Justin did a great job. I was in a lot of pain this morning. My hard head didn't sign up for the monthly program. Unlike a lot of chiropractors Justin actually took his time even though I am inpatient. I highly recommend and I'll be back soon.

I don't have a particular preference on who I see because everybody has been wonderful. I went in not knowing how much it was going to help but I knew something was going on with my neck that was probably causing my vertigo. The staff here have been amazing I've been going here for about 2 months my vertigo has been gone for about a month and the headaches are next to none if your experiencing any sort of vertigo I recommend coming here or just getting chiropractic Care if you think it might be in your neck. So the joint Greeley was really good to me. The chiropractors are all kind and professional.The front desk person was really understanding of my situation and did what she could to solve my problem. My only issue is with the company it's self and it being a little shady with the membership. When you go in the initial first session is the cheep 30$ walk in price. But then they push on the membership ( which sounds great because you can essentially go in once a week for that 80$ membership. But the fine print tells you you have to agree to 2 months on that plan. Which means if you find yourself in a financial deficit they dont want you to quit a month in. And thats not great especially considering that first exam is not that comprehensive. Again if you just need someone to pop your back that at least knows something about your spine this one was great with great people. I just think the broad company could do better with some of thier financial policies.

I woke up Monday with a severe neck pain. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Riley was very patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. One of the things I like about the joint is how quickly they get ppl in and out AND Dr. Riley also gave me extra special care as I was nervous to be adjusted with so much pain. The wellness plan he suggested is definitely more bang for my buck so I will be back consistently! The exam room is shared so there’s no privacy there but I honestly didn’t even notice. Your needs become the priority when you’re on the table.

Your team was wonderful. They were very caring and concerned about my back pain however, I didn't get the results that I was hoping for only due to my back pain that I don't believe a chiropractic visit could fix. I have been going to the Joint now for about 5 years now and I can say that I have never really had a bad adjustment. I have pretty severe back issues so I prefer not to be adjusted by the females but it’s just been my experience that I don’t get the same adjustment that I need from the males. But as I said I don’t think I have ever got a bad adjustment. The staff is super friendly, for the most part you can be in and out relatively quick but still get great service with a smile and always leave feeling better leaving than you did walking in. The best part is no insurance needed, and it’s super affordable!!!

Looking for a good chiropractor? I cant help you. Looking for a PHENOMENAL chiropractor? I know the guy! His name is RILEY. He works at the GREELEY location ONLY on Fridays and Saturdays. He will assess your problem and eliminate it. By far the most knowledgeable chiropractor I have ever experienced! Kind and caring. Funny. Its an experience. You will NOT be treated like a number. He sent me with stretches to help when im at home. He cares, and you can tell. I go in the late afternoons as it seems to be less busy. You WILL NOT regret it, BELIEVE ME! I received the most amazing care and customer service at the Joint Chiropractic today. Justin took the time to explain everything to me and even adjusted me a few ways I havent been before. I stopped in with my daughter in random passing during their open house event today, and Dr. Riley Dreher made the entire experience truly special for both of us. I always go to this location, all the doctors are friendly and caring, especially when I am in the middle of an active lower back issue! Went in today for a maintenance adjustment and it happened to be their customer appreciation day so I felt extra valued and got in and out much quicker than I thought I would. The front desk girls are always so friendly and ready to help so that’s nice when they are who greet you when you walk in the front door! Appreciate y’all!

If I could negative this place I would!! I have NEVER been to a chiropractor before and wanted to get a consult on what if any help they could be immediately the lady sitting and tapping on here laptop looks up rolls her eyes and begins to tell me how they probably can’t help me. I then say ok then I’ll just go I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and she immediately changes her tone I’m sure realizing that I’m just going to leave. Says they can order other test. After telling me they have no one to help other than basic adjustments. Worst experience ever. I even made it known it was my first time EVER to a chiropractor. Not the place you want to be for a first time person at all!

