Went in for a maintenance adjustment, we usually go to a different location but thought we would try out this one. We had recently restarted our membership at a different location with the same receptionist that was at this location. When we resigned we were told that additional sessions outside of our 4 visits/month would be $10 each. Upon checking in the receptionist said it would be $10 this visit since it was our 5th visit this month. When we checked out after the adjustment we were charged $20 per extra visit. We pointed the discrepancy out and she refused to charge us less/ refund us. We then spent 20-30 minutes with her just trying to process a payment. During both interactions with this receptionist she appeared to be high, red eyes, slow response time, dry mouth, and lack of concentration. On top of that the adjustment was mediocre, the Chiro didn't introduce himself or listen to what myself or my husband asked him to focus on. We will be once again cancelling our membership with the joint.

I was hesitant to go to the joint because of my long history with traditional chiropractic adjustments. The staff at the Joint is superb! I have had some serious spinal injuries and TBI’s, and the chiropractic care I have received (from different chiropractor’s at this location) have kept me pain free and functional! It’s a bonus that they are open late and on weekends! The front desk staff, Dom, Chelsea, and Coleson have not only been kind, but helpful! I have a brain injury and have a lot of issues trying to use my smart phone. Dom and Coleson have installed Apps on my phone and not only explained how to use them, but have shown me, as well. They have always been willing to listen if I have had a hard, painful day. They truly care for me as a person and not just a client and have been a blessing to me in my life!

I was in for tailbone pain and was seen by 2 different doctors there and they both always rushed my adjustments they didn’t even really focus on my tailbone pain just focused on my neck and “uneven” leg which o my one of the doctors could point out. I was told i could cancel my membership at anytime when I signed up by the front desk lady then i told the doctor it was my last visit because I felt fine and then he continuously tried to make me to continue to see them weekly and he was almost forcing me to continue to see him after I told him I was done seeing them he said “see you next week” and I went to the front desk to tell the lady I wanted to cancel my membership and she said due to the contract I had to stay for 2 months minimum when I was told I could cancel at anytime like a gym membership. I told the lady I was told otherwise by a worker there when I signed up and she proceeded to tell me she doubted the worker told me that basically calling me a liar. She then cancelled my membership like I knew she could. DO NOT GO TO THESE MONEY GREEDY PEOPLE WHO RUSH ADJUSTMENTS AND LIE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

This place deserves a rating that is below 0. Be careful, they do not explain their service plans, have doctors who seem unprofessional and hurry through their adjustments. The staff is unable to answer questions and return calls and seems to lack a professional mature management. The lack of customer service is disappointing. If I could have spoken to a professional manager it would have been nice but so far not a professional organization in my opinion. I finally spoke to a manager who said she had just been demoted. I think her name was Cheryl but I am not sure as she did not give me a business card when requested, so I could call her if any other issues arose. The Doctor, John or Jonathan Wolfgang (also no business card when I requested one), seemed reluctant to provide me with the comp adjustment that the manager offered to me for their lack of returned phone calls and customer service. She was helpful and changed my plan and told me to come in for an adjustment when I wanted one. I noticed that Dr. Wolfgang seemed to have some animosity toward me but he reluctantly gave me the adjustment. He also seemed indignant that my partner who came in with me was given an adjustment but didn't want her neck adjusted because she was injured by Wolfgang previously and did not want him to injure her again. Today, 9.5.24, I went in for an adjustment and was told that I was not eligible for an adjustment. I then experienced a hostile attitude from Dr. Wolfgang with an angry and unprofessional manner and a complete lack of service. I then called the Longmont office and spoke to a very helpful person, Sophia I believe. Subsequently the Longmont office, a co-worker named Amanda called me on a restricted phone line. She said she was calling to help me but later said she was calling to help me understand something. Then she told tell me that the Doctor has sole authority to decide to provide adjustments and that I should not go to the Boulder office. Their staff is in constant turnover and seem barely trained to provide service to customers. This doctor with the hostile attitude was giving the staff member, Annabella, advice as though he was the manager, while he was being rude and providing no service when I went in for an adjustment as advised by the previous manager. I believe that you could find a better adjustment with a friendly, ethical, competent and professional chiropractor. Please read the other reviews, especially the ones toward the bottom of the list with 1 Star, and see what you think!

