I moved back home and sought out a good Joint near me, because some places do not have the best Chiropractors. THIS PLACE however, has some good ones. Dr. Matt and Dr. Jay are the two I see on a regular. They can be trusted and you can tell they truly care and don't just "POP AND PRAY". Everyone I've come they take their time, stretch me out, and do the due. They're great. Some of these comments are ridiculous. People expect $1,000/ month treatment for $80. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this Joint chiropractic practice. All staff is amazing and so friendly. They go out of their way to make every time a great experience. Just today I mixed up my renewal date and lost one session. Front desk staff and management went out of their way to add another session for this new month when it was my mistake and they absolutely did not have to. 10 out of 10 stars DEFINITELY recommend.

The absolute best on chiropractic are here in Murfreesboro. Specifically Dr. Hannah, Dr. Matt, and Dr. Jay are absolutely fabulous! But you cant go wrong with any of their doctors. First visit was a breeze. They took their time, went over everything that was going on, and developed a great plan. And they dont limot to just the spine. I see them and tell them whats going on with my ankles, knees, hands, and shoulders. And I always leave feeling better than when I showed up.

The Doctors are great! Always feel pain free after an adjustment. I'm giving 2 stars only because The Joint Chiropractic will not let visits roll over to the next month. They should at least allow 1 visit to rollover. Some months I don't need to come 4 times. Hate wasting visits. I went with my two friends. The doctors there are Hanna and Matt. I personally saw Hanna and she did do my adjustment well. Then my other friends went with Dr. Matt. Friend B’s adjustment was fine. Friend A’s went eh they expressed concern for their upper back and hips. The Doctor adjusted her back but didn’t even touch her hips and legs. She asked “ what about my hips”. He just said they are fine . I then had to call and advocate for her to be seen again. She requested to be seen by the other doctor the receptionists (who is very kind btw love her energy) said that would be okay but we would have to come back today so we will not have to use another visit and could use the same. We go back my friend was under the impression Dr. Hanna would be the person so she walked in and said “hi” for that doctor to not respond and pack up her things to leave. She ended up being seen by the previous doctor. He started her adjustment and it did seem rough at start. Which startled her and I too as a witness. The rest of the visit was decent . I think we won’t be returning to this location it could be an off day but that’s no reason for patients to be dismissed or not treated warmly when voicing concerns. Customer service skills are so important when working with any part of the public.

My back pain came on over the weekend. By Monday morning I was incredibly stiff. I reached out and was seen same-day by Dr. Jay. During my consultation, he listened very carefully and validated my concerns. After a brief evaluation he performed an adjustment. I left feeling better than when I walked in. They were very transparent about cost and I ended up signing up for a 3 month wellness subscription for $84 monthly. Visits do not require appointments which I really like! Overall my experience has been good so far.

Very impersonal business model. Some of the chiropractors there are fine, a mixed bag, but it quickly becomes clear this is less about your healing and more about maximizing revenue. I originally signed up for a 6-month package. After it ended, I returned a couple of months later intending to start a new one. That’s when I discovered I had been automatically rolled into a monthly subscription that I had continued paying for without realizing it. I wasn’t even asking for a refund — I simply asked if the payments could be applied as credit toward future care. The owner of the regional franchises, Dr. Jason Jared, responded that “the specifics of that plan were detailed in the agreement that you signed,” essentially pointing to the fine print. If your health is personal, you will be better served by finding a local practitioner where you can build a genuine relationship.

I really like this place. The people here do great but I do wish there were more patient privacy because there is no privacy when verbally disclosing information or getting treatment. Usually is a line and 4 people only a few feet away watching you get adjusted while also speaking about your health history. Other than the privacy this place is awesome! I will also say other joints have the same privacy issue so it’s probably not the individual employees fault but rather the owners.

