I've been coming to you guys for several years. Just happened to notice your building. Go up in long amount years ago. And have been going ever since even went to the branches and Colorado Springs. When I lived out there for 4 or 5 years. I have been going to this location for several years now. I have seen a-lot of turn over and burn out from their staff. Makes me question, why can’t they maintain consistent staff? Dr. Natasha was the most constant — and good. Big loss of The Joint maintaining talented knowledgeable doctors. Poor technique and rushed adjustment. She didn't apply suitable force and didn't have my body properly positioned. There was no manual massage, just useless hammering with the activator. She failed to achieve adequate movement, and I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in. Other chiropractors have recently been able to give me great adjustments, but I was hoping to save money by going to The Joint. I'd say you get what you pay for, but that adjustment wasn't worth a penny. In fact, it made things worse. The treatment I received at The Joint in Longmont was awful, and I won't go back.

I have been a member of The Joint for 4 years and go to your locations all over the country because of my travel schedule. I have had some great doctors and so doctors that were good but just didn’t get the adjustment that worked for me. Update: I am leaving my original post below because it remains relevant, however I decided to chang my review from 1 to 5 stars. The Longmont Joint did follow up on my original experience and did everything they could to make it right. I gave them a second chance and Dr Natasha did an amazing job. Very thorough, and great results. She used multiple techniques to treat areas that were still sensitive to get the results without forcing and making it worse. Great job!!! ? Original post: Horrible experience! When I tried to explain to Dr Jeff that I was having sharp pains in my lower back, he completely ignored me (wouldn't even make eye contact), and just told me to lay down face first on the table. He then did his own assessment (which is normally fine) but he didn't even check the area where I was having trouble. He started making adjustments that caused excruciating pain. I finally stopped him and asked if he could look at the area I had told him about. He just shrugged me off and said he had been doing this for 30 some years and I would just need to ice it and "let my body heal itself". It was clear he wasn't going to offer any further help. So I left. The entire time I was there, I felt like an annoyance to him rather than a patient. Thankfully I was able to make it to the Loveland location at the end of the day. The staff Dr there tried an amazing approach... Listening!!! In a few minutes he was starting to get my back to loosen up again. Experience in Loveland... FANTASTIC!!! Experience in Longmont... Worst I've ever had! Will NOT return to that location!

I had a great experience with Joint Chiropractic. They were able to get me in right away. I was experiencing neck pain, which was causing nausea. He made the needed adjustments, and within a few minutes the nausea was completely gone.

Dr. Jeff was amazing and very welcoming my first visit. He gave me reassurance that the pain I was experiencing was valid and went through the causes and what it would take to get back where I feel pain free. Staff is nice. Clean environment. No physical forms used an iPad to sign documents which was nice. They give you a scan card to use from every appointment onward which is another plus. As long as you follow their instructions and recommendations you’re good to go.

Walked in on a Sunday with severe pain from a car accident I was in. The doctor was very helpful and walked me through the nerves as I had never done this intense of a therapy before. I went to the Longmont joint chiropractor once. I continued to go to The Loveland one which I loved. When I had an issue with anything Longmont never got a call back. I was stuck with to deal with when it came to paying my bill. I requested to move to the Loveland joint chiropractor because they did a great job and they had enough staff. The Longmont doesn't have enough staff to do a good job. Unfortunately, you cannot call anyone to deal with this problem above any of the locations. The joint chiropractic only allows you to stay with who you signed up with. Even if You pay your bills on time and are a great customer. I stayed with the Loveland for well over a year. Loveland never got to get my payment nor could I switch it over to them. I finally had enough with the Longmont location. I decided just to stop going with any location. I'm hoping to find a good chiropractor that is not related to the joint chiropractic. I didn't have a choice of who I pay once I sign up. So, if Longmont is doing a bad job out taking care of customer service, I'll have to stop services with them anyway. I hope they start allowing the customer to choose where they're going to pay. Even if they try to make it a little bit more respectful of the one you signed up with.

