countries, and had some quality mother-daughter bonding time.
When Dr. Nguyen is not working at The Joint Chiropractic, she enjoys watching movies at her home in Phoenix.
Dr. Paul Dickerson joined The Joint Chiropractic’s network of doctors in June of 2019. Dr. Dickerson comes from a family of chiropractors and knew from a young age he was going to commit to the profession. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1986.
Dr. Dickerson loves to help his patients achieve their fullest potential. He enjoys offering a healthy option based on allowing the body to self regulate.
Dr. Dickerson also loves to educate his local community on the benefits of chiropractic care. He is inspired by preventative healthcare and its benefits.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Dickerson has learned to serve a range of patients all with varied symptoms and ailments. Including, migraines, upper back pain, lower back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sciatica and more.
When Dr. Dickerson isn’t working at The Joint Chiropractic in Phoenix, AZ, he enjoys working on his herb garden and maintaining his yard. He also prides himself on his years of playing or volunteering to coach sports.
