    I decided to compose this very worthy review to make others aware of this amazing place in FWB! If you don't have a chiro yet or if you're not happy with yours-- I promise you you need to get here as soon as you can!! You're missing out!! It's a great location in Uptown station!! My almost 20-year-old son and I have both had memberships here for a little over 2 years!! But here lately with a couple of new doctors and especially Dr Amber.-our favorite and always our first choice!! .. (I've only been adjusted once by Dr Gamble but he's pretty good too)...We really enjoy our weekly Chiro visits and feel much better after getting adjusted!! We literally can't wait to go to the chiro and often go over our allotted four visits per month as far as our membership... But it's just a nominal fee for an extra adjustment or two... And so very worth it!! Y'all need to come by and check them out!! I can promise you won't be disappointed!! Miss Catherine and Ms Emily that are usually at the front desk whenever we go in are very sweet and wonderful with their customer service skills as well!! They're always ready to help when needed!!

    READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I would be very wary of this place, they get you in the door and then once your first “session” is finished then you get pressured into multiple monthly subscription deals that all sound great at first. But what they fail to mention ”on purpose” is that you are signing a contract and cannot cancel until all the months of your treatment plan have been payed for in full. I have now been subscribed for over 3 months and had 3 visits total. Between being out of town and also they never have more than one person working, and you can’t make appointments so therefore it’s usually around an hour wait. It’s just hard to get in as much as you would need to justify the monthly price. The People are nice but to me it all just seems a little unfair. I will be paying my last month and I absolutely will not return.

    I went in today & it felt so gimmicky. 90% of their tests were TSA-like theatrics. Then they ended it with a offer of $500 for several months of visits. Then they asked me to come back ASAP, tomorrow on mother's day & also the day of the birth that I needed to go in. It was such a bad sales tactic...the kind chiropractor pressed simple pressure points & streched me plus explained the "low price" packages with a sense the urgency. You had to subscribe for a mimunim of 3 months too. I left paying only for the single visit.

    Dr Amber is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever seen in my whole life. I am a truck driver and a crew leader for a local moving company so I do lots of heavy lifting moving furniture up and down stairs all day everyday. I also do a lot of long distance moves sitting and driving a truck and then moving furniture. Since coming to the joint chiropractor I have seen a significant improvement in My overall health posture and movement. Coming in regularly to get adjusted has made a huge difference in my life and I'm so thankful to have met Dr Amber and so happy to see her every time that I get to come in she's always friendly greets me with a smile and asks me how I'm doing and if there's anything bothering me.     Team is always friendly and full of joy to see patients. I go pretty regularly to get adjusted and the app facilitates check-in so I don’t always have to bring my ID inside. There is rarely any wait time to be seen, even when busy max wait time I’ve experienced has been 10-15 minutes. Overall my experience here at the Joint has been quite impressive. Their packages are very affordable and they offer great service. Definitely worth checking out.

    Dr Green at Uptown Station continues to keep me walking. Without my weekly adjustments I would be in a lot of pain. The prices are also the best I've ever paid. What I was paying for 2 visits from my previous Chiropractor I get 4 Adjustments with The Joint. In addition I can go when I'm in pain not like other chiropractors where have to wait for the next opening, which could be 1 or 2 weeks later.

    I love The Joint for the fact that you don’t have to make an appointment and you can be in and out usually in a few minutes and adjusted and be on your way. However, at the Fort Walton Beach location specifically, there is one particular chiropractor, and I don’t know her name, who has the people who are waiting to be adjusted come back and lay face down on the tables in front of other people who are sitting in chairs waiting. So she will have five people laying on five tables face down, waiting for her to adjust them and it’s an uncomfortable feeling almost like you’re livestock, waiting to be serviced in some way. It feels inhumane, like you’re just a number, not a person. I’ve been to at least 4 or 5 other “The Joint” locations and none operate this way. They just have you wait in the waiting area and come back & lay down on the table when it’s your turn, which is what you would expect.

