My teen son paid 29 for the one visit he had at this place as a teen. Not only that he was forced into a wellness plan which he also paid the same day. He was overcharged. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that nearly every time I come into this location the front desk staff is the most unenthusiastic customer service representatives I've ever seen. There is one older lady that is great that always greets everyone, she is always so nice. But every other time I'm in this location there is 2 women that never greet you, wait for you to approach them and give off the vibe that they absolutely hate their job. Sucks cause the doctors are great, but sometimes I wonder how people land these types of jobs or remain keeping their job.

first time there nice building when walking in didn't see anyone up front until the receptionist moved in view she was hiding behind the computer . and rude like it was a bother. the drs there are nice but I feel its all about selling the membership which I did not 99 a month is steep . the receptionist was very rude when I declined the monthly membership. I think that will not have new customers. I get that you have to sell memberships but don't push it into buying into one.

Over the years, we’ve tried a number of different chiropractic offices in the Denver area, including multiple Joint offices and honestly, we’ve never been that impressed—until now. We’ve been to this location three times this summer, each time with a different chiropractor, and every single adjustment has been absolutely exceptional. As two patients, we both agree: the consistency here is unlike anything we’ve experienced with the Joint. With chiropractic care, you often expect some visits to feel “just okay” and others to feel great, but here every adjustment has been everything you hope for at every visit. This office has earned our trust, and we’d gladly go out of our way to come back. Definitely worth a five-star review—go ahead and get yourself registered, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. Dr Sande is THE BEST. He helped me get rid of chronic neck pain I had for years. I’m now able to do things I never thought my body would be capable of. Just yesterday he gave me an adjustment that helped me get rid of some hip pain, was able to run 8 miles today because of it! Cannot recommend Dr Sande at The Joint Chiropractic Littleton, enough!!

Not my usual chiropractor, but I was in some pain and needed relief in a pinch on a Saturday afternoon. Got a walk-in appointment super quickly, and was cared for by Dr. Sande who did an exam and adjusted me. It was one of the best neck adjustments I’ve ever had, and provided me with instant relief afterward. I’d definitely go back to see him again.

I have been coming to this location for the past seven years. Before arriving in Colorado, I had a chiropractor I was very happy with and was stressing finding one here. I settled on the Joint and I am very happy I did. I usually come in every week just for preventative maintenance. Garrett up front and Dr. Sande are amazing and since I come in every week, knows me very well and I am in and out in 10 minutes. If you are a new patient, they will sit and have a consultation with you before your first session begins (I have witnessed this several times). I love how Dr. Sande always asks at the end of the session if there is anything else I can check out, even though there never is. You have to triple check with their cancellation policy. Even if you put in your cancellation notice, they keep charging you. Their service is next to nothing at all. It seems like they are trying to keep us coming back. If they try to do a good job, I don't think we need four appointments per month. But they don't do that how are they going to make money. Having said that means Patience well being is at their bottom of their list. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone since I don't want anyone to waste time and money.

They will steal your money. I went here for 2 years before cancelling because I moved somewhere without a location. I went to the trouble of driving super far and cancelling in person last December. They confirmed my cancellation. But, they have been charging me for both my husband and I every month since. When I called to ask for a refund, they said that there was a cancellation on my account and would look into a refund. Didn't hear anything. Called back. They started lying left and right - saying I never cancelled, they could only refund 2 months, and that they couldn't refund me for my husband due to HIPAA (as I've worked jobs that followed HIPAA before, I know that's a blatant lie). They've stolen way too much for me to care too admit, but it's a lot. I looked into it and they've been sued for this exact thing in the past. And, even just in these reviews, I know I'm not alone. No matter how badly you need a chiropractor, DON'T GO HERE. Edit: Just an update. I tried to complain to the BBB, but they don't come up as a listed business. I did file a fraud claim but they straight up falsified legal documents to lie to my bank. I got some money back, but I still lost way more. Definitely do not go here. A fraud claim won't help you.

BEWARE!!!! - They will NOT Cancel automatic account withdrawal. I stopped going here in January and asked to Cancel, they said no problem. In Feb I received another another automatic withdrawal for $89, they said they can not offer refunds, but they assured it would be off the next month. each month I STILL get billed $89! they charged me for 4 months that I have not been going. In addition I had only been to this location a total of 5 times after paying $118 in December for an initial month membership. If I call them on the phone, they say I have to stop in the office to cancel. When I stop in they assure me every time its canceled. My bank said the only way to stop the billing on their end is to cancel my debit card which I can not do. So at this point I have no recourse of the monthly theft which currently stands at $356 ---------------------------------- 5/16/23 Update. Per the establishments response, I attempted to call and only able Voicemail Only stating that my account was under the name "William" and not "Bill". Rather than call back I received a text stating they stated that they had emailed me "cancellation form", which I still have not received, and the first time I have been told I need to complete a cancelation form. Each month I would visit in person, ask to cancel, and the girl at the front desk would click a few screens and say it was cancelled. Its my understanding that this type of activity was outlawed back in the days of gym memberships that did the same thing. If not fully refunded, months Feb - May, I will be taking further action on principle. I have no problem spending more money to make an example so that other people are not subject to the same predatory business practices in the future.