The Joint has been a lifesaver for my entire family. My husband, my 3 month old daughter and I all come in to get adjusted. I am a long distance hiker and was having some back, hip and neck issues which of course made hiking more challenging. After a hiking trip this spring, I started going to The Joint in Greeley and was a bit skeptical chiropractic care would help in the long term. Even after a few visits, I felt so much better. As with anything you need to continue to go regularly for optimal results. All of the Doctors there are great but Dr. Michelle and Dr. Justin are amazing! Prices are reasonable and the environment is friendly, clean and quick. Some may not like the open service room as others can watch you get adjusted but it is a walk in clinic but it has never bothered me. Thank you for being masters of your craft and helping me feel better so I can enjoy the things I love to do!

I love the convenience! They're open a bit later into the evening and even open on weekends, so I can definitely fit in a visit on busy days. This is the first chiropractic office I have visited, and after reading a few articles online about chiropractic visits gone wrong, i was hesitant. I'm so glad I went. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk even walked me through what would happen on my first visit, so he helped set my mind at ease. I am a nurse, so the long days and hours on my feet can be taxing on my body. I felt so much better after my first visit. One of my better decisions to date. I signed up for the wellness plan, which in my case will be very useful. Definitely recommended going if you're looking for a chiropractic clinic!

This place is always so clean & the staff are all beyond friendly and welcoming. I sustained an injury doing jujitsu on my back two years ago - coming here for one month and working with Doctor Christina & Doctor Michelle has brought me more relief in one month than I’ve experienced with years of medication. Every doctor here is willing to adjust their touch depending on your preferences. I’ve always been nervous about having my neck cracked but it’s now become one of my favorite parts of my treatment. Not to mention it’s incredibly reasonably priced, fast, and convenient with the little scan code card you’re provided on appt number one. My job requires me on my feet for up to 12 hours a day at times, working with animals of all shapes and sizes. For the first time in a LONG time I feel comfortable while at work. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Quick, easy, no rushing. I enjoy the joint chiropractic due to the flexibility of when I can come in without the pressure of missing an exact appointment time and lengthy check in. Each Dr takes the time to review the previous visits notes to address discomfort, ensure there is improvement and talk you through what they are doing to help correct alignment. These people need to learn how to do basic things in order. Multiple people can come in after me and will be adjusted and go on their way before me. Of course places get busy, but that's not right. I shouldn't have to wait approx 45 minutes to get adjusted while others are coming and going in front of me. I can't wait to get out of Greeley where people's parents aren't related.

I tried to get Help here. The girl at the front would not help me at all. I am blind and in very much pain and ask repeatedly for help filling out paperwork and she would not assist me at all. After 25 minutes of trying to fill out things, I could not see I told her I needed to leave and go find someone who was helpful and left this place, I do not recommend this place at ALL. I would rate it a zero. I wasn’t asking for healthcare worker I was asking for some common courtesy, but here it’s not too common ..your excuses for not trying to help Customers is excusable like I said, I highly do not recommend this, place especially if you’re of the older generation, and you expect common courtesy. I wish you were so quick to help me as you were to reply to my review

The "adjustment" was just cracking and popping and nothing specific to me and my specific issue. Many areas were cracked that did not need to be. Luckily I kept my appintment with my experienced chiro for the next day who actually gave me a proper adjustment. This may work for people who have no chiropractic experience but not those who get regularly adjusted and are doing it for wellness/ preventative care.

We’ll I attempted to do a “walk in” as advertised. I walked in at 420pm I was immediately told that I wouldn’t be able to be helped today . I was told 3 times that it’s because they would be closing @5pm . I had a few question but kept getting interrupted and told “well yea we close at 5 pm” which I obviously knew since it was mentioned to me 3 times already . What I wanted to know was info so that in the future when needing an adjustment I would know when the walk in’s are no longer except to avoid this situation but the young lady seemed very eager to not offer a bit of helpful info as tho the business is in NO NEED OF NEW CLIENTS. Or maybe had a very important date at 5:01pm this day . On another note they seemed so busy one of the techs was in lobby’s view playing a little kick ball…

I am updating this review, because I failed to communicate with the people providing my care. After speaking with Dr. Michelle about my concerns, I was able to talk with the various doctors and set up a schedule to see the doctors that I am most comfortable seeing. 10/10 I would give this location 5 stars, however, it seems that several of the newer doctors are not vetted or providing the same level of care as the others. I went in today with a horrific migraine, saw who was working today and promptly left. They are friendly, but certain doctors do not take the time to know your body and work with you and it shows.

