Dr. Mason Newsome attended the University of South Florida, Saint Petersburg and graduated in 2015, earning a degree in Health Sciences with concentrations in public health and healthcare administration. Dr. Newsome continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where he earned his doctorate of chiropractic degree. After earing his chiropractic degree, he began practicing in 2019. Dr. Newsome focuses on patient rehabilitation and pain management through chiropractic adjustment, exercise, and postural corrections.
Dr. Jonathan Henriquez D.C. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is bilingual having learned Spanish as his first language. Dr. Henriquez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. While attending the UCF he began to compete in power lifting which he still participates in today. Dr. Henriquez also received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Henriquez is board certified in Chiropractic Medicine, and Physiotherapy. He also holds certifications in SFMA level 1, ART Spine Level 1, and Rock Tape FMT basic. Dr. Henriquez has a passion for serving his community and creating positive changes in peoples lives.
Dr. Holden spent his time completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Nicholls State University with a focus around rehabilitating and enhancing the performance of his athletes. Finally, he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and joined The Joint team at the Apopka clinic.
Dr. Holden has special interest in treating athletes’ biomechanical dysfunction, which entails treating the body as a whole. Treatment would include manipulation of the spine as well as the joints in the arms and legs when necessary. His treatments are based on restoring patient’s natural movement patterns and keep them performing at their highest level. Dr. Holden has extra training from Palmer College in Cox Flexion Distraction, Gonstead and Graston techniques.
Spending time with his wife, being on the lake fishing, woodworking, and teaching patients how to care for themselves are all part of what makes Dr. Holden who he is. As a part of The Joint team he is excited to learn about his patients and treat them with the highest possible standard of care.
