Chiropractic

Life asks a lot of your body, whether you’re on your feet at work, raising kids, caring for others, or enjoying a new chapter in retirement. The Joint Chiropractic created a nationwide network of licensed chiropractors to help people feel more capable in their everyday lives, so they can show up for what matters most. By focusing on alignment and joint function, routine chiropractic care may help ease stiffness and everyday aches, support recovery from common injuries, and keep you moving with more comfort and confidence.

The Joint Chiropractic about us

Our Mission Is To
Improve Quality Of
Life Through Routine
And Affordable
Chiropractic Care

From A Single Clinic To A Movement In Accessible Chiropractic Care

Our story begins with a single doctor at a small chiropractic clinic in Tucson, Arizona. Every day, they saw a similar pattern. People were living with back pain, neck pain, and sore joints longer than they should. They worried about cost, felt confused by insurance, and struggled to squeeze booking one more appointment into already packed days. Chiropractic care was helping them move and feel better, but it felt out of reach for too many people, far too often.

In 1999, that daily experience turned into a vision for something different. What if chiropractic care were as simple as walking into a neighborhood clinic on your own schedule? What if pricing were clear and simple, without the need for insurance at all? That vision became The Joint Chiropractic. As more chiropractors connected with the idea, it grew from one small Tucson clinic into a network of chiropractic offices, with neighborhood chiropractors and care teams serving their communities and helping people move through everyday life with a little more comfort, one visit at a time.

What Our Mission Looks Like In Clinics Across The Country

Today, that original idea has become the nation’s largest provider of chiropractic care. Our clinics welcome more than 12 million patient visits each year, as people walk in for routine, family friendly chiropractic care that helps them stay active, healthy, and moving forward. Our licensed chiropractors use a safe, non-addictive, drug-free approach that may help relieve pain, support better movement, and improve quality of life for people from all walks of life. They focus on gentle, hands-on chiropractic adjustments instead of opioids, injections, or surgery, giving you another way to support your health and everyday comfort.

We focus on removing barriers so you can put your health closer to the top of the list. Walk-in care with no appointments required. Evening and weekend hours that fit real schedules. Straightforward, affordable pricing that doesn’t require insurance. Clinics located where you already shop, work, and live. Every visit is designed around your goals, whether you’re managing pain, staying active, or simply wanting to move through your day with more ease. Our mission is more than a statement on a wall. It is the reason our doors are open and our chiropractors show up to serve every day.

Quality Chiropractic Care Made Easy

Chiropractic care starts with a simple idea: when your joints move better, your whole body can work better. Through hands-on adjustments, chiropractors focus on the way your spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system work together so your body can handle more of what everyday life asks of it. Care may help relieve pain, ease tension, and improve mobility in ways that make it easier to lift your kids, stay focused through long shifts, return to the hobbies you love, travel comfortably, or simply finish the day with more ease and confidence. At The Joint Chiropractic, that is the quality of care our licensed chiropractors work to deliver at every visit, so you can participate more fully in the moments that matter most.

Clinically Proven Approach To Chiropractic Care

Our clinically proven approach to chiropractic care is tailored to your specific needs. We’ll work with you to provide sustainable relief, supporting a healthy lifestyle by helping to restore motion to your spine and joints, and enabling proper nervous system function. In fact, 60% of chiropractic patients say they experience “moderate” or “complete” relief from chiropractic care1.

Our services

  • Manual spinal adjustments are a core component of chiropractic care, made to address a fundamental back issue known as a vertebral subluxation or a spinal misalignment, which is when one or more bones in your spine are not in proper position.
  • Extremity adjustments are specific, hands-on corrections made outside of the spine to joints that have lost motion, mobility or optimal alignment, like the shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
  • The Activator Method is a chiropractic technique that combines a small, spring loaded handheld instrument called the activator with a specific assessment protocol. Your chiropractor uses this tool to deliver quick, low force, targeted impulses to selected joints based on the method’s step-by-step testing process.
  • Postural and movement adjustments if you struggle with chronic structure misalignment and poor body mechanics that develop over time from repetitive motions.
  • Lifestyle and ergonomic recommendations, because chiropractic care isn’t just about adjustments and treatment for short-term pain relief, it’s about learning better habits and regaining what you’ve lost, including your confidence.
  • Pediatric and family care is a healthy pathway for you and your loved ones. Lifelong, proactive wellness starts at an early age and never stops. Our goal is to help our patients, regardless of age, so their bodies heal, regulate and thrive.
  • Pregnancy care can address a host of challenges resulting from an incredibly taxing time for a woman’s body including: relief of lower back and hip pain, relieving sciatica compression, easing neck and upper back tension, and more.

Brandon’s Story: Back In The Swing Of Life With
Chiropractic Care

Brandon was only in his twenties when everything changed overnight. He woke up unable to put weight on his right leg, and scans revealed a torn labrum in his hip along with degenerative disc disease in his spine. Suddenly, the future he pictured for himself felt uncertain. He worried about his career at a desk, the game of golf he loved, and what life might look like if surgery became his only path forward.

Instead of giving up, Brandon looked for another option and found chiropractic care at The Joint Chiropractic. At his local clinic, his chiropractor listened to his story, focused on his goals, and created a plan that supported both his hip and his spine. Over time, consistent, personalized chiropractic care helped him move with more confidence, return to work, and get back on the course. Today, Brandon uses the routine chiropractic care he receives at The Joint as part of staying active and protecting the things he loves, a real-life example of how our mission shows up in everyday moments for patients across the country.
