I have never seen a chiropractor in my life. I had a displacement due to TMJ disorder back in July 2024. I have Suffered a lot from pain due to the surgery and nothing was taking the pain away after I saw Samantha nothing hurts anymore. It was like a miracle. I recently went to a joint in the springs because we moved and will never be going back, and will drive an hour each way every week to go to this one! They’re so kind, caring, and are amazing at their jobs. I think I’ve taken them for granted for the last 2 years, because they’re so amazing and I assume everyone everywhere is like that but that’s just simply not the case. The guy in the springs used all of his weight to show he’s a manly man and actually hurt me and displaced my hip. The staff at this chiropractor would NEVER! Absolutely the best “The Joint” out there! My husband and I travel often so having a membership we can take with us is grand already! But this location, Greenwood Village, is the best experience by far! Dr DeMonico, Dr Funk and the rest of the Drs are so amazing! I am notorious for having rib issues, so we frequently come in and see Dr DeMonico for our wellness care and weekly educational conversations. Dr Funk has also been working on me for a few months and always gets me feeling like new too! Audrey at the front desk is so pleasant and a doll to see as we walk in. She already knows us, so it adds that extra touch of family focus we seek when it comes to our health. I had a bad experience a few weeks ago when I came to this location. I had visited one previous time and saw Dr Ryan DeMonico. I’m new to town and very cautious about getting neck adjustments and wanted to find a provider I am comfortable with. The first time I came to him, I was pleased with my adjustment and came back a second time and requested him as there were 2 providers working that day. Neither had any patients at that moment. He absolutely refused to do my adjustment and said I could see the other doctor. I told him I was more comfortable with him doing my adjustment. He said, no, you can see the other doctor. I told him I would wait if he needed me to. Again, he refused, no reason given. He was very rude and condescending with me…and for no good reason. I told him I didn’t want to see the other doctor and I would just go to another location. His just responded with ok go ahead. I’m not sure what the issue is with wanting to request a certain provider especially when neither had a patient at that moment. I’ve never had this issue at other joint locations. Unfortunately, now I have to drive to a much further location when I live only a half mile from this location and would be so much more convenient.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the conduct of the chiropractor at this location. I recently became a new member at The Joint Chiropractic, having signed up just two days ago. During my visit, the chiropractor briefly introduced himself but did not take the time to meaningfully listen to my concerns. Instead, he spoke at length about the definition of chiropractic care and referenced notes from my previous appointment. He then performed two adjustments — one on my neck and a figure-four adjustment on one side. Following the appointment, I began to feel discomfort and even suspected a shoulder injury during yoga this morning. When I attempted to discuss this with him, he refused to listen. After completing the two adjustments, he stated, “Okay, get up, I’m done with ya.” When I tried to mention my shoulder concern, he interrupted, saying, “I am not adjusting you anymore.” I calmly attempted to clarify, but he cut me off again, adding, “Yeah, well what I’m trying to say is I’m not adjusting you anymore. Maybe the other guy at your clinic can do more, but I’m not trying to have a battle here.” At no point did I raise my voice or act defensively. His dismissive and unprofessional behavior made the interaction extremely uncomfortable — both for myself and my wife, who was present. I am very disappointed by this experience, particularly as a new patient who had high expectations of care and professionalism from your clinic. I would appreciate a follow-up from management to discuss this matter further.

Being a PJ in the military for years has lead to back, spine, neck, hip, and alignment issues. Within my very first visit, I unquestionably noticed a huge difference. Mariam was quickly able to establish my sacrum was all out of whack, and after that visit my pain alone diminished at least 70%. Having only a few visits since, can definitively say that my sleep quality has absolutely improved from struggling to get 2-3hrs of sleep a night to now getting 6-7hrs consistently (which hasn't happened in almost a decade). Again, I suggest to see Mariam as she's the one that has made all the difference for me. Not to mention how ridiculously affordable this service is for just about anyone, I think with my military discount I pay a mind blowing $17.25 per visit, which still astounds me. Just know your body and we'll being are well worth it, commit to an initial visit and you'll see the value for yourself. *** 11/08/2025 - Audrey at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with a personal issue and I just wanted to make mention of how much I appreciate her.

