    I have an S-shaped scoliosis was experiencing chronic pain before coming to the joint at Central Park. Dr. Zach and Dr. Doug are wonderful! I was also initially skeptical about signing up for a membership because I used to work for a chiropractor that was very cult-like and strongly urged his patients into yearly plans that were very expensive (I was one of those patients). This has not been my experience with The Joint at all. They offer a full scope of options to serve individual needs, including memberships or packages so you can come at your leisure. Today, Dr. Doug recommended a heel insert for my misaligned hips and showed me some exercises for strengthening my back. They always try to offer advice for self maintenance outside of the office; which I really appreciate.

    Dr Doug does next to nothing! Had back pain like I have in the past and other Dr's actually manipulate the hips, legs, spine and neck, and always get relief. I've seen Dr Doug twice now and all he does is the drop table and a thumper machine. Zero relief! Will not see him again!! Sad excuse of a chiropractor. Got a call from D the owner and she appreciated my review and apologized for my poor experience with the clinic. I told her I just felt they should know what the experience truly was and I understand that all Dr's are different and use different techniques. But for me the technique that this one uses is not for me and that I need to check and make sure that one is not in the office when I need to have any adjustments. Sara and Dr Zach are great in my opinion, but will steer clear of the other one. Everyone has their own opinion, and this is mine.

    In November, I went into The Joint and clearly asked to cancel my membership. The front desk employee told me it was handled. Three months later, I found out I was still being charged because there were “no notes in the system.” They refused to refund the charges, saying there was no documentation of my request. That is not acceptable. Customers should not be responsible for internal documentation failures. I haven’t used their services once since November, yet they continued drafting payments. When I called to resolve it, the representative (Sarah) was dismissive and hung up on me mid-conversation. Poor billing practices and unprofessional customer service. Get written proof of everything if you go here. I wouldn't have any record of it because I asked for it to be cancelled while I was standing at the front desk. Maybe the person didn't know what to do to cancel it, but it should have been said while I was standing at the front desk.

    Rapid oil change for your body. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. They do not listen to you if you have injuries. They just crack and push you out the door. When I signed up a customer was complainiing that they charged him when he already told them he would be moving so didn't want a plan. They did the same with me when I cancelled.     The staff has been very friendly. I would say that it feels rather rushed. My most recent visit was under ten minutes. I get that it’s about convenience and that’s why it’s quick but I wish they’d spend more time adjusting more than what my initial issues were. Other than that it’s been a pleasant experience.

    I Have been going to this place for over a year now. I have always needed to do continued maintenance since my car accident. From my intake and getting to understand me and my needs. I got the 20 visits. Which breaks down to like 25 a visit. Tinni is Always a great smile when you walk in. She remembers you and picks up the conversation from where we last left it. The front desk person working when I visited was amazing and did her job extremely efficiently while being extremely pleasant. The doctor was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend this place!     Feel great every time I leave the chiropractor, if you haven’t tried it before this is one of the more economic places that I’ve visited but also one of the most convenient! And I love going to the Central Park location specifically, off of E 36th Ave, their doctors are AMAZING!     I have been going to the joint chiropractic for close to 4 years now. I initially went to the location in Aurora. Probably close to 4 months ago, I decided to try the Central Park one here since closer to my house. The office and equipment is clean and up to date. The staff here is very kind and professional in particular Tinni. She always makes you feel welcome. My first visit there Dr. Kevin was the one I saw and he was the Dr. I always had at Aurora. He was now there more often and that just made my day. He is always, kind, professional, and listens to your concerns. He is very patient and helpful with new people and gives the adjustments needed. More recently I have seen Dr. Zach with my schedule changing. He is also very professional and kind and gives a good adjustment to make sure I am back in alignment to start my week off. This location really does have great doctors and staff and makes having to go to appointments a lot more pleasant.

    Working as a hygienist gives me some serious neck and shoulder pain. I woke up in agony and The Joint was able to get me in for an adjustment as a new patient within 2 hours of calling! I left feeling like a new human. I slept so well the following night, pain free. They offer some very affordable membership plans and hours that work really well with a busy schedule, I love that they accept walk-ins.     First time I've ever used a Chiropractor. I was expecting better service for what I paid. When I was seen by the doctor it took less than 10mins and I was out. When canceling I had to pay for another month before they would allow me to cancel, which I never used their services after my first visit. Then when I requested cancellation they were very rude about it, very poor customer service. Unfortunately, due to them treating me this way for my very first time. I will probably not go back to a Chiropractor. Save your money people, not worth the treatment or hassle.