I have been a member of the Joint for over three years now, but will no longer recommend them to anyone after they charged me for two months after I put in a suspension request to put my membership on hold. I filled out the suspension form with the receptionist, and they put it in their system and said my payments would resume three months from that date; however, I was charged for the following two months! I was not informed until I called to ask why I had been charged, that my suspension request was denied and couldnt be done from this location, even though I had previously suspended my membership there in July. I told them that the receptionist confirmed with me that I was "all set," and asked why I hadn't been informed of the form's rejection for me to inquire before I charged again, and was told "that wasn't something they did" and that "they could not reimburse the money because the suspension form did not go through." Terrible customer service and refusal to side with the customer after I was told by a representative that I wouldn't be charged and then was for TWO MONTHS!

I signed up for a membership without realizing the hours were the same hours that I worked. I tried to get ahold of someone about cancelling it and getting a refund but since I worked the same hours, I tried to reach out online. Never got a response from my inquiries. When I was able to come in, it wasn't two days before the billing cycle when I was finally able to get in to cancel it so I was unable to get a refund. The front desk lady was super nice, so not her fault whatsoever. Every time I was able to get in, which was only a handful of time over months, it was not worth it. The chiropractors always seemed so rushed that my first adjustment the chiropractor didn't address the tension in my neck before the adjustment (especially since I had not been adjusted in years). My neck hurt for a week with a persistent headache. If they had taken the time to loosen the muscles first, this could have been avoided. Maybe I was just getting the wrong chiropractor with an adjustment style I liked. I feel that I wasted money with the membership.

Dr. Griffin is a Quack. All he did was try to sell me and my family "snake-oil" and just look for a way to get us to keep coming back all the time for life. I have been going to a chiropractor all my life and he is a joke! I threw my neck out and went to him to get it fixed. The first time I went, he did not get it fixed and said he did, and that my soreness was residual from the original injury. I could clearly feel he did not get it, but wanted to give it a chance. After 3-4 days, I returned (as my neck was NOT fixed like I had suspected) and asked him to try to fix it again. For a second time, he tried to fix it to no avail and claimed that he DID fix it. Liar!! Now (the next day) my neck is worse that it ever was and is now paining my down into my arm. I went to another Joint practice and the Dr there confirmed that he DID NOT get it fixed like he lied and claimed. We had originally made an appointment at the Denver West location yesterday but when we arrived the doctor came out from the back and removed his mask and when I requested that he wear it, he didn’t seem to care to and made a rude comment as we left about not wearing it. I expected much more from someone in us line of work. I really have enjoyed The Joint in the past so I decided to try another location. I called and made an appointment and the receptionist assured me we would have a much better experience and she was right! I was sad to see Dr Deb Parker left the joint but I went there 8x and had a fully body tune up with Dr. Caylem McPherson he truly cares and is a wonderful chiropractor, I'm impressed with his experience and techniques , I feel great and look forward to going back. Very unprofessional. To begin with it was my son Matt that was going in there for adjustments. Never did he get his money's worth. Doctors would do the adjustment quick and he was out. He signed up just before the Covid19 virus hit so they had to close down.They continued to charge me even though he couldn't go in. He asked for a for a refund for the month they couldn't give him adjustments and the women he spoke with said all she could do was give him a portion of the refund. That was back at the beginning of May and here it is June and still no refund. The chiropractor that was working on my son before was very rude to my son and told him he was no longer going to work there. We will never go back to any Joint Chiropractic place. They are a joke. They didn't even fix my son's pain he had on his back. Unhappy

This location would have been a 5 star however the front desk seems to not do as they should. On Saturday my second time back at this location (The Southwest) I arrived at 10am which I had a schedule appointment. The man in front of me, said he had an appointment as well, the girl at the front said she didn’t see him there so she added him to the schedule. I come up next give her my name and she said oh I was on the right scheduled. So from what I took from it, is that he was never placed in the Schedule got added that day of and I had to wait. Today I called to confirm my 6pm appointment and was told I’m not in the schedule that I can be seen later at 620. Yes I get it’s 20 minutes later, but when you have children and have a set time for someone to watch your kids, it does become an issue. Unfortunately being in pain today and knowing I wasn’t in the schedule when I set it up on Saturday, it’s really becomes frustrating knowing that the receptionist didn’t do her job and add me to the schedule when I set it up on Saturday now I have to finding something that will work for this week. I’m very disappointed right now at the girl who was there on Saturday 5/16/2020 especially when I am in pain. Yes the doctors are amazing there but the staff lack professionalism and seem they can’t do their job correctly, especially when I work in the dental field and appointments are very important to patients and the doctors.

Just tried to stop by as a first time user, got two excuses way they couldn’t see me even though I was there at 6pm. One the doctor wants to leave early and then it changed to new patients have to be here an hour before closing which is 7pm. Guess I’ll try a different office where they might want my business.