I signed up for the wellness plan at this location today. For a first visit, it was short, impersonal, and rushed. Doc working today (male, I didn’t get his name) was also unnecessarily condescending and aggressive when my wife asked about her lingering shoulder pain after her first adjustment. Best to pass on this location and go to another, like the Lone Tree office.

I come here weekly and see Dr. Funk, and I can honestly say it’s made a world of difference. From the first visit I had with Dr Funk she really took time to understand my issue and the other treatment plans I had ongoing (PT, pain management, etc.) to create a treatment plan. Dr. Funk is so awesome. I have Kaiser, but their clinic is 3 weeks out for appointments. Not helpful when I've had a headache for 3 days. I looked for an alternative near me and found Joint. What a Godsend, really. I've been getting chiropractic care for 50+ years and Dr. Funk gave me the most thorough adjustment I've ever had, using a combination of manual and activator methods. I called before I went, but I could have just walked in. New patient questionnaire sent to my phone right there. Easy assessment, right into the adjustment. A different clinic near my house wanted $249 for the consultation and 1 adjustment. Yipes. Joint was $29 initial visit, or $19 for military with Dr. Funk - love that name. She's great! I'm very glad to have found this Joint location at Yosemite & Arapahoe. I've also seen Dr. Del Monaco a few times, and he's also great. Very strong, so he easily helped me when I had a sacrum issue that was giving me alot of pain. He does a sneak attack twsting my neck so I can't tense up. So funny. I always say to him that it was sneaky - but VERY effective. I need to do maintenance once a month so I don't have to go im 4 days in a row because Im hunched over in pain. I bought the package so it's actually the same price as Kaiser which has a 3 week waiting period. When I'm in pain, I want help right away. I'm very thankful for the Joint. All others I called wanted $90 for the first visit plus xrays. The Joint really saved me - and they saw me on the day I called. Love that! Met Dr. Morgan today and he's great, too. Very thorough. I'm a little sore from ongoing back/neck issues, so I asked him to use the activator on my neck. He did and it fixed me right up - no more headache. I truly appreciate being able to walk in when I'm in pain and be seen within just a few minutes. I think I've been adjusted by all the docs now and can tell you they are all excellent. You can feel good about coming to this location. You'll be seen quickly (I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes) and you'll feel much better than you did when you showed up. It's affordable - $29 for the first visit, no hidden fees, no $200 first time charge for xrays, etc I bought 10 visits and got 2 free during their Xmas promotion, so it ends up being $35 per visit. That's close to my co-pay at Kaiser, and I don't have to wait a week+ for an appointment. I can just walk in when I wake up with a headache or back pain and walk out feeling so much better. Thank you Dr. Funk, Dr. DeMonico (sorry I put Del like the steakhouse above), and Dr. Morgan for the excellent care youve given me. I even saw a sub one time and he was great too. He'd had a practice at Arapahoe & Colorado for 30+ years. These are skilled chiropractors who have all relieved my pain, which my husband appreciates because I'm cranky when I'm hurting!

Just went in to get a quick adjustment before I had to come back to work. I was greeted respectfully. One of the girls stated to me that she didn’t know if they would have time to see me because they had to go to lunch. She went back to as the doctor if I could still get on and they told her no. I was there a few minutes before they were going to lunch but the doors were still open and not locked. This is very bad service and I will never return to any Joint from here on out. I will go to a place that doesn’t kick people out because of “Lunch”.

