Treatment was throughly explained to me and the Dr was kind and understanding of the amount of pain I was in. The front desk person was ok, but friendly with the other people just not me. Signed up for a monthly program for $20 with the person stating I can cancel anytime. Called to cancel after only going once in 3 months and they refused to refund the payment they took out 2 days prior cancellation. She was rude and unprofessional. Now I am getting phone calls from the location and the same person tells me they’re not calling. Wouldn’t that be considered harassment?!

I had suffered from a fall two and a half years ago. I fell down on my right side,(jumped down), onto the ground to shield my dog from a dog lunging to attack her. For two and a half years I have not been able to completely stand up straight. My pelvis had hit so hard on the ground that the impact shifted my pelvis off sides and forward at an angle. Walking was severely uncomfortable. It felt like my feet also pointed directly right while trying to move forward. Over the past two and a half years I had frankly given up that I was going to heal from this accident; until I met Mark. After a few adjustments and decompression maneuvers he adjusted my pelvis. It took a couple of days to feel it but, once my body got rid of the inflammation of two and a half years of misalignment, I could actually stand up completely straight!!!! Tears filled my eyes with disbelief and sheer joy that this long term pain was suddenly alleviated. Thanks to The Joint and Mark, I can start to repair the damage that has been done from this unfortunate set of circumstances. I am so grateful to everyone from The Joint for all of their help and support!!!!???I highly recommend these folks for consistent and dependable chiropractic services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheers!!!

I like ALL other locations in Denver besides this one. The secretary is extremely rude. She has been every single time I've been there. The male doctors are good but the female Asian women is terrible. She's not strong enough to be effective but more so than that, she gives you about 1 minute of care so she can go back and sit on her phone. TAKE A GLANCE NEXT TIME YOU WALK IN AND SEE HER 85% SITTING ON HER PHONE.. If she hates her job that much maybe find a different career?? Like this review if you see her sitting on her phone/giving you a 1 min adjustment!!

The chiropractors here are great. The receptionist, not so much. We went in at 6 when they closed at 7. My boyfriend was a new client and I haven’t been in a few years. When we went in, she tried to turn us away an HOUR before closing because “It was towards they end of their day”. I understand if we came in 15 minutes before, but an hour? I apologized a few times which she completely ignored and talked over me. We got all our paperwork done, got adjusted and we’re done and out the door by 6:30. Just poor poor customer service on her part and it was incredibly frustrating.

I absolutely like Dr. Meyer and Dr. Cole at both Arvada locations! I am disappointment in the owner. I have emailed twice (7/24 & 8/1/2022) and have not received a reply. Waiting in the lobby, the chairs are just terrible for the back! Surprised that someone who owns a Chiropractic business would have better chairs to sit in. To me, this tells me a lot about the owner. Wellness Coordinators are not able to address the chairs in your lobby only the owner, that is why I asked for your email address. I'm sorry that it took 29 days to get a response in the way of a review versus regular email. Waiting for particular chiropractors can result in longer wait times hence the chairs that don't support your spine. Southeast Denver replaced their chairs which are awesome. Looking forward to your "refresh".

Funny story, went to the main Joint Chiropractic site to write a review and noticed they have a testimonial from a 44 year old skateboarder. Well, 54 year old skateboarder, HVAC construction worker, and generally stressed out personallity. Never really thought much about the back and body pain, just lived with it. Talking more about with co-workers and then a new boss, who was a freestyle BMX'er, who had many injuries from riding, who swore by the Joint. I saw the first visit deal and decided to try it out. I was a little scptical. Have to say never knew the pain I was living with until the first vist was over. Felt fantastic! Back a second time, feel great again, and on the road to feeling and skating better. Thank you Joint chiropractic! Not a skeptic anymore.

The Joint is awesome! I have been going there for 4 years and almost every dr has been just fabulous! I am 44yrs old and I have gone to chiropractors since I was 12 with a neck injury from gymnastics. Over the years I have gone to many chiropractors that took so long for their appointments sticking me on rolling tables etc… while they saw other patients. Not the joint! You walk in and wait your turn. No people in between, and you get a good adjustment!!!! So convenient, and their monthly plan is the best!

