If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’ve been a member of The Joint for years, and I have never been treated the way I was treated at this location. When I first walked into the office, the woman at the front desk wearing glasses stared me up and down without greeting me or acknowledging my presence. I had to initiate the interaction myself after a long awkward moment of just standing at the desk. She then asked if I had been there before, and when I confirmed that I had, I asked if she could check me in. Her response was to roll her eyes, smack her lips, and say, “Okay, well, typically people give me their phone numbers first.” I responded that, “typically, customer service representatives greet customers when they walk in and ask for their phone numbers as part of the check-in process.” At that point, I decided I would rather take my business elsewhere because her attitude and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, she stated that she didn’t care and proceeded to smirk. What was especially disappointing was how dismissive and disrespectful she was toward a longtime member. No customer should have to initiate a basic greeting, deal with an employee’s attitude, or be laughed at for addressing unprofessional behavior. I also had concerns about what appeared to be an active herpes outbreak around the right corner of her mouth. Given that The Joint provides services involving close physical contact, I believe management should ensure that appropriate health and hygiene policies are followed and that employees are trained on any applicable precautions. I cannot determine the nature of the condition simply by looking at it, but the situation added to my discomfort during an already unpleasant interaction. This experience raises serious concerns about the quality of customer service and the standards of professionalism maintained at this location. I would expect a business that relies on repeat memberships to prioritize customer satisfaction, respectful communication, and appropriate health and hygiene practices. I left without receiving service, and I would seriously reconsider returning to this location. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, addresses the employee’s conduct, and ensures that other customers are not subjected to the same treatment.

When I first signed up for this location, I didn't even live nearby — I'd hurt my back and needed help immediately. I ended up going to a different, closer Joint location in Colorado instead for years after. When we relocated and I tried to cancel my membership, I was told I needed an in-person meeting, which obviously wasn't possible. It took multiple emails just to get approval to cancel over email — and during all of it, they charged my card again. That would've been fine if I could've used the credit at another Joint location, but they blocked my access. I asked for either a refund or to have my account unblocked so I could use the credit — either would've worked — and never heard back.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Dr. Giovanna at this location. I’ve been adjusted four times now, and she has really helped me. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to make sure I leave feeling better. The chiropractic care itself has been excellent, and I have no complaints about Dr. Giovanna. My frustration is with the office’s reliability. The Joint advertises that no appointment is necessary and that you can simply walk in. I live in Evergreen, so it’s about a 30-minute drive each way. Twice now I’ve driven all the way down only to be told that the chiropractor had to leave early or there was no doctor available, even though the sign on the door says they’re open until 7:00 p.m. I signed up for a treatment plan that recommended two visits per week for the first month and one visit per week for the following two months. I paid for the first month upfront with the expectation that the clinic would be available during its posted business hours. When the office closes early without notice, it makes it very difficult to follow the treatment plan that I committed to and paid for. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, but when you’re marketing a walk-in model, there needs to be better communication or coverage when a chiropractor isn’t available. A quick text message, phone call, or website update before patients make the drive would be appreciated. I simply hope the clinic improves its reliability and communication so patients can count on the posted hours and receive the care they’re paying for.

I’ve tried this location because it is close to my employer, but given that I only have a 30 minute lunch, waiting for 20 minutes to be seen isn’t ideal for my schedule. I usually don’t do reviews but I have to with this place.This place is awesome! Went in looking for help because my left shoulder blade and neck was really tight. After Just One visit and correction, I was able to move my neck again at worked a two days card show that following day. Today, I went back for my third correction and the doctor was Very attentive and followed up on my condition. Then proceeded to crack my upper left ribs and I feel like a new man. This is my first experience with chiropractic care. Dr. Jake interviewed me, explained his plan, and waited for my agreement before starting care. I felt relief after my first treatment. Follow up interviews and treatments with Dr. Alexi and Dr. Ivan reduced my pain and increased my strength and range of motion each visit. It’s clear how the three docs are collaborating to scaffold my treatment. Each have recommended specific exercises for a successful recovery.

Great location, excellent customer service, but I don’t like Dr. Walt’s dismissive, condescending, old-guy-who-looks-down-on-you attitude of “ACTUALLY, I know your body way better than you do.” If you have specific requests, he either smugly mocks them with a smirk, or ignores them altogether. God forbid you repeat the request after he completely ignores it, he’ll mock you for saying it again. (Maybe if you had any indication that you were listening to what I was saying, I wouldn’t have repeated it?) I told him the issue was my first rib, and he refused to even examine the region until I asked several times... and he insulted me for it! Come on, man. I know my body pretty well. I deal with chronic hypermobility, and that's the rib that always goes out of place. Why don't you believe me? It's humiliating to have to desperately beg someone to trust you on the most basic facts about own body, and then get mocked as a result. Anyhow, once he finally explored the region, he was SHOCKED that I was correct. Yeah doc, sometimes women who are younger than you actually know things! I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Anthony at this location, but Dr. Walt is a terribly rude dinosaur who should be replaced. I don't know if it's misogyny, an outdated attitude, an awful personality, or what, but no one deserves to be treated this way as a patient. Especially not someone in pain and discomfort. Lastly, it was completely bizarre that he claimed “It’s your liver that’s messed up” when feeling around my upper back. When I had seen him, I had literally only drank once within 2024, since I rarely drink at all. My liver is fine. My labs are pristine. It's osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease -- duh. You'd know this if you had listened to me for even just five seconds or took even the quickest glance at my records. What a quack. This man is doing your location a major disservice, and I'm in the process of cancelling my membership because of him. Please don't hire any more Dr. Walts (Dr. Wall? Either way). Please find more Dr. Anthonys. Thank you.