I’ve been going to The Joint Chiropractor on Yosemite in Greenwood Village for about a year now, and I can’t say enough great things about Ryan and the other chiropractors there. They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their patients’ well-being. Even though I live about 30 minutes away, the quality of care is absolutely worth the drive every time. My son, who plays hockey, has also been seeing Ryan, and he won’t go to anyone else. Ryan takes the time to understand his needs as an athlete, and the results have been fantastic. I’ve been going here for several years and it’s the best thing I ever done for myself. 95% of the time I’m in and out I’m less then 5 minutes. My back has made such an improvement getting regular adjustments. I highly recommend it!!

This location started out great but has recently gone down hill for me. I've been going to the joint for years (like 7 years) and this location for 4 or 5 months. The last few visits the doctor had been great but the receptionist had been disappointing, constantly with the sales pitch and arguing with me about my reason to not sign up for the plan. The first time I told her no she asked why and I explained and she argued with me. The next time I came in she cornered as I was scanning in and told me she looked at my profile saying that my reason for not signing up was not true. This time the doctor argues with me about the care I need telling me that I'm just experiencing the same issue despite me telling him it's on the the opposite side, a different kind of pain, and a different part of the body. Then just say "Alright, just lay face down and I'll adjust but it's not gonna fix anything" does the adjustment then says "Alright, I guess I'll see you in another month when you have another problem." I go to pay and the receptionist says "I guess you just came in for a quick fix?" I say yes to which she responds "Well, we're not really a quick fix kind of place. So....i guess we will see you next time you need us." Overall just a bad experience and let's me know this office cares more about sales than it does about providing well meaning and accurate, helpful care. Will not be returning to this location.

I have had nothing but absolutely wonderful experiences at this location. The doctors are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I am prone to injury and chronic pain and each one of them has been able to work around a multitude of injuries to support the area around it, relieve the pain from compensation, and keep the injury from getting worse. Shoutout especially to Dr. Funk, who is fantastic at working with with hypermobility and unusual conditions, and goes above and beyond to find new techniques that will work with each individual patient. Dr. DeMonico is also wonderful, and it is immediately apparent that he cares deeply about his patients' wellbeing.

This was my first time at this location so I got the first time experience. However, I was not impressed. I didn't get fully aligned or cracked. The actual doctor did not acknowledge me, he did work on my best friend who had already been at a Joint Chiropractor. His colleague did talk me through the experience and find my trigger points however I feel the exact same way I felt when I walked in. I am still looking forward to experiencing and full adjustment in the future just not at this exact location.

This has been the most expensive adjustment yet. After getting my back adjusted after I pinched a nerve, the pain was still there and fairly strong, so that didn't help much. I tried to go in for 1 adjustment and was basically coerced into signing the contract. Was assured that it doesn't charge every month. After several days pass and the pain slowly dissapears, the contact doesn't. No call or reminder or email whatsoever about coming in and claiming my adjustments. 2 months pass and I check my statement for 2 charges of 90$. I call and ask to cancel the contract before incurring another payment and was not able to. At the end of the day, the experience was shady and very unpleasant, not to mention I felt cheated and played. Refunds are not available, even though they have a system that logs every visit, so the grand total was 180 for 1 visit. Shameful

I recently visited this chiropractic office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The doctor was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything going on with my spine, pain, and headaches. He showed me detailed diagrams and models, which gave me a much better understanding of how my back works and how it affects my daily life. He was super nice and got me adjusted—I felt so much better afterward. I know I’ll need a few more visits to feel 100%, but I’m confident that I’m in good hands.