In my opinion, the Joint Chiropractic is not the best for care. I’ve had bad experiences with them twice. First, the receptionists don’t seem to care about you at all as a patient. I’m pretty sure they just like their paycheck. And unfortunately, I left still in pain and the problem I went in with, they didn’t fix and they just said it was soreness. So now I will wait 2 days (standing crooked) to go back to my regular chiropractor (Healing Hands). I only went to Joint because my normal chiropractor isn’t open on the weekends. They also were sleezy and made me think I’d only pay $29 but then it was $55. I know the reason why, but I could tell they purposely didn’t tell me before my appointment that it would be $55 and not $29. I actually normally go to Healing Hands Chiropractor in Murfreesboro, and hands down Dr. Dee and Dr. Kate are the BEST in the industry! They also have $40 self pay options which I LOVE! And Dr. Dee and Dr. Kate care so much about you and your life!!! Don’t go to Joint. Go to Healing Hands!!! I will be going to Healing Hands this week to fix the problems that Joint couldn’t help me with. Vet your chiropractors carefully!

I can say all of the Dr.s that i have been to, know their stuff. I never feel rushed. They take the time to make sure they have covered all the issues that they can treat and never rush you out the door (even when breaking for lunch! Haha). Jenna and Bri at the reception desk are the best. They always greet you with a smile, and are willing to engage in friendly conversation. The entire staff is so nice on days that I have to bring my kids in with me. They truly are fantastic. Prices are reasonable as well. Practice was nice and clean. That's about it. I have scoliosis so I'm literally always in pain. I came in for about a month and left with worse pain than before. They said it's probably just me being sore for the adjustments, it's been almost a year now and I've been on pain killers just to help with the pain when it gets too bad.

I recently rejoined the joint chiropractic. I really like the flexibility and ease of going to get an adjustment. My schedule is hard to nail down and it’s nice to be able to just walk in and get treated and walk out usually less than about 10 minutes total.Ii’ve had adjustments from several of the different doctors and they are all great. I like that they each have a slightly different style, which feels more well-rounded in addressing my issues.

Do NOT under any circumstances sign up for their monthly savings plan. I am sure that it is all in the very lengthy paperwork, but they explain it as a way to save money and you can cancel it at any time. This is absolutely not the case. They do not tell you that there is a 2-month minimum contract and you cannot for any reason canceled before then. And you cannot cancel over the phone if you are you satisfied with the service and no longer want to use it. You have to go in person & a cancellation contract. The front staff is very unhelpful and their business model is very scammy.

I came to The Joint in July 2024. Paid a "special rate" on my HSA card. I was given so many visits within the first month, but only used 2 visits. No X-rays were taken which should have been my first red flag. I have been charged $79 every month on my HSA card monthly since! I had filled out a paper to have it cancelled and ... YEP MONTHS LATER... STILL BEING CHARGED!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this chiropractor to ANYONE!

There is a such thing as business ethics. After being googly eyed over an intro price, apparently I was worked into relaxation and didn’t pay attention to a “contract” I agreed to on a phone agreement. Read everything comes to mind. Now Joint Chiropractic attempts to charge my card (which I’ve frozen) multiple times everyday. When I asked to cancel, they said I could not do so. I don’t understand that. Not a good experience.

Front receptionists are rude and would not take no for an answer about buying a package and her logic was you can go directly to the back and you don't have to fill the paperwork out every time. Seems to me it'd be best practice for everyone to fill it out. I've previously had a monthly membership but now that I don't they treat me differently. I was there prior to several people, who got to just walk to the back but she made me sit out front letting the multiple people go in front of me. I am a regular and a paying customer. Worst joint location. Chiropractor and adjustment were good though.

