Made an appointment then change the time for a new patient appointment to 3 PM on Saturday. The online system allowed it. They called while I was driving, which can cause an accident. You’re not legally supposed to be on your phone while you’re driving and get there and they say they can’t take me. They will not honor the appointment even though they’re on my system shows that I can have it so then I started I didn’t yell which I explained. I’m not yelling. I know my facts. I know my medical office laws I work in one I know HIPAA laws and I said this is not right and it should be honored. The lady said can you please leave? I asked for the doctor‘s name that talks to me they wouldn’t give me that I asked for the lady’s name that was at the front desk wouldn’t give me that so I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau because this franchise already has some bad comments, but it was not hand professionally in the proper manner, and it was not honored when someone has an appointment and you’re online system allows you to book a new patient online appointment it should be honored.

By far the worst experience I’ve had with any subscription service. If you try to cancel, they’ll make you pay for a second month, then tell you that you have to be in town to cancel. If you’re not, they’ll send you a form—then keep charging you anyway. When you call to get your money back, they’ll say they never got the form. I gave them new banking info for a single final payment—they turned it into a recurring charge. I followed up multiple times with this location and the corporate office. No one wants to help you. Even my bank dispute was shut down. Terrible ethics. Crooks, plain and simple. Subscribe here if you want mediocre chiropractic care in an outdated office and months of disputing unauthorized charges.

Chiropractors are okay. When I arrived the receptionists was on the phone. Checked in by scanning my Joint ID. Took a seat. Several people came in after me. They were called back. I asked the receptionists why wasn't I being called. She informed me they were having problems with their scanner. She asked me for my phone number. I thought I was checked in. After two more people were called. I asked her to cancel my visit and left. I'm considering canceling my membership.

Amazing!! I’m 43 and this was the first time I’ve ever seen a chiropractor. My alignment had been off for a while and I had been in quite a lot of discomfort over the years. I would just bear through it until it finally got really bad. I had sharp pains running down my neck along with annoying back pain. I met Dr. John and he took the time to diagnose my issues. He put my mind at ease by explaining the reasons for my pain and how he was going to fix it! I was blown away by how much better I felt just after the first session! Wow, I found this location on Google. So glad I did. Just got home, I was treated by Dr. John Fakhouri at the Lake Worth office on Lantana. My sciatica and lower back was a 10. Definitely would recommend checking out if you suffer from any body pains. Personally I suffer from ciadica that about cripples me at times. With continual visits and some self workouts you will feel better. Prices are also the best you can find.

This place is amazing. Dr John is a great chiropractor and does a great job. I went for my initial exam and and was impressed with the questions that he asked, and the way that he listened to me. He explained in very layman's terms what my problem was and the process in which he was going to help me. Again, all in simple terms that we easy to understand. He didn't just adjust me, he explained how and why he was doing these adjustments. I was in severe pain, and Dr John provided instant relief. He offered me a treatment plan with no hard sell, and the price could not be beat. I have been seeing him for less than a week, and the results are more than noticeable already. Between the level of care that Dr. John provides, the convenience of being able to walk-in or make an appointment, and the low cost, I will be a customer for life, and would not hesitate to recommend Dr John to my friends and family.

Don’t get the monthly subscription with them. I have gone in here over 6 times and the pass three months to have it cancelled for my under age daughter and myself and they still charge my card for a service they don’t provide or I want,,, when I go in there, they say it is cancelled. DONT GET IT !!!! Dr John is great ,, nothing on him.

