She felt more like a saleswoman than a healthcare provider, constantly pushing services instead of actually listening to my needs. I really enjoyed my experience as a patient but they are not giving me my records. They keep saying it takes weeks to process and will not give me proof of my visits. If you need your medical history at any time I guess going here is not a great idea.

I recently met Dr Mike at the Joint Chiropractic office, where I go for adjustments. He listened to everything I said and adjusted me accordingly. I had an amazing experience here. Dr Joseph Thiem is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I have a herniated disk L 5 and bulging L4. Started causing me horrible back spasms about five years ago to the point that when I trigger those spasms through exercise or bad movement it causes so much pain that I can’t even stand straight or do anything at all. I heard about Dr. Thiem from one of his patients at my gym and I decided to give him a try. I had no much faith because I have been to 6-7 chiropractors before him and I cannot say whatever they did helped my pain significantly. I literally went through the door at the joint without almost being able to walk. He asked me some questions and then he treated me. right after he treated me I was walking straight and the pain was so much better. I went to see him 2 more times and by the 5th day the pain was almost gone. Every time I had an episode before it lasted for weeks sometimes more than a month. Debilitating, I had to cancel events. I couldn’t go to work on the first day that it happened. It was just pure nightmare. I can honestly say that Dr Thiem hands are magical and he saved me. He explains everything very thoroughly, he gave me recommendations on what exercises I could do and which ones I needed to avoid to prevent the spasms, which has worked very well so far. he has a wealth of knowledge. He’s also very funny and honest. He will be my Chiropractor for life. I really hope he does not move out of state lol. I actually drove 50 miles to see him. I live in Miami and I drive to go see him because I have never found anyone better or similar. That’s how good he is incredible!! no other Chiropractor has made me feel this way, even after the first visit. God bless! Thank you, The Joint for such amazing doctor!

I originally signed for a plan at the Ft Lauderdale location in 2018 or 2019. I've visited that location weekly for years (with a break during the pandemic). Staff was super friendly and helpful over there. I've always felt welcome and well taken care of at the Ft L location, from doctors to front desk ladies. Because of my move to Boca Raton I started to visit the Boca location on Glades using same plan. Initially Dr Mike was fine with me but he became more and more grumpy and less friendly to the point that ultimately he refused some particular adjustment that I know it helps me with my shoulders. I don't know why he - over a couple of months - became this miserable and unhappy provider when seeing me. I am a healthcare provider myself and I know that this is not right. This is very wrong. I wish he would have told me that I need to cancel and sign up on the Boca location in order to continue my adjustments with him. As a result of this bad experience I ended up cancelling my plan altogether. I can only hope Dr Mike one day will be more respectful of all his patients and will communicate better with his patients and learn one day some basic people skills, which are so important in his profession.

Dr Mike was meaninglessly unwilling and angry to get new patients. Today i brought my two friends to him because i advised them this place. They wanted me to come for translation. Dr Mike was very aggressive because he said previous people coming with my reference didnt buy any package. So he didnt want to see my new friends walked in with me. This was the worst silly behaviour i saw from a doctor. Do people have to buy a treatment plan? Without knowing their reason why are you shouting at me? I highly recommend this location of The Joint. I was in so much pain from my neck to my tailbone. I was able to get an appointment same day and got relief immediately. I was 15 weeks pregnant at the time and he made sure I felt comfortable and was careful. He adjusted my back, my neck and put my hips back in place. It’s like I finally felt the blood rushing through my body again, especially to my brain. If you want relief, I definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to doctor Mike for over a year he is the best. Travel over 30 mins for him even though there is another clinic near our house. Today I had to go in because I was in a lot of pain and Dr Ginger was there. I’m super hesitant about seeing a new doctor for my back because of previous issues but she was amazing. Please give this dr her own clinic she deserves it. I told her my concerns and she was very careful and gentle while being very effective. 100 percent recommend!

the receptionist was very upset. I tried asking if she was okay. But her face didn't change for the better. I signed up in Boyton Beach, but I live in Boca Raton. the only solution I wanted is to cancel or freeze my plan so that when my doctor gives me medical clearance I can return. but I won't have the courage to come to this unit in Boca Raton because I received very bad treatment. I do not recommend. the other guy who arrived next to her, I believe is the doctor. He also couldn't solve my problem. I just wanted to freeze my plan so I could use it when my doctor cleared me. Was reccommended by a friend to check this place out and i’m so beyond happy i did. I have had ongoing problems that i want to get fixed. l was looking all over but even with my insurance it would be too much . I came to the joint and the price you can’t beat ! Dgai greeted me at the front and answered all my questions and was beyond sweet . Dr.Mike did not rush and made sure to address EVERY concern i had . The lady in the front desk does not know anything about Customer Service , when you want to cancel your membership, they put a lot of problems to not do it and keep charging you. and they change the doctor from two years ago without saying anything to the clients. Not recommended at all.

I am not a client however my brother was. I understand you get what you pay for and their memberships are very affordable however the actual treatment is very minimal and impersonal. Chiropractic care can be very helpful and effective alleviating painful back and neck conditions and ever lower extremities. That's not the case here. They barely touch you. When I was waiting for my brother sitting right in front of the adjustment table, I barely heard and cracks and confirmed with my brother that treatment was lame. Not impressed at all.

Dr Rob Pennino is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He has been my chiropractor for a number of years now and I recently tried to go to another chiropractor in the area where I live now. After I failed attempt to find someone even slightly comparable to Dr. Rob I had to return to his office that is 75 miles from where I live just to get relief. He is definitely the best.

Dr. Pennino is best! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Drive all the way from Wellington. The Joint is convenient and flexible, and has easy hours. Dr. Pennino takes the time to do a full assessment and make sure you get the adjustment you need. I came here an hour before they close and was told they could not see me because they were busy. When you sign up one of the things they will tell you is that they have multiple locations you can go to and all you have to do is walk-in. I am very dissatisfied that I was unable to be seen today as the whole point of signing up was to not have to schedule appointments and to be able to walk in. Will be reconsidering my membership here.

A year ago I came to the joint chiropractic barely able to function. After the first visit I saw the difference. After 2 months of weekly adjustments I was able to take off my back brace and I haven't had to put it on since. The staff and doctors are amazing. Always so polite and kind. I asked if it was month to month when I signed up and was told it was. No one mentioned a 2-month minimum. I need to cancel because my last adjustment literally put me on the floor for 3 days and they are telling me I will be charged for month two. Read the fine print they are $$$ hungry with unfair practices. Disappointed.

Dr Jan is a God send!! He is super knowledgeable and experienced. He really listens to you and works hard to give you thorough treatment. After my first visit I knew Dr Jan was the real deal and i signed up for the 4 visits a month for $69. I guess there was a special because they waived the $29 first time visit charge, and gave it to me free!! Plus they even gave me coupons for free future visits for me and a friend!