My experience at The Joint Chiropractic today was amazing. As a first time visitor to the practice I was greeted with a smile, and treated with kindness. In very short order my paperwork was completed and within 20 min I was in the back being treated. OH, I WAS A WALK-IN, I know many reviews have had complaints about being in that category and having to wait, but I felt none of that today. Consulatation, treatment, treatment plan amazing care. I was very bad as I didn't get names lol, let's chalk it up to how much pain I was in! BUT..... I am going back for followup TX in 2 days because I left pain free and want to stay that way. If you are Medicare like me, you know chiropractic care is covered w advantage plans, but they are not accepted by practices because the reimbursement is less that $14. If you buy a package, you can send the bill into your insurance and they will reimburse you for 75% of what you paid. Please don't deny yourself the care to keep our older bodies healthy and active!! BEST CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICE IN THE BORO.

This place is discriminative, they take the monthly plan people over people paying when they need an adjustment. I have been coming here since it opened 4 yrs ?? The 2 African American women sitting at the front desk said everyone else will be seen before me since I am not on there monthly payment plans. I use to recommend this place but no more. Nothing like the one in Smyrna. The emo guy at the counter seems snotty and they might have good Dr's, but I don't know because I just sat and watched 15 people repeatidly keep going in front of me because I'm not a current member... Not gonna be either after this encounter. I feel like I drove across town just to sit in uncomfortable chairs and be treated like a second rate citizen.

Okay, I'm a 20 year combat veteran with a bum shoulder and have had some great challenges getting my shoulder to function. I walked in here and was given some basic information to fill out and within a half hour was adjusted by Dr. Rob and unlocked several new moves that I had not done in years. They are so skilled, professional and really instill confidence in what is often perceived as an impossible task. Great work! I'm glad to be their client. I see another chiropractor regularly but it's getting expensive. So, I thought I would try this place since they have great pricing and it was recommended. I was very impressed. The doctor did a thorough exam and a great adjustment. He gave me some good stretches and exercises to do at home as well. I will be going back.

I have had to have chiropractic care over the years on and off due to lower and middle back flare ups. Unfortunately I could not afford continuous care until now. Their rates and the care they offered are exceptional. I walked in there without being able to barely walk or move and was able to walk in the next day without screaming in pain. They promoted first visit for $29 that includes patient review and adjustment. They refused to adjust me and still charged me the full amount. If you can't complete what you promote then the price shouldn't be the full amount. The place was also dirty and needs to be professionally cleaned. I will not be returning. I'd also like to point out they don't do imaging so they dont track how helpful they actually are. Would not recommend this place. Bad business experience.

I’ve been to a lot of Joints around the country and I have been to this location on and off for a couple years. Today I had the most excellent experience! The front desk associate Chris was so kind and welcoming. She walked each member back to the adjustment area the entire time I was there and made sure they were set up. They’ve also added a couple tables to set your belongings down and it felt cleaner. I used to see Dr Corey and was sad when he left but today I saw Dr. Farris and she was delightful. I felt a lot better upon leaving and restarted my Wellness Plan so that I can be back more often. Felt cared for and connected with, job well done by this staff!

Never knew this type of place existed! It's like a quick oil change for your back! I have had neck pain for years from a whiplash injury. Dr. Harward did several assessments to pinpoint the offending muscle and was able to poke, stretch, release, and crrrack my back and neck so I could move flexibly again! Walk-in only, which is great because I stink at keeping appointments. Insurance not necessary, because it's alteady affordable and you don't run out of visits (my insurance "allows" me 15 visits per year). The doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and have plenty of suggestions, exercises, and stretches to try. Plus, they have offices all over the country in case you are on vacation and have a flare up. Highly recommended! We must add that Dr. Trabue is fantastically attentive and great with kids! Never a negative experience. Love our visits!

went here for back pain and after explaining the issue at had, the chiro chose to elaborate more of how this problem occurred and how to resolve it in the future instead of proactively doing adjusting to solve it. after a few adjustments, the pain was still there and now the chiropractor was talking about how it will take more appointments to solve it. when asked about doing more adjusting, she stated that’s all the adjustment for today. I left the facility with zero improvement on the pain I had and only thing I was told is to keep coming back in a few days. the whole process felt like a way to keep people coming back for more appointments in the future and not about solving the problem within the same appointment. would not recommend for anyone actually experiencing pain and really want to ask for a refund but doubt they would ever comply. be warned!