The current doctors at The Joint Boulder are both excellent. I have been using The Joint since it first opened. The office has a lot of turnover but they usually have at least one good doctor. However over the winter they were all terrible and I had to drive to Longmont for treatment. Now Dr Jason and Dr Rick are there and both are terrific. I highly recommend them both.

I am never coming back to this location. I paid for a monthly membership that I was rarely able to utilize. I did the math and realized it would be better to pay at individual visits whenever I can fit it into my busy schedule. I was ready to continue to go there on an as needed drop in basis. But when I went to the Joint to cancel the membership, I was given a rude awakening that they are not interested in actually trying to keep customers. Which is counterproductive for a business to thrive. I was treated very poorly by Eugene (the person sitting behind the counter who is in charge of checking in the people that walk in the door). As a single working parent with no one to care for my toddler, it’s been a challenge to carve time out to do some much needed self-care. That day I said screw it, I will just take my child in there even though I am a mindful person and think about the impact of bringing a child to an establishment like that. Especially during these times we are now in. My last visit was three weeks prior at the beginning of the month. During that visit I explained my situation to the woman behind the counter and she was kind enough to extend my membership to the end of the month and change the billing cycle to the 1st of the month instead of the middle. That would give me an additional two weeks to get in. Great, right? Sadly because I’m SO busy working and caring for a young child, I still couldn’t make it in. On top of that I found out that my credit card was compromised and the bank issued a new one which meant all my subscriptions out in the world were affected. I finally went into the Joint on the last day of the month before I thought my membership was going to renew on the first of the month. Unaware that my membership was connected to the card that was compromised, and the payment did not go through. Eugene treated me with disrespect, he was rude, he yelled and started to have an attitude when he told me my payment did not go through. He cut me off and didn’t let me get a word in to explain why. And after a few times of him talking over me I finally had to ask him if I can finish what I was going to say. Unfortunately for me I did not get the name of that woman nor were there notes in my account that Eugene could see for proof of that conversation. Eugene became even more short with me. I never did get to complete my conversation - it was clear that I walked into the lion’s den and there was no winning with someone who is so angry and wanting to fight with a customer for absolutely no reason. I felt at that moment I needed to just get his name, leave and contact the owner later. When I asked for his name (I asked repeatedly several times, he continued to talk over me) he would not divulge his name. Rather he yelled at me to leave and threatened to call the police. For what? All because I wanted to clear up the matter with my billing and get seen for an adjustment? I finally asked the chiropractor in the back room for his name - the doctor stepped outside to briefly speak with me (saying very little) basically say that he’s not the owner and to come back later. Okay. I literally cried as I walked away with my little one (who witnessed this traumatic incident unnecessarily). I told the doctor that Eugene should not be treating people this way. This is wrong. And that my back is hurting, I’m not going to be seen, and I did not deserve to be treated that way. In my opinion Eugene should be fired for his lack of customer service skills and inability to treat customers with kindness, respect and compassion. So I will not take down this negative review until I get a call from the owner to address the unprofessionalism I received from Eugene. The call was already made to corporate and waiting to hear back.

I visited the Joint on Aug 2022 and haven't returned since. Shockingly, I discovered they've been billing me for a year and a half without any notification. Their system should easily red flag inactive accounts, and a responsible business would make a courtesy call to confirm continued subscriptions. This blatant money-grabbing approach reflects a complete lack of morals. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Came back after a year of being out of state and had a horrible adjustment that was completely rushed.Took the time out of my trip to come here cause I was in desperate need of an adjustment in my hips and the chiropractor on shift didn’t listen to my needs at all and went through with a standard adjustment, even adjusting my neck while I was mid sentence trying to explain what I needed. I feel ripped off paying for this “service” and definitely don’t feel like I could recommend to anyone. It’s the type of adjustment that for a first timer would scare me from coming back. Really disappointing to see the drop in service. Leaving town with the same issues and $45 wasted.

