Out of all the chiropractors employeed by the joint. I mean ALL, "dr" marc is the hands down the worst chiropractor on payroll. I have gone to over a dozen joints across the country AND adjusted since ?? I ?? was ?? an?? infant and he stood out as the worst chiro I've ever been adjusted by. Dude's attitude AND adjustment were just awful. I left feeling worse than I was walking in. Both mentally and physically.

The cancellation procedure and communication process were not the best experience I had with this location. I requested the cancellation before my plan renewal and they didn’t get back to until the following week and they did charge me for a month that I didn’t visit at all. I was told they I’ll request a refund and they will let me know whether they approve it or not. Nobody called me nor I got a refund.

Initial service was great. However the membership plan was explained to me in a way that sounded like an up front cost and then an additional charge any time I wanted to come in after the initial 3 months. Maybe I misunderstood or maybe it wasn’t explained the best. But now I’ve been trying to cancel my membership over the phone ($89 a month) but they seem to be living in prehistoric times and can’t send me the paperwork over email for me to cancel. They insist I come in but I can’t with my work schedule during their open hours. Now I’m stuck giving them money for a service I don’t use. Christina said she would call me back after she talked to someone and it’s been over a week since I’ve heard back.

I've been a member here since 2015! Just needed a quick adjustment on a Sunday and went to the only available clinic at Riverpoint Englewood. Ended up getting handed a bunch of paperwork supposedly to update my information even though it's been the same for the last 11 years. Got into some endless cycle of electronic forms. My wife was with me and they couldn't even figure out how to pull up the correct forms and wouldn't let us get an adjustment without the paperwork. This will be my last visit unfortunately and will be canceling my membership tomorrow because I apparently have to do it in person.

Dr. Jake was wonderful, patient, and kind. However, I was not able to get adjusted by him because they did not have a front desk staff. Dr. Jake had at least six patients waiting and he was the only one there doing everything. I had to call another franchise because my paperwork could not be found (they found it right away), they do not take key chain tags or phone numbers here. Cannot get setup for mobile without a code. Could not be found by my ID. I had to be turned away with ribs that need adjusted with my options to drive to Littleton or wait until tomorrow. I was highly disappointed (and physically pained) to not be adjusted due to the mismanagement of the facility. Again, Dr. Jake was great, I’m sure his adjustment would have been amazing as well.

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for over three years, and unfortunately, the experience has declined significantly. Lately, there’s only one doctor working each time I visit, which leads to 30–45 minute waits for a basic adjustment. The entire concept of this business is supposed to be quick, convenient relief — but if I have to wait nearly an hour every time, I might as well go to a traditional chiropractor’s office. If staffing has become this limited, especially on weekends, it signals deeper operational issues. Today I waited 35 minutes and had to leave without being seen, meaning I started a 12-hour workday still in pain. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staffing shortages — your loyal patients deserve better.

Okay, I wrote a review for The Joint in Highlands Ranch and said that Dr. Jeff was the best chiropractor I had ever worked with. I was not lying, but Dr. Brett, here in Englewood, is going to give you some real competition. I recently discovered this location because they are open Sundays when Highlands Ranch is closed. Today I walked in with very sore shoulders and lower back. Dr. Brett did two adjustments that I had never felt before. If it was a cartoon, you would have seen angels and heard that “Awhhh” you hear in heaven scenes with a halo above Dr. Brett. I’m not over exaggerating either. It was incredible. Thank you so much for the first steps to relieving a pain I’ve had for a long time but could not figure out how to begin relieving it. I’ve been through tons of doctors across the country and I feel The Joint, every location I’ve been to so far, have brought me more relief since I signed up last December of 2024, than I’ve ever gotten from anyone/practice in my lifetime. I hope I am able to express the level of gratitude I have for this company, their providers, and services they offer. This place truly cares about people feeling better. You don’t find that much now days in Board certified Physicians, surgeons, and specialists offices alike. I thank God for putting The Joint into my journey and all the wonderful people I’ve gotten to meet because of this establishment. I highly suggest Dr. Brett to anyone really! We all have skeletons and they all get out of wack at one point or another. I’d say $29 is a good bet to place on your health. The odds are greatly in the customer’s favor at these locations. It’s one of the few memberships I’ve ever had that I did not regret immediately.

