As a colicky newborn, it was chiropractic care that first brought her relief—and from that moment on, regular adjustments became a part of her life. Growing up, chiropractic helped her navigate everything from sports injuries in high school to headaches during college. Watching her mother struggle with chronic migraines that traditional medicine couldn’t resolve—and seeing the profound impact chiropractors and naturopathic doctors had on her—cemented Dr. Logan’s desire to pursue a career in natural, holistic healthcare.

Fascinated by the human body from a young age, Dr. Logan found chiropractic to be the perfect path. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2015. While at Palmer, she participated in a clinic abroad program in Hyderabad, India, where she had the opportunity to care for underserved communities—an experience she cherishes to this day.

Dr. Logan is passionate about helping her patients regain the ability to enjoy life pain-free. Whether it's a grandparent dealing with sciatica, a student battling migraines, or a young athlete recovering from an injury, she brings a compassionate, personalized approach to every case. She treats a wide range of conditions including lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, and more—and she especially enjoys educating the Phoenix community about the benefits of consistent chiropractic care and spinal wellness.

It was my first time there, little less than what I expected but it's the first time and a new place a new chiropractor, but what's great about it is that they're open 7 days a week most stores, and I can go to any Joint Chiropractic I need to wherever I'm at in the city I don't have to just go to the one I went to today. PS if you have mid-range back problems they can fix them just right but when it comes to your waist and your neck they are terrible at it especially the women there are two big of a hurry to get back to their computer and they don't do it right.

The care is good, but the billing system, that's another matter. They run it like a gym membership, you get billed even if you don't use their services, which was NOT explained to us. It's a bit of shysterism, so be careful what plan they offer you. Oh and the kicker is, if you want to cancel you have to physically go there and sign their document, you can't cancel over the phone like darn near every other business on the planet. Update: 10/17, I reached out to them in reply to their response. The person whom I gave my email address to seemed most uninterested in getting the address correct, she had multiple "yea" "yea", "yeas", and interruptions as I was trying to give her the information. So now it is down to one star. Stay away!

I love the joint. I normally go for a regular check in. They make it quick and easy. This last time they were very caring, I had slipped and fell in the parking lot. Inn and out went in tense, scared and in need of an adjustment. I went in for the first time My shoulders are very relaxed. My back feels loose and my knee no longer hurts because my hip needed to be adjusted as well. I went to a very expensive competitor near paradise valley with lots of promises and a plan to fix the forward curve of my neck. They wanted me to spend $3000 for a care plan and go in twice a week, but my doctor at The Joint can do the same things they do at the expensive place, and has extensive knowledge of the skeletal system including nerves. and for a fraction of the price. Excellent! I’m feeling better already. Saying goodbye to chronic pain and migraines.

Came here after a 12 hour work day to pay my renewal and get adjusted before another brutal day tomorrow. Front desk refused to accept cash as payment. Dr. Katie has magic hands. Seriously. I came in shaped like a question mark and walked out feeling like I could join Cirque du Soleil. She’s not only skilled with adjustments—she somehow knows exactly where your back is holding your stress, childhood trauma, and possibly your last bad decision. She’s warm, funny, and so knowledgeable, I’d let her adjust my spine blindfolded on a unicycle. (But, like, please don’t.) And Sharon—oh, Sharon. If Chick-fil-A customer service had a face, it would be hers. She remembers your name, makes scheduling feel like a breeze, and greets you like you're family… the favorite family member, not the weird cousin from New York. Honestly, I’d stop by just to say hi and bask in her front-desk aura. Now, full disclosure: I used to go to the McDowell Mountain Ranch location during the week. But lately? It's been so quiet over there, I was expecting tumbleweeds and a haunted saloon. That place doesn’t come alive until Friday when Dr. Jeff appears like a chiropractic Batman. If Dr. Katie and Dr. Jeff ever decided to tag team—my spine would probably ascend into a higher plane of existence. So take it from me and my much-happier vertebrae: the Tempe location is where it’s at, go see Dr. Katie during the week. On the weekends see Dr. Jeff! Your back—and your soul—will thank you.