I came in with so many different issues and in one visit, I came out with the same issues but lessened significantly. Realistically, I know that years worth of damage to my neck and back will take a few months to completely recover from, but the team here is thorough and professional. They even emailed me suggestions for stretching techniques at home. I definitely did not want to go with a plan or membership before my appointment but when I had the adjustments done, I signed up for the wellness plan because it was so worth it. I haven't been able to get adjusted for the last few months because every time I go in, they have a new patient doing a consult and I don't have 30-40 minutes to wait. SCAM, beware of the auto billing. UPDATE: based on The Joint’s response. There was no “misunderstanding” on my end, however if you consistently feel the need to say so many of your customers misunderstand your plan, maybe your T’s & C’s are scammy. I was a customer for 10+ years. I was on the Military discounted plan and used my FSA benefits, HOWEVER was continually billed the incorrect amount and continually billed on my credit card (that they HAD to have “on file”) and NOT my medical card. Too bad that poor business practices outweigh the service received, I actually like my Chiro.

I have been trying to cancel my membership here since the end of November, which took a variety of phone calls and visits and then more phone calls. If you are lucky enough to get to this clinic there is a Dr. Anthony -Churguo is my best guess at last name.. but the guy is a jeti reiki master. One and done! I will never return to this location after my experience. This chiropractor is a bit of a rascal. I started my visit by introducing myself and describing the pain I was having. I got the feeling immediately that he was a little annoyed that I did not straight away lay down per his direction. It was important to me that I was able to describe why I was visiting him and what I had done to hurt myself. This unfortunately turned into me being criticized about how I described my pain in my hips. He made it painfully clear he was a professional and I had no idea what I was talking about. My symptoms were absolutely ignored. This guy then went on to the path of trying to tell me I needed to come in once or twice a week at minimum to get my body tuned up right. He then had the audacity to fabricate a story about notes in my file from my previous Chiropractic. He said the notes in my file say that I've been instructed to come in a couple times a week and thst I've be ignoring that advice. All I can think of is cuss words! This guy completely lied in the hopes to gain more business or was that some kind of ridiculous Jedi mind trick. This guy's whole motivation was to convince me to just simply come in more. Keep in mind we just met 3 minutes ago, he's not listening to me and now he's criticizing me. Now my SI's and sacrum are still out of alignment I'm more than a little bummed that I gave this clown my money. I'm caulking this one up to a learning experience and erasing this Joker from my memory. I'm now heading to another Joint up north to get treated by a chiropractor who actually listens to his clients.

Have been to Joint locations for the last several months and had some great work done. I recently moved and this location was the closest to my house. I went in, and the lady that adjusted my wife and I just didn't get it. Hands down the worst adjustment both of us have had, and we both have had chiropractic work done since we were kids. My neck was having no issues until she touched it. She hurt my wife in the adjustment. We got home and about 10 minutes after the visit, we headed to our old location, which was 30+ minutes across town promptly after our adjustment here. The joint seems like a crapes shoot as far as who you get, unless you find a specific doctor and go on their schedule. It has unfortunately taught my wife and I that we need to deny all adjustments from women, as we have been hurt or received lackluster results 100% of the time a woman does the job. I'd like to thank the doctor for her time. She was kind and courteous and was very soft spoken which brought about a certain amount of relaxation. However, we did not have our needs met.

I went there yesterday and someone adjusted my knee which makes it worse today. It's not a sore feeling, but a pain where i actually limping cause i cant walk and put a weight on it.

He’s intuitive and trained extremely well; he knows where to make adjustments targeting spots that get stuck and then he offers suggestions with exercises and movements that will help my weak spots get stronger. I had a little trouble finding the place as it was not actually in the mills. When I couldn't find it I called at 430, I was told not to come in but I went to see if I could ask the doctor cause I was in desperate need of help. Sat in the office filling out paperwork and then was told to leave. Compassion is not their strong suit. My only choice is to come back in the morning, I will update when I actually get some care.

