2 days ago I've been getting treatment at the Joint for about six months now, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I've recommended them to friends and gotten the same feedback. This is a great place for chiropractic care. I've seen about six different doctors and they have all been great. They are very courteous, friendly and professional. I always enjoy talking with them. My favorite chiropractor is Dr. Mo at the Milton/Edgewood Clinic. He always asks about my health before we start, just to see if there is anything he needs to examine. He then gives me a narration of the adjustments he's making - while he's making them. Afterward the adjustment he asks to see how I feel, and there's always an improvement. Even if I felt good coming in, I feel better when I leave. Dr. Mo is great about answering my questions and providing advice. Their service is always fast and efficient, so there's very little time in the waiting room. I'm usually in and out within 15 minutes.

Friendly staff and easy to use…. But find another provider But after several adjustments they did not listen to my concerns or issues. They kept diagnosing torn rotator cuff and to hear/ice. When I went to another chiro immediately following the fourth adjustment and gave them the same description of issues they immediately diagnosed a likely pinched nerve in the c6 area, got an X-ray to confirm (they were right) and began providing adjustments which targeted my issue.

This place is amazing! In 15 mins, Dr. Mo was able to make my sciatic pain disappear. He also gave me some simple stretches that kept me pain free during the week. I have been to other chiropractic care in the area without relief. At which point I lost faith in chiropractic care. Saw a random ad for this facility while scrolling social media and decided to give it another go after several years. Near instantaneous relief for a stiff neck/shoulder/back pain that has plagued my left side for over five years. I've been coming here for several months now and have had a great experience each visit. I'm always greeted warmly upon entry and the wait isn't too long, especially for a walk-in clinic. Walked in on a trip to the grocery store, super friendly personnel, clean and bright office, informative without being pushy. They got me right in and I felt so much better. I truly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Mo. Yesterday, I could barely bend over to tie my shoes, I was in pain from the midback down and could barely lift my left leg due to an incident over the weekend. After my appointment yesterday, I left the office feeling relieved of most of my pain and could lift my left leg. I woke up today feeling like a whole new person, mobility in my left leg was great, pain was close to non-existent and I can bend over to tie my shoes. I came in today for another adjustment and again Dr. Mo did wonders. Dr. Mo has great hands-on technique with sweet and trusting disposition. Anna, receptionist, she's amazing as well. Dr. Mo basically rescued me by listening and providing a top quality adjustment. I had been to the Joint at University Place previously that day and Dr. Huy didn't listen to a word I said. First visit was awesome! Anna greeted me at the front door with her bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The space is clean and bright. Lots of room between guests. Dr Moe was friendly, listened and explained things so well. He even gave me recommendations for things I could do at home. He was NEVER ever pushy with the treatment plan, frequency of visits, and packages. The packages are very well priced compared to all of the others I’ve looked at. Give them a shot. I’m very grateful there is a facility closer to where I live and work. I’ve been a client of The Joint through 4 different states and for the last 2 years. It was a really good Visit, in fact it was my first experience at a Chiropractor but Dr Mo. And his lovely staff made me feel very comfortable. We spoke about a Previous Injury I had and he gave me thorough advice and was very patient as well as giving me some "homework" haha (Stretches and Exercises)to do when I get home that would definitely help with my issues. Overall I am interested in continuing treatment to see how it might increase my quality of life. ??
