My friend visited the Castle Rock Joint Chiropractic office on his way to work. When he arrived, there were two people waiting ahead of him and two patients already being treated. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, only one person had been called back. It appeared that the chiropractors were spending extra time in conversation, which seemed to be contributing to the delay. Because he was on his way to work, he was unable to wait any longer. After an additional 5 or more minutes with no progress, he decided to leave and requested that he not be charged for the visit. He then went to the Parker office instead and was seen and treated very quickly, spending only about 10 minutes there from arrival to departure. He greatly appreciated the efficiency and prompt service provided by the Parker office and wanted to recognize the difference in his experience between the two locations. Only giving 3 stars based on the experience at Castle Rock (1 star), vs. Parker (5 stars).

Tori is a great help up front, especially Q's about paperwork and feedback on Wellness Program. Doctor B is good with the Consultation, Examination and Adjustment. He is thorough but gentle with the Examination, noting the degree of pain I was in when we met, and working the Adjustment to cope with my lower R back pain. It is not every day a patient is at his PT session for L shoulder, and have his back get spasms, then go out. Their help yesterday and seeing Doc B within the hour, made me lucky & fortunate person . I (the wife of Shankar gurung )initially had a few good visits at Lincoln and Parker of this clinic, but my most recent treatment was extremely concerning. After the session, I experienced severe neck stiffness and pain to the point where I could barely move my head up, down, or sideways. The discomfort was so bad that I had to miss work and stay on bed rest for a week. I eventually had to seek care from another doctor ( primary doctor ) to relieve the pain. This experience was very disappointing and alarming. I hope the clinic takes situations like this seriously and improves the consistency and safety of their treatments.

Absolutely love the all the staff at The Joint Chiropractic, from the Drs all the way to the office staff. Everyone is so nice to my granddaughter and I. We just love going in once a week to see Dr. Sammie. She is so sweet. The monthly price of $89 for an adult and $49 for a child is an amazing deal. That price gets you 4 visits for the month, when most other places charge that price for a single visit. Go visit one of their many locations. You won’t regret it. I know I sure don’t. I Want to add a little more to my past review to say a huge Thank you to Dr. Sammie Funk for her continued amazing care of not only myself but my 6 yr old grandaughter. She looks torward to coming to see sammie every week. She likes to bring her dolls or stuffies to get adjusted too. Its so cute!! I was in Denver visiting family when my lower back went out. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to wait until I got home to see my regular chiropractor because I was in so much pain. I called The Joint and they got me in immediately. After filling out new patient paperwork, they got me straight back. I met with Dr. Funk, she asked some initial questions, did a couple of physical assessments, then did the adjustments. She was very professional and gentle and explained everything she was doing. She sent me home with notes from my visit so I can take them home to my regular chiropractor and recommended I come back for another visit the next day before I travel back home. I was so appreciative and thankful that they were able to see me so quickly and the whole staff was top notch. Even better, I discovered that there are The Joint practices in my hometown. I will be going back for sure. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I have never walked out of a Chiropractic Session and felt like huge difference. This is the "1st" time that I noticed a remarkable difference in how I felt. The main issue that I went for will take a few more visits to resolve. I knew that it would take more than one visit for that. Dr Eddie found a few other areas out of alignment. I had no idea that I could feel this much better. I'm glad that I took a chance and stopped at their office. April 2026, I have been coming to this location for several months and continue to be so pleased with the care that I receive. One day Dr Eddie was busy so I decided to try Dr Justin. He did a great job adjusting me. Today I really I was really in pain and I knew Dr Eddie was off. I decided to give Dr Samantha a try. She gave me great care and some stretches to do on my own to help my issue. Now I know that if I need to visit any day of the week I'm comfortable going to any of the Doctors at this location. I am so happy that I came here when I did. The office staff at the front desk is so helpful also. Thank you all so much!!!

I asked them many, many times to stop!!! I only went a few times and let the person working the front desk know that only wanted to do 1 month. They never bothered to explain anything to me or tell me that they will never stop charging you, regardless of anything!!! Staff is rude as heck, especially the white girl with different colored eyes. I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me, she had a terrible attitude with me about it. She said they would not approve it. Despite me going in, signing a paper for them to STOP!!! They still charged me again and again!!! I had to contact my bank and will pursue legal action against this practice. I will also be contacting the better business bureau, they need to be held accountable and shut down!!! They have a license to steal, not heal.

Just recently started going to this location and could not be happier. It is convenient and the fact that I can just walk in or go to any other location without an appointment is awesome. This place is a joke. I went in for a trial month and did not like the care I received there. I have found a much better chiropractor that actually developed a healing plan unique to me. The Joint just does the same few back cracks over and over again. The worst part is that they have been charging my credit card for the past three months and I was unaware. I have not been back since my first visit! I called in and they said I cannot receive a refund, not even for the recent charge that occurred 3 days ago! The woman I spoke with said that her boss would not allow the refund. I asked to speak with her boss, and she told me that her boss wasn't there. I asked how she was able to speak with her and she said that her boss had just walked out. This place is a fraud. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charges. Find a real doctor and get the care you deserve!