I've been a patient of the joint in various locations going on 10 years. I needed an adjustment, and figured I would stop in this location since I was in the area. Well I generally go to either arvada, broomfield, or boulder, I have actually gone to joints in other areas of Denver Metro and the US without issues. They all have copies of your previous visits. Apparently this one decided that I have to fill out all new intake forms. What? Absolutely ridiculous they want me to spend 30 minutes filling out paperwork for a 3 minute adjustment. When I noted that I had gone to other locations with no issues, he then literally slammed every other location and said that if I wasn't being required to fill up paperwork they were doing their jobs. So not only unprofessionalism about making you fill out new paperwork despite being an established patient, but also bad-mouthing the other franchises? Ridiculous.

Good people. I came in way out of whack after throwing out my low back. They got me right in, did their best, I should have waited until after some muscle relaxer therapy as my muscles were seized and spasmodic. I recommend for low cost chiropractic therapy.

Dr Natasha is a spectacular chiropractor. SHe has oitstamding ability to not only address the skelatal and structural issues but also the muscles that support the body. She can test for and feel the tender spots and provide treatment for them rather than relying on me to tell the Dr what to do. Dr Natasha is a master at being thorough. I leave with a full body treatment i can't recommend her more highly. Having easily been to over 30 in my life (over 15 at the Joint), she's the best I've ever seen. Make sure she gets a raise!.

I've been adjusted at this location a few times now and am quite happy with Dr. Shimer. I'm unhappy, however, with the gals who work at the front desk. None of them are really paying attention to the clients coming in for adjustments. On one occasion, the girl barely noticed me as she was playing with her phone. Another is usually too busy with paperwork. This is the only location I have experienced this, and besides Boulder, I visit The Joint in three other states. In all other locations, the girls have been very friendly and helpful.

My back pain had me so uncomfortable all day, all night. It became to a point where during the night I was ready to rush to the ER. There was no getting comfortable, no secret position to sleep in , I honestly felt depressed about it. I didn't know what to do. I had never seen a chiropractor before but I had to do something. So I went on a limb and went to this place, not knowing what the problem was. After my very first session I stood up and literally had to hold in my tears. The pressure and pain had literally went from a 10 to a 5- 6 .Now if you know anything about back pain you'll understand just how much relief that actually is. I had to hug that doc cause he managed to make life bearable again. I honestly can't wait to go back, I know he will eliminate my back pain. I really liked the chiropractors here but the plan was aggressive and overpriced. I cancelled and they kept charging me for three months - now almost a month later I still have no refund of the charges they made. The front desk is very patronizing - and only says they will email a manager that never calls you - or gives you a customer care line with a recorded response - buyer beware - don’t buy the plan!

UPDATE: the owner has responded to my review which I greatly appreciate. The biggest complaint that I had was not addressed as the chiropractor who worked on me conducted assessments that were not related to what I asked for and based treatment plans sales recommendations from these assessments. The other issue that was not addressed was why were three patients in a row getting the same assessment and the same sales line for all three were used? Again I appreciate your response but you are not addressing the issue or the complaints that I have. The guy who is the Doctor now is awful. The prwvious Doctors have been great. He is a used car salesman. I told him what I wanted adjusted and he started to ask me to keep moving up the chair until half my back was off of it. He had me reaching above me and when I asked why I was doing this he said he was checking my neck muscles and upper back muscles. Oh yeah I am a personnel trainer. Surpise. I understand how to correct muscle imbalances. He told me my muscles were weak and I need to get a package to see him weekly. Seriously I am not.even done with my adjustment and he us already trying to upsell me. Besides not doing what I asked he used tbis same test and sales pitch on the obviously not in shape lady in front me. I hung out and waited to pay my bill and guess what, same exact sales pitch on the person he was now treating. This guy is one step away from a law suit. Dangerous, greedy and not professional......

