Not the same as Mesa. Didn’t get my money’s worth at all. Didn’t do anything to help my shoulder pain. Not much experience I guess, couldn’t crack my neck at all. She claimed it is her technique, not much of one. Don’t recommend Mukilteo at all. Will try 128th and see if the chiropractors are more experienced there. ? so disappointing.

I’ve had mostly good experiences at The Joint Chiropractic, each location is different and has different doctors. I like this location, however the last few months, the restroom has smelled pretty badly of urine. It’s gross smelling and makes me want to gag. I won’t use the restroom if it smells like that, and I’m not sure why the people that work there don’t smell it or take care of it or at least let clients know what’s going on. It’s almost as if it’s a boys bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, but I find that hard to believe. I haven’t been to this location in a couple of weeks so I’m hoping it’s better. It’s very uncomfortable for me to say something directly, but I have said something to the front office manager at a different location.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Dr. Salama is very skilled and effective when he’s in the office, and I’ve always had good results from his treatments. That said, the frustrating part is he is frequently late (sometimes up to an hour) or occasionally a no-show, which seems to be a common issue based on other reviews as well. I’d recommend calling ahead on days he’s scheduled to confirm he’s actually there. On the positive side, Dr. Moon is the newer doctor and is thorough, attentive, and professional. He is in most days of the week. Overall, good care when timing lines up, but be prepared for some unpredictability!

3 times now I've been turned away because there's no doctor there. I can't get in and I don't get a refund. Never coming back... update after canceling my membership i finally got in after not being able to get a refund. I wasn't treated as good as past visits. The receptionist just looked at me and said, what?? Adjustments were half of what it was. I was on the table for a max of 1 min before they said done.

They give misguided information. I was told that a package that I purchased didn’t expire and that I could use it in any state. I only purchased that package because I knew I wanted to go after I had my son but being that I am in the military I was moving. I go to go today and they say my plan was canceled and that I could purchase another package that doesn’t expire and that my money was just gone and nothing that they could do about it.

Where is the doctor? It's more than an hour before closing there's no one here. What's the point of having a receptionist up at the front to receive clients with no doctor. Is this place even in business anymore? What's the point of the membership if there is no doctor on site. It should be registered as clothes if there's not going to be any services. This has happened more than four occasions now.

I have been coming here for 3 or 4 years and I love it. Dr.Salama tried a lot of different things to find what works best for me. So far I've liked all of the Doctors I've met here. Front desk is always nice and helpful, I love saying hello to Terri and everyone is so nice to my kiddos as well! My daughter also receives chiropractic care every so often and they do so well with her! She is turning 9 soon, so it's great for the whole family! Dr Salama is maybe my 4-5th chiropractor. He is the best I've found. He is a large guy, tall, so he can really manipulate your body. Very friendly, speaks perfect English, likes Star Wars. The only issue with this location is that life can get in the way for the chiropractors, so get on their email list so they can let you know if they will be in the office late or at all. However, sometimes they don't know until late, so maybe call too before heading over. You also seem to need to go in the office to see their schedule, which doctors work with day, I wish they would post it somewhere.

Dr. Salama is amazing. I struggled with severe tendinitis in my wrist from skateboarding my whole life. My wrist gave me constant daily issues for a year and a half, it just wouldn’t heal anymore. I went to therapy for it once a week for 2 months with no results. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon so I could get an MRI, instead I was given 2 cortisone shots. Those did not help and I was told I need wrist surgery. My wrist got worse than ever before and I had constant pain even up my arm and into my fingers. Someone I know told me Dr. Salama cured their carpel tunnel syndrome and that I should consider seeing him. After only one visit I had incredible results. I’ve had 6 visits now and Dr. Salama has completely restored the health of my wrist and saved me from surgery and I haven’t felt so good in well over a year. My whole body hurts being a skateboarder, I’ve had him adjust my neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hips, legs, and ankles and he’s helped me feel so much better. I never knew a chiropractor could work so much magic. Dr. Salama is very attentive to your concerns, specific and effective in his approach to treating each patient. I could not be any more grateful for everything he has done for me and I will continue to see him as needed for as long as I can.

We had similar experiences with most of the recent reviewers. The chiropractors’ schedules were inconsistent. Some days you go and it’s close; or a different chiropractor is there. At the end, we had to cancel the monthly membership because we couldn’t go 4 times a month since the schedules are inconsistent which causes inconvenience. After the cancellation, we were still being charged monthly on our debit card. After we called to rectify the problem, we only got an apology but didn’t get the refund. This Joint Chiropractic used to be one of the best, but service and scheduling have totally diminished. There is only 1 good chiropractor, who is the owner, but he comes thrice a week with uncertain schedules.