I really enjoy going here for my adjustments. They are knowledgeable and attentive. They also do not waste time. I can be in and out within ten minutes if needed but they do not rush. This last Sunday I was in pain in my neck, head, & shoulders and desperately needed an adjustment. I was relieved that they were open and the amazing Dr Katie was in to help me. Highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic. I have been going off and on for years now. They never disappoint. My range of motion always is affected whether it’s my neck, arms or even lower back I have always been able to count on these guys to help me out. I’m 100% better and able to move. Let’s be real though it might not be something you need. Every body is different, listen to your body. Definitely try it. What a Sorry place this is. Rude, Unprofessional, Angry, Bitter, Bad Attitude and Bad Negative Energy. I would not even take someone else's Dog here, (IF they worked on dogs, that is). I will certainly NEVER go back, (Meade in Mesa is Well worth the drive), and No, I wasn't a 'client', as we never got past Hello and my attempting to explain why I was there. I have been going to the joint since 2021 and have had the BEST service since. From day one Sharon at the front desk has always been so welcoming and kind, I am glad to have met her because she really does feel like family now. Up next is Dr. Katie who I see every time I go. I went in with severe back pain last summer. There was some pull in my lower right back and I couldn't even put on my shoes without pain. I went in originally for the 6 appointment package and ended up doing the 4 visit per month package. They had me fixed within a few weeks and I have never felt more in alignment and physically relaxed since the regular adjustments. The doctors are all informative and attentive. The front desk staff is always friendly. I highly recommend coming to feel physically in optimal condition!

I went in 2weeks ago for special and they said I visited like 1 time 10 yrs ago, an I have never been there...so would not honor the offer. I paid $60 for a session, and signed up for the mo. Plan an left...an a couple hrs later I started getting sick an still sick...with flu symptoms. [[Update]] went back since I was being charged for a 2nd month...an saw same women. The adjustments here are usually pretty good, there is 1 chiropractor who is very rude (I saw him 3 to 5 times and every time was the same) so i just don't go when he is there. Everyone else has been friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is the pricing. I misunderstood the pricing info, and when I tried to clarify with the front desk at the initial sign up there was some sort of miscommunication. So I went all this time thinking that I would be charged $20 per month whether I went for an adjustment or not, but that would cover my service if I did get an adjustment. It's been quite some time and I checked my bank account and noticed multiple months with 2 charges when I did get an adjustment. This means that I've been paying 20 to 40 every month when I only get an adjustment once every other month (a normal walk in visit is 45). When I called with my concerns I was told I was wrong, I explained my confusion and my previous clarification/misinformation and asked for a refund of just the last 2 months of extra charges since i didnt catch it until now, and was basically just told that I was wrong again and there is nothing they can do. I tried to cancel this membership but they will not let you do it over the phone, you have to physically go in and do it (which is not ideal with my schedule at this time but i only have until the 17th to cancel before another charge). Times are tough right now and money is tight, and that is around 100 bucks I can not get back now and that's just from 01/2024 to 10/2024. Basically what I'm trying to say is the adjustments are nice and I will continue to go after I cancel the membership thing, but my advise to anyone thinking about going here is to check the pricing. Take the time to understand it fully before you pay for it. **********EDIT*********** This establishment replied to my comment and it will not let me reply to them, so here it is. When I was asking the questions at sign up I could tell the girl up front was getting a little short but I just chalked it up to my questions grating on her nerves or maybe she was just having a bad day (like we all do). I did sign the contract so in the end the liability is on myself, which is why I will still go to an occasional adjustment (for the most part they are good), why I gave it a 3 as an average (4 rating for adjustments, 2 for pricing confusion), and why I am ultimately disappointed in myself, not the establishment. I am just advising anyone who get confused with plans and pricing to take a closer look before signing anything.

As I read through the reviews I’m shocked to see that I’m not the only one who felt unwelcome when trying to come here for an alignment. Both front desk lady and Dr made me feel like they didn’t want to offer me their services. The lady recommends for me to come the next day because it was too late for the $29.99 and that was fine but the Dr tells me to come back Monday instead. Then the Dr asks me with an annoyed tone about where did I see that $29.99 special. I came in with a positive mindset thinking I was going to love the experience and was eager to set up a membership but instead was met with a rude first encounter. This happened at the 2010 E Rio Salado Pkwy in Tempe location.

