I have had back and neck pain for a little over two years. It was effectively everyday life. I couldn't take it anymore. My legs even hurt. I came in and saw Dr. Ron. He thoroughly explain to me what was going to take place to help me with the pain I was in. I went with pain at that was about a nine that day. Most day's after work its a 10. He worked on my back, neck, hips and legs. It was great! Second visit. My pain was about a seven. The third time I went in it was a five. I couldn't stand without needing to sit down because it was unbearable. This was the best decision that I've made for myself. I recommend trying it for yourself if you are in pain. I walked in excited for my appointment, but the elderly woman at the front desk just stared at me. I greeted her with a smile and said, “Hi, good afternoon, I have an appointment,” but she didn’t respond—no hello, no smile—just a cold look and a comment that they don’t take appointments. No problem, I asked if walk-ins were okay, but she ignored my question and instead asked for my phone number. Then she remarked that it had been over four years since I’d been there, which felt unnecessary. I just wanted to get adjusted, but the entire interaction felt uncomfortable. She was short, dismissive, and even rolled her eyes. It’s unfortunate because I recently moved here and was hoping this would be my new chiropractor place. Signed up for the monthly package because I constantly have back issues. Three times that I have went so far I have had three different chiropractors and they have all been great. I went a total of 2 times. I signed up for what I thought was a 2 month agreement. I had a death in the family and had to leave town. I thought I would have only needed to pay the 2 months so I didn't give it alot of thought. They kept charging me a monthly fee for another 3 months, knowing I have only made 2 visits. When I called to get it stopped, there was no sympathy. They didn't even consider working with me. I was hoping to continue services with a little "credit".. But I was just sent the link to finally quit services. Makes one wonder how long they would have kept on charging me. Its not fair practice when you have a computer program that automatically charges someone, even when they are not using the benifits. You make it the customers fault, and that's not very fair. Legal? Sure. Moral??

I’m a bodybuilder, which means I’m constantly in the gym—training six days a week. Because of that, I need to get adjusted at least once a week to keep my body aligned and functioning properly. I started using The Joint early 2025 after a hiatus chiropractic care. I'd never used this this type of walk-in care model, but it's been nothing but positive. I primarily see Dr. Ron at the Laveen location, but occasionally receive care from his partner, Dr. Jay. Both of them do great at conducting a consultative conversation before every treatment to make sure we're focusing on the areas of greatest need. After a rear-end car accident late last year, I have seen significant improvement to chronic pain related to that incident, as well as support for other issues, like sciatic pain associated with my desk job. I can honestly say there has not been a single ache or pain in the last eight months that they have not been able to eliminate completely, sometimes in a single visit. Both practitioners have a wealth of experience in their field and a genuine concern for their patients. I'm grateful for the variety of affordable plans that allow me continued access to care that improves my quality of life. I took advantage of the $29 first-time customer special, which is also a great option for folks wanting to try out this establishment before committing to a treatment plan. I would also give special recognition to the front-of-house team for being super friendly, knowledgeable, and building a personal connection with their regulars. Love my Joint team and recommend the Laveen location enthusiastically.

I'd like them to be open till 7. Came across town to get my adjustment and they were closed already at 6:45 pm. Normally I wouldn't care but when you're paying $80 a month and it's a subscription then you should technically be able to get here 15 minutes before closing with no problem. Do a better job of staying open till your posted hours. You have no problem taking your client money but closing early that's a shame Quick update. They have a special going on right now! I booked an appointment to get seen the same day. I’m dealing with sciatic pain due to a degenerative lower lumbar. I was in so much pain when I came in, the receptionist was very nice a greeted me with a smile and right away got to fill out the forms needed. I saw Dr. Ron after about a brief 10min waiting after walking in. Explained what would be best course of action and explained to me what he’s going to adjust to help my pain. After my adjustments were made I felt so much better. The pain went from 9 to about a 5. Im definitely coming back on a weekly basis to help with my sciatic pain. And I’ve already recommended them to a few friends and family!

Very professional and attentive. After wrecking my shoulder, the pain was a sharp burning 9/10. Urgent care x-rays showed it "in place", though I had limited range. It took these Pros at the Joint to fix it. No joke, on my first visit, 50% of my pain was relieved by adjustments, massage, realignments, etc. Highly recommend?

Sometimes we underestimate the effect of living with chronic pain. As cliché as this may sound, these visits have been life-changing for me. I was having the worse burning headaches on the back of my head. I went to the ER and my doctor all I was given was ibuprofen. The pain got worse and traveled down my neck to my shoulder. Thankfully, a friend recommended. I visit a chiropractor here I am today healed and recommending Dr Ron to all of my family and my few friends. Little did I know after 2 months of suffering I needed an alignment. The right side of my body was so bad, and I had no idea. After getting an alignment, I immediately felt better. My headache was honestly gone, and I was immediately able to turn my head to the right without pain. Im so thankful for Dr Ron and wish I would’ve known about him sooner. He also corrected my rib. When you enroll they are nice and the chiropractors are also nice. BUT God forbid you have financial difficulties and want to cancel your membership. I called on Monday to cancel was told ok and on Friday I was charged. Turns out a form had to be signed. I then came on friday(same day as the charge) to sign the form and get refunded. They refused to refund my money. Now I don't feel comfortable coming back. Update: as you can tell by there response, they will give you a very generic response and still not help you by refunding your money.

