Dr. Kimberly Klein began her health career with her undergraduate studies at Florida State University (GO NOLES!), where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then moved to Portland, Oregon to pursue her education in chiropractic health at University of Western States. During her studies, she developed a love for yoga and decided to deepen her practice by becoming a certified yoga teacher. She believes that regular chiropractic care should be incorporated with healthy eating and regular exercise in order to live strong and healthy.
Dr. Kimberly treats each patient as an individual and tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs. She takes a gentle, well-rounded approach and utilizes a variety of techniques to match the patient’s needs and comfort level. She is skilled in diversified high-velocity adjustments, gentle mobilization, soft tissue massage, cranial sacral therapy, activator technique, and exercise therapy. She is also certified in a chiropractic technique specifically designed for pregnant patients, the Webster technique and is in the process of completing additional training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Kimberly works with patient’s to uncover the root cause of their condition and in addition to in-office treatment; she prescribes exercise therapy and counsels patients on lifestyle and ergonomic changes.
When Dr. Kimberly is not treating patients, she is out having fun in Oregon’s natural playground. She loves to mountain bike, ski, surf, kayak, and hike on her free time.
