this was not for me nor what i was expecting. i used my new patient special because i had popped a rib out for a few weeks and i left there with it being so much worse. instead of checking the area i was in there for, i was met with slamming on it and around the affected area. i was already feeling a lot of pressure on every breath i was taking in and after leaving here i could barely breathe. it was kind of like a fast food chain of chiropractors. in and out within 15 mins which in my opinion should have taken longer as there was no one waiting and if it had taken longer, it would have showed they actually cared about helping my issue instead of just turning people over quickly. i will not be returning just to feel worse than when i came in.

This practice is the definition of unprofessionalism and has genuinely made me question their medical ethics. I was over-adjusted on multiple occasions, which ultimately resulted in a herniated disc. That alone should alarm any prospective patient. On top of that, the constant staff turnover is so extreme that there is zero continuity of care — a serious red flag in any medical environment and a strong indicator of deeper management issues (which, after being exposed to the manager’s attitude, is not surprising). The administrative negligence is just as bad as the clinical care. I requested cancellation of my subscription/membership in June 2025 due to an overseas move. When I briefly returned to Denver in October 2025 after a 10-hour long-haul flight, I came in once out of desperation, fully expecting to pay out of pocket — only to discover my subscription/membership had never been cancelled. I was reassured again that it would be handled and that I would be refunded from my original June request. Months later, well into the new year, my card was still being charged. After repeated attempts to resolve this calmly and amicably, I was told the cancellation “didn’t go through” because I hadn’t signed a form — a form that was never once mentioned during either cancellation attempt. That is not a patient error. That is an operational failure. It gets worse. When the manager (Lauren) finally called, I asked her to call me back a few minutes later. Instead, she sent a text message accusing me of being rude, issued only a partial refund, declared the matter closed, and has since refused to speak with me. I all understand that staff have been instructed to hang up on me if I called to address the issue. Being injured under their care is one thing. Being dismissed, blamed, and stonewalled while they continue charging me is another. Moral of the story: If a medical practice cannot handle basic patient safety, communication, and billing integrity — believe them. They are showing you exactly how little accountability exists behind the scenes. This is not a one-off mistake; it is how they operate and they will certainly prioritise profits over patients. Proceed with extreme caution.

If I don't come in for months and you can't charge my account for months why would you keep trying to take my money and contact me? Just put my account on hold, nobody has $90 to waste on a service they clearly aren't using. And don't quote the "agreement" that says you have to cancel in person. Those are predatory practices that your people don't even mention until after you're signed up, at least in my experience. Unfortunately I got injured and couldn't really do much for a few months and this place just turned into an annoyance.

While I’ve enjoyed the joint and this is the best location by far, I’ve unfortunately had to cancel service due to an unhelpful front desk staff that was unwilling to offer any solution whatsoever other than the apparent one of paying for a whole month of service in which I’m not going to be in town. No attempt to provide any solution to me was made, and I was rushed to fill out my cancelation form. Disappointing that her poor customer service means I have to find a new place to go.

My experience here is honestly the best thing ever, the staff and doctors are very welcoming, kind hearted, and helpful! First coming here i got it for me and my i felt very welcomed and got some help from the receptionist Madison talk me through the steps and both if the doctors are very passionate and professional they helped me with asking if anything was uncomfortable or what really bothered me! I was in pain and forced to sign the contract under duress. I was rushed to the back to see the doctor enforce the sign abruptly. This is a deceptive practice. And violate customer protection laws.

Went in out of desperation with the intent to stop after healed, but still going! I avoided chiro because the neck always made me nervous, but the doctors are very kind and reassuring. I have been a frequent customer of this location since 2023, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. During my last visit, I felt uncomfortable and was met with an aggressive and confrontational attitude, both in person and via email with Dr. Kate Amborski which she apologized for. I scheduled an appointment for a specific service (an adjustment), which I never received. I barely spent any time in the office that day, yet was met with Dr. Kate Amborski scolding me on how I need to come in more frequently and was charged $45 for a consultation fee. No service was rendered during my brief visit, and I never even sat in the treatment chair due to how uncomfortable I felt about her scolding me in front of patients watching. Despite this, I was charged for the appointment without any upfront explanation. After trying to clarify the charge with them, I received no response. It was only after I contacted my bank to dispute the charge that the company reached out to me via email and not even a phone call back. Overall, I felt disrespected and disregarded. It’s clear that this company is more interested in collecting fees than providing professional or courteous service. I’ve already escalated this matter to their corporate office and will continue to pursue my dispute. Avoid this place if you value professionalism and respect.

I have MS and pretty severe arthritis and fibromyalgia. I find VERY FEW Doctors that are knowledgeable about MS. On top of that ,one shoulder, and 2 knee replacements! Few Chiropractic doctors know how to take care of those! I was hardly able to walk into the office the first day and now I can get up by myself and have started to do my exercises and am able to mage to move around and shift my weight around! Both doctors here are fantastic but I do see Dr Kate mostly. She's firm but gentle and really knows ho manipulate those joints and muscles. I am a retired RN , 73 years old and finally able to sleep at night comfortablely! Thank you Joint Chiropractic! It feels like family after only a few adjustments!! I HIGHLY recommend them! Also, last but not least the receptionists are sweet and knowledgeable and so helpful!! AND I'm picky!!

Amazing staff. From the beginning to end this location takes the cake. From receptionist to doctor five stars. Very highly recommended to see dr. I've been patient for about 4 months now. And I love the Care provided by Kate and the other tall gentleman. Both have adjusted me and manage to help find my tension areas and adjust my hips shoulders neck and even my jaw. My jaw would pop every time I would open and close and Kate popped both sides which helped realign. She revealed I may be grinding my teeth at night and my Dentist confirmed this. I truly believe that an ongoing chiropractic plan is necessary for proper functioning of your nervous and blood flow to organs. The price is very reasonable for the 4 visits + additional for 10$ each. I love that it's so close to home I can be there and back in 25 minutes.