I've been going here for several years and just cancelled my membership. You get what you pay for. On paper, it's a great deal, but in reality, you WILL walk in to hour wait times, or be turned away completely. They only have one doctor at this location and it becomes easily overrun. The doctors are all competent, but the company has gotten too big too fast. The last straw was when I had billing questions, and the Longmont folks weren't answering my questions correctly and I then tried to contact the main customer service , and three times doing that (phone, contact form and email) - all three were ignored. I did have a lot better luck and service at the Boulder location though, at least they have 2-3 docs working, so if you're gonna do it, think about sticking with Boulder. I am now going to a place that accepts appointments. A little more expensive but time is money, and I am not wasting time like I was here, unfortunately. UPDATE - I appreciate your reply - however, it took me doing a review to get a response. The clinic was not able to answer my billing questions so where else am I supposed to go if they can't resolve it? You guys charged me for my "return month" when I did my freeze, and since then I have cancelled, and I still have not received a refund for that 'return month' - I don't know when that is supposed to happen, and I can't get the question answered. I cancelled on Aug 19, and still no return of that 'return month' charge you guys do. When I did speak to the front desk person a few months ago, she really seemed to have little idea of how this whole process goes. There seems to be little support by your company if the local clinic is not solving an issue or answering questions. Please advise.

Don't go here, if you do, at least do not pay for treatments in a package or bundle. They stole all my credit because it had "expired" after making it difficult to walk in and see anyone, not being open for a month, and after calling them up to find out my credits had all "expired" they apologize for how I feel about it. Wow, that's what abusers do when they know they are wrong. I'll never do business with The Joint again in my lifetime.

I have such a hard time with this location. They are always revolving Dr.s. Up until now I really haven't had much issues with anyone but the current one I loathe. I don't want to go back but I like the convenience. Trying to figure what days he is not there so I don't feel so uncomfortable. I understand that this business is all about selling memberships but when tell them I can't and why his whole personality changes and then he stops the adjustments. I really enjoy this location and have had both great and poor care there. It is hard to beat the price which inspires frequency and regularity of treatment. This makes a difference in maintaining alignment, however, BE CAREFUL...I recommend interviewing your chiropractor and or watching him/her adjust another person before allowing them to work on you. Remember it is your body, so if you feel you need gentle care, say so. These chiropractors will listen to you.

Dr. Homer Wall is unbelievably skilled at adjusting!! It's very rare be able to walk in same day to a practice and get someone who knows what they're doing. He did muscle testing on me throughout the adjustment to see where my body needed to be adjusted as well as adjusted my neck beautifully!!! I'm very-very impressed!!! Shae helped me at the front and was very kind a didn't push me to sign up for their packages which I greatly appreciate. So often I feel high pressure sales whenever I'm not in the "plan", and today I didn't feel that way at all. She offered the package and then moved on when I declined. Overall best experience I've had at a joint, especially this joint location.

Look, this place is a mill, a spine cracking mill. In and out in 5 minutes kind of place. That being said, I understand how this place operates. They want to get you on the "wellness" plan at $89 a month for a 2 month minimum, with 4 visits a month. Do the math, it's pretty reasonable. It's more than reasonable. But remember, it's a mill. They need to be able to see a maximum number of clients every day to be profitable, so again, I understand. I go to cancel my membership after 1month and 3 weeks and am told I have 1 more visit to use before the 21st of the month . Maybe it was me just not paying attention to the "before" part. But if my membership ends "before the 21st" maybe they should just say the 20th. That being said, I go on the 21st and get "your no longer a client". Overall, not really happy with the quick in and out mentality of the place, and really not happy about being late 1 day and not being seen.

This is such a terrible office. Just saw a dr on a Friday who informed me I did not try to raise my leg. My daughter, who does not live in CO, is 4th generation Chiropractor. I have been adjusted for all my life. This Joint is a joke. I will not be a part of the office.

I have been going to this clinic since they opened a few years ago. Dr. Shimer was my doctor for a couple years. When she left, the place fell apart, care was inconsistent, and some of the new doctors actually hurt me. However, they have Dr. Becky and she is fantastic. My husband hurt his back and after one treatment he was able to stand straight. So, they get 5 stars from me now. The Joint has a great concept, the drawback is whether the current chiropractor is good. There's no doubt this site struggled after Dr. Shimer left, but I believe they are back on track with Dr. Becky.

