Strongly suggest when they try to tell you, you need only 1 month of visits costs 100 to read the fine print they sucker you into 3 entire months worth of visits. The doctor at this location barely even touches you doesn't try to crack your back and convinces you you're good to go without doing anything . Then at another location they seriously messed my back up for weeks I have been trying myself to fix what pain they have caused me and I do not want to go back and continue their 3 month setup

I’ve been a regular patient of The Joint for quite some time, mainly seeing **Dr. Ryan** in Aurora and occasionally **Dr. Phil** at the Southlands location. Both have always been professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive. Since **Dr. Ryan** is currently on maternity leave, I decided to visit the Aurora location on **10600 E. Garden Drive, Unit 103**, which is closer to home. I’ve been there a few times before and generally had good experiences. However, during my recent visit (10/14/2025) with **Dr. Mark** (one of the owners), I was Very disappointed by his attitude. When I explained that I needed a full-body adjustment — which I always do — he made a sarcastic remark: “What else, your hair?” Later, when I asked if other patients request full adjustments, he said, “No, because if they did, we’d be here all day.” My full-body adjustment couldn’t have taken more than **15 minutes**, and there were **no other patients waiting**. Yet, I pay a **monthly membership fee whether I come in or not**, in addition to **paying each time I visit**. If being a paying member and requesting proper care is viewed as an inconvenience, maybe I — along with Others — shouldn’t return and “inconvenience his day.” The technique itself was fine, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were Very disappointing. Patients come for healing, not sarcasm. Respect, empathy, and communication are just as important as the adjustment itself — especially from someone in ownership. We are not just a number, we are real people/ patience. So when you see us we are not just a quota/$$$ signs. We are the people/patience, that pay your check collectively. So always remember humble yourself. Without us you have no paycheck. Continue to be Blessed.

Been seeing Dr Cy for several years. I never had back problems until I became a police officer. Over time in this profession I cologne the pain anymore. This place is great! I was extremely scared to ever visit a chiropractor because of the stories I heard. I have a herniated disc that happened on Thanksgiving 2024.. did stretches and it continued to get worse, I’d get jolts of what feels like lightening shooting down my leg, it hurt to sit, walk, sleep…it would wake me up and I began limping. My doctor recommended surgery which I wanted to avoid and my friend recommended seeing a chiropractor so I finally broke down and decided to try it because of the tremendous pain and being constantly uncomfortable. I came here, front desk and the doctors were incredibly friendly and nice, making me feel at ease with my anxiety and fear to do this. I decided to do one of the plans which I found to be a great deal and financially reasonable compared to most others. I continued going and my limp went away after a month and a half. Another month to month and a half, the jolt quit waking me up at night and I was able to sleep through the night. I was also able to walk again around that same time. It’s continued feeling better and now feels as if it’s almost gone. I can now sit and drive comfortably, I also noticed my posture getting better and I started running again this week. I highly recommend this place! Once I get better, I plan on proceeding with this as a regular self care investment. I’m forever grateful and appreciative of the doctors here helping me avoid surgery, thank you all!

Wow! I’ve been a faithful joint patient for 8 years. I’m a fitness instructor so I do it for maintenance. Right before I turned 51 I had the worst sore throat. Lasted 3 weeks. Finally went to my Dr who diagnosed acid reflux and started me on an indefinite prescription of Prilosec. I have to admit. I was depressed. I am very fit. Not the typical candidate for acid reflux. Thought it just must be middle age. Went in for my weekly adjustment. Mark who’s known me for years asked how I’m doing. I unload on him. He says he doesn’t buy it. So after my usual, he does another adjustment. Lo and behold! I can swallow just fine. I’ve had no acid reflux since. My LES had gotten stuck open and wasn’t letting food through. My Dr was great. He listened and did all the right things, but Mark has known me for years and couldn’t believe the initial recommendation. High recommend! No Prilosec for me indefinitely. Thank you very much.