Dr. Salama and the crew are fantastic! Every time I come in, I feel like the chiro listens to me and treats what is going wrong specifically that visit. I've got some physical disabilities, but Salama and the others do a fantastic job of helping me feel better and working around my physical limitations. This location is like a good restaurant. While sometimes it takes a bit to get a table, the service is worth the wait. Its very popular due to all the Machine industries nearby. Ex; Iron, Aviation, Electrical. Many of us are bent out of shape after a day of hard work. I've been to many The Joint locations all over the country, coast to coast. Dr. Peter tries to always be attentive to his regulars and provides good feedback to those of us who forget to stretch. Extra note of importance, Dr. Peter isn't overly gentle and doesn't leave you hanging, hoping for more. Hard to find. He gets to the point. Keeps me coming back.?

It is a privilege to have such a qualified chiropractor like Dr. Salama practicing from such a quick, convenient and cost-effective franchise clinic. Over a decade of sports and regular exercise has led to chronic tension in parts of my neck and spine. Full tune-up. I’ve been to several chiros before, but that was definitely next level. I’m really impressed. Trauma caused an extension, which caused a rotation, which caused over compensation. Seriously cannot believe the before and after. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Salama. I tell everyone I know about him! I am always impressed by what he does - it isn't just the same few standard adjustments each time. Last week I had jaw pain that wouldn't go away for several weeks. I came in and he did a treatment in my mouth! And I feel so much better! I've had TMJ issues my entire adult life and he is the first doctor I've been to that has ever done this particular thing. He also resolved some chronic neck and shoulder pain I was having from work. I had my doubts and suspicions about chiropractic care but thought, "Why not?" after sustaining a few joint and spinal related injuries due to combat sports. After a few sessions, I felt much better but after a while became frustrated when the relief was only temporary. Dr. Salama changed all that. Hate to say it but not all chiropractors are created equal (just like there's great doctors and quacks). Under Dr. Salama's care, my issues with pain and decreased mobility went away and stayed that way. I am still a patient and I continue to see him regularly. I owe much of my day-to-day happiness and general well-being to Dr. Salama and can't thank him enough. Give the Joint a chance. I'm extremely grateful that I did. I have been a patient at The Joint in Mukilteo for about 2 years. Both Dr. Salama and Dr. Joe are quite efficient and effective with each adjustment that I've had. I was in a car accident with no seatbelt on over 20 years ago. In turn I have seen multiple chiropractors for my back and neck injuries. My body is hyper-mobile as well so it can be quite challenging to adjust my back and hips. Both Doctors have been able to relieve my pains each and everytime. I believe because they are educated, experienced and most importantly they listen to my complaints and treat me accordingly. In fact today, I went in with a headache and Dr. Salama made the right adjustments and it's gone. I definitely recommend these guys. They are great!!!

I came here after seeing a number of other local chiropractors, who helped, but not as much or as quickly as the staff here. I was sold when after the first visit when they were able to free up my locked up hip (nobody else could), and in less than 8 visits my bad hip has been resolved and I can walk, run and dance without any pain, and with most of the strength back. The quick convenience and price can't be beat either.

I absolutely love this place. I have worked in the chiropractic field for 12 years and am amazed at the professionalism, quality of care, level of treatment, and ease of financial transactions. For $80 a month, I get 4 chiropractic treatments that remain unequaled in comparison to insurance based and regulated care that leave you with huge bills from deductibles or disallowed treatment. I have enrolled my family at this location, and have referred friends to try out the Joint close to their area. Dr Salama, Dr Joe, and Dr Cheema have different techniques and they make sure to address your body aches and pains. I don't regret joining and am quite happy with my care! Weekly maintenance is no longer an issue and am enjoying everything I liked about chiropractic (migraine relief, posture correction, neck/back pain relief, hand numbness, etc.).

I have been getting chiropractic care here for a few months now and my experience has been great! I have seen Dr Cheema and Dr Salama, I feel they are both caring, talented and dedicated. The care/adjustments I’ve received here are equally as good (or better!) than any in-office chiropractor. Both doctors always have sound advice to address my issue (sciatic pain) and I feel cared about and well cared for. The monthly fee of $79 is a fantastic price for the high quality level of care, not to mention there are no appointments (the max I’ve ever waited to see a doctor is 10 mins) and no annoying insurance co-pays or deductibles to deal with. It’s just so hassle free, what a nice change. This place is a gem. I’m grateful they are a part of our community and I would recommend them to anyone!

I signed up for their 2 month special. $80 for 4 appointments, and you must commit to 2 months, billed separately. I now realize that they have been billing me every month, for the past 6 months, and never said a word. I have spoken with two different receptionists, and left several tactful messages regarding the roughly $320. They have not returned any of my calls. I will update this post once I have spoken with them in person. Update: Dr. Salama has refunded me in full, and addressed the communication issue. He is an honest business man and a great doctor. Rating changed to 5 stars.