Dr service is poor. They call you back and you wait your turn but the dr on duty want to call people back out of sequence. Plus every time you get a dr you can trust they leave. I use to think this was a great place but my opinion has really tarnished with this poor professionalism

Dr. Corey is an awesome chiropractor. Hate that he is leaving. Not sure if it is management or ownership, but the turnover rate at this clinic has been absolutely ridiculous. I will continue with The Joint at least until the end of the year, due to the package I purchased, but will re-evaluate near renewal to determine if I will move to a different chiropractic clinic.

I came to the joint in October after I coughed so hard, it caused my neck to be in extreme pain and my left arm was numb and weak. I was assessed by Dr. Corey, he sent me across the street to St.Thomas hospital to get x-rays done, the prognosis was a herniated/ bulging cervical disk, and told me to get a cervical brace, ice my neck over the weekend to get the swelling down and come back to see Dr. Chance on Monday. Dr. Chance Moore is the MVP on this review, He performed DNFT(directional non force technique) adjustments on me, which are very hard to come by in Tennessee, as there are only a handful of DNFT practitioners in the state. He taught me exercises to do in-between adjustments to help with my recovery and my straight military neck. He is also great at answering any questions I have had, even if sometimes they are a little silly. Not only did he clear my neck and arm from all that pain, but made me feel safe even when i had a full blown panic attack on the adjustment table, or when I would break down in tears because of how frustrated I was when I would get painful flair ups. The staff has been great as well, every one is very professional, they explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Dr. Chance non forcefully directed my bones and tissue twice a week and after almost 6 months I'm pain free! I'm not 100% percent better yet, so I can't leap with joy because my neck still gets aggravated when I jump, but I'm so grateful for Dr. Chance! he has been of tremendous help. The Joint is definitely my favorite drug free crack house!

Everything was great except when my Dr said he was going to be conservative with the first treatment. The lower back and mid were good adjustments, but the neck, shoulders and down the top of the back were a little too conservative.. I felt no real relief and my neck now hurts and burns. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe my brain just hasn't registered the adjustment yet, but the pain is consistent and never ending. I will come back tomorrow in hopes they can really work my upper back shoulders and neck so this pain will stop because it's becoming quite intense

I came here because I woke up with extreme neck pain and couldn’t move my head. Check-in and everything was simple. When I got back the chiropractor really didn’t do much, he was doing the same thing that every other dr was doing to every other patient there. After my “adjustment” he told me I needed to come back for 8 weeks. I wasn’t too sure since all he did was use some little gun on me that really didn’t do anything but i was open. The lady at the front desk tried to sign me up for a membership and I was down for it till I was reading that I had to do the membership for two months. I took it back and told her I didn’t want to do two months and instead will just come back and pay the full price if I was still in pain. She then told me that i just wouldn’t get better unless I came back. Last time I checked she had no clue what was wrong nor a doctor. I told her I wasn’t comfortable being locked in for 2 months if It was going to get better and kept trying to push this membership on me. I am also posting this just to say it actually did get better without having to go back, So im glad I didn’t shell out $100 that day and get locked in for another 70. If you need a real adjustment I would advise going elsewhere

The doctor I saw came across as very hostile. I have visited chiropractors before and was able to discuss my issues with them without feeling like they were just humoring me. The adjustment I recieved didn't really help with the pain I went there to treat. It did give me neck pain I have never had before in all my years of chiropractic treatment. All I did was pay to recieve a headache and be treated like I was stupid. Go visit a real chiropractor instead of coming here.

Went in for the 29 dollar special and walk out with a monthly membership, the only bad thing in this review is why didn’t I go to the chiropractor before, it’s well worth your money... after a long time of being in pain I can say that I feel 10 times better now, pain is gone, they are very professional and they have a great atmosphere.