I am a repeat customer of the joint chiropractic. I pay for a monthly membership to the joint and an usually well pleased with their services dependant on the particular doctor that I get on my visits. Joe is amazing and I prefer him. He was working today during my visit, but I got a new doctor. She said it was her first day working there. She was really petite and I should have preemptively expressed my concern with getting a good adjustment today as I am working through the weekend and cannot show up tomorrow. She barely popped 1 vertebrae with each execution. While she was polite I do not feel my needs were met. As I left I laid on my hood and popped 4 or 5 vertebrae myself. I do not think she has the physical strength required to meet the needs of her new position short of wearing a weighted vest whilst performing adjustments. Even so, that would not help with adjustments to the neck. Sorry for the slightly negative review, but I believe honesty is the best policy!

A few years ago, I had an issue with sciatica and needed chiropractic services. Never having been to a chiropractor before, I was a little hesitant about it. I found the Joint and liked that I could try the treatment without committing to a long term deal. I was fortunate to go in on a day that Dr. Jeremy was working and he made it very comfortable and easy. Been with him since. He does a great job. My daughter is now using the service, as well. Dr. Santos is a class act, and dissuaded my concern and suspicion of chiropractors. After performing a few minor movements, he informed me that he wouldn't be able to help me because adjustment might worsen my condition. He referred me to another doctor, and I ultimately went a different direction with treatment, but his genuine concern for me as a patient and not just as a customer was reassuring.

Went today to get an adjustment. Called first to see if they were operating as normal. At no time did the receptionist say that the Chiropractor would be gone between 1:45-2:30. Got there at 2:20, decided to wait. At 2:30 I walked in and so did 3 other people to get checked in. The Chiropractor walked in behind us and told the receptionist that his tires were leaking and would be going to Discount Tires. Did not address the line of people, simply walked out. She asked if I wanted to wait and I told her no. I then spoke to the Chiropractor in the parking lot, letting him know that clients and work take precedence over personal issues and he did not agree and went on with his personal issues. Such poor customer service and lack of respect for clients waiting. Will find a new place to go. Edit: Changing stars from a 1 to a 4. The owner took the time to call and discuss my issue. Anyone who takes the time to really address a review deserves an edit and their business deserves another chance. I really appreciate the time he took, that he listened and was sincere in his response to me.

I come here frequently and my normal doctor wasnt there so I seen the other doctor. My normal doctor understands and lets me come in more then once to be adjusted cause how bad my neck bothers me. Super disappointed. Front desk lady was super rude. Adjustments always seem rushed. I was given two complimentary passes and the lady that gave them to me said they would honor them the next time I came in. Guess what. They didn't. I was planning on buying a punch pass after using my 2 complimentary cards but I will never come back the way I was just treated. Poor quality in customer service on the phone. The women that answered was speaking to someone else and laughing while I waited for her to say "Hello." She wasn't concerned or attentive to my call at all. I have never seen a Chiropractor and wanted a few questions answered, which I never even asked because I felt like an inconvenience from the start. I gave three stars because I never made it into the office to actually see someone, but maybe I would have if there was better customer service.

Dr. Chada is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I have chronic back & neck issues from work. Dr. Chada understood my problems expediently & adjusted effectively with seamless effort. Maybe only once before, out of the many different chiropractors I have seen, have I ever felt tension release all the way down my spine & out of my extremities from a single adjustment. What a professional. All I can say, really, is wow. Let’s get this man an award!

I've been dealing with a lot of back issues this summer and I decided to give the Joint a try after a recommendation from a client. I have been thrilled with the care I've received. I only see Dr. Mike, as he did my initial consultation, and I chase him around from the Arvada/Wheat Ridge location to the other Arvada location haha. He's clearly very knowledgeable and he will spend as much time with me as needed, which I certainly appreciate. He also explains exactly what he's doing and why, and also how to treat the issue once I get home. I can't say enough good thing about Dr. Mike. Highly recommend!!

There were some issues with our first visit which resulted in a negative post. Happily, the owner reached out in a demonstration of true character and concern for his clientele, and I am happy to report that the concerns we had are being addressed. Many companies do not care enough about an individual customer’s experience to seek out constructive criticism and try and improve but this franchise does. This is a great business with a great mission, reasonable prices, and an understanding staff. Pay them a visit!!
