5 5 1I am on vacation for October, and I hurt my back a couple of weeks before coming. I was all kinds of "jammed up," with pain and nausea almost daily, along with this thing called "referred pain" because the nerve compression was also affecting me "down there" (yes, I'm a guy). I had a mid-back pain, lower back pain, left rear top pelvis pain, and was just miserable. I explained all this to the doctor, and he went to work. When he gave my left leg a sharp pull, I heard so much crunching and popping, and it felt incredible. He basically "un-jammed" me. I left with no nausea and didn't realize until later that my pelvic pain and back pain were gone. I haven't been to a chiropractor in probably 30 years, but now I’ll be going weekly, along with seeing a massage therapist. I remember I was diagnosed 30 years ago with DDD, so I need to keep things adjusted and loosened up. I appreciate the staff and Shay (probably spelled wrong); she was a delight to chat with. I wish I had seen them when I first arrived because the first three weeks of my vacation weren't fun, but at least the last one was. Thanks so much!

Dr. Moy greeted me with such enthusiasm. He asked me what concerns i was having and immediately went into action. I have been going to chiropractors for over 20 years. But I have never had such relief as that I experienced with Dr. Moy. And, I have visited several locations in Orlando, Winter Park, Ocoee, Atlanta, etc. He was the BEST! Dr. Moy was very engaging and knowledgeable. Throughout the adjustment, he checked to see if his techniques were uncomfortable. 4 5 1The trearment was excellant but the policy of only allowing you to freeze your membership for 3 months does not help me and many of my friends as we are from Canada staying 6 Months in Fort Lauderdale. I explained the situation to the regional manager who said he would extend the freeze for another 3 months after it expired,but when the time came I was again charged. After calling I was told he did not put a note on our file so the freeze would not be extended. Due to this dishonesty and deceit my friends have not returned this year. You would think in a tourist state like Florida arraingements could be made to accommodate clients who are Snowbirds, not having access to these services at home , rather than loosing these clients.

Upon arriving to the Ft Lauderdale location Lissie was very pleasant and informative with the different offers available for me. I was originally adjusted by Dr. Cordes which has a great positive energy. I then met Dr. Jude who is just as great. I've been sleeping much better and no longer experience the lower back pain. I come in once a week and will continue to do so.

I stopped going to my initial chiro because I often left with a headache due to a neck injury and the MD not my warning about the sensitively of my neck. I have been coming here now for a month or so weekly. When I first came in Lissie was amazingly helpful in explaining what you all were about. I didn't really know what I was looking for or what to expect. Dr. Jude has been great in not only avoiding, flaring up my neck but also assuring that what he is doing is helping instead of just doing the same thing each week.