    To All Reviewers like myself…. I almost didn’t go to this amazing location because of the few negative reviews !!! I am a truck driver and can go anywhere all over !!! I went anyways because I wanted to shop at Sprouts next door !!! I also saw parking for my truck along the street !!! ?Truck Drivers *** this is a great location !!! ❤️ Upon entering this location I was greeted with a big smile ? and welcomed by Wellness Cor. Christine… and Dr Josh, greeted me the same and found out I was a truck driver and took the time to show me where I could park behind the building along the street for future visits and they could let me in through the back door no problem !!! ? Then, Dr. Josh asked me about my condition and if I was in pain anywhere, I told him from driving all the time it’s my hips, mid back, neck hump area and neck !!! I got all of these areas perfectly adjusted and plus, I got both legs pulled to help with sitting all the time !!! I really had a great visit at this location and when I am in the area I will definitely be back !!! ❤️?❤️?????????

    Visit this location here twice recently and had Dr Josh. His chiropractic work feels rushed even when the place is empty, he doesn’t push much for details, or to go above and beyond with the adjustment. Communication style is also off putting/comes off demeaning. I’ve used the Joint at other locations for about a year now and have been satisfied with the treatment until now with this location. I recently moved and this is the closest Joint to me but looks like I’ll need to drive further to another, not happy with the care here.

    The lovely woman working the front desk tonight needs a raise! I doubt she gets paid enough to deal with the rudest people like I saw when I went in, she's always so friendly when I see her and even with this dude yelling at her and being absolutely disrespectful she was still very calm and nice.

    I have attempted to cancel the membership several times, even filling out the paper they emailed me to cancel it and sending it back. They STILL charged me again today and have said they don't do refunds. It is starting to feel like this place is just a scam. Update: That’s because the patient is my husband. You guys just charged me, again, even after assuring me you wouldn’t. I am filing a BBB complaint.

    I love that I can see both Doctors, they are very different and each adjustment is always a nice change. Both Drs. Josh and Kevin have addressed every single one of my issues as long as I let them know what’s going on with my body, they make sure I leave feeling relief. I tend to do a lot of heavy lifting and have a tendency to “break” myself, I can just walk in and let them know what I “broke” that time and they are happy to “fix me”. Super convenient that I do not need an appointment and I can swing by during my lunch break. I absolutely recommend getting a membership if others do what I do to my body.

Additionally, The Joint commented this below on another review: We try to make sure that each patient understands the details of their plan prior to signing up. Additionally, copies of plan agreements, which get taken home with every new member, clearly state how the plan works, how it is billed, our refund policy, and our cancellation policy.     I love my weekly adjustments! Four stars for the fact that I end up seeing a different chiro every second or third time I go, and everyone seems to know a different suite of adjustments - meaning my joints get inconsistent treatment.

    They’re very misleading. I purchased a 4 visit adjustment and paid $118 which I only did two adjustments. I was told after 4 visits, if I wish to continue it’ll be $10 a visit. Today I was charged another $89 and when I called to ask them to ask why, I’ve been told that I signed up for monthly membership which I never did.

    I have been to this location 4 times since it is the closest one to my house. Everytime I have the highest hopes thinking that it will be a better experience then the last time but no there I am with same 6 or 8 different quick snap and cracks routine with DR. JOSH. (Honestly he should just keep traveling the world that would help us all out) Worst experience!! If you are looking for a actual decent staff of doctors that care about what they are doing and how you are feeling, visit the TOWER AND HAMPDEN location in AURORA! Take the extra 10-20min drive it will be worth it.

    There are many better locations than this in Denver. The provider does very minimal, he must not be experienced enough to provide full adjustments and manipulations that others do. My chief complaint was left hip/leg pain which he didn’t address. When I shared I was not happy he said ok, bye. No service recovery. I’ll not return to this location ever.