My wife has been going to The Joint, Parker, CO for a while now and has been grateful for the care they provide. We also take our toddler and infant to see Dr. Eddy and he has been wonderful with them. Recently my back went out, again, and I reluctantly went to Dr. Eddy to see if he could help. My reluctance was solely based on past poor experiences with chiropractic care with other providers. Well, Dr. Eddy was able to properly diagnose my issue as a SI joint issue and not sciatica as both an MD and another chiro had suggested before. I love this place so much. Everyone is so friendly, nice and kind hearted. Dr. Ryan Baack also asks me every time I go in to get adjusted how many hikes / 14ers I’ve done since my last visit. Open on Saturdays and for me that is better then missing work during the week. Got right in Dr. Eddie was a pro. I have not seen a Chiropractor for years. I hurt my back the other day playing golf so I went in to see Dr. Braegger. I very much appreciate it he listen to what I had to say and then they did a diagnosis on what he saw and he adjusted me accordingly to that. Unfortunately there are some chiropractors that just do the standard adjustments and maybe not what you need specifically he was great and he gave me advice and how to do some things different. If you feel like risking your life by all means visit this office. I usually go to the location over at Commons which has been awesome. Last Saturday I walked into this location to see if I could get adjusted. They were able to accommodate me however when I got sent back I looked towards the front and saw a completely unmasked woman waiting for her adjustment. I spun my head around and saw saw that the lead doctor was completely unmasked and the other was wearing a unsafe and extremely loose fitting mask. I absolutely could not believe this. I had to check on the front door to see if there was in fact a sign saying masks required and there was the sign. I complained to the receptionist about all this. She apologized to me but she should be fired for not enforcing the policy. I'm sure that doctor who is obviously an anti-masker is setting the tone there. Sorry doesn't quite cover intentionally risking people's lives. I've written to the regional manager who has not yet replied after 4 days. I will be pursuing this with their corporate office and with the state of Colorado. 5 minutes later I encountered unmasked customers in the King Soopers next door. Sometimes living in Parker is such a joy. A person's rights to individual freedom do not include endangering the lives of others. Maybe when every family has lost a beloved loved one to a cruel, horrible and isolated death they will understand what they are doing...

These guys are amazing!! Went on a Monday the day after falling down a flight of stairs and dr bregger was amazing! Ended up doing their monthly plan as I’d been meaning to see a chiro regularly again and their plan was way cheaper than my usual guy. Tried another location earlier this week and felt super disappointed when I left as I didn’t feel they got everything and weren’t thorough. Saw a different dr today and he was equally amazing and EXTREMELY thorough, made sure to get every snap, crackle, and pop. Wont ever go to a different location again! I work 3 days a week in Parker but travel from Bailey over an hour away, and I will always make sure to work these guys in my weekly schedule!

I would give this "joint" 0 stars if possible. I am a healthcare worker and small business owner. My son, who turned 18, went for some chiropractic relief and treatment and was tricked into signing a contract whereas this facility will auto draft his account on a monthly basis for treatment. He does not set anything up on autodraft and says he was told he was signing a permission to be treated, along with a set price. The "contract" is in very small letters that it is month to month and not cancellable. The office would not help him and gave him the run around. If this chiropractor is so good, why trap people into contracts for service? So they can't change chiropractors? Stay far away from this "joint" and go see one of Parker's amazing chiropractors. Our family will be pursuing legal means for renumeration and ethics.

If I could give zero stars I would. The care was hit or miss. Some of the Chiropractors are great and some not so great. That said my issue came after I canceled my "membership". Despite canceling The Joint continued to charge my account three more times. When I contacted them they initially apologized and vowed to make it right, again confirming I had canceled in the correct manner and time period and that I had been charged incorrectly and they would get it authorized to refund me. Later that day someone else called and told me they'd only be refunding two charges. No reason given but when I pressed about the third and asked for a manager I was told they didn't have a phone number for a manager only an email. At this point I was frustrated and it was coming through. She told me to calm down to which I said that there was no reason for a company to make a mistake and then try to blame the customer with nothing to stand on. She said she'd refund two and follow up on the third. I wrote the manager and have heard nothing back from The Joint Parker nor the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. This is downright fraudulent.

I went here because I had terrible vertigo and a friend recommended I try chiropractic. I was seen for my first appointment very quickly, the staff was helpful and kind, and my chiropractor was great, (unfortunately I forget his name). He is confident, smart, personable, and kind. I would definitely recommend him. After the first visit I was 70% better. Two visits later and I’m cured! I plan to keep going to see if he can help with my knee and neck pain, fingers crossed! I’ll check back in a month.

I went my first time with an excruciating headache that I knew was from my neck . I walked out headache free! Dr Kassab knew exactly where my pain was and explained everything as he did my adjustment. As I travel alot, He gave me ways to help keep my alignment and alleviate pain while traveling. I'm very satisfied with my treatment and I look forward to my appointments! The hours are great... early evening and weekends and a convenient location.... right here in Parker!

I don’t remember his name, the guy that did my adjustment was amazing. He explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and adjusted more than just my back which is my problem area. The receptionist seemed to be in a little bit of a hurry. But overall everyone was nice and helpful!
