Unscrupulous business practices when it comes to billing… I canceled my contract verbally in-person over three months ago, only to find out they were still billing me… Because the person that canceled did not give me a cancellation form, making me responsible for 3 months of billing…With no visits at all… Do not trust their billing system…

Unscrupulous billing practices, several attempts were made in good faith to terminate continuing services with Joint Chiropractic, both the clinical and the corporate office to no avail. Never provide them with a credit card nor debit card information as they randomly take funds without approval, prior authorization nor the patient’s knowledge. To date, they still harass me via calls and text messages to get payment for a “wellness package “ which is 4 adjustments in a month for about $80. Although I have not been there in months due to the broken clavicle bone I got from the adjustment that took place there! Beware, I was a chiropractic assistant years ago, the fee scale may seem very appealing and there are a few chiropractors within Joint Chiropractic that have solid techniques and methods. Yet, it’s not worth taking a chance when it comes to not getting injured at the hands of some of the inexperienced chiropractors at Joint Chiropractic, nor the ongoing hassle associated with their arbitrary accounting practices. Go to a private practice, it’s more straightforward.

Dr. Fakhouri at has been an absolute lifesaver! I've been dealing with lower back pain for years and nothing seemed to help until I found Dr. Fakhouri. They took the time to listen to my concerns and developed a personalized treatment plan that has been incredibly effective. Not only has my pain decreased significantly, but I've also noticed improvements in my overall mobility and flexibility. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend Dr. Fakhouri enough to anyone dealing with chronic pain.

DO NOT sign up for their month to month program. I completed a cancellation form in August and have been charged twice since then. Nobody from the office will call me back. They did this when I used them two years ago as well. I dismissed it then as a one off but clearly it's not. I do not recommend the Joint at Lake Worth.

I’ve been going to chiropractors since the first time I was paralyzed at 19 years old, the chiropractor came right to my house five days a week! it’s been over 40 years now that I’ve been going to chiropractors … after probably 100 chiropractors in that time Doc Sam is in the top five that I’ve ever seen! And the joint is the most reasonably priced chiropractor on the planet specially if you don’t have insurance!..I actually have insurance now but I’m still paid by the year and I saved ???????????? but anyway just like anything else you keep going till you find a doctor you’re comfortable with but doc Sam has been great! been going here for a year and a half now since I moved here and so far so good!

I love Dr Sam! But today was more than disappointing! I am a snow bird and had my account frozen for the Summer! I came down for 4 days for work! I went in today to see Dr Sam with a splitting headache!! I have a 12 year old neck injury and Dr Sam has been the best to help me out! The girl said I couldn’t be seen because I was frozen! Do you want to unfreeze! I said no I’m only here today! Will be back at the end of September! She suggested I wait til then! I said are you kidding me? Then cancel my account, I’ll pay today and start back up in September! I can’t do that your account has not been frozen for 2 months! I just want to see Dr Sam! She leaves and returns to say nothing she could do! She said you don’t want to cancel your account because it’s now $79 a month! I said I don’t care but I’m not here for the rest of this month and the next and I’m not paying $140 for one treatment! This is utterly ridiculous!! I am so disappointed and yes $140 will not break me and Dr Sam is worth it, but this policy Stinks! So cancel me out!!! And yes I will be telling my 10+ …

The folks at the Joint Chiropractic in Lake Worth are fantastic. Dr. Nick and his staff are always kind and welcoming every time I visit. I got in a car accident 3 years ago on top of being a hairstylist. This causes a lot of neck and back pain. Due to an auto accident I was in extreme pain 24/7 due to multiple injuries - mainly neck, back, right shoulder and headaches. I love the way Dr. Nicholas Cestone at the Joint here in Lake Worth on Jog Road treats me. I have gone to many chiropractors over the years but it never seems to last. I was in bad shape when I first came to The Joint and seen Dr. Nick. Had a lot of lower back pain, hip and knee pain. I walked in limping and walked out feeling 100% better. Dr. Nick knew points on where to work on to help me. The first week of visits and I feel so much better and no more limping. Being that I am active on a daily basis, either running, lifting weights, or boxing training at age 52 I was getting stiffness and needed adjusting.