I love The Joint at Tempe Marketplace! I used to have the membership and would go once a week when I’d have a lot of discomfort from misalignment in my body, but now I go about every other week on the flex plan and it has been life changing. I have slight scoliosis, my hips constantly get lopsided, I am super active and train at the gym, go to indoor cycling and play pickleball and all of those things seem to throw me off and I always feel so much better once I am adjusted. I also have a remote desk job where I sit a lot of the day and I feel like my shoulders and neck get really stiff so the adjustment is life changing. I seriously don’t know how I ever walked around so out of alignment with weird tightness and aches. Do yourself a favor and go see the awesome team at Tempe Marketplace!!

Horrid experience. I’ve been going to the Joint for several years and had an experience that makes me question ever coming back. I came in 25 minutes to close on Saturday and was told by a very persnickety man sitting behind the desk that they can’t see me today because I haven’t “been in a long time” and I needed to do new paperwork. I explained that I normally go to the South Scottsdale location as it’s much closer to my home but still come in regularly enough I should be current in the system. He informed me that I need to do paperwork and because of that they couldn’t see me today. He then told me just to go to the south Scottsdale location tomorrow and get seen as that’s my normal office. I explained that the S Scottsdale location is closed on Sunday’s (which I verified before I stepped into his location) and he refused to believe me. I tried to work through this all by offering to do the paperwork again and he said it would take too long. I cannot fathom how it would take me 20+ minutes to do paperwork. It genuinely felt like he didn’t want to work and see someone 25 minutes before they closed and because of that he thought he could be a massive jerk to a long time customer. I went to the S Scottsdale location today and they saw me without any issue and mentioned it might be a corporate vs independent owned rule but regardless it wouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to redo the paperwork. I’m baffled that someone could be so rude and such a know it all that don’t want my business I basically tried to throw at them. $45 for a few minutes of work is an incredible ROI good ROI but clearly this guy isn’t interested in actually helping anyone and their issues. 0/10. Edit - I’ll note that the regular receptionist walked up in the midst of this and stood by awkwardly. Seemed pretty apparent that this guy was not the correct person to be behind the desk and if that’s his attitude for something like refreshing paperwork I can’t imagine what he does when it’s a real issue.

First impressions start by how you’re greeted… didn’t feel welcomed at all. First time here for my boyfriend (on March 9th) and the lady at the front desk was rude from the moment we walked in for no reason, talked to us as if we were dumb & we just didn’t feel welcomed at all. I observed her while my boyfriend was with the doctor and she seemed to be nice to everyone else but us. Not sure what her problem was. Besides her horrible welcoming, the doctor was great and very knowledgeable. But if that’s how we’ll be getting greeted every time then unfortunately we won’t be returning.

I’ve been pretty disappointed with the adjustments I received from this location. I’m tired of chiropractors that are just churning out as many patients as possible, as quickly as possible. I’ve been to other Joint locations and felt like my issues were addressed. When I come to this location, I could say I have lower back issues, or neck issues, and receive the same adjustment for either problem. Maybe take some time to listen to what the clients are saying, and address the issues they mention.

Amazing service! My pelvis was out of alignment for a long time and eventually my body could not compensate any longer and I was experiencing debilitating pain in my hip and lower back. The convenience of being open 7 days a week with no appointments for a reasonable price is perfect. The check in process is a breeze and each adjustment takes 5 minutes or less but they are so so helpful to me. Originally I was seen by 3 people within my first 3 visits, but since then I’ve been able to walk in and get adjusted by the same person each time. Regardless of who I’ve talked to or worked with, the service has been great. Friendly staff, remembers your name, remembers what areas need work, and educates you on what to do to help prevent issues. If you’re not into all of the talking, you can be in and out in no time. I truly enjoy going to the Joint. I had never been to a chiropractor before. Now, if anyone asks, I’ll gladly recommend this location.