Rebecca is my new hero. I have been suffering from increasingly terrible pain in my chest and middle back throughout my pregnancy. I saw a chiro in Loveland in December and it was not effective. I felt relief after my first visit with Rebecca at The Joint; so now I have purchased their wellness plan and intend to go weekly throughout my pregnancy and for a month or two postpartum to help my body stay aligned. Rebecca was knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal changes pregnancy works on the body and how to help prep for delivery. Highly recommended.

The customer service at this location (primarily the manager) is disgusting. My wife and I both had memberships and cancelled in person due to moving away. Signed their cancellation form and all with no issues. My last visit was October 19th 2022. The $79 membership fee has been coming out of a mutual account with my spouse that we don’t closely monitor. I happen to catch 12 consecutive withdraws for the monthly membership AFTER cancellation. I’ve been calling for three weeks and finally got a response from the rude manger and she simply said sorry we don’t have any record of you ever cancelling. Offered two months refund a 20 pack of “free” adjustments. What a joke, not to mention she hung up on me because she feels she’s going above and beyond. Gross business tactics.

Dr. Monroe is by far the BEST chiropractor I’ve ever been to! And I’ve had several over the years. I’m in Colorado for three months and needed to find help. I looked him up and I got a good feeling from his bio, so I went to The Joint where he works. Lower back pain and issues, along with jaw problems that I’ve had for years almost gone in the 2 1/2 months that I’ve been seeing him. What got me in to see him originally in July was I popped a few ribs, couldn’t barely move from pain, and he took care of that!! He is filled with knowledge and has helped me beyond measure.

**Edited:3/5/20 Ugine called me and was everything a manager should be, polite, promt, understanding and very help full! After requesting a manager to call me after Crassa was unhelpful "passing on the message" Ugine called and made everything right. He acknowledged that the Longmont office has a longer wait time and that they are working on making it better. He was easy to communicate with and got my problem resolved. I hope that no one else has to climb the "authority ladder" to anything done but if thy do I hope they can get to talk to Ugine as he was very helpful. Old review: Bad customer service and too long of wait times, no refunds when requested, no managers/owners to speak with. Receptionist will tell you average wait time is 15 minutes but all the times we have tried to use the services we paid for it's been an hour plus wait alone. Requested a refund since they can't get us in and the solution is go to a different branch to be seen. This good place to get ripped off and never be able to use anything you pay for.

My boyfriend and I live in Loveland, he makes the 40 minute drive every week to see Dr Brandon. He swears up and down how amazing his back feels after his visits. I've never been to a chiropractor and today I had my first visit. I've had CONSTANT none stop hip pain for over 11 years that causes my back, knees, spine, and shoulders to hurt. After our visit, my hip pain was completely gone, something I haven't felt in over 11 years. I can't thank or recommend Dr. Brandon and the other incredible Drs at The Joint enough. Dr. Brandon has really changed my view on this place. I thought I had met him sometime maybe a familiar face, after he had started my adjustment I knew I had not had him before he had the touch that you won't forget. I am so very happy with Dr. Christian Kneckte at the Longmont, CO office. He is prompt and very thorough. He takes the time to get to know every patients individual needs and modifies the delivery of his adjustments to meet those needs.(softer hands/heavier hands, different adjustment positions Etc.) In addition, he is able to get me back in alignment and I never leave feeling like the adjustment didn't go well. I have long term and significant back and neck issues, and he is able to get me back to normal everytime. I am also a weekly patient of his. I give Dr. Shimer and the office staff five stars. I have been so happy with treatment given and the outcome of her adjustments. As for my one star rating that is directed towards owners/management. Do not count on any help if you do have a problem or are unhappy for any reason. You will receive a "to bad" response from them and not even the courtesy of contacting you directly. Sadly will probably not return because, while I appreciate Dr. Shimer, I am not willing to give my money to a company that doesn't care about their patients.