I’ve been a paying member for some time, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite paying for a membership, sometimes I come in to use the services, I’m faced with long wait times—often over 30 minutes because I’m told they have new clients. . Even when I arrive before closing, I’m told they’re too busy to accommodate me, and asked to come back another day. It feels like they are unwilling to work with customers, even when they are the ones causing the inconvenience. On top of that, canceling the membership requires a month’s notice, which only adds to the frustration. It’s disappointing to feel stuck paying for a service that doesn’t deliver what it promises. If you’re considering becoming a member here, I’d recommend thinking twice.

My back had been bothering me for a few days & had hit the excruciating point Friday afternoon. Dr. Matt Reynolds used to treat me at a different clinic and he now works here. His adjustments have helped me with kyphosis, neck and upper back tension, and occasional headaches. He is gentle enough to never cause pain, soreness, or discomfort; yet firm enough to make things move when they need to. Dr. Reynolds is very friendly and will take the time to get to know you and your issues personally. I highly recommend him as a chiropractor.

It seems like I am not the only one who had a bad experience with the front desk gal. She seemed rather brash when I asked about getting an additional session since there was a major snowstorm this past Thursday, 3/14 to get an adjustment from my regular chiropractor because all their offices were closed. I called the Thornton office instead and explained the situation and the gal at this location added an additional visit since I had 4 visits on my wellness plan in which one was due to expire if I didn’t use it within the month. That is what customer service is about..maybe she @River point needs more training on this!

Receptionist and the Doctor were super helpful the whole way. As a new patient, I got in the next day, had a consultation and an adjustment in all less than an hour. I am a person who asks a lot of questions when it comes to health, and the doctor on staff that day was so patient, and reassured me that everything would be okay. I felt great after my adjustment. I don’t have insurance, and Joint was very affordable as far as a “treatment plan” goes. Never felt like I was being sold to or taken advantage of. I recommend the River Point office!

I went in with severe lower back pain- was hoping for some answers. Was told it was a muscle issue giving me sciatica, even though I had 0 sciatica symptoms. The Dr. continued to stretch my hip flexors when I told him it wasn't helping, or doing anything at all for me or my pain. He kept trying to adjust my spine when I was very clearly in pain which he was making worse by trying to 'crack'. Next day I went to urgent care where I found out I have severe scoliosis and am experiencing a flare up due to that. Never coming back to one of these locations. I left this office in more pain, frustrated and angry.

I came in for an adjustment with no pain and woke up the next morning not able to turn my neck. When I called them just now what I heard was that I still should sign up for a full package with them... or go to emergency room. When I said that I now need to pay for ER, the receptionist said "Yes, that's how the health care system is in this country. It's not free." Seriously? You are going to give me a lecture on the medical system and how I now need to pay out of my pocket for neck pain and not being able to turn my head when EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BEFORE I CAME IN??? This is unacceptable and I hope people read this review and decide if they want to be treated this way.

Been getting adjusted for over 20 years. Had a poor experience with a new Dr. at this location twice. First time thought might just be a fluke but after second time, very clear that the new female chiro they have here could probably barely crack my knuckles, let alone perform a very beneficial adjustment. I adjust easy and do so every time... until this new Dr. Now that is one thing (to deal with a Dr. who can't adjust me), however, in reaching out to inquire about a refund with the store manager, Brandon, I'm shocked at the lack of customer service skills he showed when reaching out. Very terse, clearly upset at my request for refund, interrupted me immediately when I tried explaining what happened, just telling me he credited me back and not to come back to that location! SAY WHAT?!?! There wasn't even a need to say that. All he did was make me want to dismiss The Joint all together with that approach. BUT, I know better. He is just a terrible manager who doesn't understand customer service, is clearly too busy for it, and deserves this review.

Went in today with pain in my neck & shoulders from working out a few days ago. The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. I had my first visit with Dr. Abby and I feel very pleased with my experience there. I used to work for a chiropractor a few years ago so it was nice seeing such a quick and efficient way to be seen as a new patient. The front desk was very moody and unprofessional. When I went back to the Chiro he asked for my paperwork since it had been a year since I’ve been in. I said no one gave me any and he acted like it was my fault so didn’t have paperwork. The front desk never gave it to me or said anything about it. The adjustment was mediocre. I’ve been adjusted since I was 6 and he barely did anything and could barely get what he did do to move. Will not be going back to this location.

