Meet The Doctors
Dr. Myers has been a practicing chiropractor for 30 years. He ran his own private practice in Illinois for 25 years before relocating to Birmingham in 2021. He has also spent ten years teaching Biological sciences at the university level. Dr. Myers is a graduate of National University of Health Science and is skilled in diversified chiropractic methods. These include Thompson Drop technique, Cox Flexion Distraction technique and many others. He is also Activator protocol certified as well. A native of Eastern Kentucky, Dr. Myers was happy to return to his southern roots here in Alabama. He enjoys many hobbies including cooking, college sports, motorcycles and rugby.
Dr. Andrew Whittington completed his undergrad studies at Mississippi State University where he majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University in Atlanta, GA. He graduated in March 2023 and moved to Birmingham in August 2023 where he began practicing. In his spare time Dr. Andrew loves to spend time with his family, go golfing and improving his overall health each and every day in the gym. He has of a love for movement and strength training which he shares with his patients in order to improve their health and wellness with each and every visit.
Dr. Alaina was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Wallace State in Hanceville, and University of Memphis. She received academic and athletic scholarships focusing on exercise physiology/chemistry and playing softball (middle infielder and center outfielder). After finishing her bachelor's degree she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic (Florida). While in Chiropractic school she discovered her love for healing the public and teaching young doctors to excel. In her spare time, Dr. Alaina loves to spend time with her girlfriend and two beautiful sassy daughters at the pool and ballpark.
Dr Ted graduated from Life University Magna Cum Laude in 2022. He lives with his wife Sarah and their 3 sons in Bessemer, AL. In his free time he likes reading and lifting weights.