I just recently started back up getting getting adjusted again after many years, and I happen to come to the location off of Yosemite. My first visit was with Ryan and at the front desk was Audrey, which both of them had great customer care. Not to me that sounds just generic like every other review, but Ryan, who is adjusting me Took the time to answer my questions and in great detail on a level that I could understand and I’m not a novice when it comes to getting adjustments I’ve been since I was 6 And he made sure I was relaxed, calm, breathing properly that way, I got the full benefit of the adjustment. Both the level of professionalism and quite frankly, they seem like they really gave a damn and at first I thought well it’s because I’m new, but I ended up going to two other locations. There were closer to me and I felt rushed. I felt like they were just kind of there and wanted to get everything out of the way and it happens that today on October 19th 2024 I was able to go back to the same location where Audrey and Ryan were and I was greeted very much like an old friend by Audrey and then Ryan, who ended up remembering me which has been over a month or two since I’ve been in and I was very impressed by that and I had a much better adjustment. He was relaxed because of him we were just talking and chatting like old friends. He was very thorough and to be quite frank. It felt like a very thorough adjustment. Only because I was able to relax breathe and he really felt like he took the time. He could’ve just been minutes, but it felt like he really Took his time and made sure that he answered all my questions and the end is the Yosemite location is out of my way by 30 minutes if not more depending on traffic, but I would rather come here and take a significant amount of travel time and efforts in my schedule to make sure I get here and really feel valued and knowing that i’m being taken care of as if I was family or treated as they want to be treated

So I’ve been going to the joint of and on for about 6 years now, and I have to say this particular location was a bit of a disappointment. I came in for a pain management adjustment just like I have for years and got some of the usual speal like I always do, the wellness plan that sort of think, but never before have I been treated like I was today. My chiropractor spoke over and treated me like a disobedient child when I told him I typically only go once a year. When i tried to tell him that I only went when I was in pain he acted visibly insulted to what I had to say. Then when I went up front and the front desk girl who up until that point had acted very typical, spoke to me in a condescending manner when I said I wasn’t interested in the wellness plan. This is not the experience I have come to expect from this organization, and to me it showed an astounding slip in professionalism and bedside manner. They get 3 stars because the speed was up to snuff and the adjustments were exactly what I needed. All that to say if they read this, keep your opinions to yourself they are not what I come there for.

First time visiting a chiropractor, everyone at the office was professional, very nice, and knowledgeable! Was in there today, chiro was great, receptionist literally wouldn't give my card back until I heard the sales pitch and should be fired for this! I said "no thank you" and she said "well we're still going to have a talk." I replied I'm in a rush and need to get back to work and she wouldn't give my card back and said "we're still going to have a little talk and we're going to do this every time you come in" while withholding my card. Honestly have never been SO creeped out about a sales pitch or had someone hold me ransom to hear about their plan. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed and wouldn't come back if it was free. Will be going to another location as I've been a member for years and never been subject to this sleezy tactic...gross. She should be fired!

The chiropractors genuinely want to help, although I don't like filling out paperwork every time I come in. The other location that's now closed got me in right away and I was out within 10 minutes at the most. I want to be in and out because I need a quick fix. So it depends if you want a full on appointment or if you're looking for a quick fix. This time the chiropractor told the front desk that I just came in for a quick fix and she was still trying to sell me packages. I said no, just like every other time (I come in 5 times a year?), and this time, she flat out says "why?", came off abrasive. Caught me off guard, I don't need to explain myself to why I'm saying no. It's my personal business/health and I don't need to explain why I'm saying no to the receptionist.

I was only adjusted on 1 body part and complained about several. After my appointment my shoulder hurt and now my whole right arm. Now I see why they are doing a 29$ special, they just want to get you in there but then make you keep coming back because if you don't you won't be able to move. That is a total scam! No other place have I been to that they only adjust 1 of my complaint areas! Obviously this is a chain and they are extremely greedy but really is sad to be deceitful and dishonest about your true intentions.

I have been going to the Joint off and on since it opened many years back. I've been attending the clinic in Denver at University Hills and I have tried many of their doctors all of them are good. However the one I like the most is Dan Carlucci. He really understands what's going on and the adjusts me in various ways that no other doctor has. For that reason I follow him to whatever Clinic he's going to. He's just that good!