The Joint in Mukilteo gives outstanding care in a convenient and comfortable setting. From the doctors to the receptionist, the experience is quick easy and most importantly - effective. For me, the key to chiropractic care is regular treatments. The ability to walk in on my schedule has completely changed the model for me. I travel over 50% of the time. Now I can stop in on the way to or from Seatac and keep a fairly regular scheduled care plan going. This has made all the difference for me. Also, when on the road, I can find "The Joint" franchises all around the country which gives me the best chance to keep regular adjustments going. I can't say enough about the quality of care Drs. Salama and Joe have given me, not just with back and neck but help with a nagging wrist issue. It's been haunting me for years and is finally improving. Finally, the billing and help with HSA billing and receipts has been seamless. Maya has been a Godsend and is always there with a friendly smile and conversation.

I’d been dealing with worsening neck and back pain over the past ten years. One of a kind Chiropractor - Dr. Salama does much more than your average chiropractor. He takes his time and addresses more than just one or two obvious issues on each visit. I've been going to his clinic for about three months now and at least one painful area (my right hip) that was chronic for over 5 years now only bothers me occasionally. In those five years I had seen a number of chiropractors and not one of them provided the solution and treatment to that issue that Dr. Salama has. I highly recommend him.

Wow. This is the first time my fiance and I have been to a chiropractor, and we are insanely impressed with Doctor Salama and crew! First of all, the receptionist is AMAZING! She is so spunky, vivacious, and so sweet! NEVER get rid of her, she is perfect! :D As for the doctor, my fiance has been in car accidents in the past, and his back and hips have been screwed up for more than 15 years. Thanks to Doctor Salama, he is feeling like a brand new man! ? Myself, my wrists have been gradually decreasing in strength due to an accident I had 10 years ago. If you're having any issues with your back go check these guys out! They made it so I can function again! I was having some serious pain (probably an 8 or 8.5 on the scale of 1-10) after amusement park rides for vacation and these guys got me moving and back to my regular routine! Worth it! I've been to many chiropractors and this one is fairly priced and gets you what you need in a timely fashion! I got the membership because I needed to keep going back. When your back is messed up, you need to go back more than one time for it to go back to normal. I went a total of 5 times in 2 weeks and I'm back to jumping and working out again! I have been to many chiropractors, but this one is by far superior in all aspects in my opinion. Dr Salama is very knowledgeable, respectful, and knows his stuff. I came in here not being able to stand up straight and barely able to walk. Now a week later I am walking just fine and feel amazing. I could of went to a hospital and probably spent thousands to get fixed. But instead I barely paid anything and learned a lot and got healed. You have a customer for life! The person that left the one star review is literally clueless how inexpensive this place is. The majority of other chiropractic places are double this places price and even more. First of all the front desk receptionist is awesome. If it was a review on her service alone it would be 5 stars. I went to cancel my membership due to personal reasons. Reasons I decided not to disclose while other customers were around to be respectful. I was told that there was a 2 month minimum I had to pay in order to cancel which apparently my friend and I we're told about when we signed up. We were never told that. I had 2 visits left which I paid for which I did not use. I said I was not going to pay for the 2nd month. Chiropractor came out and his first words were, "Problem with the contract?" Using a stern voice all while in front of his customer he just got done adjusting. I wondered why he didn't say, "So sorry you are leaving us! What's going on?" He said he would let it go this time but that I signed the contract and I should be liable. Mind you my friend who had originally signed up with me was with me. She decided that the way he handled my situation, she will not be going back. It was very unprofessional. This guy is only in it for your money...no concern, no quality and no cares. He basically saluted me as he walked away.

My initial experience with the joint chiropractic was in Portland, Oregon. I live in oak harbor harbor, Washington and was in town visiting family. I had been having severe lower back pain that was very debilitating. I had been “working thru” the pain, thinking I just gotta be a man and bear with it. My family was concerned with the obvious pain I was in and urged me to get a massage or see a chiropractor. I, being thrifty as ever when finances are concerned, started looking online for deals. I found the joint in my frivolity and went in. They tuned me up fantastically. (That is a whole separate review for their establishment) it was great. They made me aware of the fact that taking care of my back is an ongoing responsibility that will make a difference in my life. I now come to this Mukilteo location and they have been doing an extraordinary job taking care of my needs and letting me have a broader spectrum of choices in my life. Dr. Solama has been very in depth with listening to my Joints issues and has been systematically identifying and giving me the solutions to eliminating them. He gives me stretches and advice for things to do when I’m not able to make it in to him that have been game changers to my lifestyle I really feel great now. My back has not felt this good since I was a teenager I would come in more often but am limited to one or two days a week since I work very long hours and live more than 50 miles away. The time and gas are worth every penny to me now to feel the way I do. Live better by taking better care of yourself. You deserve it!! Thank you!