I found this place when a friend went in for her sciatica pain. I am recovering from frozen shoulder and few seem to know what to do with it. I was a loyal follower of Dr. Paisley here who is tremendous but she went on maternity leave and I was devastated. She can crack your back like I still haven't found anyone else can do! AMAZING! LOVE :) I then met Dr. Farris who is soothing for your mental state and just plain groovy. And then in walks Dr. Emily. Drop the mic. Dr. Emily works on my shoulder and manipulates it into healing and recovery. When I say frozen shoulder she speaks back. "Oh yeah let's do this" and goes on to do moves that bring relief---not pain. She gets it. She is fantastic. I thought I would die without Dr. Paisley. But Dr. Emily has been a wonderful balm for my shoulder and hips and she is a fantastic chiropractor. That's what I like about the joint. You can try different Doctors and see who is your best match. They dont seem to mind. The price is fantastic and the hours are perfect. I love it!

If I could leave Zero Stars I would. The Joint is a general adjustment center. If you have an injury, or any pain at all, I would NOT come here. Because their adjustments are not tailored specifically to the individual. This is coming from my experience. The place has a friendly feeling. Everyone is REALLY nice. I just want to provide some constructive criticism. I had neck pain and I went to get my neck adjusted. The Chiropractor cracked my neck, and tried an attempt to adjust my hips. But only did one side, which was odd. The next day, my neck was in more pain than the first day of pain. I could also feel my tailbone, which meant that I was really out of alignment. I couldn't even walk the next day. I waited a few more days, and I wasn't going to go back. But my husband assured me that it takes a couple of treatments to get better. So, after 10 days, I went back to the Joint. I told the Chiropractor that I was still in a lot of pain. I also mentioned my tailbone pain. This time, my neck was adjusted and my hips were adjusted. The very next day. I was in worse pain- back to day one of neck pain. I decided to go to a different Chiropractor Office in Murfreesboro- which was only $10 more- and I had my adjustment tailored specifically to my body. The office took X-rays and the Chiropractor took about 15 minutes to assess my body and the alignment. This Chiropractor did exactly what the Chiropractor did at The Joint. But the Neck Adjustment felt really different. And!!!! When I walked out of the office, I was able to turn my neck with no pain immediately. I no longer felt pain in my tailbone. This was my experience. I did not call The Joint and complain. I didn't ask for refunds. I didn't ask for any complimentary adjustments to make it better. I didn't want to hear any apologies. I still don't. I am just making my review and be done with the place. This is just a warning for anyone who is in real pain and is considering coming to The Joint to feel better. When it comes to this profession, it is really important that the business hires Chiropractors that know what they are doing. And not trying to get as many people in and out and off the table. My adjustments took a total of 2 minutes each at The Joint. It is also a good idea to hire people at the front desk that will act in a professional manner. Eating and working at the same time, gives a bad impression of professionalism. I don't like having to watch someone eat and talk at the same time.

Great Team All Around. Not only did they fix my sciatica, but they were also very apologetic and helpful when they found they had been taking money from my account without my knowledge. I called and they were able to call me back immediately with a resolution for my issue! It was upsetting at first, but after speaking with them over the phone I was reassured it would all be placed back into my account in a timely manner! 10/10 would still recommend for friends and family. I was in need of a chiropractor, every where I called could not see me until the following week. When you need a chiropractor, you need them then! The convenience is great! Love Dr. Rob! After an adjustment with him, I felt Fan~Freakin~Tastic! The only complaint I have is the seating in the waiting area, not good if you have a back issue. I prefer to stand! I suggest taking a few of the harder chairs in the back & moving them out front.