This location has to be the best location in Denver. The doctors here actually do a Thorough job finding out what is actually wrong and trying to fix it. Receptionist was extremely polite. Dr. DeMonico is pure class. Highly recommend this location if you were having trouble in any other locations

They will make it easy for you to sign in and very hard for you to get out. I communicated I wanted to cancel my membership and they still went ahead and charged me. I requested a $89 refund after explaining and they denied it. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Popping your joints might provide you an instant relief but will not address the root of your issue. Use the money you would spend here to afford a GYM membership or Physical Therapy.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, and the office had a calming atmosphere.Marley at the desk is always so friendly and provides excellent vibes. Dr. Kate and Dr. Justin are thorough in explaining the treatment process and took the time to address all of my concerns. They both take the time to do a thorough treatment and always ask if they missed something. The treatment itself was effective, and I felt much better after just a few sessions. Actually awful. I wanted to get a massage on my birthday so I made an appointment for a chiropractor before. I know this is a walk-in clinic so I called a week ahead of time and explained the situation and asked if they would be able to do appointments for this day and they said they could, so they scheduled me and my boyfriend. Then, on the day of, I called to double check on the appointments only an hour before. They confirmed we were all set.. only to then be turned away in front of a room full of walk-ins…. unapologetically, on my birthday, with a smile on their face. Im actually shocked at how unprofessional and obviously disorganized they are, and will never be coming here again.

I used to really enjoy visiting this location but they hired a new DC who pushes their wellness packages really hard. I get that the packages are part of The Joint's sales model but this guy had the nerve to count, while another customer was there, how many single visits I've purchased in the past couple of months and then asked what I do for a living. What I do for a living and what I'm willing to pay for care is really none of his business. He also proceeded to enter into a debate with me about insurance after I mentioned that I wished The Joint would accept insurance. I like the convenience of The Joint but not sure I'll return to any locations. Just so sick of the sales push and there are too many other options for Chiropractic care.

I usually go to a different location.. I stopped into this one because it was close and convenient. I was impressed with everything about it! Everything was clean and open. The front desk was in incredibly kind and helpful. There was basically no wait. I went back to see the chiropractor and was impressed with him. He was so knowledgeable and immediately unlocked my elbow. I hobbled in due to a knee injury and walked out after my adjustment. He had a great personality. It was so great to laugh and joke while getting adjusted. I will definitely be back! Might even go out of my way to go to this location more often.

I have been skeptical in the past about chiropractic treatments trust me. It seems when I stop the treatments that I get severe pain in the lower back and down my leg! I’ve backed off the treatments once before and then nearly crawled into the Joint for help…desperate help! The last time was January 2025. I was in extreme pain experiencing lower back sciatica, type problems. I went in to see Dr. Ryan DeMonico and once again the pain was gone within a couple days!! I’ve come to accept that the chiropractic care that I receive from the Joint has to be long term as it is obviously beneficial! Sometimes the care and treatments seem minimal and very quick but it does work! I work in a job that requires that I carry heavy items around my waist for many hours during the day. The Chiropractic care that I receive Is extremely beneficial!

Excellent experience with Dr. Hill. Came in with lingering lower back injury that included pain restricted motion. Immediately after the work was done I had virtually all my mobility back, pain went down to almost nothing, and even had increased mobility in some aspects. I would recommend to anyone!

I have had a history of migraines for years about once a month. However recently I have been experiencing them more frequently as well as cluster headaches which are accompanied by pain in the back of the right side of my neck. Within the past two weeks I have had consistent neck pains and headaches at least once a day lasting anywhere for 20 minutes to 5 hours. Today I experienced the same yet my pain was the worst it’s even been. It became so unbearable that I googled chiropractic services near me and called the JOINT location off of Yosemite. They were happy to have me come in just an hour and a half before their closing time. I saw Dr. Ryan who immediately felt welcoming, understanding and supportive of my situation. He explained thoroughly what the adjustment was going to do and how it differed from cracking my neck myself as well as the affects that it has on the entire spinal cord. My pain before the appointment was at a 10 and after my adjustment I was shocked that my headache had gone away entirely. I waited for hours thinking that the pain and headache might come back as he said this was normal. But it did not. I plan on going back regularly and signed up for a two month membership with an insanely affordable price. Thank you so much Dr Ryan for relieving my pain today and making me aware that this is something that can be corrected and that I will not have to experience frequent migraines for the rest of my life.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Joint location. We were “treated” by Dr. Nelson on a Saturday around 3pm. We are usually treated regularly (and I mean weekly) at another location in Northern Colorado but found ourselves in south Denver for the weekend and wanted to be adjusted. There is a “story” behind this rating but to sum it up…Dr.Nelson was incredibly unfriendly and rude, spent 20 minutes typing up notes, implied that my boyfriend shouldn’t be treated (even though we were there for the 3rd adjustment since a recent non-auto accident), misspoke about Joint policy, refused to adjust certain areas and honestly was the shortest adjustment I have ever gotten that was a “cookie cutter” adjustment…no personal attention to what I need as an individual. We walked out feeling very upset at the customer service and conversation AND it wasn’t even a good adjustment. It was the epitome of what people complain about with businesses like The Joint.

