Worst experience ever. Upon arrival, they will not explain to you that the payments are residual and there is a three month minimum. Kristie will rush you through the paperwork to get your signatures only to be rushed through the treatment even faster cracking your neck and sending you on your way. The guy didn’t even get up out of his chair while adjusting me. If you’re looking for a company and chiropractors that care, this is not the place for you. Unless you want to feel scammed out of $350 I suggest do not visit The joint. I emailed and called to complain about my experience/cancel my services only to be ignored and charged again for services that I haven’t received .

Absolute scam. Went in for an initial Consultation and agreed to and paid $180 for a (10) visit plan. I was never told that there was a timeline on those 10 visits and worse than that my card was just charged $89 because I’m on this “reoccurring Wellness Plan” which I was never explained.
They say they did. I say they didn’t. Just another gym membership where once they get your credit card, you can’t get them off. Beware. Scam all the way to get your credit card and make you jump through hoops to get off there “Wellness Plan”.!!!

Im not a believer in a negative review.
In this case it suggests warning the public as my main focus here.Facts!!
I believe solely on holistic treatment options. I am a firm believer in chiropractic care if safe to do so. The CARE I am receiving currently is great these guys are good at focusing on my needs and solving my issues.
The But…
I cancelled my current treatment plan by phone and In person in writing within the required time frame prior to the billing cycle and then requested to be notified when the new treatment plan I was needing would become available. I was reassured everything was handled and understood.
That did not happen!!
I was charged for a treatment plan I CANCELLED! 90.00
I made a call and discussed my concern and at that time I was assured I would be refunded the money or I could sign up for the new plan I needed and get a refund for the difference in cost!
I then went In person the next day and discussed this with them.
2 phone calls. 2 in person discussions and the next thing I discover I’m now Being CHARGED 60.00 for the new treatment and no reimbursement for a plan I cancelled. When it was understood before hand that I was not to start the new plan or be charged for the new plan, until the refund for the old plan was received. I was also told someone would call me and discuss the outcome prior to anything being done.
I called them again and asked for a supervisor to call me.
I did Receive this call and I felt completely taken back.
No apologies for the inconvenience or overpayment or the fact that I cancelled the plan and you took my money without authorization!
And then she asked me if I was requesting a refund for a plan I cancelled?
Am I missing something?!
Customer service where are you?

I have to be asked for my money back that I didn’t authorize you to take in the first place? That I’ve asked for 5 times prior to this call.
I should have been refunded my money before I was charged for a new plan and/or refunded the difference in treatment plan pricing.
I’m going on 2 days since I was charged for the new plan and 5 days since the refund was requested!

This was my first time walking into The Joint. Kristie was seriously a breath of fresh air to walk in and see. A big bright smile and kindness radiating from her made you immediately feel at ease. We got to chat for awhile before I was seen, and she is seriously such a gem and fantastic addition to The Joint Team. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Rob. First and foremost, really nice guy. He took the time to talk me through the plan, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and just genuinely cared. This being my first impression on chiropractors is NOT good. Just a money hungry, your wallet first and helping you second kind of place. My chiropractor damn near seemed like a car salesman. If you’re a pushover this place can easily get you trapped in their memberships/plans as that’s practically the main focus of your first visit. I’m 25 and just needed a quick fix, I rarely ever have physical issues. My chiropractor before even looking my body over was already talking about me coming back multiple times for an absurd amount of visits. NO 25 year old needs to go to a chiropractor 5/6x a month unless they’ve been in an accident. I was there 45 minutes and unfortunately about half of that was just the employees trying to get me to pick a plan for more visits. I 100% believe the chiropractor could have done so much more for me as he only tried 3 adjustments in the 45 minute visit, but he was more focused on selling me a plan to come back for more visits. I hadn’t fallen or been in an accident, I’m young and leaving for vacation and needed a quick fix to get me back to my normal self. Instead of helping me like a good chiropractor would, they were more interested in getting more money from me.

They go through a lot of Doctors. Seems all the good Doctors leave. The ones that are left just try and rush you out the door as soon as they can with minimal time with you. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve asked a question and the Doctors have told me to go home and YouTube for the answer. They treat the symptoms and not the cause, that way you keep coming back. I asked one of the Doctors to do a specific adjustment that another Doctor had done on me several times which gave me relief. He had no idea what I was talking about. When I tried to explain it to him how the other Doctor did it, he said that would just injure me if he did it.