This review has been on my todo list for a while. I will say I am not her because of the membership issues. If stay on top of communication with them. They work well with you. I gave it a two star because of an older gentleman that is the primary chiropractor. I hope I don’t get the two wrong because the other guy was so nice and understanding and let me get myself comfortable for this adjustment. I say that because I can’t just walk into a chiropractors office. Lay on the adjustment table and be ready. I have to lay flat on the floor for five minutes and let my back straighten out on its own. Or the adjustment is going to be very painful and very uncomfortable. This guy was all about the numbers. He wants to get you in. Then off to the next customer. I’m sorry but some people can’t just jump right into position. Also, what’s up with the I only try once to crack your neck if you tense up. That’s on you. Everyone else I’ve worked with in the joint has understood what I’m going through.

Unprofessional, lack of care to patients. They Will continue to charge even if you haven’t gotten a service or appointment. I would not recommend this type of office to anyone. Edit: I requested to cancel. And was told the form will be sent, no follow up. And when I called I was given the run around. And your guys went ahead and still charged full price when we didn’t get any service. At least have some decency and respond to email or phone when someone has concern and needs clarification. If you are concerned about your well being/health find a place that cares.

They are angels I had such horrible pain and never tried a chiropractor before! I was in car accident in 2016 and on and off will have nerve pain from a pinched nerve… no amount of medication or injections help when this comes on. Last night I had a spasm and it got so bad I thought this pain for sure won’t go away for months. I went in as a walk in this morning -had about level 8 pain and I’m leaving with about level 2 remaining! I am so amazed not even muscle relaxers get me to this point when my spasms come. Anyone living in pain give this a try instead! I signed up for a 2 month membership to continue working on my neck and back. I can’t wait to go back! The prices are very affordable and everyone was super helpful and sweet!!!

I am absolutely thrilled to have found The Joint in Aurora!! I have been seeing numerous chiropractors in the area for the last several years due to a lower back injury I got playing sports (20+ years ago) and continue to aggravate in the gym. The Joint in Aurora is, by far, my favorite place to come get an adjustment! I typically see Dr. Zach because his schedule fits perfectly with mine, but I saw Dr. Mark today and he was equally as awesome! Both of whom left me feeling like a whole new person after my adjustment. ? I absolutely LOVE that I don't need to make an appointment to be seen and that this location is open in the evenings and on weekends. This is the number one reason I left my last chiropractor, because they were only open a few hours a day and a few days each week, which made it REALLY difficult to get in with my busy schedule. That is never a problem here! Even though they don't take insurance, I am paying significantly less than I was at other chiropractors, after my insurance copay. I paid only $89/month for once a week (with additional appts only $10). This price cannot be beat!

I came here in desperation because I couldn’t move my neck or twist my shoulders, I had accepted chronic back pain but the loss of mobility was not ignorable. Within two sessions my neck has no pain, in back to full mobility, and my shoulder pain is almost unnoticeable. My back is not an easy project, but they make it feel like it is.

Been coming to the joint for awhile now. Have always had a great experience. Roxanne at the front is always welcoming and friendly. All the doctors are very helpful and listen to what is going on. Dr. Braden is who I usually go to and he always listens is something is bothering me or if I'm just coming in for a tune up. Highly recommend coming here and they will help you out. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! I live in TEXAS and have tried to find the EXACT location we went to when we were visiting for a softball tournament for my daughter. I have been thrown around and given every excuse as to why they cannot cancel the membership that has not been utilized in over 6 months. First told I would have to come in person..then now the balance that was just ran today needs to be paid before I cancel a membership that has not been used in over 6 month nor do I plan on going ever AGAIN!! TO TOP THINGS OFF THEY TRIED RUNNING MY CARD AGAIN WHEN I HUNG UP AND TOLD THEM THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO GET ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME.//update to your response.. can i get an email or number to call because as I said above it was for my daughter who was there for softball. The name on the card that continues to be ran is mine though. I did cancel that card as well for any future problems with your company

had the worst pain after got treated here. I dont know if the doctor had a bad day or what. I went in, got checked in, the front lady was slow… the doc called my name, told me to lay down on my stomach. I was adjusting my position on the table, he had already started adjusting. He didnt even ask me to breathe like how all the doctors I went to. I was “cracked.” He told me to lay on my side and was very rude when he told me to hold my arm. At this point, I was already not trusting him. But I went for the neck adjustment, I was terrified. All in all, I left disappointed with many discomfort in my body. Never again to this location. -0/10 :)

