Let me start by saying that I have been to the joint before (this specific one) and had lovely experiences. Today was not that day, I took my boss in as he had never been to the chiropractor and wanted to give it a try, we checked online to see what times they were closed for lunch as that happened to us before. This time we made sure to have an hour before they closed. We walked in and waited a few mins for someone to come to the desk and were then told that they wouldn’t be able to see us until after 3 because they close for lunch at 2… it was barely 1pm. The woman who came to the desk was honestly not very friendly or polite. I don’t know that I’ll be back to this location.

Wonderful staff! I am from out of town and pulled my back out working a night shift.. I tried to get appointments at other doctors close to me and since I was a new patient, I had to wait 4 days to get an appointment. This was my first time ever at a chiropractor and I have to say, it was great Dr. Glover made us feel welcomed and did a great job on both me and my partner. We’re plus size so if you’re looking for someone that can work with that I highly recommend. Also their receptionist is the best. I feel like she brightens the place and is flowing with good vibe energy.

I’ve been having problems with my back for over 5 years due to a back injury. I heard about The Joint Chiropractic from a friend of mine. After having several blocks and injections without long term pain relief, I decided to give them a try. Additionally, after years of practicing hygiene, I’ve been diagnosed with cervical foraminal stenosis. The doctors here have been very informative regarding my diagnoses and how I can benefit greatly from chiropractic care. I’m 4 visits in and my back is feeling so much better! Due to the extent of damage to my neck, the outcome hasn’t been quite the same. Nonetheless, I am thankful for the professionals at the Joint Chiropractic for aiding me in receiving the comfort I need.

The Joint @ Lee Branch off Hwy 280 really is the joint :-) During my visit yesterday - 3/8/24, the staff was very nice and personable. They are very organized and efficient. They take the time to talk with you and explain things. They don't waste your time or their time. The Joint is very serious about accepting walk-ins. Several customers came in during my visit and they were treated and released within 15 - 20 minutes of completing New Patient paperwork. They are serious about living up to their motto or goal of providing quality but cost conscious healthcare. I was very impressed with Dr. Glover and the receptionist on duty. I will definitely be using them again

This was the best experience I’ve had at a chiropracter. I play Golf pretty regularly and am sitting/standing most of the day at school and work, so my back and hips have become pretty stiff. Dr. Howard took the time to find those areas of my back and hips that needed the most focus. I left the office with a back that hasn’t felt as good as it did since I was a kid! Plus, Madeline and Courtney were so helpful getting me scheduled and checked-in at the front desk. Highly recommend The Joint at Lee Branch and Dr.Howard.

I recently joined The Joint and I’ve have great experiences with the 2 doctors I’ve seen. The staff is friendly, office is clean and the doctors listen & take their time. Today I arrived just after they opened, I was taken back immediately and was back in my car within 15 minutes. It’s affordable, convenient and you will leave feeling great! Highly recommend.

I’ve been there twice and both times I’ve had to wait over 45 minutes with no one in front of me. My consultation and first adjustment together literally took five minutes. Today I was the first one in line and I heard two gentlemen back there cutting up and laughing for 45 minutes as I sat and waited. I canceled and I won’t be back.