Would NOT go to this location on Friday or Saturday. The man working these days and who ultimately didn't adjust me, was manipulative and condescending. He talked at me for going on 15 minutes after he took his time getting around to calling me back to the treatment room when no one else was there. He would not hear me about the body work I recieve and why I was not interested in buying a six pack that day. I recieve acupuncture and massage regularly (because I'm a massage therapist and trade for these sessions) but live too far from Joint locations to make it a consistent habit. Instead of meeting me where I'm at, he bullied me about being consistent and needing a "real investment" before he could work on me. (This is a walk in business....) He never once asked about my financial situation which currently doesn't allow for dropping $300+. Ultimately he lost himself and the company money by not accepting that I wanted a single treatment. After this experience I won't be returning to the Joint in general. I'd used this convenience in the past and knew the quality of treatment could be hit or miss depending on day and practitioner but felt ok with that variable. However, this was enough to completely turn me off from this company. I'm grateful this person didn't adjust me and wouldn't want him adjusting anyone else with his inability to listen to an individual, caught up in his preconceived notion of what the masses need.

Zero stars. I went to The Joint today for the first time for a stiff neck adjustment. I told Luke, who manned the front desk, phones, and check-ins, both by phone and when I went in, that I was there to address the neck issue. Knowing this, he had me spend 15 minutes filling out multiple forms and then sent me in to the Dr. The Dr. told me that he was sorry I wasted my time filing out the forms because he could not treat me. He said that The Joint's policy was not to treat any patients over the age of 65 who had any complaints! Luke should have informed me of that policy when I called to make an appointment rather than wasting over an hour of time. If their policy is to refuse care to seniors, they should at least disclose that information in the initial call.

I do not feel comfortable going back to the Joint. FIRST: I’d gone twice to this location and both times the packages were immediately pushed on me and I was made to feel bad for deciding against dropping hundreds of dollars for a monthly membership on a whim. Part of coming to a walk-in chiro is the convenience. SECOND: The service felt incredibly generalized. Like every other dollar sign..I mean customer, walking through the door they laid me down on the table, said “Where does it hurt?” then crack, pop, snap.. tell me to ice/heat for several days and send me on my way. The chiropractor was more concerned with man-splaining what chiropractic work was than treating my pain individually or even asking if I had any relief. I don’t even think my hips were adjusted but I couldn’t get a word in and I definitely didn’t feel comfortable saying anything after what I’d experienced leading up to that point. It was probably 2-3minutes tops on the table. It took longer to fill out paperwork and listen to the membership pitch than the actual procedure. I’ve switched Chiropractors and am not looking back.

I do not recommend this location. There is high turnover and some of the doctors are not very good. I am surprised you chose to respond here, but you have neglected to speak with me for over 3 weeks. I was injured by Dr Anthony. I would have thought you would be concerned to address this situation. Additionally, Anthony is quite unprofessional. While he was adjusting me and my family, he was having a conversation with other patients in the waiting lobby. I have never seen this before with a doctor. Additionally, he was harassing one of the other patients to the extent that she decided to simply leave and not be adjusted that day. When I say that some of the doctors there are not good I’m specifically referring to Anthony in this case. And I do not recommend that anybody goes to see him at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming to the joint for fifteen or more years and have never been treated so rudely or belittled by any doctor like I was today by Dr. Anthony. I guess I should apologize that I don't have enough money to buy a package or come except when I'm in incredible pain. But I was there for the second time this week. Trying to follow-up staying on ibuprofen and he shamed me in front of the entire office. I have never been treated like this by a professional ever. He was arrogant and out of line. DO NOT GO TO THE JOINT IN BOULDER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Context: I've been seeing chiropractors for 21 years for my back. The adjustment I received at this location from Dr. Powell on 7/28/23 was the roughest, most painful experience I've had in a chiropractor's office in my life. This person is not a chiropractor, they are a fraud. Absolutely horrible touch. Not gentle at all. I stopped him halfway through because he made me black out from pain. I walked out and would not let him touch my partner. I would not recommend anyone visit this location, and hope this adjustment didn't cause damage. Unbelievable. Absolutely terrible. Update: after reading management's response and visiting a doctor at a different Joint location I trusted, I learned this location's staff DIDN'T EVEN PUT MY BAD ADJUSTMENT IN THE COMPUTER RECORD. Ask any Joint location what that means...for me, it's proof he knew what he did was wrong. I have since cancelled my Joint membership because of this location's behavior. You should too. Find a chiropractor who went to the Palmer School. Check their credentials. That's the required due diligence for anyone visiting a Chiro these days.

