Dr. Ramirez is an ABSOLUTE blessing. Heaven sent for sure. For the past 6 years I’ve had sciatic pain, lower back pain, knee and leg pain. I am 25. This doctor here, Dr. Ramirez made me feel like I’m 25 again with just ONE visit. My back before scheduling I felt like I was trapped in an elderly person’s body. I haven’t been able to sleep right due to the pain and discomfort I am in, or do certain activities, and could not stand taking long drives either. I was always going in and out the doctors was given pain killers, shots, was suggested surgery by the doctors, physical therapy also I had gone to a chiropractor before YEARS AGO. The chiropractor I had gone to before did not help me out at all, I just had a bad experience with them so I lost all hope and trust to ever going back to any chiropractor. I gave into giving a different chiropractor another chance hoping for a better experience and better results… like I said in the beginning Dr. Ramirez is literally ******heaven sent!!!****** He took very good care of me, throughout the session I was left smiling and was just so relieved that to one point I even cried. I never had that happen to me before. It’s been about 7 hours since my visit today and I still feel pretty great!!! I had took a nap couple hours after visiting The Joint, I woke up feeling FANTASTIC. I literally felt that my back was finally put into place ahaha.
My boyfriend also tagged along with me and it was his FIRST chiropractor visit ever and he to was in complete shock to the magic wonders on what Dr. Ramirez did. My boyfriend feels very much relieved.
Dr. Ramirez won our hearts for sure. He changed my mind completely and I can not wait for my next visit!!! As well as my boyfriend!!
Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Joint, go check out Dr. Ramirez!! See you soon!! Will definitely tell my family and friends about you guys!!

Absolutely love this place. Every doctor that I have met so far are amazing, they listen to your needs and they care. I've been to several places here since moving to Florida and have been greatly disappointed. I have faced many scams. However, with The Joint, I feel 100% heard and cared for, and I am physically better. I am normally in horrible pain but within 4 - 6 visits my pain has greatly diminished.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly!!!

Awesome doctors! If you are in pain this is the place you need to be. I had sciatic pain 1 1/2 years ago. After a few months I was better then before the sciatic issues started. I have been pain free for a year. I highly recommend The Joint in Apopka.

Infinity+ stars for Dr. Mason. He is so kind, respectful, and the most talented chiropractor I’ve ever met. I’d never been to a doctor in the same universe, even. He released me from many months of debilitating pain - but really I had been in moderate-severe pain for several years, and in some amount of pain/discomfort most of my life. I pushed through to survive until my body literally gave out. There are other great doctors at this location, but none of them really listened to me and worked on my hips and neck the way I desperately needed - except for Dr. Mason. I feel like he’s the only one who even believed me because I love this human experience despite any suffering and never fully show my pain. The pressure on my head for years from a jammed femur was almost unbearable. My pelvis was tilted back. My spine was forward and my neck was a mess, too. Nerve pain is no joke. It forced me into deep trauma work and to overcome my fears of trusting someone with the body work. I feel like I literally crawled out of Hell. I have never experienced this amount of life force energy running up my spine and it has catapulted me into an entirely new dimension and way of being. I’d say Dr. Mason gave me my life back, but I was never truly living before now. You can scroll through these reviews and see I’m not the only one whose life he has changed. He is a gifted healer and this establishment does not deserve him. He could easily work anywhere he wants or open his own business and beyond thrive. Like others have mentioned, the management here gives off really low vibes.
The business model here is non-traditional. They kind of just want you to drop in and get cracked by whoever is working that day. It’s a clinic, not an office. It’s very casual and there is no privacy.
One Friday I got a doctor who has very beautiful energy and seems like an amazing human, but her neck adjustment was traumatic. My intuition was popping off telling me to LEAVE before she started, but I ignored it because I didn’t want to create drama. There was a lot of resistance when she cracked my neck. Sharp pain shot through my cranial nerves on the right side of my face and I burst into tears (and I have a very high pain tolerance). Remember, no privacy. She asked me if it usually hurt - the answer is never. I never had that experience before.
Sometimes there is a worse before better kind of experience with chiro. If you’ve done body work or workout, you know there is a good hurt and a bad hurt. This is not what happened to me. As the day and weekend went on, my tongue and the right side of my face became numb. My speech became slurred with a severe lisp. My eyebrow and eyelid were heavy. The cranial nerve pain remained sharp. And my neck felt like I had been in a car accident, like whiplash. No one ever called me to see if I was okay. I’m sure the incident wasn’t even documented in the system.
The following week, I tried to get an email address through their text line. I wanted to discuss what happened privately and see if Mason could help me. Even though I had no idea how I could walk in there with my face like that and not get emotional or not feel weird seeing the other doctor who injured me. They ignored my text for whatever reason. The next day I called, which I was avoiding because I couldn’t talk right, and I had to leave a voicemail. They like to keep things over text, and you will get an automatic text after you call requesting that you communicate that way. Again, no privacy. So I explained what happened and my symptoms over text. The or response sent me into shock. They just kept sending robot/corporate America-esque texts about my symptoms being severe and alarming and that I needed to go to the emergency room immediately. My ears were ringing and I dissociated completely, I now see how I was in shock for a few days from how this was handled. They canceled my membership immediately over text even though that is against their policy. It really felt like some strong CYA energy and this was infuriating.
This is a free will planet and if someone would rather get a chiropractor’s opinion before a random spinal doctor at the ER (I will never let a stranger touch my spine again anyway), that’s their prerogative. So that’s what I did. My inner guidance led me to Dr. Cloe Barnes at Winter Park Chiro. Another truly gifted healer and angel of a human being. 4 weeks (6 weeks since the injury) and 4 adjustments later, I have made nearly a full recovery. My symptoms decreased exponentially after my first adjustment. The tip of my tongue is still numb and I lisp sometimes, and the right side of my face is still a little numb, but I would say it’s 90 percent better. Thanks to her.
I know this is long but it’s important. If your spine is already in bad shape, maybe only see someone who is mentioned in these reviews. I am someone who believes I can reverse any ailment and transcend anything. That is how I got through this. I don’t wish it on anyone. I’ve never left a negative review in my life, I take negativity as redirection and don’t give it my energy. But it’s important to me that I at least try to prevent this from happening to someone else. Please, please be careful.