Ariella at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I referred one of my employees over to that location to get adjusted as she had a current migraine and she walked in at 1:20pm. They close for breaks at 2pm and she needed to update her paperwork as it’s been over a year since she’s been there and there were 2 clients waiting in their lobby. She said it would take 20 minutes to fill out paperwork and 20 minutes for an adjustment and they didn’t have enough time to get her in, to come back! We literally work right across the parking lot from them and we have the same exact break times. Either way, she still had 40 minutes before lunch break and had plenty of time. We work in the medical field and we understand “new patients” and professionalism which this clinic clearly lacks that! I will be cancelling my my $80 monthly membership as I cannot support a business that treats people like this especially when they are already having a migraine. She already feels defeated and way to make her feel worse, Ariella!

I have been attending this location for over a year now. I have formed a nice report with Dr. DebRoy as well as the other doctors who work out of this specific facility. I have felt like a priority when concerning my specific health needs. The doctors listen to what is actually ailing me, and they adjust my body accordingly. They have always been gentle and they have never hurt me. I have noticed that different doctors use different techniques. Some will use the drop table while others assist with their bodies. The location is clean, and the receptionists are friendly. However, they seem to get upset if I forget my key tag when checking in. They are closed for lunch everyday, and sometimes there is a small wait to be seen. I appreciate these doctors and their part in my healing journey. I believe that chiropractic care, helped to save me.

They will get you signed up for a membership with offering extra incentives, such as free visits. However, NOBODY discloses that the paid visits don't roll over, like the free visits they offer. Turns out i lost 3 paid visits due to not being informed properly. They'll offer a $20 visit to make up for the $60 in visits i missed out on due to improper/lack of information. Not sure how I'm supposed to be happy with the company with losing out on money like that. You haven't trained front desk employees to care enough about the customer. I honestly feel bad for the qualified and helpful deficits in the back. Their business will always be affected by the subpar front desk staff

If you have consistent back problems long or short term. This is the best place to come in. 79 a month and come in 4 times within that month. Can’t really beat that. The woman at the front desk has much to learn!! I can't believe how rude she just was to me. DR. DEBROY is a god send! My back has been pretty consistently out of wack for a few years now (Mostly due to being hyper-flexive and loving yoga). I've been to several different chiropractors but my discomfort always persisted.. Until I started seeing Dr. Debroy on a regular basis! Every adjustment he's done gives me that feeling of relief that I've searched for over the years. He takes time to learn and work with my body to pinpoint my problematic areas, suggest at home strengthening methods, and always makes sure I'm feeling better than when I arrived. I am thankful to have found him and can confidently say he's the best chiropractor I've been to! 10/10

Dr Debroy (spelling may be wrong) is the best chiropractor I have had in over 10 years of lower back issues. He not only never misses an adjustment, he gives you a lot of information on how to actually start correcting the issues in your daily routines. Also is always friendly along with the receptionists, at the River point parkway location.

I'm only on my 6th visit, but the relief I felt was immediate. I'd been a daily slave to an Aleve routine, trying to stay ahead of the pain. After my first appointment, I noticed the pain receding. 3 weeks in, and I haven't needed any pain relief from pills. I go to the Joint Chiropractic in River Point where Dr. DebBroy works. In the past I have seen chiropractors that adjust you and send you on your way. Dr. DebBroy really does show he cares, is very knowledgeable and explains/demonstrates simple exercises I can do at home to help improve my injuries. He's also been consistently available and I am able to see him every time I drop-in for an adjustment, which is a huge plus for me! Him and the other staff are very friendly and I have very enjoyable and professional conversations with them.

Convenient and great overall care. I like the ease at which to make an appt and then the ease at which my pain or discomfort is assessed when I'm in my session. Although it may seem like a short session, since I have such a hectic schedule, the fifteen minutes is perfect. I leave there feeling 100% better.

Dr. DebRoy has been Amazing during my visits! From the first time I came in, which was in extreme pain, he treated me with genuine care. I appreciated how he took the time to talk me through the diagnosis and treatment so I could understand what was going on. I received immediate relief after one visit and felt improvements on every visit afterwards. Eugene and Genelle are also super friendly and welcoming at the front desk. They make the sign up process quick and painless, while keeping patients flowing in and out seamlessly. Even though appointments are quick, you definitely feel like Dr. DebRoy and staff are attentive, personable and that you’re not just being moved in and out quickly to meet quotas.