I like some chiropractors more than others, but in general, they are good at what they do and mostly willing to offer advice and information about the specifics of their expertise and knowledge. I have had several issues that I’ve brought up when I visit and they usually do or know something to help. It’s usually a short wait if there is one. Great for what it’s for; a quick, easy alignment.

I have liked and enjoyed every Chiro I have encountered at this location. Today I met Christian. He was professional and very skilled. I have a long health history around neck/back pain and migraines. He was an effective listener, the adjustment was precise and comfortable. I’m not sure what the maneuver is called but when Chiros adjust my mid back and give a little twist to it, it is such an effective pain reliever for me. He picked up on this right away. I have had a membership to the Boulder Joint Chiropractic for over 7 years but it seems in the last year the professionalism and quality of staff has fallen apart. I had asked for my account to be frozen in August when I got covid for almost a month and would be going out of the country to travel for two months. It was never done and I noticed almost $300 in charges on my account when I returned. When I asked about it I was told to contact corporate. I have not received a call back in 4 months and keep calling and leaving messages. No response. I asked again in December for my account to be frozen and it was not frozen. Same issue, I noticed in February the monthly charges on my account. Again I have tried to talk talk to the manager, I have emailed back and forth and im still getting charged. I have called and left messages for the manager and still no response in two weeks. It seems they are purposefully drawing it out to get more money out of me. I know all businesses suffered during covid but this is just wrong. They say they cannot refund me unless I speak to corporate or a manager but there is zero efforts made to come to a solution let alone even respond to my concerns. Very disappointed with the quality of customer service and lack of attentiveness for a simple task.

I’ve been going to the Joint for years, the membership and numerous front range locations made it really easy and convenient. I’ll be cancelling my membership after my recent visit at this location. After reviewing my notes and asking what my areas of concern were, the doctor dismissed my description of how my pain was presenting, and advised that I seek out other forms of intervention (dry needling/soft tissue work). I had untreated Lyme disease for a number of years, and it is known for causing joint & connective tissue issues. After treating for a year with medications, a lot of symptoms have eased but I still have persistent joint pain. I already regularly seek out those additional holistic modalities as part of my ongoing care, and only expect chiropractic care to help with certain aspects. The visit felt cold and unconcerned about my well-being, and left me feeling as though it was inappropriate for me to seek care here. Message received.

They're like the Dollar Store of chiropractic, but not worth the bargain basement price. The assembly line, impersonal care is hit or miss -- a few times I left in worse shape than when I went in. The employees and caregivers apparently have no motivation or desire to do their jobs well. Caregivers and office personnel have an antagonistic attitude toward customers.

I came in barely walking from right knee injury and pain. 7/8 level. Dr. Josh asked questions about injury and did tests to determine source of problem. Intermittent client based on relocation 2007 ish. Was always quite pleased. Today was pretty bad. Desk person was helpful and pleasant . Then wasn’t greeted by the Dr. in any way, told to not not take my boots off, not a single question about any symptoms, spent maybe 90seconds on me. Mentioned he would put a message in my file about not wanting neck manipulation. No goodbye or any input to my status despite telling him it didn’t feel released. I’ve been to the joint intermittently for years ( as well as other private practitioners). I had perhaps the WORST chiropractic experience today. After explaining the excruciating pain I was in today I received zero empathy and almost no evaluation. I was told that I’m the “type of patient that chiropractors secretly hate” because I dont come in regularly. I was given a basic adjustment, told to “temper my expectations” and then he just left. No advice on what was causing the pain, how to manage or really anything. I know this is an inexpensive quick adjustment type of place, but this was beyond rude. I won’t be coming back again.

