Dr. Twigg has a natural and hands-on approach to healthcare. She believes the best part of being a chiropractor in Phoenix, AZ is the reward of using a noninvasive approach to help patients in need. His interest in athletic performance and injury prevention was sparked during his time at St. Francis High School in La Cañada-Flintridge, where he took athletic training courses and competed in a highly competitive baseball league.

He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Fresno Pacific University in 2016, spending four years working closely with collegiate athletes in the training room. Before starting chiropractic school, Dr. Ryan also gained hands-on experience at a physical therapy clinic, further deepening his understanding of injury recovery and performance care.

In 2018, Dr. Ryan began his chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic College West, where he focused on sport-specific extremity care and performance-based rehabilitation.
