Decided to give The Joint Chiropractic a try as it is located nearby. I’m very glad I did because in less than two months of chiropractic adjustments by Dr. Tyler Potts, I am already experiencing a good deal of relief from years of chronic back pain and stiffness. No appointments are required, adjustments take only about twenty minutes and wait times are usually not longer than twenty minutes. Pricing is reasonable as well. I opened my membership at this location over 2 years ago and have seen the decline for quite sometime. I wanted to freeze my membership while I use my insurance benefits at another chiropractor. When I called last week, the person who answered the phone was less than pleasant. She informed me I absolutely had to come in to freeze or cancel my membership. I came here due to my back cramps because I couldn't afford what I was quoted. My back cramps were so bad I had to sleep sitting up. I wore a brace for support and heating patches daily. I was in so much pain. It was a miracle when I no longer felt the pain! Now Dr. Tyler is working on my neck pain. I have felt tremendous improvement. I had really bad neck pain that caused my BP to increase and anxiety within my body. It was really bad. I remember crying in a bathroom at work due to my anxiety. I now have less episodes of panic attacks, and I'm blessed that my BP is no longer affected by my neck pain. Dr. Tyler is super kind, and personable. He is heaven sent. Really grateful for the Joint! As a professional athlete I have noticed an improvement in my recovery time since starting weekly visits at The Joint. Two of my teammates have also added weekly visits to The Joint. We are all amazed at how much quicker our bodies recover when we are in the proper alignment. Dr Tyler is one of the best doctors at the Delray location. There is usually a line on the days he is working, but it is worth the wait! He is attentive, knowledgeable and supportive of the needs of each individual. He does not rush with any of his patients. I always feel great after a quick visit to The Joint!

I hate to almost post this review because it’s only gonna make my wait longer in an already busy Chiropractor trip for Tyler at the Joint in Delray. He’s the best! I went there and they conned me to join the membership I was disagreeable but then I agreed after they took my money they said that I have to register for first two month ,after that I lost my job and asked them to cancel my membership but they wouldn't and asked them a refund they refused my refund ,mind you I did not use thier services they stole my money they don't have any business info and they stole my money, I don't recomend thier treatment was very bad and unprofessional.

This review is based on my one and, so far only, visit to the Delray Beach location but I do plan to go here in the future. Although , I am not a fan of the on-line intake form process, I was very pleased that Dr Zoe personally reviewed everything with me. She explained what she was going to do before making adjustments. I asked some questions about her approach and received a gracious and honest reply. I appreciate the exercises that Dr Zoe showed me and the email she sent with a video of some additional exercises. Clicking the link to these exercises also revealed even more videos with simple easy to follow exercises. No other chiropractor that I have been to has suggested and demonstrated at-home self care. They have a wonderful first time price and some very affordable and varied package deals.

Dr Tyler Potts is the Ultimate Chiropractor!! As a professional entertainer, (Singer,Dancer) I put my body through many difficult situations. However, the pain in my lower left back was so painful it limited my movement on stage. I went to the Joint in Del Rey Beach and paid the $29 consultation and adjustment cost for a 1st visit haven spoke to Dr Tyler, about my medical concerns. After listening to me with such nice table side manner and genuine concern, he made some adjustments and set up a wellness plan. I pay the $80 a month cost, but it is so well worth it. I visit twice a week. Even though I am traveling as an entertainer, when performing in Florida, Dr Tyler is who will treat me. Visit today!!

Best decision ever. I go to the Delray and Boynton locations and so far all of the doctors at both have been great. I love the convenience of being in and out and being able to go whenever I can since my schedule isn't very flexible. I just wish they opened earlier! UPDATE: I edited this review. I ended up cancelling my membership. I was a member for 3 months, and 2/3 times, there was an issue with their credit card processing. It was nothing to do with my card, they even admitted that it was something with their software and the doctor mentioned the Comcast. My card didn't run on the day that it was supposed to, But I wasn't aware of this so when I went in two days after my card was supposed to process, I was turned away and told that I couldn't get my treatment. They had no remedy other than to provide a different credit card which I did not want to do. I'm not going to provide a different credit card only to have this happen again. Not to mention it doesn't seem secure. I explained that I took time out of my workday to drive all the way there and it's a huge inconvenience. I even had my son with me. They didn't care. Later on the day, I called and asked to speak to a manager and she was not available. I asked that I please get a call back after the holiday and I still have not.

I left on Saturday with confirmation that I found a hidden gem! Dr Frank I cannot thank you enough for being so personable and being able to relate to my son. During our visit this allowed my son to feel comfortable with you and you were able to gain his trust. My son has been having some lingering hamstring and groin pain which prompted me to search for a chiropractor. It has been difficult finding one who accommodates his afterschool schedule with either being open late in the evening or being open on the weekend. During my search I stumbled across The Joint Chiropractic and he was able to come in and get adjusted on a Saturday. My sons pain went away almost immediately after our visit. Dr Frank thank you for your care and attention to detail with my son. We appreciate you and we look forward to continuing to see you for years to come. We will continue to be seen and include these visits as part of his wellness care to improve his posture and mobility. Also thank you for being one of the few chiropractic places open on Saturday this really made it easier for us to be seen.