You decide if this is the kind of company you want to do business with: Signed up for monthly service. Used the service and had some very good chiropractors and a few poor ones. I went in for service and the chiropractor said I must sign a new liability waiver modeled after the ski industry. In other words absolute waiver even if their machine breaks because they fail to maintain it. Needless to say I advised that I would need to consider it. Long story short... they refused to service anyone that did not sign this but continued to bill monthly charges. I called them four times over the next five months telling them to cease charging for a service that they effectively canceled on me. After $600 of fraudulent charges I actually had to cancel the credit card and get it replaced. They ultimately agreed to their error and said they would refund me the fraudulent charges. They credited back $150 to the card and were supposed to send a check for $450. They never did after yet more emails and calls. Fraud is punishable by triple the damages. Something I had to remind them about before.

Duplicitous billing with competent adjustments, if forceful. Was sold a new patient package only to find that they had my information from 2009. That’s prior to the statute of limitations on any billing issue related to today, much less new client promotions. After being promised several free visits by one of the chiropractors, I was adjusted and then presented with a bill. Maybe The Joint is ok for people who don't ACTUALLY need a chiropractor, and just like to feel like they are being healthy by seeing a "chiropractor". I have experienced more back issues than I have in my life (previously none) since being adjusted at this location several times. They created an issue that never existed, and for that I am so disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't feel these folks care or take the time to provide a safe adjustment. The team at one of the Arvada locations is far superior, takes much better care, and provide more comprehensive experiences. At this location, each time was about a 30 second experience, and I felt like a disturbance.

Dr. Chad Handley did an incredible job. My back was hurting, so I wanted to receive treatment but was hesitating to come to The Joint office due to COVID. I was looking forward to my first visit ever (had been contemplating making an appointment for quite some time) and finally did so for my birthday ON my birthday. Upon arrival, the office was in complete chaos. As I was checking in (or attempting to check-in) with the front desk agent, I was immediately cut off by the doctor on duty. Without an “excuse me” or “right behind you” I was forced back from the counter without any acknowledgement of my presence. It was obvious that he was 100% overwhelmed and acting very hastily towards anyone in his way. At that moment I had no desire to stay. Turns out, the doctor didn’t want me to stay either. Apparently the front desk agent scheduled 3 appointments all at the same time. The doctor shouted “I don’t have time to do all of them!” which was quite embarrassing as I was not the only person in the room. Dumbfounded, I stand there waiting for ANYONE to explain to me what was happening. In that moment, another patient walks in with the same appointment time as myself, who is immediately greeted, checked in and taken back. Still standing there not knowing what to do, I felt humiliated and left. The doctor was kind enough to shout “sorry” as I walked out of the door. Happy Birthday to me I guess. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Dr Justin is incredible. My only issue is with management/corporate's seeming overworking of the chiropractors. All the best docs end up leaving because they are overworked. With covid, staff has been cut back, putting more pressure on the docs who remain.

Got told off for not frequenting by front desk and person servicing. Got told off by front desk for having an old membership "people like you keep your sessions for 5 years" (referencing when I bought a pack 2 years ago). The adjustment itself clocked 3min 47seconds and barely did anything. Downhill since 2 years ago.