This location and others use misguided and misleading sales tactics. I and others were told specifically to get 10 adjustments for $179 we would have to purchase one month at the regular rate for the next month. After confirming within the first month that all I purchased was what was brought up in my first visit and making it clear that I was glad and didn’t want recurring payments ie an extended plan, they charged me a month later. Then after making all things clear that was not supposed to happen and I wanted a refund, I had to dispute it with my CC card, won the dispute and got charged again the next month. Now they put me on hold when I call, never got angry a bit with any in fact the phone calls have been rude from their side. THIEVES!!!!!!

I called in to cancel my membership as my husband has been medically ill and I didn't have the funds to keep going. They charged my card in september. I called up to cancel my membership and asked for my money back for september. The girl who worked the front desk asked me why I was canceling and then told me that she couldn't give me my money back for that month. I advised her that I was not going to be back as my husband is very ill and I cannot afford to come. And I would like my money back on my credit card for this month. She refused and acted like she couldn't be bothered to get a manager on the phone. So now I'm stuck paying $77 for something that I'm not even going to use. I've been charged 3 months for my card and I've only been to one session. I think this is just bad business. And I really needed that money back on my card. I hope you guys can sleep at night knowing that you take money from people's pockets like this!! I will be contacting your corporate office..

Have been going to the bradenton location on 14th street now for a little over a year now. Was quite nervous at first since I dont like people touching me especially when I dont know them. Also was worried about if the adjustments would even help at all. Well. Im glad I started to go. Very friendly and helpful team here. Absolutely helpful in everyday possible to help me as a whole. Erika does a great job at the front with customers, honestly the one person I would deal with at the counter if it was up to me, very helpful and informative everytime I come in. Dr. Felicia and Dr. Harper always send me home feeling much better than what I did coming in. Im a mechanic for a living so my body definitely takes a beating. These two are the only ones I see on a consistent basis and wouldnt change it for the world. Very solid people. Overall very happy with everything. Thank you!

Good place they were busy so that’s a sign they’re doing something right. Unfortunately my back needed x-rays before they could do anything. But at least they were doing this to be safe and not cause damage. Was given referrals for MRI doctors and pain specialists. Then once the extent of my back problems figured out I’ll probably go to them for preventative maintenance as I have roofed houses for over 25 yrs. And back pains the worst. Would give 5 stars but was expecting a quick alignment and go. Didn’t happen. For liability reasons I’m sure.

Please be aware, the front desk will require you to agree to marketing, telemarketing, and an open-ended agreement to use your email and telephone number for contact. Although they verbally state that it is so the "provider can contact you," the agreement is a carte blanche for Joint Chiropractic or their Corporate offices to provide marketing materials, new products, sell services, etc. There is no provision for just allowing the provider to contact you. If I did not agree to this "carte blanche" marketing scheme, I could not be seen by a provider according to the front desk. Very unfortunate---as a retired HCP I am always skeptical of any health care services that has a condition that the patient must sign an agreement to accept marketing before care will be provided. Guess I should have done my homework on this one.

Was a great experience and I felt better just with one adjustment. I am not pain free but I could feel a difference even the next day. It was crazy. Thank you so much. Also did the 79 dollar plan which is four visits a month to get everything back in order. I know it will take a few months and after two months I can cancel if I want to so that is nice as well. For 29 dollars to go and see them and talk to them items worth it for sure

I just started but for my first visit I thought they were very professional friendly knowledgeable. I've been to other chiropractors and Dr Brennan did a maneuver that I have never had done to me before but it worked. I got the Wellness Plan and followed up with my second visit the next day there is barely any wait time that's important when you're in pain or discomfort not to have to sit around. I was pleased with how they were willing to listen to my input and not over exacerbate my situation. I fight in armor for a medieval armored Combat sport for the Tampa Swamp Knights, and we wear heavy armor fighting full contact like MMA with steel weapons, so my back is constantly wrenched and worn along with my joints. They offered a great flex plan deal to save on costs of visits, and Dr Felicia was very professional with the experience and determining what I needed.
Will definitely be referring this place to our sports team members.
And the office is right next to a coffee shop so win-win if you like Starbucks...

Yesterday was my first ever seeing a chiropractor, I was in alot of pain when I arrived, but was extremely nervous. I love the extended hours, something sorely lacking from chiropractors in this area. The chiropractors I've met so far are diverse in their techniques and have done rather well in adjusting. Between the best prices, open 7 days a week and they have many locations so that if you're traveling, you most likely can get care if you're in need! I don't know how they do it! But even beyond that. The receptionist called me, when she saw my missed call. And was professional and knows how to do her job. I had the pleasure of having Dr Alicia take care of me. I had my first experience with The Joint Chiropractic today and I can't say enough good about my adjustment! The consultation went great, but the adjustment was more than I've ever had before.....and I've been going to Chiropractors for over 50 years! I'm 66, retired hairdresser. My hips and shoulders have given me trouble for years. I got adjusted everywhere...even discovered I had 2 ribs out of place. I'm sore of course but can't wait to go back in a couple days to see how well I'm doing.

