I do not recommend this location. There is high turnover and some of the doctors are not very good.
I was injured by Dr Anthony. For over three weeks, I have tried to contact the management of this franchise, but they are unresponsive, other than to post that different strokes for different folks on Google reviews. I would have thought you would be concerned to address this situation. Additionally, Anthony is quite unprofessional. While he was adjusting me and my family, he was having a conversation with other patients in the waiting lobby. I have never seen this before with a doctor. Additionally, he was harassing one of the other patients to the extent that she decided to simply leave and not be adjusted that day.
When I say that some of the doctors there are not good I’m specifically referring to Anthony in this case. And I do not recommend that anybody goes to see him at this location.

I went in today to get my neck and thoracic area adjusted. Dr. Anthony was initially very nice, listened well, and I felt comfortable with him until he started asking me questions about my regular chiropractor. He asked if my other chiro was better than them, why he didn't work on Saturdays, etc... At this point I should have said your questions are not appropriate and left, but I continued to try to be cordial. I asked him to not adjust my SI b'c I had recent injections and my MD told me to not have any adjustments. Dr. Anthony's demeanor changed and his questions became confrontational and then antagonist as my adjustment went on. At various points during his questions and attempt at being conversational, he was demeaning and condescending. I have a been a healthcare provider for over 30 years and have never come across a more defensive, unappealing practitioner. I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend Dr. Anthony.

I was sad to see the amazing Dr. Chad was no longer there, but Dr. Jason was fantastic as well! Very thorough and he seemed to intuitively comprehend the extent of the problem and alleviate all the pain and pressure in just two visits. So thankful for the expertise, convenience, and affordability provided by The Joint in Boulder!

I get adjustments at least once a week, and without them I do not believe I could continue to do the type of work that I do now. Helping with my pain, helping me to be able to work. I am very impressed with the flow there, efficient and right to the point and no upselling like I have experienced at other chiropractic clinics over the years.

I first came to the Joint Boulder because my hips would lock up so tight I would experience unbearable pain, I couldn't sit, it hurt to bend over and my lower back and sacrum began compensating. I am in my late 20's and love an active lifestyle, and couldn't walk up stair. After only one adjustment the pain reduced considerably and my mobility returned. I've been coming here for a year straight on and off for maintain. The investment was definitely worth it.

I have pain in my neck and ribs that continue to pop out of place. I like that I don't have to make an appointment because my pain is intermittent. I often wake-up in pain and therefore need to see someone that day. Dr. Doug is Fantastic, he really knows his stuff! I find some of the doctors are average. This is my only frustration with the Joint.

My Chiropractic Success Story
I've been seeing Dr. Justin at the Joint for a little over a year and he's given me great advice on both exercise and stretches to help with my work-associated neck pain. It's not only helpful, it a staple in my daily life.
As someone that works 40+ hours behind a desk, at least 80% of that time typing, I was finding myself with backaches, neck aches, pain nausea. I had been going to another chiropractor in Boulder as often as possible. However with a $65.00 office expense for each adjustment, having to drive across town between 9-6pm (Monday-Friday), and waiting in the waiting room for up to 15 minutes at a time--- I couldn't feasibly get that time off work more than once a month.
As a long-term purveyor of the importance of chiropractic for overall health, The Joint has really helped me to make it a possible expense that may normally fall to the side due to other bills. Though I was a little shy at first because of the "open treatment room" environment. but it was easy to get used to.
I can't say enough about how helpful they are to keep me on track so I can do all that things I need to do everyday.