I am very happy to have this as a supplemental chiropractic option. Great when I need a walk in appointment. My only real company is that the chairs in the waiting room are all pretty narrow and have arms. There are no real options for people of size. - a few armless chairs or chair-and-a-half would help

Dr Cy is the absolute best! Most chiropractors usually can't fully get to my issue as I often need my top vertebrae adjusted and they often end up just flailing my neck around with no result. Dr. Cy always does an excellent job at doing occiput adjustments on me! He also seems to do a bit of applied kinesiology to ask my body what else it needs and will use his tools to stimulate certain acupressure points. I don't know why other/younger chiropractors don't know Dr. Cy's adjustment skills but I really wish he would teach them all a class on what he does!! One of the best. Seriously.

Making The Joint part of my monthly budget has been the best decision I have ever made! For just a little over $80 a month I can go get adjusted anytime and in any Joint location around the entire United States. Since I travel often for work, this is incredible! If you've been contemplating doing chiropractic care, I highly recommend it! Every single time I go in for an adjustment, I feel as though I can breathe better! After going in with minor discomfort, I got an adjustment here. Afterwards, I had extreme back pain for four days straight. I went back, and let them know, and also to give them a chance to make it right. A different chiropractor adjusted.me, which did nothing for my pain, and they still charged me for the 2nd adjustment. He just told me to put an ice pack on the area that's hurting. Ended up having to go to a different chiropractor to fix the damage that they did. Stay away from this place if you value your spinal health. Plus, the responses to other reviews are lies. They don't try to "make it right." They just take your money, and provide sub-standard care.

Not happy with Billing policies, my son has not been seen since February, but FSA has been billed monthly since then (its December). Asked for a refund and was told no. One of the doctors is not cleaning their station even though he says he is. He also is not swapping out the paper that each patient puts their face in. I watched him adjust two patients and not disinfect the station or swap out the paper. Even worse is him lying about it.

For the price of the new patient special, I was pleased. However, I don’t feel that this organization is right for creating tailored plans and goals for each patient. On July 6th, went in for an adjustment as I was having lower back pain. Upon arrival it I noticed a new Doctor, a Dr. Josh. While he adjusted my upper back I felt something pop. I immediately told him that it hurt, he was very dismissive and it would pass in a few days.Two days later I went to Urgent Care for chest x-rays as my pain was so extreme and thought that maybe he had broke my rib. There were no broken ribs but told there was a separation of my ribs and my cartilage from my sternum. Went to my PCP for another opinion and she had the same diagnosis and explained i may have to start trigger point injections. I have spoken to Dr. Mark several times and was told to come in with all medical bills thus far. Yesterday I did so and received an email stating they are not paying for any of my medical bills and that there are several risks that are associated with chiropractic adjustments. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this office and franchise at all costs.

I'm so glad this place exists! No appointments to keep or get out of work for, I go in when I have the time; the monthly cost is affordable, so I'm not breaking the budget for my health; and the people are friendly & fun, the chiropractor explained everything that was going on with my back, and adjusted my spine to relieve my pain. Dr. Josh should not be allowed to work without a face mask during this pandemic. He was coughing and breathing heavy. He had a little face shield that didn't even cover his nose. I do not go out anywhere else, if I get Covid from this experience I will update this post. The experience was stressful, I didn't notice his lack of mask until I was on the table. I love going to this location! The receptionist Allisson is always so nice and bubbly whenever I call to make an appointment. Always a joy, and then there's Dr. Brenden! I went there and signed up for the monthly plan. The first Chiropractor, an older gentleman was very nice and helpful. I came back a week later and was seen by a younger gentleman (Josh maybe?). He was rough and once my back didn't crack, he just kept pushing harder and harder. I felt so terrible afterward. I saw him one more time before I visited the 1-25 and Arapahoe one...which was amazing btw. I switched jobs and canceled the plan. I went back again last week as a last resort to some pain caused by IBS. The same younger guy told me very sternly that I need to come back more often but my God did it hurt. There was no one else to see. He used the mechanism that quickly hammers your neck on my back. Everything was painful and not in a I need to come more often. I went to pay and reception said "just the 39 today?" Before I could answer the guy aggressively yelled "no, she's taking the 79 a month." He was honestly so mean and when I came in, he was talking to the receptionist about something that was upsetting him. I went to the Doctor and am getting help for the increased pain. So of course I payed the 39 and vowed to NEVER go back again. They did call me the next day after the post to have a new Doctor (the first one I saw) see me. I decided that I don't want to go back. They really force membership fees with minimal patient contact. I would much rather invest that money into care with providers that I can trust.