Unfortunately just a very average experience. I paid roughly $20 for about 10 minutes of an assessment and adjustment for a shoulder that's having issues. Just not even worth the drive in or the paperwork which took longer time than the adjustment. Not a huge fan of the single public room with beds next to each other. Not that I had any complaints I didn't want people to overhear, but some might not want to discuss medical issues literally three feet away from another patient. They did offer a discounted military rate of $60 a month for four sessions. Honestly I'd pay four times that price if sessions were 40 minutes to an hour. I just wanted to feel like I was being addressed and not cattle just being put through and moved on to the next. I was asked three times if my shoulder felt better after a quick snap and pop. When I didn't, it almost seemed like he was frustrated I was taking too long. Anyway, I've scheduled for another chiropractor just a day or two later for the same pain. This one promises an hour, extensive assessment, and even x-rays. We'll see how that goes. I don't plan on mentioning anyone else I end up going to. This isn't about promoting one place over another. This review is meant to be a real, unbiased description of my experience. I'm shocked how many 5 star reviews there are. The ones that don't rate high are cast aside or blatantly called out as fake which is sad.

I woke up with horrible neck and back pain and needed to get adjusted quickly. My friend recommended The Joint Chiropractor so I called hoping they might be able to squeeze me in. The receptionist informed me that it’s a walk-in clinic and to come now! Thank God! When I got there they got me right in and the chiropractor was very knowledgeable and made several adjustments. Instantly I felt a lot better. The best part is that it was super affordable!

I have been going to the Joint (Littleton) once a week for about 4 months.I started because I have had numb arms for quite a while and it has helped tremendously! One Dr recommended I try dry needling along side adjustments and I have had full feeling in both arms for a month now! There are several doctors there that do adjustments. Depending on time and day you can see who you like best but they do leave notes in your file so each Dr. Can see what's going on with you. The prices can't be beat and their business hours are great!

Very impersonal, usually felt like the adjustment was rushed, or that the doctor was distracted or in a bad mood. I went more than 14 times with no relief from my ailment. After ONE visit to a better local chiropractor I saw immediate improvements. Edit: Removed name of fantastic local chiropractor so this wouldn't be construed as an attempt to advertise over a false review. My experience from the doctors was quite consistent location to location, I believe the walk in atmosphere leads these doctors to being overworked and not as involved. I personally had problems with my concerns of over-stressing my neck were not listened to. I would warn the doctors that my neck felt locked up, but they would just try to jam it through in attempt to make it pop which NEVER worked. I had excellent success elsewhere (these are tension headaches we are talking about, which is one of the things you claim to treat most) and the only notable differences were attention and care of staff, adjustment tables that fit someone my height ( multiple Joint locations made mention that their tables didnt really fit my 6'5 self) and the final difference was that they make use of an ESTIM machince, which I think is one of the biggest factors in my quick improvements.

I sure wish this place wasn't one of those places that tries to sell you packages to keep you coming back. I've been going to a chiropractor for the last 10 years in various cities and seen various chiropractors (moved a lot for work) and went in today to get an affordable adjustment on my neck after I threw it out this morning. I've thrown it out in the exact same spot at least 5 times before, and had it adjusted the same day by my previous chiropractors and was able to fully turn my neck (though still sore of course) immediately after. I went in today with the introductory coupon and told him that was the reason for my visit...to fix my neck because I needed it done asap. He stated at the beginning before he officially began to work on me after my initial "evaluation" and physical testing that he could "help with all of my problems today," and then asked if it was "ok to begin adjusting?" Of course, I said yes, and he adjusted my lower back and mid back (though they were not the reason for my visit) and as soon as he got to my neck, he informed me that he would rather adjust my neck "tomorrow" so it wouldn't be so sore. I told him it was ok, and I would rather have it done now and he rattled off some b.s. about it being "too inflamed" to adjust. I've never been told that in my life, so I feel like he just said that to get me to come back and pay full price for a session tomorrow. The only reason I even went here was because I am having a rough month financially, so the $19 intro offer was the best I could do for the month. Now I'm out $19 and still can't turn my neck to the right. He should have told me that from the beginning if it was true that my neck was too "inflamed" to adjust so that I would not have wasted my time and money today and instead only gone in the next day. And of course, as I left, I was shown all of the package deals which conveniently matched his "recommendations" for my number of visits. You get what you pay for, sadly. I'm sure if you have mild to moderate chiropractic issues this is a fine place, but if you are in serious need of adjusting, do not go here because they will find some way to get you to pay more than you intended. The best method would probably be to go in and pretend like nothing is really wrong so that they will adjust everything without using it as bait to lure you into a payment plan. **Just an update, I went to another, reputable chiropractor in the area with great reviews who says that it is not "too inflamed" to adjust. So beware. There isn't a such thing as being "too inflamed" to adjust (within reason, of course, which my neck was fine to be adjusted...)