I was skeptical for sure, but Dr Jacob is amazing. I won't go to anyone else (I tried once but they just weren't as great). Magic hands for sure. I've been living with constant migraines since my teens, and I can absolutely tell a difference in frequency and severity. He's improved the quality of my life for sure. I'll be so sad if there comes a day where either he moves on or I can't fit it within the budget. If you're nervous at first, his calm demeanor will set you at ease.

Really nice office, very clean and neat. I like the modern style and approach. My only concern is that a single visit, after the initial, (if your not on their plan) is still $45 which is close to the same price of a “normal” chiropractic visit, but you do save quite a bit by becoming a member on their subscription plan.
I would highly recommend to anyone with chronic issues or pain!

Due to error on our part and simple miscommunication our account was charged when we believed it to be no longer active. Management said there was “nothing they could do”. It was a must needed visit, long overdue.
I feel so much better leaving than going in. It’s a little more than I can afford. However. I will go back as needed. I have spent way more going for X-rays, MRIs and cat scans. I'm very concern about the judgement of the young male doctor there in Bradenton. I have had chronic back pain for years. In January it was so bad that I went to see a orthopedic doctor about it. He had x-rays taken to be able to see what going on. The results were that I had my L5 vertebrae was out of alignment pinching the nerve causing my left leg to go numb. Discussing this with the young man, he proceeded to do a physical examination and then decide to try some adjustments. As he worked down my backbone, nothing really happen. He then said he was now going to try to adjust my lower back region, he specifically said the L5 vertebrae. Again, nothing happened, I felt no difference. Went to the front disk to pay for the treatment, and they convinced me to sign up for the 2 month special, which did.
This was on Friday, August 4th. Saturday morning I woke up with my left thigh numb, and while sitting in a chair I am not able to lift my left foot off the floor. This now August 13th, my thigh is still numb, can't lift my left leg up. Talking with the staff there, they said they won't touch my back.

Excellent care!
I’ve received adjustments from three different Doctors and always feel great afterward!
They’ve helped my hip, neck, ankle and rib head pain from an old injury. They listen to my needs, provide excellent treatment care, and even give me “homework” to help reduce inflammation after a long day on my feet at work.

I was on vacation for 2 weeks at the beach and my back and neck started to get stiff and hurt! I was desperate to get an adjustment before spending 2 days on the road to travel home. I found The Bradenton location of the Joint and called for an appointment. My husband was golfing & had our car so I wasn’t sure when I would be able to get there. Elizabeth the receptionist was so kind and held a tentative appointment for me ( which I made it to). Dr Grace adjusted me and I immediately felt amazing! First time visiting the front desk the guy at the front desk wasn’t very nice didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in I stood waiting for over 10 minutes and soon as another guy walk in they acknowledged him and hurried up helping the people that was registering. But the doctor was great with the adjustments and treatment plan for me. I only stayed because I was in pain other than that I would’ve left because the customer service wasn’t good.

The staff at The Joint are excellent! My expectations were met and then some. My back is really bad and they were not only aware, but gentle and very effective. After being told I would atleast feel 20% better after the exam and adjustment, I felt probably 30% better. I can't say enough good things about the care received while there! The office and equipment was excellent and 5 star as well. Will definitely be back again tomorrow as that's when my follow up appointment is. So far I’m really happy with everything. I love that there are multiple locations. I found a doctor that I really like so I’m going to try to stick with him. But it’s also nice to try out other doctors. Everyone is different and have different techniques. So you definitely should try them all out.
Edit: it’s been 2 mths and I’m still absolutely thrilled. My back pain is so much less. I’m able to work and come home and still not be in pain. I suffer from fibromyalgia and am constantly in pain, so this has been amazing. I also suffer from migraines and they have decreased from 2-3 a week to 2-3 a month. I’ve seen 3 different doctors and they have all been great.
I never have been able to afford weekly care before now. I am so grateful for this service.

Went today for my first visit and loved every min . The office is beautiful and the Wellness Coordinators Elizabeth & Elizabeth (#1 & #2) were amazing . So professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely cared . Dr. Felicia was amazing and so knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my adjustment . She took the time to do some stretches with me as well. Very impressed . I will def be going back
