Dr. Rae’s extensive academic background began at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2008. To further support his patients' recovery and performance, he earned a Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and is a trained Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). This specialized training allows him to understand the body much like a high-performance machine, using various techniques to help individuals keep their bodies in motion. He is also a 2026 graduate of the Ignite Academy at The Joint.

His commitment to excellence has been recognized with several prestigious internal honors, including the CEO’s Leadership Award, Franchisee of the Year, and the Marketing Excellence Award. When he isn’t in the clinic, Dr. Steele practices what he preaches by staying active and engaged with the outdoors. Dr. Joshua Moua was born and raised in Fresno and is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fresno before going on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2024.

Dr. Moua has been practicing chiropractic care for over two years and primarily utilizes Diversified and Drop Table techniques to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. He has also completed continuing education courses in sports rehabilitation, allowing him to better support active individuals and athletes in both recovery and performance.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Moua enjoys playing golf, staying active, and competing in fantasy football leagues with friends and family. He shares his home with his black Labrador, Yona, who keeps him busy and active.