I would like to say thank you to Dr. John, when I walked in on Tuesday, I felt like I had a pole going through my chest from the front to the back and I’ve had this pain for three weeks now. I explained the pain to Dr. John and he immediately started doing diagnosis and checking to see what it could be. he ruled out, my pancreas and several other things And then he found my rib bone had come out of place. He did the adjustments, and he also found that one of my legs is longer than the other From where I slipped and fell back, it does come out! he is not thorough, but I call him my miracle doctor because I have been in pain for 3 to 4 weeks now and I actually thought I had some serious disease. After his adjustment I went home the next day I did ice as he said and heat rotation. it truly is a miracle by the next day. The pain was gone from the front of my chest and two days later the pain was gone completely. I came back today Friday to see him and I feel great! I haven’t felt like this in over a month now I would truly , tell people they should come and see John if they have any type of pain ! Day was outstanding! She said she was new to the company and I thought that girl had been their for years. She explained everything in detail for me, thoroughly answered all my questions, and made my wife feel comfortable for her first visit. you just get a vibe that chiro is her thing. Dr John was genuinely concerned with my challenges and well being. He knew I was very uncomfortable with neck and back pain and stiffness. He was careful to explain what he wanted to do and why. He reviewed my case and asked a lot of questions before he put his hands on me. He asked what my past chiropractic experiences were like. He was very helpful and confident. I want to try out The Joint because I conceptually liked the business model and wanted AFFORDABLE chiropractic care as a senior on Medicare. Medicare doesn’t pay for chiropractic care. In my first month I have used 3 different facilities and find all the Dr’s knowledgeable and capable. Dr John is closest to home and is on my regular “routes”. I plan to continue to do maintenance now that my initial problem was addressed. THANKS Dr John!

Called the day of for my first appointment, the whole process was about 20 minutes. The doctor was amazing and good to look at.? This was my first time going and I was very nervous. Dr. John was very polite, professional, and reassured me that everything will be okay. My pelvis was misaligned and from one arrangement there was a huge difference. I signed up for the wellness plan and for 8 weeks it is a reasonable price. While I'm not a fan of THE JOINT as a business model, and I've had issues with them before being a 5 min factory and poorly staffed, I do go there because its next door to Massage Envy and recently their new Doctor John Fakhouri is actually very good as a practitioner and has helped me several times to get out of pain. Prior docs at same location, not so much... make sure to call ahead to get this doc - John Fakhouri. He's good. Best to go first to massage envy to loosen up, then walk over to Dr John to get adjusted. Thats what I'm doing. It works.

I first came back to joint chiropractic on jog and lantana back in December. Dr. John and the staff were very accommodating and now I decided to buy the membership because I'm feeling so much better. Walked in on my lunch break for the consult and adjustment. They were able to see me right away. I have not been able to Crack my back for over 20 years and had a killer headache and stiff neck when I walked in. The doctor was very clear when explaining everything and very through when assessing my conditions. He cracked my back, adjusted my pelvis(one leg was longer than the other from my pelvis), and cracked my neck. I walked out with no headache, less of a slouch, and a smile from the relief of my back being cracked. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 25 years. I've had three adjustments with Dr John in the last two weeks. This isn't my first rodeo and have been seeing Chiropractors for many years. Doctors are ok, a few of them exceptional...however, no stim, no packs, only rush through appointments, diff docs every time, and no ability to pay via any modern methods if you happen to forget your credit card. And even if you are regular, no options for personal relations. Its like impersonal fast food for back cracks. QUICK AND DIRTY.

This has been a wonderful experience me, from my first visit with Dr. Sam to my most recent visit with Dr. John Fakhouri. I have walked in experiencing moderate to severe neck, back, and hip pain which is tremendously improved beginning with my first visit. My energy, hearing and sinuses are also all improved. Dr Sam was the best. He listened to you and addressed your needs as each time I came in it might be different. He helped me get through an extremely painful time of sciatica nerve pain. My mom signed up for a monthly package, my concern is that she’s been trying since 2 weeks ago on a Monday to call to cancel her package as unhappy with the ineffective 5 minute adjustments. No-ones picking up the phone. To boot the voicemails been full since 2 weeks what kind of an office is this? The only day anyone picks up is in Saturday mornings . My moms cancellation has been mailed. She indicated she attempted ,last week and today to speak to a manager. Still no-ones picking up the phone all day.