Doesn't seem like a very professional place won't be returning. Their equipment is faulty and the chiropractor just muscled me around as hard as she could. I came in with an inflamed lower back and now it's twice as bad plus they screwed up my neck. Been bedwritten for 3 days now. I'll be staying with my old chiropractor who knows what he is doing.

Very nice in front but after reading what the owner said to another person, I came in at 6:06 and asked for an adjustment because I work with children and every part of me hurts to the point of tears. Well I was turned away because they were closing soon which they close at 7, and the owner told another in the review section they stop taking new clients at 6:30 due to paperwork. This is just something I needed because it’s close and im on my way to my next destination. I don’t understand how they state policy when they don’t practice it. Sadly if you’re gonna show up an hour before closing don’t even bother. I really didn’t want to have to pay an arm and a leg just to feel relief. I hope the owner corrects this for future clients…

Love this place! We were seeing Dr.Jacob forever and always had a great adjustment. We were driving 35 minutes just to see him, vs other, closer, locations. He was out of town so we just went and saw Dr. Michelle this weekend and honestly it is one of the best adjustments I have ever had. I had had chronic shoulder pain triggered by certain activities and have gone all weekend now without a single twinge! Not to mention the neck and low back pain. I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Michelle again! To be honest it can be difficult to find providers that really understand specific needs. Dr. Jacob has been incredible in improving my life for the last several months and he has done an amazing job in finding Dr. Michelle who also understand some of the more delicate details of women’s bodies and the strain in certain areas and is actually able to move and align you. I have never been as impressed as I was walking out a few days ago. I almost hate to leave such a glowing review of this team as I imagine more people will go and I might have longer wait times!

I love Dr. Michelle, three weeks ago I woke up with some discomfort in my back the feeling turned in a week into unbearable pain in my hip, with full loss of function in my right leg. I was in so much pain!!! No prior symptoms or major incidents and here I am can not walk!!! I called half a dozen places and nobody could take me in in Friday morning without an appointment. I recall sitting in my car sobbing, after yet another place told me I can not come in. I cried because I was in pain and desperate to get any help. Weld chiropractor told me maybe Joint can help. I drove straight here, got signed up, it was quite quick and i got with Dr. Michelle, she was kind, listened well, spent at least half an hour with me. I came home feeling about the same, that night I honestly was quite sick and had to take some pain meds. The morning after my first adjustment 90% of all my symptoms was gone. Not kidding!!!!! That morning, I got in a car and left to my vacation in Cody. The same evening a day after my adjustment my body was 95% better. The next morning I left to go hiking and spent 12 hours hiking with no symptoms at all in Yellowstone. Came to hotel, took magnesium, hot bath, and slept like never before. Next day, I hiked for 14 hours! It has been 3 weeks. I have no symptoms and come here 2 times per week to maintain my body. I love the convenience and ease of the membership, it is simple to follow, affordable and I always feel better! Thank you. Saved my hip, and my vacation. Love you guys. Highly recommend. By the way, I figured I paid for two months, 11 visits, $190. Amazing value! This is my cousin in her first visit. She loved it too

Dr. Hall has been so amazing. I hurt my back about 2 weeks ago today. I couldn't sit, laydown, put my socks on, and move with out hurting. Would give zero stars if we could. Husband went in for one adjustment. He wasn't able to walk or get around for several weeks after, and ended up paying multiple medical bills as a result of the adjustment.We called and canceled everything with them, or so we thought. Had to call in again the next month to cancel the membership again after they pulled out the 79 dollars twice; two days apart. The lady we spoke to reassured us that everything would be taken care of. Chiropractor Hall even called to apologize to my husband. Well here we go again. We just recieved notice that they have yet again pulled 79 dollars from our account. This is beyond unprofessional. Cancel our membership and pay us back what you took!

I’ve always been scared to go to the chiropractor, because of a bad experience I had. My back had become so bad though that my husband told me to try it. I explained to Dr. Jacob Hall what had happened and that I really was hesitant about any adjustments. He was so patient and took his time and listened and explained exactly everything he was going to adjust and how he would adjust it. He came up with a solution that was perfect! And now My husband and I go to him on a weekly basis. I would recommend him to anyone.
