Unfortunately, we had a rather unexpected experience while trying to get in for a visit . The older woman at the front desk, with dark hair was quite snippy. We felt it was NOT the right place for us..so we left and never scheduled. I did call the main owner , as suggested, but never received a return call. That's fine...there are many OTHER qualified chiropractors around. It is just a shame she had to be so bullish .

This was the best visit I've had in a long time. The office was very clean & serene. Lisa, the receptionist, was great. She greeted me with a smile & while I waited we shared our love for music ? ? singing the Pointer sister's "I'm so excited" because I kept saying how excited I was to finally get an adjustment (It had been over a year). There were other clients that came & went and was even worried about going before me as I was there first. I let them know I was the "newbie" & thanked them for their hospitality! Finally, after all the regulars were done, I was greeted by Dr. John with a warm smile & handshake thanking me for my patience ? He asked the reason for my visit, I explained & he gave me the details of what we were going to do! The process was quick but done with ease. He explained every move necessary and what it was doing. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and felt 6' tall when he was done & I'm only 5'4" ? All in all, it was a great visit and I can't wait to go for my next visit tomorrow! ? I've dealt with Sciatica pain for at least 15yrs. Opportunity allowed me to make an appointment with Dr. John while in Birmingham. I was met by Kyrsten, she was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Dr. John took the time to hear my problem areas and explained everything that would take place. I felt immediate relief. I involuntarily cried lol. My range of motion and tight feeling improved immediately. I still can't believe it. He took his time to make sure I was ok and was not inflicting more pain. Very fortunate to have a business that understands the needs of its customers. Customers need to have access to chiropractic care after working hours and on weekends. The Joint @ Lee Branch off Hwy 280 really is the joint :-) During my visit yesterday - 3/8/24, the staff was very nice and personable. They are very organized and efficient. They take the time to talk with you and explain things. They don't waste your time or their time. The Joint is very serious about accepting walk-ins. Several customers came in during my visit and they were treated and released within 15 - 20 minutes of completing New Patient paperwork. They are serious about living up to their motto or goal of providing quality but cost conscious healthcare. I was very impressed with Dr. Glover and the receptionist on duty. I will definitely be using them again

I’ve been having problems with my back for over 5 years due to a back injury. I heard about The Joint Chiropractic from a friend of mine. After having several blocks and injections without long term pain relief, I decided to give them a try. Additionally, after years of practicing hygiene, I’ve been diagnosed with cervical foraminal stenosis. The doctors here have been very informative regarding my diagnoses and how I can benefit greatly from chiropractic care. I’m 4 visits in and my back is feeling so much better! Due to the extent of damage to my neck, the outcome hasn’t been quite the same. Wonderful staff! I am from out of town and pulled my back out working a night shift.. I tried to get appointments at other doctors close to me and since I was a new patient, I had to wait 4 days to get an appointment. This was the best experience I’ve had at a chiropracter. I play Golf pretty regularly and am sitting/standing most of the day at school and work, so my back and hips have become pretty stiff. Everyone was kind, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I sure felt better when i left than when i got there. I could atleast stand up straight and by myself. I signed up for some follow up visits just to finish getting the rest of the kinks worked out but definately was a good experience and have already recommended you guys to someone who works with me that plans on being in next week so I'd definitely recommend to others.

I would not go here or to the mountain brook location. I came in from out of town and neither chiropractor was able to adjust my neck properly. I left without any relief worried that they had done harm to my neck

Wonderful! I have been going to a Chiropractor for close to 40 years now! Dr Patricia Howard adjusted me from head to toe and really took her time to loosen me up before the adjustment! While I don’t have another Chiropractor’s office to compare my visit with as this was my first time visiting a Chiropractor but I’m very satisfied. I’ve been having lower back pain for a couple years and I’ve went to 3 doctors offices with no success so I thought I’d try a chiropractor and I haven’t felt this pain free in years. It actually feels kind of weird, I guess I’d grown so used to having back pain that I didn’t realize how much I anticipated it with every move and I only left a few hours ago so I’m still anticipating pain with my movements. I just hope that the relief I feel isn’t something that lasts only a few hours but from what I’ve read if I keep going as directed it won’t be. Also, I seen the advertisement of $29 visit and I FULLY expected that to be the typical get them in the door and sell them type situation but to my surprise when I went to leave and pay it was actually $29. (I’ve spent thousands trying different methods of getting rid of or even easing my pain so that’s unbelievably cheap to me).

I have Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis, bone spurs, herniated discs, among other issues, and used to go to a Chiropractor regularly, but it just got way too expensive, needing to go at least 4x a month, at $40/visit. Last week, I stumbled upon The Joint, and gave them a try. I am SO glad that I did! The first appointment is just $29, and they have a great plan for $59/mo. that gives you 4 alignments/mo. If you need more than 4 adjustments/mo., though, each additional adjustment/visit is just $10! After 15 years of pain, I now have hope that these guys will be able to get, and keep, my spine healthy & aligned properly, since I’ll actually be able to afford to keep going! Thank you guys in advance, as I know you will be making a huge difference!!