I called to schedule an appointment due to back soreness. I was seen the next day. I was impressed with the initial assessment and first adjustment. Dustin took time to show me how to eliminate movements to aid me in daily activities to help me in the healing process. I liked the proposed treatment plan and am hoping for a full recovery soon!!

ZERO STARS i visited this location twice and spoke to them on the phone twice. i have a very long story but i will shorten it due to the length limit of the review. here is what happened. HIPAA VIOLATIONS: -i was standing at the front desk and the receptionist and a man (owner or manager?) discussed a patient's plan while using first/last name, dob and phone number. as i am also a healthcare worker i was very uncomfortable that they really did not care i was a foot away from them. - after the chiropractor broke my neck on my initial visit, i tried calling to cancel and i requested a copy of my chart notes to be prepared so i may discuss further proper care with my doctor. i was refused. MISREPRESENTATION OF COST OF SERVICE - upon finishing my first visit the dr. told me he thinks i need to be seen once a week for 8 weeks (how convenient) i asked the front desk if i could pay for each appt. as they came (i get anxious being touched aggressively so i wanted to take it one step at a time) and was told no. i could do the 79 plan that would come out to 8 visits for 2 months i said i would like to pay in full today and she said my total was 108 i verified that this was for 2 months and paid. BILLING FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED -upon learning my neck was broken, i called to cancel my remaining services as i am physically unable to to use them at fault of the facility. no remorse that the guy broke my neck. i was told no and that i will be charged an additional 79 dollars for the next month too. i'm also not allowed to cancel any visits. i asked "so i'm basically paying you 200 for appointments i cant cancel or go to" and she replied "Its ACTUALLY only 187 dollars not 200" (i'm looking at paying hundreds of dollars for my neck and instead of asking what she can do to help she felt the need to correct me on 13 dollars) MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE -not only did i write down that i had suffered a broken neck yrs ago but i specifically told the dr. not to work on my neck as i am visiting for low back pain. he lays me face down. and says "i'm going to adjust your whole spine" and Rambo snaps my neck to the right. i am no wuss. i laid there not able to move my neck and cried. before i could even pull myself together, he snapped me the opposite direction. he hurt my lower back so badly i could only shuffle walk for 2 days. between the neck pain and back pain i couldn't bend over, couldn't dress myself, couldn't brush my hair, etc... after i was unable to finish my shift at the hospital i had an xray done of my neck. BROKEN. 4 hairline fractures. REFUSAL TO COMMUNICATE -After the staff refused to give me managements contact information, i reached out to the owner the only way i could, some wonky "how are we doing" email. and reached out to corporate (something i don't think i've ever done) i am so concerned about the violations that have happened in my short time knowing them i wanted to post my experience and let others know that if this has happened to you IT IS NOT OK. we in the medical field are supposed to be the helpers/healers not the problem!

I FORGOT MY KEYCARD IN MY TRUCK A COUPLE MILES AWAY AND WAS TOLD IF I DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM THAT I HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE. SEVERAL PEOPLE WENT INSIDE WHILE I WAS OUTDOORS WAITING AND WERE SEEN AND LEFT. I PAY $70 A MONTH FOR THIS COMPANY TO HELP TAKE CARE OF MY SPINE PROBLEMS. IF I EVER MAKE IT BACK UP THIS WAY IN THE FUTURE, I WON'T BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I went in recently for a bulging disc and some back/hip alignment issues. Both Dr Sande and Dr DebRoy did an awesome job. I could barely walk the first day due to the back pain, today I had my 6th appointment in the last week and and a half and I feel great. I can stand up straight, I can walk normally again and the pain is almost totally gone. Now it's just going to be periodical visits for maintaining a pain free posture. I highly recommend this location and their staff.

This is the 3rd time going to this location and 2nd Dr. and leaving with the same result I walked in with....a KINKED neck. I thought different Dr. this time I'll try it. The 3rd time has to be different then the last two visits.The new Dr. tells me to come back and we will get it then just as the previous two visits, but my neck needs fixing NOW. I will gladly drive the extra 15 min out of my way to get my neck popped elsewere.

