I have gone to chiropractors for years due to back and stomach issues. I love this setup. All of the doctors have been great and have listened to my concerns. My favorite is Dr. Pong. He truly takes his time and focuses on the any area of significant concern for me. He always sends "homework" for me through email. The ONLY reason why it is not 5 stars is because of the difficulty I've had getting records for my FSA. It's a nightmare.

Cheesy rip off. They spend about 18 seconds working on you and send you on your way and it doesnt help. And they scam you like magazines, you sign up for 2 months and they keep charging you until you physically come in and cancel in person. Huge waste of money, and very scammy

I have been going to The Joint for a couple of months. When I first went there, I met Dr. Don; he was very good and worked my back and neck over time and time again. Today’s visit was just what I needed. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dayna, who couldn’t be any nicer and smiles all the time. Then Dr. Nigel called me back to the adjustment area. He listened very carefully and he could feel the tightness in my back. He did a great job as I was adjusted and told me why he had to do. After being treated, Dr. Veronica joined the conversation and discussed other exercises to try. Dr. Nigel emailed me extra exercises to do at home and help my condition. I then was exiting and Dayna, of course with a smile said Have a great day!

I was shocked today September 14th 2023 I went to visit this location aND a guy named doctor Don call me Sean which has never been my name before so I don't know if it was a joke that he was making but I felt offended. And I didn't appreciate that. The person that I think is professional at this location is Nigel. So for here on out, I only want to see Nigel at this location. I've been a member since 2015. What chiropractor will not see you because you are a Medicare aged person? If you want to pay cash and see a doctor at this so-called joint, they will not see you if you are a Medicare patient. Does that make sense? I don’t think so. This sounds like a fraudulent to me. I have never gone to a physician that is declined my cash payment because I am a Medicare age. It depends who does our adjustments sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't . These adjustment are always done very quickly. I rather would have a few move issues addressed verses rushing thru it. These adjust wants unfortunately only a temp fit

Overall a good experience feel a little rushed by some doctors. I seen to work well with Dr Paul So I do try to plan to see him. I did come once and they were putting a sign on the door to close for an hour for lunch unexpectedly. that was very frustrating because it takes me 20-25 mins to get here usually with traffic so if there are issues with my primary location, it would be helpful to at least get a text-mail if the location is going to be closing or there are lack of doctors so we know. Front desk is always nice and helpful

Dr Paul (the director) refused to see me because he doesn’t do just ‘walk in’s’. Walk ins are not welcome, unlike the sign on the front door. They were trying to force me into some monthly plan or he wouldn’t see me. I’ve been to multiple Joint locations and have always just done a one time walk in correction without question. He was on some power trip about his facility is a wellness center not just a chiropractor. It’s not a huge deal, I live in Lakeland so I’ll go to that one I just don’t understand why this guy was so mad.

I came in for the $29 introduction price and had NOT decided to sign up yet, but I enjoyed my experience (I thought). Within a few days, another random charge showed up on my account for unknown reasons. I had NOT done anything except the $29 charge and I had NO idea she was saving my card on file. When I called, the lady at the front desk couldn't figure it out. Then she asked me to send screen shots of my bank account to her manager... I have not heard back from ANYONE since then and have not been refunded this random charge. This was not financially secure and they haven't made it a priority to give my money back.

I haven't seen these doctors here. Haven't received adjustment yet. The 2 employees I've seen just use the clicking tool on me. My previous office is out of state and I would be adjusted in 2 to 5 minutes and skipped out of the building. It was wonderful. I guess every office is run differently. Friendly staff.

My sciatic pain was debilitating and sleep was impossible. They were having a grand opening event and were offering a free adjustment. So I checked them out and after one session my pain went from a 10 to a 2. I felt so good after the adjustment that I signed up for 6 more sessions. After about the third adjustment I was pain free and really was just doing weekly maintenance. ( I also have a compressed vertebrae). Wonderful people and a great place for a quick adjustment.

I've had vertigo for almost three years now, and this past September I started experiencing tension headaches. I thought it was maybe due to vision. My eye doctor suggested seeing a chiropractor because medication was not helping to alleviate my vertigo or the headaches. I went to see Dr. Strader, my husband's chiropractor, and after the first time seeing Dr. Strader, my headache was gone, so Dr. Strader tailored a plan for me, twice a week for a month, which I did, and by the fourth week my tension headaches and vertigo have gone away! Dr. Strader is AWESOME!!