Had a good experience on 4/10. Things seem to be improving. Doc took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Please don't keep changing doctors on us. What a joke!! If i could give zero stars I would. This place is the McDonald's of Chiropractic care--but with even worse customer service. I've been here before and wasn't super satisfied the last time so I thought I'd try another doctor. I don't get why they even book appointments at this place. I had a 10am appointment and was the first person in the building. I sat there as walk-in after walk-in was brought back. They had 3 people also booked at 10 am, who showed up after me, that they also allowed to go before me. Plus the colorful language shared with one of the patients where the patient and the doc were both saying "F" this and "F" that was just another put off. But, I was in pain so I waited. I made the appointment because I am swamped at work and needed to be in and out within the hour. It wasn't looking good for me to do that. I was "next" after 30 minutes, and yet another walk-in came in that they allowed to be seen before me! As the doctor was taking her back, he said that he would get me next. I promptly told him never mind because I am leaving, to which he imperviously replied, "OK" with a serious attitude. Worst customer service ever. Way to run a business. I guess when you turn and burn 40 patients in an hour at $40+ a pop you don't really care if one patient walks out on your terrible customer service. But if you ARE that One patient--I bet you will care. You'd do yourself a favor to go elsewhere.

Last year after much hesitation I thought I’d try this place out while they were offering a promotion. I’ve been to chiropractors all my life, I even had one completely cure my migraines. After denying their pushy and expensive subscription my neck has begin to pop and painfully “lock up”. It started two days after I went in and has been going on now for an entire year. I regret going in and wish I would have listened to my gut and not gone. Now I either need to spend money I don’t have to fix this issue or live with it for who knows how long.

The adjustments are helpful and there is one particular chiropractor there who is very knowledgeable and caring, but the pricing plans at this place are the most manipulative I have encountered in a long time and they are not willing to work with you for almost any reason. You get locked into the plans for a certain amount of time, and I'm sure whoever dreamt this up knows that the amount of time you're locked into the plan generally results in you overpaying for services, or just paying for something you don't use at all. Don't fall for it. I did. Twice.

It's a real mixed bag with this company. I've been going here on and off for about a year. The majority of the chiropractors are good, not all. The issue I have with this company is the lack of consistency. On today's visit the person in front of me had at least 25 minutes of time with the chiro, there was only one person on duty and I couldn't wait any longer so I left and came back. It sounded like a very thorough first visit for that person. I mistakenly assumed I'd get the same attention, I didn't. I wasn't even asked what brought me in (sciatica). Full disclosure I used to subscribe to the joint on a monthly basis so maybe I don't seem as important. My treatment lasted maybe 3 minutes, at 40$ that doesn't seem like a great value. Maybe it's only important to garner those subscriptions for more money. I'm a bit skeptical that I'll feel better but the guy I saw has helped me in the past so theres that. Keep in mind if you subscribe and you need to cancel you have to go back to the location you signed up at and cancel in person. That is the reason I'd never subscribe again, this company does not seem to care about its patrons, only the cash matters. If you are in pain I'd suggest you find a place that will give you a treatment plan and not just treat you like a dollar sign. Thanks for responding but you didn't provide where/how to do so.

Very misleading when offering you to prepay for sessions. I was offered 4 sessions for $70 and told to sign for them. Absolutely no mention that my financial information would be saved on file and auto charge me every month. When initially seeking reimbursement for services not received and of charges not approved my question was being talked around before mentioning that there would be no way to refund it. They confirmed again, no way to refund it. Go in to cancel the awful charges and they say they can talk to their supervisor, I'm given no name, contact info, or time frame they will contact me in. I asked for copies of all paperwork involved with me and then I make a phone call to my boyfriend. I get off the phone after a few minutes and then the receptionist gets a call and, slams down the phone and leaves. Never came back in. The supervisor calls me, is apparently the owner now. I confirmed with them more than once that said he owns all of joint chiropractic. Then he said he doesnt, just the one when I tried to understand why he couldn't override his own policies. Multiple times tells me no possible way to refund, ask him if I need to sue to get my money. Vague response. Lots of back and forth until finally telling him I am suing and he refunds me 1 of the unapproved charges. I tell him that before calling me that I see several other people have had this issue with them. He doesnt care. Get off the phone and the receptionist still isnt there. Still waiting on my paperwork and to cancel the recurring charges. The dr had to come do it. Absolutely awful

Went in today for a shoulder/neck adjustment. The adjustment was fine. I felt the doctor and the receptionist were way too pushy about signing up for a plan or package. The doctor spent a long time trying to sell me care packages before he adjusted me, knowing that I was in considerable pain. That caused me to lose trust in him and to think that’s all he cared about. I did not feel listened to at all. Then upon checking out, way more pressure and questioning about the care packages. I fully understand that they have to make money, but when my health is involved, the last thing I want is to feel, is like I’m being sold a used car.

Remember if you need to cancel your membership they will still charge you even if you are out of town and cannot physically walk in the door to do so.. I did finally get there but the rude lady said I was 3 days late to cancel. I told her I was not even in town and could not walk in the door. I called in to cancel but she told me to basically f off. My 14 yr old tweaked his back playing basketball, and our normal chiros were out of town over July 4th weekend. We found The Joint @ The Mills, open on a Sunday until 5pm! Dr. Andrew was fantastic and actually saw him twice, once in-between games and again after his last game! Isolated the issue and made the adjustments, should be a new kid today ??? Great Doc and highly recommend this location!