    So far, fantastic team, great deals for people having trouble affording chiropractic care. Especially useful to veterans and the like who should be referred out for chiropractic care but the medical system in place constantly worms out of taking care of them. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and pleasant team of folks here. I highly recommend them. I was seeing another practice and no slam against them, but these folks are more thorough for my needs and I get more visits (which I also need) for the cost, especially important on a fixed income these days with soaring prices of everything that's apparently made of GOLD in FL. I wasn't getting anywhere with my primary doctor (Pensacola VA, go figure) as it was, basically denying/refusing care...ridiculous. That guy is thankfully gone but I'm stuck paying out-of-pocket anyway. In reality, I have asked for chiropractic care countless times over the past few years with no referrals/consults given, even with documented disabilities for YEARS. Such is most VA care here. Coming to these folks, especially with a special price initial visit they had running, was a God-send for folks like myself, likely more for folks worse off than I. This alleviated a LOT of pain that had me almost bedridden for days on end though it--understandably--does not fix all problems; it's not surgery but it is a form of treatment that helps. Improved quality of life, range of motion, etc. is the goal here. For that, they do great. I especially like the fact they are open all week and allow walk-ins, a rarity for chiropractors these days. Thanks again! As of 5-16-2026, I have attended numerous visits monthly (on a program that maintains alignment) for a couple months now and hold my ground on this review. FANTASTIC. I still hurt, still have pinched nerves and problems, but this allows me SOME mobility that I otherwise could not care for my home obligations without assistance without.

    Drove over an hour with neck pain that I’ve been experiencing for days. I got to the clinic and the girls at the front weren’t welcoming, they just stared at me, so I approached and said I wanted to get an adjustment and then they asked for my ID, I told them I didn’t have my physical license with me but I did have a photo copy of it and I also have an account with the joint. They said I wouldn’t be able to be seen because I didn’t have the physical ID with me. I told them the situation, how I drove over an hour with pain I had been experiencing and they didn’t seem to care. They just said “sorry can’t help you without your license”. They didn’t even attempt to ask the Dr. if it would be ok to see me with a photo of the ID. I understand there are policies, but given the circumstance I would’ve appreciated if they had just tried to help. They just turned me away without a second thought. I find that to be ridiculous, especially because I have an account with the joint. I’m disappointed, their attitude was a bit off putting from the jump. Now I’ll have to deal with pain in my neck another work day tomorrow for 9 hrs. Will not be coming back here EVER again. And from reading the reviews this isn’t the first time they’ve refused someone care.

The manager of this location contacted me personally and professionally and made things right. No cash or services I asked for to write this review again; - She helped me to better understand the current circumstances and went out of her way to help me and assisted in finding an opportunity to help me better address my pain.     Well this was very disappointing! I don't live near here so it is always a treat to stop by. I have been coming here for a very long time and always by their packages. I loved Dr Alex but unfortunately he has not been here in a while and learned today he is no longer here. The session today with Dr Green was a complete joke. It literally took 15 seconds and she only did two adjustments. One with the bar below my back which never does anything and my neck. Then she got me up and said you're all set. I looked at her confused. She was done. I asked her if she can adjust my back while I lay on my side. She looked at me annoyed and told me that she already did my back with the bar and it does not need it. It seems as if she's trying to just get the numbers instead of actually do the adjustments. I do not recommend her and hope this practice gets better people to actually do what is needed. The sessions usually take 2 to 4 minutes. This one literally took 15 seconds and missed about 9 adjustments.

