Just called again and now they’re only gonna have a doctor there on Thursday and Friday for the month of September and October. They’re only gonna have a doctor there three days a week out of six. This is not the way it’ll run of business. I guess the next step just close the door and tell everybody to go to Montgomery.

This is the place to go for your adjustment, I've had bad posture all my life and it created a bulge at the top of my back. I signed up for 10 sessions and it is completely GONE! I feel so relieved I will continue to go on for maintenance because I can't can't Imagine going into 40 without weekly maintenance ? I love the ENTIRE team not one day I came in and was NOT welcomed, remembered or relieved.

Lovely lady at the front desk greets you and all customers as soon as you walk in with a beautiful smile and treats everyone with such dignity and grace. Such a pleasant lady and so welcoming. She is so well schooled & did everything I’d been accustomed to in my over 100 visits to my old doctor back in Bham I’d been seeing for over 15 years. If possible I wouldn't leave one star ! They tell you a super low price to get you in the door don't fall for it . 108 dollars later I'm signed up with 79 every month after . I was in so much pain I didn't care . She actually took care of the pain the first day. But wanted me in the next day . So I did . Shouldn't had . My pain had nearly left when I went in . I felt like I had reinjured my back when I left . And decided I wasn't going back . I was out of work for two weeks probably would have only been one week if I had just not went back . So today I tried cancelling my membership guess what when you sign up you sign up for a mandatory 2 months . So after your second payment you can cancel. So stupid . I have to pay for something I don't need or want . I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!! That place is a joke ! Enter at your own risk . You go from seat to table no heated massage to loosen you up just straight to it .

Buyer beware; they bury terms in their contracts that are not verbally informed to you. When I asked if I could cancel their subscription, I was only informed that I had to call or come in to do so. They did not inform me that you are required to remain on the plan for a minimum of two months. I advise either reading their contract thoroughly, or just go somewhere else Edit: In response to the owners reply Essentially the way it worked was 1. Enter the Chiropractor for the initial visit deal and to see if a back problem can be fixed 2. A large amount of paperwork is given to you sign. Most of it is standard medical paperwork, but the terms for their monthly plan are also buried in this section. 3. The Chiropractor does the consultation and first treatment. They then recommend 4 more visits, and using the plan as the best deal 4. When you ask if you can cancel online, you are informed you have to call in. No mention of the minimum commitment is made at this stage. 5. You try to cancel, and you are informed that you were got, and now you are stuck on the plan for at least 2 months. Edit 2: I removed part of the complaint regarding the order in which they provide you the paperwork. They do provide you paperwork before and after the treatment, not all before. The rest remains valid

Dr. W did a great job with the adjustment. He stated he would text some recommendations for stretching my neck. It’s almost a week and no text. I didn’t ask for it, but he offered the information. He obviously forgot and did not come through with his offer. It’s the only reason I rated this a 4 versus a 5. Recommendation: Don’t offer extra if you can’t come through.

I went to the ER a few weeks ago and they did a CT scan, blood and urinalysis all check out couldn't find out why I was in pain. I've been dealing with two snapped ankles for a year now still getting blocks for pain and nothing really touched pain of either. The Joint had a $29.99 special so I decided to go. The 1st adjustment made all the difference in my side and I was able to sleep pain free and my feet were better too. I'm back for my 3rd visit. DR. Mawi has been awesome!!

As far as the doctors go, I have no complaints, However, it's a quick way to to keep deducting when they get you in for the twenty nine dollars because they made it very difficult for me to cancel so that it would not keep coming out of my account. The receptionist said you have to talk to the doctor that's here & there's a 45 min wait. I said I have to go to work & she replied I understand but you will be billed out tomorrow if you can't see the doc because she has to sign off on it. What kind of b.s. is that..I won't be back." They still owe me an adjustment since the doc was so busy couldn't get to me before their lunch break @ 2pm

As far as treatment is concerned, I have ZERO complaints. All the doctors that I have seen have been great! One lady was a little rough, but not unbearable. The front staff have all been kind also. The complaint that I DO have is I wish they would sanitize the tables down and clean their hands between patients.

I really enjoyed my visit to this establishment. The atmosphere was nice and spacious. It was my first ever visit to a chiropractic. This location is conveniently minutes away, so I stopped in to schedule my appointment , the receptionist, Christina was very professional, welcoming and informative. I returned within a couple days for my appointment, Christina greeted me with another warm welcoming. I enjoyed chatting with her while I waited. The chiropractor, Dr. Mawi was really nice, also. Although, I felt like the treatment wasn't customized; basic standardized "cookie cutter" treatment) However, I would have loved to schedule my recommended follow up visits ( which included a promotion) , but I didn't like the sales pitch of having to commit right then and there in order to receive the promotion. ( Who couldn't use a good adjustment every now and then? ??‍♀️) I asked if I could come back in 24 hours afterwards, as I wanted to see how my body would react to the adjustment....... and do some research.? There was no compromise there, and I'm okay with that. I did wonder about the sitting in passing, and I definitely understand the concerns of others. However, I got lucky, no one was present during my visit. Christina's professionalism and customer service skills are TOP TIER !?

It’s a streamlined chiropractic practice. They’re going to put most people on the same treatment plan but it’s pretty much the standard treatment plan everywhere. $69/month for adults. It’s a pretty good deal in my opinion.

I enjoyed my visit with Joint Chiropractic and the interaction with the staff. I was provide with the relief that I so badly needed! The option for walk-in appointments are certainly a plus for me as well. My only concern and recommendation is to let the customer know that along with the treatment plan at the end of the session, they will be expecting a payment that was not discussed in any of the conversations prior to coming to the “free” visit. That payment also comes along with three ‘free visits’ that are a huge plus, but if you do not make that payment that day (which some may not be prepared for) you WILL LOSE those visits. In my opinion, I feel that hidden criteria needs to be discussed upfront along with all of the ‘freebies’ they offer with that particular visit. I felt a little put on the spot when provided with the request for a payment, As I have other financial Obligations recently acquired that preventing me to make the $65 payment at that time. (I don’t have extra money these days. I do have health insurance they, which DO NOT accept) With the rising cost of essentials these days, many can hardly afford as it is, so I believe that is something that your patients would find more convenient if discussed up front instead on the day of the appointment. Overall, my experience was a good one, and I certainly will be back with the knowledge of what’s expected next time ?

The reception Amber was very friendly and on point about discussing the information you need to know.