I had been having frequent back pain and my regular chiropractor did not have late or weekend hours, so I tried The Joint. While the Dr. was nice, I felt like he barely adjusted me. I understand everyone is different, but he was super gentle and barely moved anything. I have been receiving chiropractic care since I was a child and I'm used to more aggressive (not actually aggressive) adjustments. I felt like it was a scam to get me to come back more frequently and continue the membership. I even tried another location, but it was the same thing. When I cancelled on 11/2/22, I was told I had to the end of the month to use the remaining visits for that month and my card would no longer be charged. Except I have been charged each month since. When I brought it to their attention last week, they passed it to a manager, who only refunded 2 of the 3 months. When I called today, they said they would pass it along again. I asked for the Manager's name and info to contact directly, but was told they "could not disclose that information." I also asked for a copy of the cancellation request be e-mailed to me the day I cancelled and again last week when I called about the refunds. Still have not received. Not providing the cancellation documents or the contact information to address the issue is unprofessional and suspicious. It also puts the desk staff in uncomfortable positions with clients. Do better.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I receive from Dr Sam. He is very proficient in his field. He answers all questions and makes recommendations on how I can better care for myself. The only thing that can be improved is the upkeep of the office. The cleaning service needs to be replaced as it takes away from all the good care that is received.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I couldn’t not share just how amazing The Joint Chiropractic and Dr Sam are! I came to Dr. Sam with a lot of upper body stiffness/pain and lack of range of motion. Within a few short weeks I have less stiffness and tension and noticed I’m even sleeping better. I can’t recommend the joint, Dr. Sam, and the staff enough!

I’ve been coming to the joint for a little over 6 months and every time I’m in my experience there is the most pleasant, Nick has been adjusting me for some time now and recently I’ve let the new doctor Meagan start adjusting me and I’m not sure who I’d rather have adjust me. They are both incredibly skilled at what they do and I would highly recommend to any one in need of chiropractic services, And Riquel has never failed to welcome me with a warm smiling face eveytime I walk through the door. It was a nightmare trying to cancel and get reimbursed for the last month I didnt use my membership. I had to literally had to call daily and fight to get my money back. It was so much runaround and "I'll let the manager know" and NOTHING was done. They are terrible with calling back, listening to voicemails, getting back to emails, etc. Super disaapointed in the customer service of the front desk girls, mostly Riquel and their manager Cheryl.

Scam. Good luck trying to cancel. They will continue charging your charge even after the 3 cancel emails. Attorney General needs to focus on chains like this.

Great experience. It's been a while since i've been to a chiropractor. My back had numerous issues due to sports injuries. This place was exactly what i needed. Very informative and friendly staff. The Dr. went through my entire chart and gave me some great pointers. Every problematic spot was seen to and addressed. After looking at pricing I decided to enroll. I'm going to time my Joint sessions with massage appointments and workouts. Feeling amazing, thanks again. :D

Service was okay, tried to cancel because of scheduling conflicts and it was a nightmare. Canceled but they kept charging me then said i needed a cancellation form that takes 30 days to process. 30 days to process a form??? All the while still charging me. Here's a tip: if you do decide to go there, don't sign up for the monthly membership, it's a trap to steal your money and keep your business by force.

After moving, we needed to find a new Chiropractor. We tried one after another, but most were too expensive (we don't have insurance). When we discovered The Joint Chiropractic we were really enthusiastic about their cash pricing and "walk-in" style of service (no appointments necessary). There's no "hidden" or "add-on" costs like so many other places: "initial office visit", "orientation charges", "evaluation fee". Nor is there insistance on taking new Xrays (I'd prefer to avoid unnecessary radiation). An initial visit is only $19 to give them a try. A typical insurance plan would cost you more than that just for the co-pay! You can choose from several packages that discount the cost of a Chiropractic adjustment to below $11. If you need an extra adjustment beyond your plan, it's only $12. I've had relief from stomach acid reflux (heartburn) as well as migraine headaches with Chiropractic adjustments for over 30 years. But I've never had such consistent results as I get with Dr. Giuseppe Corinella (one of the owners of this franchise location). He is a phenomenally good Chiropractor, and I don't say that lightly. He has a wider assortment of techniques than I've ever seen, and he gets great results. I always leave feeling much better than I arrived. One more benefit: when you travel, you can use any Joint Chiropractic location in the country (there's already 250+ in 26 states). No need to shop around when your back or neck is killing you from that lousy hotel bed. I'm not affiliated with The Joint or Dr. Corinella in any way -- other than as a really happy and satisfied customer and patient.