Front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude. I brought my teenage daughter here when she was having neck pain and the doctor was great with her but we really almost left before seeing him due to the receptionist. Later, my husband was having back problems and called for a same-day appointment. Again the receptionist was curt, unhelpful and rude but because we’d had a good experience with the doctor, he made an appointment anyway. He asked what times available and was told 6:30pm, so he booked it. That was the extent of the conversation- she said 6:30, he said ok I’ll take it, she asked for his name, call over. At no point did she ask him any other questions or give any other information. When he arrived, the receptionist- the same one who booked his appointment a few hours before - started yelling at him, telling him HE screwed up and that new patients have to be seen by 5:45. It was so unbelievably rude, aggressive and inappropriate he was just floored and turned around and walked out. How would a new patient know to come ANY OTHER TIME than the time YOU made an appointment for them??! We will NOT be returning. Too bad because the one chiropractor we saw with our daughter seemed highly competent, as well as kind and patient.

I arrived 10min early to fill out new patient paperwork. At my appointment time, a walk-in customer arrived and was not checked for symptoms or temperature. He was taken back immediately. The company web site and door sign state that they do not take walk-in’s. The Chiropractor did not introduce himself to me, and it felt like a drive through. My appointment started 20 minutes late and I was probably with him for less time. After some stretching at home, my back and neck do feel a bit better. I appreciate that. i was lucky enough my first time going i found a really good chiropractor. i thought after the adjustment with dr cy everytime you will get cracks on everything and a straight pain released spine everytime. i have moved from the area and found that it is worth the 40 minute drive to see dr. cy for adjustments. you will feel like a new person.

I've been skeptical of chiropractics all my life, but the pain in my back and hip left me willing to try anything. I'm glad I did, it has made a meaningful improvement to my quality of life. The chiro, Dr Cy was great. Adjustment helped a lot. The Front receptionist, Alex, was rude and only smiles when the docs are around. She's too busy on her cell phone to get papers processed and as a new patient you wait and wait on her processing your paperwork and she's too busy on her phone to do that. I'm not sure I want to deal with her EVER and I can't figure out how she even has a job there when it's clear she doesn't want to be there.

I love this location. All the doctors I have seen are fast, friendly and most importantly knowledgable and effective. I have been in for preventative care and most recently for a neck injury. After being in horrible pain for a week from a pulled muscle I went to the doctor who prescribed tons of pills. They recommended seeing my chiropractor to help the healing process. After coming in I felt nearly healed. I feel I have no need fpr the medications my primary doctor gave me. I love it here so much I decided to get the plan and come in weekly. Well I went to the chiropractor on 03/24/2019. I read the reviews and was iffy on this place but decided that I would give them a shot because I was in dire need of a lower back crack. This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I’m not sure if they are only supposed to spend 5 minutes with you but that is what this place did. I watched as the Dr. Anthony I believe his name was rushed through a good 5 people in less than 15 minutes. I tell him the issue as I have also marked it on the paper I spent an hour filling out...but anyways he cracks my neck and my upper back a couple times and goes to the knot in my back I CAME THERE FOR and does 2 pushes on it and tells me how tense it is yet doesn’t do anything else. He says to come back once a week for a month and as he’s talking I am literally still cracking my own back as I stretch. I felt like I wasted 30$ when I could’ve had someone step on my back for free and get the same results. I left there feeling the exact same knot in my back only now my neck felt a little better. Please do not rush through your adjustments as some people are actually first comers and are looking for some relief. Not happy with this place. Still have the same terrible knot in my back and would like if anything to have someone ACTUALLY spend a good 15 maybe 30 minutes AT LEAST trying to find the root of my issue. Thank you.