The staff is very friendly and gets to know their clients quickly. I feel welcomed when I enter and as I leave. I also really really enjoy the adjustments. Dr Shimer is my favorite, but the others are good too. I've never had a long wait. I can usually just pop in and out in 10-15 minutes total, which is great. I wish they had a location in Lafayette - but I would probably still go to Longmont for Dr Shimer if she didn't change to the new office!

I took my daughter here and seen a lady DR, she was amazing my daughter had a sore neck couldn’t even move her head at all. This DR was extremely nice and caring and was VERY GENTLE with her and her neck. I took her on Monday and seen a guy DR it was very busy I think about 4 people waiting and two more walked in. I should of listened to myself and walked out. Normally when walk in places get busy, they tend to not take their time and rush their customers. We waited about 10-15 mins. Which was fine. This guy Dr I didn’t even get his name. Was very rushed when he seen my daughter. He didn’t even seem to care where she was hurting or where she was sore at. He had her lay on the table and popped her back in two places one in the middle and upper back toward her neck area and then popped her neck. Mind you this is a SORE NECK he had no care in the world that it hurt her. He then had her get up and used a clicker thing on her neck and he then asked her to move her head up and down and not even bother to ask if it hurt her in any way. He kept demanding her to look up when obviously if she didn’t, she is in PAIN. And that was it he did the click a couple times and he was done. Told us to come back in 2 or 3 days. Didn’t even say anything to us. Just look up look down and that was all the communication he did. I want to say about 1 min or 2 mins. He didn’t ONCE ASK MY DAUGHTER ABOUT HER PAIN OR TO SHOW HIM WHERE IT HURT. He didn’t ask HER ANYTHING. Not like the first lady we had seen on Sunday. She was kind and took her time with my daughter. My daughter was feeling better after seeing her. And she woke up and was a little better. But as requested from the first DR. She recommended me to bring her in on Monday to see the guy DR. Now after seeing this guy DR today My daughter is in more pain now due to the roughness and unkindness this guy DR was. She told him she was at a 6 in pain now she is at an 9. I already paid for the kid’s month package as recommended by the first lady DR. And now I feel like I am stuck with this package. I am going to take my daughter back to him tomorrow to fix her since he did make her WORSE. But she is afraid to and does not want him to touch her. I would rather see that Lady DR but was told she only works on Sundays. TO BAD, as I rather just go to her!!! But unfortunately, pain does not just happen on Sundays. After reading the reviews I better not get stuck with a stupid monthly package, as I only agreed to ONE MONTH.

Poor customer service skills and thiefs. I asked to have my services canclled in april during covid,and not oly did they lie to me saying I was canclled but when brought to attention that I was still being charged, they refuse to refund me and blame me saying I didnt fill out a form I was never given. Met with a terrible chiropractor last week. No one ever answers the phone when calling. What the hell is that about? Do you guys not answer your phone? Witnessed some unethical behavior. First visit and beyond disappointed. Initial exam was a simple push on my shoulders no scans or other physical test. Only basic table and was told my sciatic adjustment done wouldn't be done by the other chiropractors in the office due to their style. Then receptionist forgot to give me first time paperwork then at the end tried to get me to sign up for the monthly plan by adding 3 more adjustments for the month. Unprofessional

Wasted an hour waiting in the lobby even after booking an appointment. After waiting an hour I still had 2 patients before me. I can’t comment on the doctor but their scheduling and front desk can do a much better job of not wasting patient’s time. Also just kept on hearing the doctor and front desk sell out their 3-4 visit plans as that’s most affordable. Don’t waste time here , go for others in the area.