I went to this location today, and I'm really glad I did. The front desk woman, Liz, she is great. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Nit to mention very pretty. Dr. Hill was great too. My neck was hurting pretty bad before my visit. Now it feels great. Definitely my favorite location.

Dr. Hill saw me at the end of the day. The doors were just about to be locked, but I scurried in having a tremendous amount of pain in my sciatica. Dr. Hill could have easily told me that he was closed. Instead, he adjusted me, sat down and chatted with me for nearly a half hour and gave me great advice. He is very caring and asked me a lot of questions. It's obvious that this man KNOWS his work and his profession. He has excellent manners and it's a no brainer that he is one of the best out there. The front office gal was very helpful and patient too, as I got lost going there (my first time) and she guided me in the right direction. Highly recommend Dr. Hill for chiropractic care. You can't get much better !!! My pain is almost gone , thanks to him.

He’s the best chiropractor I’ve experienced through the Joint locations in the nation. He was who I was hoping to find when I joined the wellness plan. Mixed review. I think their billing system is terrible so I give it one ⭐️. It used to be that you can use all four in a month. Now, their billing cycle doesn't start until the 6th of the month. There is NO flexibility. You can only use your adjustment during the specific dates, not before or after. Otherwise, you lose them or you have to pay $ for the "extra" visit. It's frustrating to say the least. The chiropractor adjustment is excellent! So 5 ⭐️for it. And I feel much better after I get adjusted. The receptionist is smart and friendly too. It's a great location and place other than the billing, which is a national policy to my understanding. Since I cannot figure out how to reply to your response then I'll add it to my review. I understand they don't roll over anymore. But you cannot use four in a month, anytime. You have to use one between the 6th-13th. And so on. Which also means if there are 31 or 28 days then you have to adjust the dates accordingly otherwise you lose your adjustment. I'm not talking about rolling it over into the next month. It's frustrating that it has to be used within certain dates in the month. It's too confusing and you always want to charge extra because I came to early or late by one day-again within the same month.

I had never been to a Chiropractor so I did not know what to expect / how it works etc. I thought I had sciatica but the incredible Dr. Miriam Hegler explained to me that it was Piriformis syndrome. I felt so much better after just three sessions. I kept on going twice a week until most of the kinks were under control. Life happens so when I skip a week I get a text asking if all is okay and if there is anything they can do / if I need assistance or help? Just a tidbit: while I was filling in forms prior to my first consult, a gentleman came in and said he was from Texas where he goes to The Joint Chiropractic but needed attention for something painful. The receptionist sent him right back and he came out three or four minutes later, profoundly thanking Dr. Miriam and saying how relieved he was. I was sold.

This place is a Joke. I saw Dr. Hegler. I am an avid runner and had some sciatic pain. My adjustment lasted 3 min 40 sec for $40. The doctor did not care one bit about my concerns. I asked her when i was done what i could do to prevent injury again and all she said was i had to give up running. So unprofessional. Awful bedside manner. They treat you like a dollar bill sign. You are better off going some where that bills your insurance so you get a real visit with a doctor that actually cares about your health. Dont waste your money here. Complete scam!!