I’m over many years of accidents and broken bones I have used chiropractic, Accupuncture, Rolphing and other modalities. I am not prone to saying something works unless it really does. I saw Dr. Ashley for a continuing arm and hand numbness issue (over several months). It was progressively worsening to the point of waking me several times per night. I came in after making an appointment over the phone during which I explained that I was a first time client and that I needed to come in ASAP because I was in a lot of discomfort due to a car accident. I came in at the scheduled time and they told me that they could not adjust me if I was in a car accident and was planning on making an insurance claim. I was, and this information could have been provided to me when I called to make an appointment, not after driving 25 miles in traffic to get into Boulder from out of town. I don’t understand how that matters to them given that I would pay them up front. This was also upsetting because the appointment was scheduled at the end of the day and the timing prevented me from getting in to see a chiropractor anywhere else this same day just prolonging my discomfort.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Joint. First off, I really like the decor. No bright fluorescent lights glaring down on you. While the space has an industrial decor, it's very inviting, and while it is an open space treatment area with multiple tables in the treatment room, the layout of the tables is perfect, with plenty of space between each so you don't feel cramped. I've had a number of anatomical mishaps and setbacks in my almost 6 decades on the planet, most of them very flukey, and this latest one was no exception, having woken up one morning with my right neck and shoulder completely jacked up after giving the cat way too much space on my bed the previous night and hiking myself up on my U pillow in what turned out to be not the most optimal position for my head. On my first visit, Dr. Ashley listened carefully to both the current issue and my medical history and was accordingly extremely gentle with this first manipulation, which I really appreciated. Her recommendation for 2 visits per week for 4 weeks made sense to me, considering that my neck had been stiff for a solid month. No one came across as pressuring me into a sale, which I also really appreciated. On the 2nd visit with Dr. Anthony, we had even more progress, and I felt a huge and immediate improvement in my level of mobility and a marked decrease in pain. I'm looking forward to going back vs. dreading my next visit, as was the case with my previous chiropractor. Lastly, the availability of online patient intake forms was a welcome timesaver, as well as the keychain card used for electronic scanning sign-in, so that patients are seen in the order in which they arrived. Although this clinic is strictly walk-in, my wait time so far has been minimal both times. I'm confident that my neck will be back to 100% in no time, and I plan to come back at least monthly for a maintenance adjustment after that. A big thanks to The Joint Chiropractic for the immediate relief!

Weird open setting, like you're in a room with up to five other patients, felt very uncomfortable. Quick cheap adjustments, not a lot of time or thought put into it. I honestly didn't feel like great about the Chiro. I've seen a handful of chiros in my day, didn't enjoy the treatment here.

I went to the Joint a week ago for the first time for some Right-side stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I sit a lot at computers. I also had an issue with a lower left side sacro-iliac(SI) issue that I've been treated for without success; and didn't even mention it as I was more concerned about my neck stiffness and really had given up on my SI issue getting any better based on visits and adjustments by other chiropractors. Well, Dr. Mike detected the stiffness on that side and did the adjustment on it. I knew immediately that he'd done a superior adjustment but I waited to do this review just to see if it could possibly be true. BTW the results on my neck were great also.

Minimal if any wait time. Dr Doug and Dr Robert are THE absolute best if your body is rigid, tense and difficult to adjust. The joint allows people to regularly get quick in and out non appointment needed adjustments. For a fairly affordable monthly rate you can visit once a week. During the holidays they run great specials on adjustment packages. If someone dosnt meet your needs you can ask for a little extra attention but typically a visit lasts 5-15minz tops here.

Just wanted to drop in for an adjustment but they insisted on getting my birth date even though I just wanted to pay cash. The guy was a jerk about it too and said "Why is that so hard" and continued to act like a jerk about it so I left. Never going back

This place used to be great when Jay and Jeremy were running the shop. Both of them did effective, quick adjustments that felt good. They have moved on to open other shops and hired two new guys to do the actual adjustments. One guy is OK, but not nearly as good as the owners. The second guy is young - literally just out of chiropractic school and he is awkward. On several occasions he has applied what felt like too much pressure or the wrong adjustment for both me and my husband. It got to the point where we felt wary about the adjustments and quit our membership. It's too bad because the people are nice and it's a great concept, (and price!) but the quality of the chiropractors has really diminished. It's your spine - trust it to someone who knows what they are doing.