    The dr was quick and so impersonal ive been to many the joints around and thought it was quick to get in to get seen i didnt feel heard. He read my bio and then adjust and that was it not even a have a good day before the next person was on the table. I know that these places are based on high volume but i do pay for a service and well the service was rushed.

    Just went to this location for the first time. I had got an adjustment at a location out of state, and that doctor said he would put notes on my file as to what was going on with me. Since that dr did not make adequate notes, I was trying to explain my history to Dr. Josh, and that the original Dr. wanted me to be seen once a week, then wanted to give me stretches to do. I was explaining this and was going to ask him about the kind of stretches I needed to do, but before I could ask he told me he didn’t care about what I was saying and wanted me to tell him about the note the Dr. Made about my neck. I told him I get headaches sometimes stiffness in neck. He then proceeded to give me a quick, hard adjustment, then said bye and sent me off. I will not be going back to a chiropractor that tells me they don’t care about my history or what is going on with me. I was treated like I was just another number instead of a human being. I will not be back to this location again. In response to Jose’s review calling me a liar, I did not tell him my whole life story, just my most recent history to get the correct stretches I needed. I also do not recall whether or not I said I felt better, but if I did it was to tell him what he wanted to hear so I could get out of there as fast as possible.

    I have been going to The Joint franchises since they opened. I have always been happy. I do tend to find different chiropractors have different styles and tend to stick with 1 or 2.... However, I have only been going to Dr Josh, Central Park because he is the only one that adjusted my shoulder. The actual adjustment can be painful as he explains UP FRONT! THANKFULLY mine has not been as severe as others he discribed.. The relief has been incredible! and I no longer need to take the prescription I was on.... THANK YOU Dr Josh!

    Our teenage son plays a lot of sports and is continually working to stay at the top of his game. He'd been experiencing soreness and feeling out of adjustment so we went into the Joint, did the exploratory exam and found he was leaning left ( by a 1/2"). The Chiropractor did adjustments and as my son walked out he said dad that was so "weird" but felt so good. The next day he came in smiling and said" I feel great today". Hes since been going 4x per month and loves how he feels. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and was quick to ease any of our concerns.

    I've been to this location several times and each time Dr. Josh gets Ruder and more hasty! I Totally get this is an in and out, no frills chiropractor but he should NOT be in such a hurry that he ends up hurting you!! My lower back has been causing me issues since my auto accident in Feb but it wasn't terrible today, I went in because my wrist hurts and I had a headache. He adjusted me SO HASTILY that I was midbreath and wham he pushed so hard on my mid back that I thought I was going to throw up, no warning! Horrid! He adjusted (pushed) on me about a dozen times bam bam bam no break or breath covering 4c areas. Really??! Nothing in between! Then he tells me to flip over and goes after my neck with such viciousness that it made me dizzy and he acted VERY Frustrated that I needed a minute to stop spinning before I could sit up. Then he grabbed my wrist so roughly and I said that hurts and with THE RUDEST tone he says do you want me to adjust it or not?! I sat there stunned for a minute by his tone and totally lack of care then said umm no and walked out. I waited a couple hours and feel HORRIBLE, way worse then when I went in!! My back is in spasm and my right foot and toes are numb. I call the office and speak to RUDE Gabriel. Do these people not get customer service??!!! I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!! I would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated today!!! I explain my issues and she said do you want to come in before 7, (it's 642, I would have never made it) I said no he Hurt me! She says o well you have to pay for services rendered. Wow really??! Even if you aren't happy and if they weren't rendered compemetly and hurt you??!!! Wow and this is a service that is suppose to be caring and healing??!!! NOT!! Run do NOT go here!!!!!

    Don’t listen to the bad review must have just been someone having a bad day bc this is the only joint we will be going to when we visit from out of town! It was easy walking in they took us back within 5 mins of checking in and the doc who was there he really knows his stuff and did a wonderful job adjusting the two of us even though some chiropractors are unable to adjust us but he really went above and beyond!     They say they take walk in I went in and asked about the $29 special they said it was only for new customers which I was. I had called a head they never told me I had to be in a hour ahead to fill.out paperwork. I got there at 4:15 and they close at 5. WOW so they dont take walk ins. I always go to Chro-Now never had this problem there. The Joint is A JOKE