Been coming to the Joint a few years. Today was my least favorite of all. It seemed as if both the front desk and chiropractor barely had a pulse. Also I think my adjustment took 3 minutes?! I’ve never had an adjustment end so briefly. I’ll update regarding my neck stiffness (my purpose for going) soon, as of right now I’m not feeling less pressure like I normally do. Disappointed because I only came to this location because of the reviews.

I was skeptical what type of service I’d receive or what the catch is with their $29 initial consultation and adjustment offer. When contacted to schedule of course I asked just that and was told nothing it’s not a membership rather a pay per session. I was also told there are a few forms to fill out, evaluation with chiropractor, and adjustment and it would take no more than 30 minutes from walk in to completion. Needless to say it’s a sales pitch to get you in the door and sign for a membership. The membership costs would be a good price had the “consultation & adjustment” from start to finish been the worst customer service and adjustment I’ve ever received! From the moment I walked in the receptionists attitude was completely unfriendly, dry, and more of being bothered. Absolutely no greeting, no smile, and her face scowling you dare have the audacity to request her assistance navigating the touch pad - which consists of flipping her finger making the screen scroll & plopping it back on counter. Its now 1:37 and I’m told 1:40 is the cut off time to “go back”, I should come back after 2:45pm. 1:42 pm Consultation- as I apologize for running so close and not wanting to cut their lunch short… the chiropractor cuts me off and says, “that’s why I’m rushing it”… And rush it she did! I’ve seen close to 8 chiropractors prior to her and this was the worst ever! Consultation & evaluation consisted of 3 questions, touching 4 areas, and pitching the need for ongoing services. She was no more welcoming than the receptionist. Far as the actual adjustment- pulled me so far over the edge of table to pop hips I jumped thinking I was gonna fall off. To top it off my hips- worst problem area did not pop. If it didn’t pop the first go it wasn’t attempted again. Neck is good, back got 3 whipping pops, hips 0. My entire consultation, adjustment & sales pitch after lasted under 10 minutes. First impressions are everything and I’m going to sign up and pay for this? Ummm No! I wouldn’t return if it was free! Would give - 5 stars but won’t allow

I have had decent care in the past. However, today I arrived at 10:20 and the door was locked. The office door and the website state they open at 10:00. I have called and left 2 messages and no one has returned my call. It is 3:30 and I still have not received the text. I understand the weather was bad today. Under the circumstances, perhaps the website should be updated and/or an outgoing message on the phone stating the late opening. At the very least, my phone call should have been returned.

I reached out to the Joint to set up an appointment. The Joint called me on 10/26 to schedule that appointment which was completed and scheduled for 10/27. When I arrived at the scheduled location and time there was a note saying the office was closed for the entire week due to renovations! Why are you scheduling appointments when your location is closed?! At least have the common courtesy to call and reschedule the appointment rather than have your potential clients take time out of their day, arrive on time and then be turned away.

My entire family - husband and two teenage boys - and I go to the Joint for weekly adjustments. Like brushing your teeth, you need to get snapped back into alignment in order to feel great. Even though there are two Joint clinics closer to our house, we all like the staff and doctor at this location. The entire team has been understanding and helpful during this COVID period, even though you have to make an appointment rather than just dropping in. Highly recommend this office.

This place is such a scam, I had told them I was not using the service anymore after the second month I was charged for membership when it wasn’t used. They told me that they would be happy to cancel my membership and not charge me any further. Somehow at that point all of the contact information that they were previously using was changed in their system and I never heard from them again. A month ago they pushed through 3 months of charges which caused me to default on my home loan due to a scheduled payment that couldn’t go through. When I called they can now email me a cancellation form that they “couldn’t” before although I had kept saying it was hard for me to get to their physical office to sign one in person due to my daughter being sick and working remotely. Bottom line, they cannot fix any of it or refund any charges, they feel completely justified charging me hundreds of dollars for a membership I once used in October. They must make a lot of money this way because I can’t imagine that they would stay in business otherwise, how many other chiropractors out there would keep charging their customers when they have clearly said they do not want to continue their membership?