I agree that JAY and JEREMY were the best. I wish I knew where they went, does anybody know? I actually think the guy straight out of school is OK, however, they have another guy that says he has been doing it for awhile and one day he pulled my neck out from my body so hard I thought my head was going to come out! The new lady at the front desk is eating half of the time when I walk in and acts like I am invading her eating time. I have been doing chiropractic for 5 years now so my body can handle the pressure, but if I was new and more fragile, I would be very vocal about your concerns. And make sure you wait until the lady at the front quits eating before you enter, if she ever quits, that is.

I had a significant amount of discomfort in my neck and shoulders. This was probably caused by all the driving and computer work I do. Exercising wasn't solving the problem and I didn't have time for a full blown massage - I needed relief and I needed an efficient solution. Being in Boulder for the afternoon I pulled into The Joint. They were able to see me immediately and I was out in about 15 minutes. The adjustments were effective and solved my pain issues almost immediately. I will go back again when future adjustments are needed. They sell a few different packages which I will consider for future visits. The one thing I'm curious to find out is if you get the same doctor each time. It would be nice to have a relationship with the person. I will wait to see if that relationship develops, or if this place is strictly a 'pop' in 'pop' out.

The staff here is always friendly and quick. I hate regular chiropractors because you have to have an appointment, and they take forever and without insurance it isn't affordable. Well this place breaks that mold. walk ins only and the best part is that they don't bother with insurance. you pay a small walk in fee ( under $25) get seen on a first come first serve basis. pay and go. No need for a nurse to see you first. No wondering where your doctor is as you can see that he is busy. all in all a great place. I recommend it.

I visit The Joint Clinic at Lone Tree. They are very professional and friendly. They helped me to get better and heal a back injury. I like the way they work because there is no need for an appointment, no waiting, no hassle. Yes, sometimes I feel sore after the adjustments but ultimately I'm feeling a lot better than when I started to visit them.

Easy place to come for a quick fix. Phillip is especially good with shoulder/rib issues and Drew uses body testing to get a good read on more complicated domino effect situations. Definitely depends on who you get but I can recommend these two.

Not all their Chiropractors are nice to people or lack customer service skills in a MAJOR way. The front desk gals are excellent. The "talent" needs to go back to school. I was told by the "pro" that I was probably one of those people who complain about everything. How rude is that to say to a customer who has been a member for a year and NEVER had any problems with the service I received nor have I ever asked for any credits? I do not recommend this place to anyone. I'll never be back. Not only was this the worst experience in my life from a customer service standpoint, but the "chiropractor" made me wait 10 minutes before he even saw me. I was the only one there. Awkward...

I've been going to a chiropractor since I was a kid. In my adult life, I've struggled to find an affordable chiropractor who really makes a difference but when I signed up for the 6 month membership with the joint, everything changed. I feel so thankful to be able to show up at a moments notice and get the adjustment that I need. I was really worried when doctor Philip left the practice when he moved to Florida because he did such a good job with my adjustments, but the office staff encouraged me to stay with them and now I'm happier than ever. Doctor Doug has been truly amazing with my adjustments. This whole office goes far above and beyond for their patients and I don't know where I'd be without them other than in a lot of pain and with a lot of migraines. Thanks guys! Keep up the incredible work.

Well I was going to just let this go until I saw some of the other negative reviews so I think folks should know....I don't think The Joint in Boulder even has any idea of what customer service is! I was dissatisfied with my initial consultation last week (no thorough exam, poor bedside manner, rude and sarcastic) so I went in this week to get a second opinion from a different Doc. When I told that to the receptionist she said something like "please don't spread which Doctor you like or don't like with any of our other clients..."! Then I spoke with a new Doc asking for a second opinion and he said they would have to charge me again! I tried negotiating..to no avail. What kind of joint does that!?

I could not possibly be more grateful for The Joint. I came in a few weeks ago with severe lower back/hip pain. To be fair, this was something I let accumulate for months until one day it was so debilitating I could barely move.