I went to The Joint because my neck has been bothering me for years. They offer affordable membership plans to meet my needs. Every chiropractor has been very effective in treating my back and neck. They are very professional and explain the process thoroughly. The office is very clean with the latest in equipment. It is a walk in service and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I am new to The Joint and was always one of those people who didn’t like the cracking and popping sound so I was very afraid. During pregnancy I’ve grown very stiff and always hurting or uncomfortable. My husband lives by being adjusted so he basically voluntold me to go, so I did. When I walked in, I saw a beautiful smiling face and great inviting energy from the receptionist and not only that, Dr. Ron was incredible. He assured me of all of my worries and now I can’t live without it. I go every couple of days and I can now tell when I need it. I am starting to feel the instant relief. I was always worried about the neck but I now live for it. So thankful for The Joint. I was having sleepless nights due to being uncomfortable but now I am sleeping like a baby. I’m not comfortable with going to another location just yet but will continue to frequent this location due to how great the staff is. 100/10 would definitely recommend.

When I decided to go to a chiropractor I was already skeptical but the friendly staff at the joint chiropractor sat me down and explained the process to me and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. This place changed my life! I did not realize how much my back problems were hindering my day-to-day activities. After going through the medical plan that was laid out I feel 100% better. I can do activities that I previously could not do and now I go there once a week for routine maintenance and it feels great. I recommend this place to anybody who is skeptable of chiropractory. I came in scared, in a good amount of sciatic pain in my lower back and entire back leg. I was in tears and shaking I was so nervous, this was my last resort for help. I have a bad phobia of anything medical and avoid doctors like the plague. The front receptionist Pam has been so kind and calm, Dr. Jay is just as amazing. I love that he explains what’s he is doing, he calms me down when he feels I’m nervous, and I trust him with any adjustments after the first session. I feel so comfortable that I don’t even mind going. Ive had 5 or sessions now. I always said I would never get my neck done at the chiro because it’s to scary, well- here I am- getting my neck done and loving it haha. My sciatic leg pain went from about a 4/10 to a .2/10…. Yes .2 lol. Each adjustment I feel better and better! I’m sure after this next one, any pain that was lingering will go away. I am able to walk, function and sleep after 4 long horrendously painful months of suffering before I came here for help. I love that he brought up that he feels my dehydration can be an issue. So I’ve been working on upping my fluid intake and it’s totally helped! I love that Dr. Jay suggests things to try and further help the healing process I’ve been going through. I would still be miserably in pain and house bound if I didn’t decide to go in. Dr. Jay is a god send and I’m forever thankful for his help. I very highly recommend this location and Dr. Jay,. My husband is now a monthly member with me and has loved the results as well ? and he was skeptical! Not anymore ? Beat that fear and try going at least once. Your anxiety is lying to you, once you bite the bullet and try it- you will laugh at how silly it was to be so afraid of something that has you leaving will a smile on your face. The relief is unexplainable after being adjusted. My life has definitely changed since walking into The Joint.

I started to experience lower back pain after my son was born. Just like any other busy mom I put my self last. I ignored the pain and my lower back pain got worse as it started to go down my left leg. My best friend had told me about her chiropractic care she received due to the same issue with pain in her lower back. She mentioned the Joint chiropractic care team. I searched and found a facility nearby and called Pamela answered and advised no appointment was necessary I was able to walk in. After filling out patient information Dr. Ron went over my assessment and gave me at home instructions to help with any soreness I felt if any after my adjustment. I have been going 3 times a week and I can honestly say I feel so much better. I have noticed no pinching numbing pain in my lower back or left leg. Over all I have been able to sleep better I have gotten back to my normal work out routine. I feel my digestive system has improved and with my daily activities I don’t feel tired or sluggish I can sneeze with out being afraid to feel pain in my back or rib cage area due to a rib being out of place. I have never been to a chiropractor before, but saw the special you guys were having and decided it was time to try it out. I’m new to the Chiropractic game. Never had an adjustment or even knew what that was! After having EXCRUCIATING pain radiating on the left side of my body for almost a week straight, a friend told me about The Joint and I just had to give it a try. (Please excuse the name, this is the title of a podcast I was hosting!) Dr. Ron is my hero! I’m 9 weeks pregnant and when morning sickness was ravaging me, I kid you not, an adjustment would help me get back to baseline and be able to eat. In tandem with his golden hands, he’s extremely personable, and treats each of his patients as that…HIS patient. Did I mention the chair/upright neck adjustment? I was so sore and have always had a lingering pain in my rear due to childbirth so I had been getting adjusted to naturally ease the pain. I wanted to try new closer The Joint location for the sake of convenience and was extremely impressed with Dr. Smith and his meticulous adjustment. It was a monumental experience as it lessened the pain almost instantly and he did some moves I had never experienced before that got to the nitty gritty of my pain. I forget the lady's name at the front but she was a sweetheart as well which made the entire experience a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to get myself back there to stay on top of my pain.

I just took my almost 9 month old son because he’s been inconsolably fussy the past 2 weeks with no explanations, not teething ect. And I’ve tried everything so this was my last resort…and it should have been my first resort. The receptionist is sooooo nice. She was really so sweet and my son loved her. The chiropractor was great too. He noticed a few spots that needed to be adjusted. I asked if we would need to come back and they said maybe, maybe not but they’re going to call tomorrow to see how he slept after his adjustment. I was expecting to be told I need to come once a week a pay $X each month blah blah and they weren’t trying to sell me anything. So happy I took my son. I’ve actually never been adjusted myself but I think I’ll be going in for my self sometime soon. Can’t say enough how great this place is. Highly recommend :)