The front desk staff have always been willing and able to help! They have answered any questions I have asked and gone out of their way to answer a question if they weren’t sure. Coleson is excellent, as are all the front desk staff, and does his job well! I have a serious brain injury, and Coleson has answered questions I have had, not only about chiropractic care, but computer related questions, auto, or business. The different chiropractors each have their own way of adjusting, which I think is an advantage. The most important thing about all the chiropractors is that they listen! They adjust me the way I need to be adjusted, especially with old and new injuries that I have. I highly recommend The Joint! Also, I appreciate that they are open on weekends!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dr. Christianson is the worst Chiropractor ever. He second we walked in he was already trying to get us to sign up for their monthly wellness plan even before he had evaluated my girlfriend of I. My girlfriend was in neck pain which she told him yet he still jerks her around with no regard to her pain. Cracking her upper back/neck using his body weight to do so. Needless to say her pain is significantly worse and she left there in tears. I was next to see this terrible “doctor” telling him I have neck pain and a headache. He says I have “brittle back bones” and that I need to come back each week to “strengthen them”. He they attempts to adjust my neck causing a huge knot in my upper back. I tell him what he’s done and he tries to correct it by lifting me off the ground with my hands on my head while he shakes me to get my back to pop. This guy is the worst chiropractor EVER! Do not go there ever!! I left there with the same headache but now my back has a huge knot making it hurt to even turn my head.

After my old chiropracter closed in Longmont, I hadn't been getting chiropractic at all, but I hurt my shoulder this spring and my neck has been painful for a while. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Scheimer and she was coming from Boulder to Longmont to see her! So I tried her and she has helped my pain so much! She always takes the time she needs to work on me and I always feel so much better after I've gone. My pain is greatly reduced and I'm going to continue to go to keep working on getting back in balance. I would recommend The Joint and Dr. Scheimer!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in with severe neck pain. Despite telling the “doctor” this multiple times, he kept brushing me off and talking about how I need to ice and heat my eyeballs and should see him once a week. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time and my pain is worse after leaving there. I left crying from both physical pain and for feeling like I was taken advantage of. The positive reviews on this place were for another doctor who is no longer there. Don’t be fooled into going here!

I was apprehensive to leave a review for awhile because every time I went in I saw a new face at the counter and in the back. Everyone I have met has been pleasant enough, but the lack of consistency was concerning. The past couple of weeks when I go in there is a wonderful lady at the front desk, Stephanie and the new Doctor, Dr. Brandon was excellent. I'm a tough adjustment and he was able to get me from head to toe. My new dynamic duo!

I went here today in need of an urgent adjustment. When I’ve used the Joint in boulder, they have always advertised fast service and walk In appointments. Today, with two hours left in the business day and one appointment on the books according to the receptionist she told me they could not see me today and suggested I make an appointment for tomorrow. I told her my issues couldn’t wait until tomorrow, and she again suggested I make an appointment, thus demonstrating she was not listening to my issues. I guess I go to work with horrible back pain again tonight. Don’t go here, they won’t help you

I went in two days in a row because I got adjusted, went to work and messed up my back again. So I went in the next day and I believe her name is Dr. Michelle. She only works there on Wednesdays and she works at the Thornton location as well. She is my hero! She adjusted spots that no other chiropractor has been able to adjust right. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new woman. She's great at what she does! I'll be coming in a lot more on Wednesdays now!

I was in the Longmont, Co facility on April 14th and your front desk person was the WORST customer service person I have ever ran across. I asked for help with the tablet thing, and she said "all you have to do is read and answer the questions" I knew that but I had some questions about medical, but she wouldn't pull herself away from the phone. She was also joking with the doctor about previous customers and what they had said or done. IN FRONT OF CURRENT CUSTOMERS!! The amount of unprofessionalism displayed had me walk out and go to Chironow. It is crazy that you have someone like this representing your company

I transferred from Fort Collins. I tried here three times. I got a bigger guy who had a very arrogant Vibe about him! I have a spondylothesis so I require a little more attention. All three times he just put me on the bed and started cracking I walked away feeling worse than when I came in I told him about this each time and had to suffer for days over Thanksgiving out of state because I went in before break to get adjusted. Before I give a review I like to try something two to three times. There was a lady that worked only on Thursdays that did a great job but it makes it impossible if that's the only day to go. Otherwise I had to deal with the heavier-set guy with the Arrogant attitude. I am very upset with the service that I got and then when I tried to cancel they told me I had to pay for another month even though I had only been there 3 weeks? So I was stuck walking away and paying another $85 for something that didn't work in the first place and now I had to give them money for not knowing how to do their job correctly. I would stay away from this place if you cherish your health! There needs to be New Management and people that actually care about their job and helping others! I switched to chiro now on Main Street. $25 a time no hassle with bills. The guy is a great guy and solved my neck issues immediately!!!