Visiting Florida for a court hearing & i have been driving a rental car which was not the most comfortable so I started having lower back pain which gradually increased during yhe day. After picking up my boyfriends daughters who are local to the area I decided to try their local Joint Chiropractic I saw Dr. Holden explained why I had lower back pain. Since i was coming from a court hearing I was in a dress & Dr. Holden was very respectful while adjusting me since I didn't have time to change. The adjustment was amazing! I learned he recently graduated and has been out about a year and a half, which is incredible since I have been adjusted by many chiropractors in the past & Dr. Holden is definitely up there with the top chiropractors.

I live in Oklahoma. There's a location being built near my home now, which is exciting. I came to visit my granddaughter and her kids and she recommended I come here. As far as my adjustment went, I will be getting the Wellness plan in Tulsa due to my experience with Dr Holden. He was wonderful. I almost walked out while filling out my paperwork though. I shouldn't have to listen to Office Drama when I come to have my neck adjusted from my flight. It's stressful and inappropriate. The Manager had no social awareness and was extremely unkind to the Chiropractors. How can they focus on US when their "Boss" needs managing?

Dr Holden and Dr Mason have changed my life. I'm not sure if they are aware of how deeply they have impacted my health- both mentally and physically.. I wouldn't be where I am today as an individual if I was in the constant excruciating and debilitating pain I was in for years before meeting them. It has allowed me to not only regain functional mobility but to thrive. I have been able to take steps in my career more confidently because my hips are in alignment to be able to round and ditching the desk was a no brainer as I now have more energy as well. I can chase my babies and enjoy my life. Both these men take their time to do a quality adjustment EVERY time and are ALWAYS respectful. They put their patients first. I was very disappointed to hear the new Operations Manager, Jason speaking to the Physicians disrespectfully. It made me feel physically ill. As an ALF DON, I know Managers produce very little. Our job is to build up the business, drive revenue and make sure patients are taken care of properly.-- not tear down all the hard work the chiropractors have done to create an environment that is pleasant, professional and productive. What I witnessed was none of those. I used to drive an hour each way to see these Drs and I had plenty of other options. I CHOSE these Chiropractors. Please recognize the Chiropractors drive the financial growth and that I personally have sent dozens of people to this location-- I want to continue to do so. I don't send them to see Jason. I send them to Holden and Mason to be healed. This behavior is going to lead to me losing access to these gems. If you can't find creative OR concrete avenues to drive that bottom line, derogatory commentary towards the ones you should be looking at as THE BUSINESS is not the way to go. Perhaps a time out would work for Jason, works for my two year old. Perhaps Operations Manager isn't the best fit for this guy in this environment. I wouldn't allow ANYONE to speak to ANYONE that way at my facility. Unacceptable. He's creating a hostile environment for patients and physcians. Outside the New Manager---5 star experience EVERY time. Overwhelmingly Exceeds all expectations. Don't continue to trash your MVPs if you want to hit the 80-100 numbers that Dr Phillips did before they lost Dr Gibson. See any correlation?

The Joint is simply amazing!!! I signed up for a membership and I’m excited to go weekly. Having a desk job is not so good for my neck and back. Dr. Mason helped to relieve the stiffness and tension in my shoulder blade. I feel like a new person every time I walk out. The staff is super friendly and I’m done in under 15 minutes!

Drs. Newsome, Henriquez and Melerine..in my opinion, are fantastic chiropractic physicians!
I've been treated by all three, each using different techniques.... and they are all equally awesome!! I hate taking pills, so I always leave their office feeling better without having to worry about medication side effects. I mostly visit their office during the week and I see the same smiling and friendly girl at the front desk (will find out her name next time). Overall, I am grateful having them in the community, and I would recommend this team of chiropractors to anyone that needs pain relief!! Yay team!

Got to love the Joint Chiropratic!! I’m up from Seminole, Fl going for some paddle boarding and then my back has a muscle spasms. We were heading over Rock Springs in Apoka! So I looked up the local Joint were I can use my membership at. Dr Mason was amazing ! Great full adjustment got the twinge out of my back and I was back on the water that day ! Staff super friendly and always welcoming!! Love being able to go all over the US and get adjusted!!

When i first came in, I would be in pain when just walking around in both my hips and lower back. Now, after 6 visits, I feel so much better. I go biking and workout otherwise again with much more ease. I come in now, still once a week still to keep my posture and joints in check while I continue to work on my weight and health. they make me feel lighter and more relaxed.