This place is garbage. The “doctor” was immediately condescending, skeptically interrogating me about why I suddenly decided to visit a chiropractor after years of back pain, and turned hostile and combative when I mentioned my intention to get a medical marijuana card due to the pain my scoliosis causes me, and the fact that he refused me service after a brief two-minute exam. He refused to write any kind of evaluation note for my doctor and would not offer me any kind of alternative, and simply wanted me out of his building because I mentioned medical marijuana. I would highly recommend people avoid this place at all costs, and I will be telling the same thing to anyone I know who is thinking about visiting a chiropractor. Do yourself a favor and visit an actual professional who doesn’t act like your mere presence is an inconvenience to his sad, pathetic existence

Went in looking for alternative treatment on the recommendation of my doctor but was denied and referred to a PT clinic. I mean, if i am coming in there its not like i have tried everything. Useless and a waste of time. I guess I would recommend to call before going in, because apparently they can determine whether they can treat you or not through asking few questions. Interesting way of running a practice, since most places run tests and then determine if they have the tools to treat you. Just a big waste of time.

i am a big women. This last encounter did not work so they want me to spend another 49$ to make it right....back aligned. The first gal did a wonderful job. The minute I walked I knew I was not as well as the first gal I was with. BAD JOB BAD JOB BAD JOB...i WOULD RATE THE ON HIGH TO TAKE MY MONEY....THAT WAS SLICK. Complete waste of time and money. What I got was not even close to an alignment. My 12 yr old niece does better work. Beware, this is NOT chiropractic care, I'm not sure what it is other than a waste of money.

the price was right and the docs are nice people, but these were the worst adjustments I've ever had. the doc was extremely rough, jerking my body really fast and it really hurt, then and for days afterwards. never had such lousy adjustments as those.

I've been going here off and on for a few months now. One thing to know ahead of time is that even though they are open on weekends, it's a different doctor than during the week. My personal opinion is that the weekend doctor is inferior to the workweek doc, Dr. Cy, who does great work.

I highly recommend asking for Dr. Cy! I went in because of a horrible headache. I also like to be adjusted side posture because of hip pain I experience. Dr. Cy listened to all my concerns and made sure that I didn't mind being adjusted using manual technique and the activator. He did an exam and gave me an amazing adjustment! I had never had someone use the activator on my neck and I'm so thankful he did. My headache went away and I had instant relief. I felt like a whole new person after my visit.

Adjustment was great just a little rushed. Really though what is the front desks girls problem she snapped at me for accidentally skipping over a portion of the paperwork.. I mean if something was going on that week like a relationship problem, death or whatever I understand but just take off work it was a real turn off like the other person said and it negatively impacts the business greatly.

I'm a serious chiropractic skeptic (especially the types who believe they can cure asthma or liver function or whatever). I just wanted to find someone to crack my back without xrays, selling me vitamins or magnet bracelets ir other snake oils. This was a last resort attempt to relieve my SPD (hip/pelvic pain) during my pregnancy. I have visited both Dr. Mark (2x) and Dr. Cy (1x). Both were very straightforward and friendly. They gave me a nice quick crack (lower back, upper back, neck) and it was very comfortable, even though I am 7+ months pregnant. After TWO visits, I went from feeling the SPD pain at all times to only at night when in bed. These practices don't seem to be about primary care. You want to talk to someone about your headaches and have a general health consult? Go to your physician. This is like a quick in-and-out tune up. Get popped in less than 10 minutes and go about your day. This is exactly what I was looking for and I'm glad I found it. The pain relief is remarkable.

I have been coming her for a few months after suffering for 2 years with back and hip pain. I went to Doctors who gave me cortisone shots that only helped for a short time. I go every week and now I am back at the gym. When I started I couldn't eve step up on a curb with my right leg i highly recommend going. You can't go once and expect your body to stay in place. it takes time. you need to be dedicated . I don't want a lot of fluff or attention. I just want it to work!
