Had horrible neck pain along the spine, decided to try chiropractor and was advised not to go here cause it's "cheap and a chain", tried it anyways cause the $29 special. the staff here is excellent and have been very helpful and informative. I’ve been going to The Joint for almost 2 years now, and Dr. Gina and Dr. Dylan are absolutely amazing! They are so knowledgeable and always make sure I leave feeling my best after every adjustment. Lisa at the front desk is always so positive and sweet, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They truly take the time to get to know their patients, and the customer service all around is outstanding. I’ve tried other locations closer to me, but it’s just not the same so I gladly drive 35 minutes every week just to get adjusted here. Honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough I absolutely love it here!

UPDATE 7/23/25: This chiropractor has ruined my life. I can hardly walk now due to the severe sciatica. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at doctor appointments in three weeks. Please do not go here. Absolutely under NO circumstance should you ever go to The Joint. Incompetent chiropractor. Dr. Wagner injured my back on 6/29/25. It explicitly states on my file to NOT touch or adjust my lower back due to my Microdisectomy. He is legally obligated to read your chart notes as every other chiropractor is at every location. A full “evaluation” did not require FIRM, HARD pressing down my entire back which resulted in a crack in my lower back and then doing drop table on my pelvis. My sciatic pain is so bad I am on my way to the ER tonight after going to Instant Ortho for pain injection, steroid pack and muscle relaxers this morning. 7/1/25. Complete malpractice and negligence. I was supposed to fly home to enjoy the 4th of July with my family and to be with my sister after she was just diagnosed with two aggressive forms of cancer last week. I have to completely cancel my trip. I have an MRI scheduled for next week & have to see my surgeon to which this QUACK said it was good I did all of that. This will cost me THOUSANDS. DUE TO MALPRACTICE & NEGLIGENCE. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. He has worked on me before and NEVER looks at his notes or takes care. Constantly having to remind him. I cannot even walk. I am in screaming pain.

This location has really turned around in the last couple of months. Previously, there were consistent unexpected & unannounced closures due to missing doctors. These issues had caused me to start avoiding this location, until recently. The new ownership and doctors are top notch and they have full coverage, consistently. I always get great adjustments from both doctors and they are always there when they say they will be! Highly recommend, keep up the great work!

Been very frustrated with this location lately. The customer service has gone down hill from the front desk and we keep going when they are supposed to be open the no one is there and doors are closed. If you can’t be open the hours you’re supposed to be then try to send out a mass text or something because it’s extreme frustrating when you leave work or whatever you’re doing and it’s closed! I have always had good experiences at The Joint but this is getting to be irritating! Oh and don’t let me forget one time we went and was turned away because they didn’t even have front desk support. careful for what you sign up for. thought i was only signing up for 60 days, didnt even go back after a couple of sessions and they charged me for another month. when i asked for a refund, i was denied and told i could just come back for more sessions. You have to cancel in person for them to stop charging your card. Terrible gimmick to get more money from people. very unethical in my opinion.

Pretty annoying when I drive 15 minutes away—the only time I could get away today—only to show up and instead of being greeted I’m told they’re closing for lunch and I need to come back in 45 mins. No one was waiting. An adjustment takes five minutes. You could’ve just taken care of your customer and then taken lunch, but screw us I guess. Won’t be back to this location.

This is an amazing joint chiropractic!!! Both my wife and I absolutely love Dr. Michael! My wife was sitting at the orthodontist for three hours and after one visit with Dr. Michael felt complete relief like she hadn’t even been sitting in that chair! The female chiropractor at this location only on Fridays is excellent. I would go as far as to say she is one of the best in The Joint’s entire network. Very caring, listens well and is able to do what is necessary vs. a quick standard back crack. Very nice location and attentive staff.

I would do more research before I go to place like this. On their paper work they honestly state that they do not provide any health benefits, yet this type of manipulation can cause serious problems up to paralysis! Spine manipulation should be done only after massage and not in this drive through fashion.

Went in with shoulder pain from partially dislocated joint and in one visit felt the difference right away.