I was denied coverage under my insurance for another provider that I had been going to for years... The Joint took me right in and got me into a treatment plan within about 90 minutes, which included intake and a thorough adjustment. The adjustment was excellent and about 1/2 the cost I was paying before!

Terribly managed. I will not be returning. The manager with purple hair who refused to tell me her name doesn’t have an ounce of customer service in her. I received an email from The Joint offering me several complimentary visits as an apology for a mistake they’d made with my credit card. I drove 20 minutes to redeem one of them and the manager aggressively stated she would not honor her employee’s email to me, stating her employee didn’t have the authority to offer this. I told her that was terrible customer service and she verbally assaulted me. HORRIBLE. That woman should be fired. I will never go back there. So unprofessional.

I went in to get an adjustment because I keep having these terrible headaches due to my neck being tight.. I am glad that I finally did, because not only is the Doctor really nice, I left feeling relief and he even showed me a couple of stretches I can do to help me. The girl at the front counter was also very sweet.. I will definitely be back!

Walked in, filled in the typical medical forms as expected when having your skeleton manipulated. Clean, Quiet, Maintained. Got backloaded for some regulars but was repaid with total focus by my chiropractor. Tables were different then I was used to but Dr. Q is legit. Thank you all sincerely and I’ll be back once a week!

When I was going there, I only needed chiropractic services once in a while, so I'd drop in once every few months or longer for an adjustment. The reason I stopped going was due to the aggressive 'salesman' approach the chiropractor took with me in trying to upsell me in to a 6 visit package. When I told him I wasn't interested all I got was attitude. Bad idea....haven't ever laid foot in there since.

When I joined , they told me I have to cancel the membership in writing and submitting a cancellation form. Every month the amount will be deducted. In my case it was 27th of every month. They informed me, even if I submit my cancellation before 27th, the amount for next month will still be charged in my card and I would get it as a refund. They havent told me that atleast two months I should be paying the membership. I cancelled within one month, and the staff told I would be getting the refund of the amount, which never happened. I went in person to the clinic and spoke to the staff there in August and she told she would get back, am yet to hear back from them.

They never told me that I had to cancel in person. I was told that my membership would run out after my two months was up. So... I've been billed since April and didn't even realize it. I can't believe I didn't see the bills on my card. Now I'm going to be in a billing dispute because of a policy that I wasn't made aware of. This is basically stealing and I WILL get reimbursed for this... You'd think someone would have called me because I wasn't there for 5 months. I guess it's OK to keep billing someone's credit card. Terrible company and the care was just "OK."

This past weekend my husband and I needed to get adjusted so we decided that due to time/transportation we would check out The Joint located in Greenwood Village. We have been clients of The Joint for almost a year and have yet to both find the right doctor (I have been in multiple car accidents and my husband is a combat vet, so finding someone who has the right combo of techniques to get us both adjusted properly has not been easy). Thankfully we found it with Dr Roberts as he was able to get us both back in alignment and feeling wonderful. We both agree this is going to be the location we now go to in order to see Dr Roberts. He is there Friday and Sat as he has two clinics he works at (the other is in Lakewood)

I had an emergency one random day and I stretched funny. I had stopped getting chiro treatments due to cost, but I knew I had to get help and treated due to what appeared to be a related sciatic issue on my lower back with shooting pains. The Joint came to the rescue and Dr. Larry was very thoughtful and careful with his assessment. He was very thorough with the assessment and was able to give me pointers as well as provide treatment that gave me quick and immediate relief. I'm very thankful for Dr. Larry and for The Joint for allowing me to get back into getting chiropractic treatments.

Overall the Joint has been a great experience for me. I've been to a couple of different locations, and this one in Greenwood Village has lived up to the Joint's overall great reputation.