    $29 is not your initial visit fee that is a lie I was not feeling up to par I texted him and told him I wasn't feeling good and I would not be back for any other treatments yet the girl goes oh I assure you the doctor says you okay you can come in and get readjusted I didn't use any of the adjustments. But you charge me $108 the first time I walked in the door I tell you there's something wrong with me and get you tell me no just come back and then yet you try to charge me another $79 twice in one day after I already told you I wasn't coming back I wouldn't recommend them they didn't even look at my medical x-rays MRI CT scans or nothing that I have they just adjusted me without even looking

    Coda was very helpful in me locating your office. The text I received with the address on it put me on the opposite side of the shopping center. coda was friendly and knowledgeable and after completing all of the intake forms, I met with Dr.Dylan. Dr. Dillon was very very impressive. He had a great knowledge of the skeleton and also he uses a combination of activator and the traditional method of chiropractic to give the best possible results. I am from the Kansas City area, so unfortunately, it is not likely that I will be able to visit Dr. Dylan again however he is an absolute asset to your organization. My experience was far beyond anything I anticipated or expected. This is not my first time to see a chiropractor. Dr. Dylan is one of two chiropractors that I have met in my 64 years of life who has thoroughly impressed me!

    I am thrilled to give a five-star review to Dr. Dylan at The Joint Chiropractic. He truly surpassed my expectations. For months, I’ve been suffering from chronic pain in my elbow, shoulder, and wrist, which greatly hindered my ability to enjoy my passion for exercise and working out at the gym. Lifting even a gallon of milk with my right arm caused excruciating pain. Despite resting as much as possible and working in the trades, which requires me to swing a hammer and lift heavy loads, the pain persisted. I started to lose hope, thinking the pain might be permanent, with no light at the end of the tunnel. That all changed when I met Dr. Dylan. He listened to me with genuine sincerity and consideration, pinpointed the exact issue, and made a few adjustments. The first adjustment was in my forearm, where I felt a pop; the next one was in my shoulder. I couldn’t believe it when I went to curl my arm afterward—I felt no more pain. I was overwhelmed with emotion, as I never thought I’d be able to curl my arm again. Dr. Dylan is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever met. If I could give him ten stars, I would. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Dylan for any chiropractic needs. He is a rockstar, a gentleman, and a scholar. Words cannot express enough what this man has done for me.     This is my 2nd time seeing a chiropractor, my first time was with Dr Dylan. Dr Dylan got some of my pain to subside and throughout the week, my back was feeling about 75% better.     I was desperate to find pain relief from being 9 months pregnant with lower back pain. To find a facility that is open 7 days a week and be able to be seen same day, is was caught my eye initially. The friendly staff and welcoming environment makes at the experience for someone new feel comfortable. I have been adjusted MANY times before and was hesitant to try a new place for the fear of all the horror stories you hear. But again, desperate for pain relief, I googled places and came across this place and trusted the reviews. Very glad I did! The experience was smooth, easy, comfortable, and walked out feeling brand new. Hands down recommend Dr. Dylan. For he took the time to sit and go over all my concerns, problematic area, walked me through every adjustment and reason as to why. He was very patient. And for me being 9 months pregnant, that was the most comforting thing. The safety of the pregnancy.     As well as the review I read from Miss Bliss, service was great, felt great. Til now I see it's a recurring charge. on my credit card. So now I'm looking at couple months charges. To say the least, not happy. Feeling scammed, if a person comes every week for two months. Then doesn't show for a couple weeks with no call, you sure didn't check to see if they knew it was a recurring charge. Definitely check them out ?️ Edit ~ MAKE SURE you cancel your membership last minute. I talked to the lady at the front and she made it seem like it was okay to cancel right after making my 2nd monthly payment so I’d be able to do my 2 months without paying for my 3rd and the next time I went in (1st week of my 2nd month) she said I couldn’t without paying an additional 49$ since I canceled ahead because she accidentally canceled my membership instead of letting me finish what I paid and not continuing … but just be careful !!     I like some of the doctors here and their adjustments work really well. Other doctors do the bare minimum and send you on your way. It’s kind of like playing roulette. I know I can call, but that defeats the purpose of no appointments. Everything else about joint is great, the prices are reasonable for being able to show up as you please.

