This was my first time going here. I really have no issue with the service I received it just didn't work for me. I needed more time with the doctor and their services are very quick just a few minutes each visit. I decided to stop going with a month left on my contract. I knew that I would have one payment left but since I signed the contract I didn't complain about it, what i didnt know or expect was for them to continue to charge me for months after my contact was over. When I called for a refund I was told that I signed the contract and that I wouldnt get refunded my money because I didn't. I didn't think I had to cancel once the contact was over I assumed they would just stop charging my account.

So I was a skeptic, but good progress to date. After four visits tense lower back pain has dissipated. Went from trouble walking, to I’m already jogging (well slogging … slow jog). I am in town for a work trip and found myself in loads of pain. I was once a very active and athletic person but have been unable to exercise for a few years due to hip and back pain. Stretching and massages have kept it manageable but this week has been particularly rough. I have been hesitant to try chiropractic due to a bad experience many years ago but out of desperation, I made an appointment with at The Joint in North Little Rock. Getting an appointment same day was very easy. I met with Justin for an assessment and adjustment. He was extremely thorough in his evaluation and everything he said seemed right on the money. Before our appointment, I was limping and couldn’t stand up straight. I walked out smiling, standing up straight, and my limp was gone. Ive got a long way to go but I could not be more pleased with my experience today. Thank you, Justin, and the rest of the team.

Everyone was extremely nice. The chiropractor explained everything he was going to do before starting and why he was doing it (stretching out a muscle that was too tight, loosening vertebrae for better neck movement, uneven leg lengths, etc.) He also followed up with other life style recommendations like taking vitamins, specific stretches, icing, and using chirp wheels. I never felt like I was being pushed to just buy more visits. Right after the appointment I already had less pain in my back and neck, as well as an increased range of movement.

Staff is pleasant, polite & greets everyone entering. The offices are clean & organized. Chiropractors are informative, educative & precise with adjustments. I have visited the FT Smith, AR office, the Jackson TN office & the NO Little Rock office & all seem to function in the same manner. Although the TN could use some new adjustment tables. They are an eye sore covered with black tape. Also, I suggest expanding into other states bc I will need to suspend service soon bc there are no offices in Louisiana & mid to southern TX. Overall I give the chain an A minus.

This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor. Because of course I knew I never needed one , well I was absolutely wrong. I had been dealing with neck pain for roughly two-three days thinking it would just go away on its own but it definitely got worse to the point I was contemplating on going to the ER or either just seeing if I needed a chiropractor. Everyone was so polite and professional and I even got setup with a plan to help relieve all of my muscle tension aches and pains. I absolutely love this. So far so good. I'm on my 2nd appointment. Dr. Justin and Dr. Kevin have been great. Very personable and nice. I have a treatment plan that was recommended which I wasn't given that option before at my other chiropractor. I'd just go as I felt the need and wasn't given any recommendations.

I just moved to Little Rock from Fort Worth. So when my back flared up, I didn’t know who to go to. Google searched and this office was highly recommended. Great affordable plans for relief and recovery and maintenance. I signed up for the wellness plan so once I get back to normal they can help me maintain it. And the wellness plan allows you to go to any JOINT so if you need with while you’re traveling you have the ability. Even after one adjustment yesterday I’m already feeling some relief. So thankful. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I went initially because I had a crick in my neck that I didn't know what else to do about. They recommended a couple of more visits that week and recommended the monthly package. I literally could not get up, sit up, or walk without pain. After filling out new patient paperwork, I was seen almost immediately and they asked health questions for the consultation, then got adjusted. I have been 3 times in the past 2 days and I am considerably better. Still in pain, but instead of an 8, I'm at a 5.

I arrived in pain, looking for relief. Two chiropractors and the front desk attendant were at the desk, eager to have me sign a lengthy contract before service. I experienced some relief on my first visit. My second visit was with a different chiropractor and he was too rough. It made things worse. I let the front desk know and she put it on my chart not to work with him. I gave it one more try with the first chiropractor I saw, who was more gentle. This was simply not a good fit for me. I returned in person, as is policy, to cancel my membership I still have to pay for another month because that is the contract I agreed to and signed. That is my responsibility. In my opinion, a better practice helps if and when they can. There is no obligation to sign a contract that puts a noose on your resources into the future with obligation to pay for services not rendered and that were not helpful to you. Flexibility and willingness to work with trust in people, not contracts, makes for better understanding and human relations.

Dr Dan was great! I had my back suddenly go out and found this place at 6 pm an hour before they closed. They got me in and registered and seen. Dr Dan was honest and gave me a great adjustment which I've had 100's in my life and went back a second day and took care of me again. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in these parts again. Well I was pretty disappointed. Showed up at 602 with my wife and we were turned away saying they don't take new patients after 6. As far as I could tell there was only one client there. Don't know if I'll be going back as it's quite a drive from cabot.

My go to for chiropractic care. Most of their clinics are great. There are some of the Drs who push you out too fast though. But I find that with all clinics, not just the Joint. I need chiropractic to keep me going and The Joint allows for affordable chiropractic care.

I love this place. The staff is always professional and courteous. My only real complaint is the weird time for the lunch hour. I always forget it's closed at 2 and end up sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to open again. I live in Scott and If I leave in not coming back the same day.

Love Dr. Yosh, Dr. Justin, and everyone else at the joint chiropractic in north Little Rock. I put my body through a lot every week, and these guys keep me put together. The adjustments are quick and easy, and coming in over the last few months has made a huge difference. Everyone is kind, and they often offer some at home tips to keep me feeling good, even when I can’t make it in. Definitely recommend. I came to them after a back injury, that made it hard to stand and walk at work, but after a few weeks with them and using their recommendations at home, I was back to working, training, and enjoying life in no time. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I came in to The Joint Chiropractic in NLR, AR with severe lower back pain. It was effecting everything from my neck to my feet. I couldn’t get comfortable sitting or standing. After the doctor assessed my pain and performed an adjustment on my back, neck and hips I could feel a change in my muscles immediately. By the next day I had almost no back pain whatsoever, without even taken my prescribed medicine. If you are having back pain, see the doctors at this place. I bet you will find some relief!

It was our first time there and the chiro didn't feel the need to get any details about me or ask if i had hardware or what issues I had going on. He was going to jumo right into an adjustment and i had to interrupt to explain what was going on and that I had hardware. My neck adjustment was painful and today (the day after my adjustment) I'm in way more pain than I was going in. My husband also got no relief from his adjustment and asked if the other chiropractor that was there would try to adjust him but he ignored us so we left. Won't ever be going back.

Was there for 2 months on their subscription service. The first month was fantastic then I guess they switched schedules with another chiropractor and then it was just ok. Then they just switched to another one... after the last 3 appointments of underwhelming service it was time to find a different chiropractor.

Dr. Sutter did a wonderful job adjusting me and my family! I have went to both of the joint chiropractic clinics in LR and this one is by far the best! I saw Dr.Brown at the other clinic and was not impressed! Dr. Sutter on the other hand cares and ask you questions to help you get the best adjustment possible!