This place is perfect for a quick adjustment to get you out of the office or while you’re on lunch. After breaking my back in a motorcycle accident in 2019 and being an active duty Marine for the last 13 years as well as an avid outdoorsman, I put my body through alot of stress. 4 months as a member going twice a week and will be dwindling down to once a week I notice an incredible difference overall. Sleep has been better and overall comfort throughout the day is noticeable. The staff is always welcoming and smiling which makes it a very warming place to return. All of the chiropractors are knowledgeable and quick to address your discomforts to make the adjustment just what you need. Would recommend to anyone willing to better their overall health and comfort. Do it!

I wanted a good adjustment not a lecture on some prescription drug. I'm currently in my car driving to a different joint to be adjusted correctly. When a patient tells you what they need and you ignore and do a light adjustment that doesn't move the pelvis it literally just makes things worse. Now I have to pay another joint to do what you couldn't or wouldn't. Chiropractors shouldn't even be speaking to me about a prescription drug. i am waiting on contact from the joint.

The doctors and staff here are incredible! They blow every other Joint location out of the water. They always make sure I’m perfectly aligned and walking out the door with a grin ear to ear. If you were thinking about the Baseline location, forget it. They can’t compare to the hard workers at The Joint in Tempe Marketplace.

I am very unsatisfied with this location. I feel they are all about the money, out of no where they decided they were gonna try and charge my card without any permission! This is very unprofessional! I never signed or agreed to any charge being charged to my card and I tried calling them abs they said they have no knowledge of this ?‍♂️

This place is always THE BEST. I drive past two others every week to come to this location specifically. My advice….be careful when you sign up, read the disclosures and if you are promised anything that is not in writing make sure a note is written in your account. I signed up for a monthly membership at the Tempe location after fully disclosing that I did not live near this location and was only visiting because I was in the area. The receptionist assured me even if I signed up at this location I would be able to cancel at any location without hassle. I just went to cancel my membership at the Queen Creek location and was told I couldn’t and I would have to cancel at my “home location” where I signed up. Very frustrating! Thankfully the Queen Creek location was kind enough to call Tempe to resolve the issue.

I've been with the joint for years and here's why. The job I had at the time had me driving all over the valley/state. Also, I've been an athlete for years. Lifting heavy weight and sitting all day doesn't mix. I needed to find a place I could drop in on and get adjusted. Also, not all chiropractors are the same. I needed to find one that could fix me. After bouncing one clinic to another i found Dr. Pete. I've had some other good ones but he's my guy. I've followed him every time he chances locations. That's whats special about the joint, you can keep trying different doctors until you find the right one for you.

I have had a lot of experience with Chiroprators and I will have to say that Dr. David Mancuso, DC completely upped the bar for me. I came to the joint by way of a recommendation, and I have continued that for several others who have come to find themselves in unbearable pain. I have been to a few locations and seen many of the Doctors during my visits (that is a really neat point to having a month to month contract, your prepaid visits are good at any location.) I had come to need relief in a bad way. Since I live twenty or so miles away from my work, I tried locations at different sides of the valley, and some were good and others were just a little too gentle for me. When I was recommended to see Dr. Mancuso, by the lovely front receptionist Sharyn, I finally found lasting relief. He put together a program and worked me back to ?% in only a couple of months. I have found that has knowledge and connections that really made a difference in my pain. I sincerely recommend this location. Dr. Pete also saw me on several quick adjustments and he also knows how to manipulate you back to normal so quick, your head will spin (BAD PUN.) I have never felt better. Okay maybe when I was eighteen years old and fifty pounds lighter, but seriously I feel great!

The staff was great and very polite and helpful. I am giving 3 stars since it was a very fast adjustment. Only did the adjustment. I am used to my own chiropractor who warms up the back and stimulates the pain area. I guess I was expecting more care. Again adjustment was fine and staff was great.

I've been going through the the Joint for over 5 years. I love the flexibility and no appointments needed. The longest I've ever waited to be adjusted was 15 minutes and I still feel like I'm getting good patient care. I love the new location in Tempe Marketplace with Dr. Aaron.