After being a patient for over a year, I had one treatment last July that caused a neck injury (whiplash) from an aggressive neck adjustment. I immediately knew something was wrong and I spent the next day in great pain and felt sick to my stomach. It has been 9 months and I am still in a great deal of daily pain. It took months for anyone from the company to talk to me despite almost daily attempts to email and call the company. I filed a complaint immediately after the incident and I never heard back. I did finally receive a few months complimentary treatment - but the treatment that caused the injury didn't heal the injury and even this benefit was canceled. I was finally told who the attorney was and to ask for help - I asked for reimbursement for physical therapy and additional therapy help and was denied 100% and I was told the complimentary treatment was enough. It wasn't anything that helped me and I cried in front of the chiropractor from the constant pain in my neck. However, the few months of treatment was an admission that something did go wrong. The attorney later came back to me and told me I needed to file a complaint against the chiropractor (this was news after months of asking) only to discover that chiropractor was no longer in the state (I am sure they were aware). I know there are some excellent chiropractors there and they do help many. It is not their fault. Accidents happen and they need to take responsibility for mistakes as they happen as we all do. However, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of moral and medical responsibility of this business model and those that manage the company. Buyer beware. I went to The Joint for healing and health and I have been left with injury and nothing but frustration.

First let me say i almost never leave reviews but I HAVE to for this place. I have honestly been BEYOND terrified of going to a chiropractor but I’ve been in pain for the last 5 years and in the past 3 days I have just been in terrible pain so I just sucked it up and bit the bullet and holy cow am I so happy that I did, it was quick and painless and not expensive. I have been getting massages (which cost more) in the past 5 years but now I found the jewel that can take my pain away. They were professional and extremely nice. I recommend!

I have never been able to find a Neurologist or a Orthopedic Doctor to sit down and just listen to my issues the way Dr. Paisley did on my very first visit to the Joint. She even gave medical recommendations, and was very gentle and explained what she was doing before she did it. She even offered to have over the phone conversations, and didn’t talk to me like I had no idea what was wrong with my body. I felt like a brand new person hopping off of the table, and I was very impressed with how affordable it was, and how I can walk in and out in 10 minutes feeling like a new person. The hours are great, and I can’t wait to feel relief after soooo many years with back problems. 10/10 would recommend.

The Joint is great! Try to find another walk-in chiropractor. I have been to multiple chiropractors in my life, all of which have “done the trick.” Matthew on the other hand, is exceptional. I am disappointed every time I get someone else. The care plan is great for individuals who travel for work, as I do. I cannot stress enough, get the help you need and make sure Matthew is the provider.

Dr. Paisley has zero working knowledge of tailbone injuries despite it being the base of the spine and responsible for much of the spinal pain I was experiencing in my lumbar, thoracic, as well as cervical spine above it. The truth is: most chiropractors including Dr. Paisley don't want you to know that the tailbone is often the source of your spinal pain. They'd rather keep you in the dark and in pain coming back for more and more adjustments($$$). If you have pain across the top of your sacrum when stretching your hamstrings, multiple disc issues coming on at an early age, persistent headaches, and odd tugging sensations up and down the side of your spine, check your coccyx alignment...

Huge fan of The Joint concept, since I was first introduced to it in Atlanta. As someone that travels for work, it great to know that I'll likely find a location when I get to a new assignment. Even better knowing, that they'll have all my info and not have to start from scratch every time. Also, great for vacations. And the pricing is very friendly as well. Now for this location specifically. Dr. Paisley rocks! I am not a small child and can be difficult to adjust, but not for her. Plus she and the staff are fun to be around.

The Joint Chiropractor in Murfreesboro, TN is the place to be! I was nervous I had to wait until Monday to see a chiropractor. Thankfully their office is opened seven days a week! As soon as I walked into their office, I was greeted with a smile and consultation began immediately. Dr. Paisley and Dr. Christina took care of me from start to finish. Explained what I needed to do to take care of myself and the benefits and features of their wellness packages (which I ended up signing up for). I would recommend The Joint Chiropractor...I give this place five stars without hesitation!

I do Construction work and have been having some serious pain in my right shoulder and I think it has been pinching a never because my right Arm and hand has been going num for about a month now, I've had several people work on it another Chriropractor and a massage therapist and nothing has worked.