Came in Christmas Eve, in need, before they closed and was turned away, girl at front kept saying we close at 2 and it is a 10 minute wait. I have to ask 3 times does that mean you will not see ? Super convenient. I really like how you do not have to schedule an appointment and you can just walk in. Normally I am in and out in a matter of minutes. This place is also super affordable. I am on their wellness plan and I get 4 adjustments a month for $49. Can't beat that. Plus everyone is really friendly. I have recommended this place several times to my friends and they love it just as much as I do.

I am TERRIFIED of chiropractors, but I have chronic back pain from medical issues. So I saw them on TikTok and decided I should try them out. AJ and Shay at the front desk were PHENOMENAL! So kind and friendly, and answered all of my anxiety induced questions. Doctor Nutter was patient and kind, and THOROUGH when it came to listening to my concerns, fears, and problems. He took my fears into consideration and even asked permission and explained the movements before adjusting certain parts of my back. I have had the same chronic pain in the same spot of my back for 5 years. And in a few fluid movements that pain was instantly GONE. I will forever go to Joint Chiropractic!

Do not even try to get your money back it’s pointless. I got fraudulently signed up for a plan MONTHS after i stopped going there. When i went to dispute it the customer service called me one time and never responded to my emails and phone calls. They refuse to give me my hundreds of dollars back and are trying to pawn off free sessions. I explained that i cannot accept that because i will no longer be returning. Since then it’s been radio silent from them. I am now leaving it to my bank to dispute the fraud. Worst experience i’ve ever had with customer service.

Buyer beware. I signed up for a months services (4 visits) after being given an upsell talk when I was in pain. I only went two times; the doctors service was mediocre at best and did not help so I went elsewhere. Three months later I found out that this plan was recurring, something the receptionist failed to mention. They noticed I wasn't using my package two months in a row but failed to contact me. When I asked for a refund after noticing the deductions, they denied this, saying I had signed a contract, a copy of which I never received. I am poor and elderly. I would never have signed up for this plan knowing it was recurring. Apparently the joint has a reputation for unethical business practices, which I can now attest to. Please do not waste your money on such uncaring and subpar treatment.

Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. She got me in and through the paperwork then back to the doctor very quickly and on a Saturday too, typically their busiest day! Dr. Brandon Sager is without a doubt a top notch chiropractor and I've seen plenty over the years. He went over my MRI report and we discussed the locations and types of pain I was experiencing. He then performed a physical exam that precisely located the sources of my pain. His adjustments brought some instant relief and after a couple of days I began to truly appreciate his work as the relief became even more pronounced. Today was my second visit and I'll keep coming back. You could do a lot worse than here but it would take you a while to find any better.

Since Dr. Christian came to this location I have never felt better. He has pinpoint accuracy on the areas I need most, and every time it sounds like someone jumping on bubble paper when I am being adjusted! He has turned around this location in the short time since being here, and has earned my and my wifes continued business. I believe in the vision and direction of this place so much that I invested in purchasing some of their stock! I am excited for the new location in Arvada to open as it is right next to my work. I have seen some of the prior reviews, some of which were negative, and I will say that when it comes to medical care you and your Dr. are "partners" on getting you better. If you need more explanation, ask for it.....If you have had chiropractic care before and liked adjustments done a certain way because that is comfortable for you, then say so. Dr. Christian will listen to you and give you the adjustment you need and want.

Doctors won't listen when you tell them you don't want a certain area worked. Multiple times now I've seen my mom bruised and in pain for days after one of the doctors wouldn't listen. We've used chiropractors for years and this group is by far the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone.
