I’ve had very good experiences with the doctors and front desk here. The subscription model and affordability has helped with consistency for me personally and resulted in almost no headaches or use of OTC pain medication. You may see a different doc each time but you can also time your visit and/or ask to wait for that doc to see you if you have a preference. The docs clearly want to see a positive change in your situation and I think the more you communicate how you’re feeling and if something “worked” or not, the better outcome you’ll have overall.

Before seeking chiropractic care at the joint, I was at a pain level of 10, staff there carefully reviewed my situation and immediately started treatment. I signed up for their two month plan and have not skipped any sessions and I am seeing tremendous difference and a lot of relief as far as pain, Dr. Kozar has done a wonderful job in educating me as far as aftercare. I gave this Tempe location only 2 months to determine what I thought of them. The only doctor that gave much concern was in my original evaluation by Constance Smith and she gave full treatments but unfortunately, I only saw her 3 times with 8 visits I believe. It was hard to develop any trust with the other two ladies I saw. They would never tell me their names unless I asked but today I will tell you thier names, Dr Cady Logan and Dr. Deepa Shah do not strive to give excellent patient care, nor do they give proper continuity of care. When I told them Dr. Smith said I have piriformis sciatica pain on two different occasions, they would shrug and say, "She never wrote it down." It seems they don't care if they weren't the original doctor to do the evaluation. So the worst part is you can rarely get the same doctor. I decided today I was done and was told I had to come into the office personally to fill out a form to cancel. I gave them the courtesy of knowing today was my last day because I didn't feel I was getting relief so all Dr Logan did was treat the pressure points and then refused treatment because "I was rude" even though I paid for that treatment. I am a registered nurse and I'm appalled these responses would be given by professional people. No one should give any business to this location based on my experience.

Dr. Shah does a great job for me and my husband. I have been doing chiropractic my whole life and I can say Dr. Shah has given me some of the best adjustments I have ever had. I went to the Joint for the first time 2 months ago and loved the woman who treated me (wish I could remember her name). She was compassionate, kind and seemed generally interested in me and my needs. I went back today and was seen by another woman whose name I did not catch. Immediately she was rude towards me. I was 'berated' for lack of a better term for not returning sooner. I explained that I have been caring for my husband who has been undergoing cancer treatment and getting back in has proven difficult. No compassion at all. Because of her attitude I had a very difficult time relaxing to get my neck adjusted. Had I not been in so much pain I would have left. I have never been treated so coldly by any health care professional, and trust me between my husband and I we see a lot. I already had an issue going somewhere where I did not have a say in who I saw, but after my experience today I will not go back to the Joint. Maybe she was having a bad day but from now on I will go someplace where I know who I see treats all their patients with kindness. I will add that my son sees Dr Keith and he is amazing. I was just unlucky today and won't risk doing that again.

I have been a member of the joint for at least 4-5 years. I go months without a problem but this month I have used my entire 4 visits plus paid for an extra one. I am feeling worse now then when I started. I have muscle spasms and a tightness in the lower back. I think on the second visit a lady I had not seen there before made some adjustments and now I have extreme pain in my shoulder and can't even push a grocery cart. I injured my back in the gym weight lifting. My back was in extreme pain with tightness and tingling in my legs and feet. Ok so truth be told, I have always believed in the concept of chiropractic care. However, I have never really participated in the practice of weekly care and maintenance. That all changed recently when I visited the Tempe location. First, I was greeted with a warm smile and very welcoming atmosphere. I was put at ease immediately and then within minutes I was being treated by Dr. Nick. Within seconds of laying down, I became relaxed and calm. Dr. Nick did what they do at the Joint and that was make my body feel 10 years younger. I felt fresh. I felt a rush of energy come back to my central nervous system. Membership at The Joint with regular wellness adjustments has been such a positive experience. I started having back pain and visited a local Chiropractor. After 2 adjustments and some ice, my back pain went away. But it was difficult to schedule appointments which were also $45 each. My brother recommended The Joint. I go once per week and my whole body just feels better with no back pain. I love the convenience of the walk in hours. The quality of the adjustments is excellent. I could not be more pleased. It's a crime that my Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance does not cover the expense but that won't stop me continuing my membership.

I initially came to the Joint because a few years back I had a lower back injury that needed attention. I constantly have experienced back pain prior to my visitations. I've been using chiropractic care for as long as I can remember. My biggest complaint has always been wait time. Here at the joint you are in and out in 5 to 20 minutes max. And the best part is that you are not sacrificing quality at all! I've been in for treatment about 20 times now and it is always as good and as quick as the last time.

I came her because of back and neck pain due to a car accident injury. I enjoy coming to The Joint because I think getting adjusted is one of the best feelings ever! I would recommend The Joint to anyone. The chiropractors are great!

I joined The Joint to help with severe allergies. While I have not experienced a change in that area, the pain I did not know I was experiencing is remarkable. The young lady at the front desk remembers my hard to spell name without being asked. She is also very pleasant to converse with in the unlikely event of a wait. I have seen both doctors and each is knowledgeable and efficient. The total visit is normally not more than 10 minutes and I leave feeling as if I'm walking on air. I have only been a member for a few months and I already feel that I made the right choice

Last time I came into The Joint, Dr. Steve greeted me and asked about my concerns. I reported that I was having the same structural issues as usual and felt run down. He performed the adjustment. After the adjustment, I felt better and the next day despite some muscle soreness, I no longer felt like I may be getting a cold. The Chiropractor and office staff at Tempe Joint are friendly and professional. I am happy with the service.

I really enjoy the quality of the service that you provide, being open on Sunday's is really convenient for me. Another great thing about this location is that the doctors can either take their time if asked to go through everything that is wrong or to give you a quick adjustment if you are in a hurry.