I wish I could put negative stars for Alex Wolf, Mary Nyo or Ngo, the River Point facility, and The Joint as a company. I went in to receive my last (best decision) adjustment and Alex Wolf would not adjust me even though I paid for my service for the month. I have been going to The Joint for a while and I cancelled my membership due to finances, but still had multiple adjustments and one day left for my monthly services. He refused to adjust me, stating that he needed me to pay for the service before he could do anything. I still had that day to get adjusted before my monthly services terminated. This clearly shows what kind of person, clearly NOT a doctor, he is. He obviously does not care about people's health, just his paycheck. I would never suggest going to see ALEX WOLF who works at The Joint River Point. Mary Nyo or Ngo (she can't write clear) is also the worst front desk person I have encountered with a company. NO customer service whatsoever and she clearly does not know what is going on with the company because she kept saying "I don't know", rather than getting a resolution. She kept blaming other people for what had happened and seeing if she could find a "loophole" to the situation, even after she said I technically had one more day to use my services. She did not make sense AT ALL! She is extremely stand-offish and does NOT represent the company in a good manner. I DO NOT recommend going to this location or using this company! ALEX WOLF and MARY NYO or NGO made this one of the worst experiences I have encountered with a major company.

I have never been to a chiropractor before, but the pain in my back became unmanageable. Could barley get out of bed, put on my shoes, walk etc..NOW I AM A FULL BELIEVER. After my first visit with Dr. KERRY, the stabbing pain was gone. I just left my 4th visit and am almost back to 100 % health. Affordable and fast. Suzette at the front desk as well is great. Goes out of her way to make me feel valued and seems like she truly cares about their clients. I won't go anywhere else for adjustments because of her and dr. Kerry. Thanks!

They were closed for staffing issues and computer problems, but didn't change their message on their phone recording. I called, and the message said "we are busy with other clients," so I drove 20 minutes out of my way to find I chose the wrong location. I was not impressed with their current doctor, but needed an adjustment, so I went back. Then when I called to express my dissatisfaction, the lady was defensive and not at all apologetic. Avoid. This company's corporate office does not seem to care.

The doctor today was unable to help me with my back problem. To the cost of $39. I have not visited this office since December. But apparently I was considered an active member. Today, 8 months after my last visit which could been considered a first visit just for the sake of good will, will be the last time they will take my money. The way they operate is job security! They help you a little bit, so you will come back.

I canceled but still get charged for something i dont use or haven't over three months. Does that make sense to charge someone, even though they canceled. Called Corp and said they could do nothing. Cause it was an independent company.

I've had back issues for most of my adult life. I have a regular chiropractor, but when I had issues on a Friday afternoon, he wasn't open. My co-worker referred me to this location. I visited on Saturday morning in terrible pain. After filling out brief paperwork and standing for a few minutes (I couldn't sit and another customer was waiting who let me cut in line) I was seen. After laying on the table, the chiropractor/specialist talked to me as he evaluated. Before doing the adjustment, he was able to tell where I was having the issues and adjusted me in exactly the right spots. Total visit took about 15-20 minutes and I immediately felt better. It took one more visit about a week later, combined with cold therapy and I was back to normal!

horrible, went there for 18 months....never got any relief when i stopped going, they called me and i told them to cancell...no problem or so i though...no they say i owe for three months....NO SERVICES RENDERED... I guess they need my money more than i do SMH MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: Mrs Thrasher today (October 18, 2018) wrote negative review on Yelp and facebook which has nothing to do with chiropractic care. She has an issue with me not my staff. I plan to move forward with collections and taking Mrs Thrasher to court if she does not pay the balance owed of $147. Mrs Thrasher will find the court system that I have won all of my court cases and or collections efforts has been successful. Mrs Thrasher has 10 days to pay in full of $147 or I will move forward with collection efforts. She can mail a check to 4224 W Charleston Blvd #355, Las Vegas, NV 89102, pay in person or call to pay by phone with credit card. Please advise Mrs. Thrasher, I will no longer correspond by BBB anymore and my decision of $147 owe is DUE within 10 days. and THIS is how Vicki responds, I too work with the public and know when to relent if it is better for the business...loosing a good customer is far more important than $147.00 to 'the joint'

I've been going to The Joint at this location since they opened. Reasons I like The Joint: No appointments are necessary, so I can go when I need to, without a long wait. They don't try to sell me products I don't need. In fact, they only do adjustments - nothing else. Unlike some chiropractors I've seen in the past: No huge egos. Always a pleasant experience. The doctors listen to my complaints, and adjust what's needed. I'm healthier and my poor old body is mush more comfortable because of the great care they give.