Just moved two blocks from this location...This experience started out amazing with Dr Kate and turned into a nightmare today with the other Dr (male - Alex?? Alec? Can't remember his name). I have injured ribs and instead of being gentle (as is in my record and as Dr Kate did), he tried to manually adjust my ribs and I jumped up and screamed in pain. He then proceeded to say I must have injured my rib (duh - I told them about my first injury in 2019) and that they just shouldn't touch that anymore (chiropractic in NYC and Pagosa Springs along with massage were the only things helping me manage the pain). Why don't doctors listen? Why don't they read notes? Why even bother to go to them? I say RUN FAR AWAY from this doctor. Kate was wonderful - but I canceled my membership as quickly as I joined yesterday as he was horrific. Didn't even apologize to me - no one did. You make a patient scream in pain and you won't even apologize? Now I get to be in major pain again from what he just did to me and I was just getting better in the past four weeks. If I could give a zero on here, I would. Oh...and tried to write a complaint to the corporate office...guess what? Their contact form DOESN'T WORK as you cannot choose the location. They don't want to hear from patients obviously. AWFUL...just AWFUL. Update: Just confirmed that ribs 7 & 8 are fractured. The pain wasn't getting any better so went to MD and they ordered xrays. I have called numerous times but no one from the location or corporate office has called me back. They literally broke two of my ribs when I asked them not to touch manually adjust my thoracic region and the notes in THEIR system said not to. There are many great options for chiropractic in Denver - this is NOT one of them.

As an active runner and biker, I've frequented several chiropractors over the past 15 years- I even worked for one. This place here is THE BEST. No bs, efficient, and genuine people. Edit 6/11/25: Apparently there has been a sudden complete turnover of staff and doctors. I am beyond disheartened by this. What a loss for The Joint and all the patients at Market Street. Dr. Kate and The Joint on Market St. have been a cornerstone in my life for injury recovery, pain management, and overall wellness. I came into the joint. It was a free day for customer appreciation. I signed in and did everything. I was told I was next with a male chiropractor. Got skipped, of course. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor and so was super nervous. I’ve seen videos on TikTok about people becoming paralyzed or having strokes from getting adjusted. I’m happy to say that my experience with the joint and with Dr. Alec was phenomenal! Not only is he super sweet and great at explaining the process, but he fixed my excruciating lower back pain! I walked out of there, feeling lighter, but still had some lower back pain, but by the end of the day it had completely subsided! I got a really good deal on there wellness plan, and I’m really glad that I gave this a shot

Dr. Kate is BY FAR the best chiropractor I’ve been to. She has been handling my back pain for the last few months and I’ve seen significant improvement compared to other chiropractors I’ve been to. Update again ? Still the most consistently good adjustments with the kindest staff around! New update: you can park out front for a short time without getting a ticket. I just put my flashers on to be safe. Best Joint ever! Update: Dr Alec is now here with Dr Kate and they are both amazing! Still my favorite Joint and favorite staff! Dr Kate and Dr Justin are the best! This is my favorite Joint to go to because the front desk staff is always so friendly and both Dr Kate and Dr Justin will take amazing care of you! They are two of the best around at giving you the adjustments you need. The only thing is parking is kinda a pain but it definitely doesn’t deter me from going to this location because the adjustments speak for themselves! Super thankful for the whole staff and experience and I look forward to my weekly visits cause I know I will feel so much better once I leave!

I cannot thank Dr. Kate and Dr. Justin enough. I went into The Joint desperate and in severe back pain from a previously herniated disc. Within a few visits I felt so much better and can tell when I go too long without an adjustment. I travel for work and go to these locations all over the country - this is one the best. Marley is really welcoming and knowledgeable and Kate obviously has a passion in this field. Came to Denver to see Eric Clapton. I’d been dealing with a knee issue for about a week and the day of the show, it got pretty bad, to the point that I thought I’d míos the show. Popped in to see Dr Kate and what a difference!!! Oh my gosh!!! I’m not back to my normal yet, but I am definitely walking better! She is amazing and I’m so lucky to have gotten in without waiting too long. I’ll Be able to enjoy the show, after all!!! Definitely recommend this clinic!!! Come and see them!!!

this was not for me nor what i was expecting. i used my new patient special because i had popped a rib out for a few weeks and i left there with it being so much worse. instead of checking the area i was in there for, i was met with slamming on it and around the affected area. i was already feeling a lot of pressure on every breath i was taking in and after leaving here i could barely breathe. it was kind of like a fast food chain of chiropractors. in and out within 15 mins which in my opinion should have taken longer as there was no one waiting and if it had taken longer, it would have showed they actually cared about helping my issue instead of just turning people over quickly. i will not be returning just to feel worse than when i came in.

I've been on The Joint's Wellness Plan for a over a year. I signed up when I was experiencing chronic pain in my neck and shoulder blades. This place is AWESOME! You can park and get adjusted in 10mins. It’s new and it smells really good in there! I had Dr. Kate for my first adjustment and I HAD to return! I have NO idea what magic she pulled off on the left side of my hip but I’m a whole new person. I had Dr. Justin for my second adjustment and my neck feels so good!! I can’t recommend this place enough! Super affordable and quick. I’m already looking forward to coming back and continue feeling this way. Dr. Kate said, even if your normal is 2 out of 10, why live with a 2 when you can have zero pain? Anyway, come check it out! You won’t regret it!