    Three visits, and three times that Dr. Fine was unable to alleviate my problems, if not made them worse. I had the wellness plan for over a year before I made the decision to cancel because all previous Doctors I had seen were no longer there. I recently paid for a walk in visit, and was given a half hearted neck pop and a "well, there's nothing else I can do today". No, you just aren't strong enough. The drop down tables obviously aren't working or doing anything for adjustments, as it just fell the moment she brought it up. Every. Single. Time. I'm going to quit wasting my money here and go find a spot where you don't need to play a guessing game of who's who. Come here if you like hearing the Doctor and Receptionist gossip while ringing you up, and then being made to feel as though you're interrupting them. Edit: I Highly recommend Jacobs Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Gulf Breeze, FL. Dr. Jacobs was immediately able to diagnose my problem with an x-ray, and now, four hours later, I feel massive relief. What a change!

    The young lady that worked on my back did a good job. The young lady at the reception counter was very cold and removed. Even if she was learning how to use the computer a smile here and there would’ve made a big difference. Since I have signed up for a monthly adjustment, they have never been open when I wanted to stop in. When the “Open” sign was lit no one was in that could do an adjustment! ? I asked why they were open if no one there could do an adjustment. Almost every day I would receive a text saying we’re closed today. The doctor is out of town or not coming in. I wish I had saved all those text messages. I ended up sending STOPjust to stop the daily reminder that they are “closed today”

    I used this particular location for a while last year but this year I’ve gone by on three different occasions. On all three occasions they were closed. One of them there was a paper sign in the window and two of them I walked inside, and the person said that “they were closed“ or could not see anybody. Unfortunately, I had to give up. There’s one thing I hate, it’s when you drive 40 minutes to go to a particular location and although they state they are open they are actually closed. Guys, it is incredibly simple to update your hours of operation on Google and Bing. It would be helpful if you would do that.

    Just went in for my second adjustment here. My back was so bad that I had to have them a few days apart and they were able to take my pain from a 10 to a 4 in just a few adjustments. I just got out of the ER for my back and I haven't had to take any of the pain meds they gave me just the muscle relaxers and I've been able to keep my pain below a 10 these last few days. Sometimes its gotten up to a 7 while I walk but its good to try and walk it out as much as you can. Definitely has helped me. I was in unimaginable pain when I came in and now I'm able to walk while standing up straight again. Shout out to Dr. Matt

    I’ve been a patient with joint chiropractic in Tennessee since 2015. When we moved to Florida in 2020 I did something to my neck and was very stiff. I had my daughter drive me to the joint clinic in Pace. This is where I met Dr.Alun. He was very through in his adjustment. Not the typical cookie cutter adjustment I’ve had in the past. He asked questions and made sure I was feeling better before I left. Since then I watch the schedules for all three locations on their Facebook and go to where he is at. His main location is FWB. Today I was having an issue with my range of motion in my left shoulder. I drive to FW And got adjusted by Dr.Alan. He then asked Dr. Matt to do some trigger point adjustments on me to see if that released the tension. I am feeling 99% and left there yet again happy with my experience. I try to stay as holistic as possible and will always prefer chiropractic care over a western medicine Dr as much as I can.     While visiting from out of town, it was apparent I needed an adjustment before trying to sit in a plane for hours! I have seen the same chiropractor for 16 years where I am from, so I was hesitant yet desperate to go to someone else. Conner (front desk) was great in receiving people and setting right expectations for wait time. Dr. Alan was thorough and patient with his assessment and applying multiple adjustments before reaching the desired outcome. He was additionally helpful in suggesting certain stretches and supplements.

    Really glad this location opened as it's a shorter drive for us as we had to keep using the Pace location in the past. Have been adjusted before by Dr. Alun and are always taken care of. Though the door says closed on Sundays temporarily. Hopefully they will be open on Sundays too cause I never know for sure when I'm going to be in the area though I know I need to go more often for adjustments.

    Went as a walk-in to this (just opened!) clinic with severe lower back pain. After minimal wait time, I was seen by Dr. Alun Rogers. He was a great listener, treated my concerns seriously, and tailored my treatment accordingly. The treatment itself provided considerable relief to the areas I was experiencing pain, and the areas that were causing the pain. Highly recommend Dr. Alun and the clinic. Great addition to Ft.
