I stopped in after a long day because it was convenient and my neck has been hurting. There were a couple of people waiting. While I waited I spoke to the receptionist about a restaurant nearby and she was engaging. I didn’t mind the 10 minute wait because I could hear the doctor spending time with another customer, answering questions and not rushing them out. I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived! However I pay a monthly amount for 4 visits and as a single Mom of 2, and one with disability. I feel like I am not able to utilize what I pay for and those visits don’t roll over, so either way I pay for them whether I use them or not, with no compensation. So if I could change anything that would be it.

I was so skeptical. After months of pain management and medication, I finally stopped by The Joint. After my first adjustment and I mean right after, I could tell something felt better. Two days later, I walked the Courtney Campbell Causeway pedestrian bridge. Something I haven't been able to do in six months. We've been coming to the Joint and Dr Shannon for a few years now. The front desk staff are always super polite, accommodating, and remember you when you walk in. Dr Shannon is the best "back cracker" (as we affectionately call her] around! The other chiropractors are friendly and have a following as well... which I s a testament to their patients feeling the love AND the pain RELIEF! Lmk if you'd like more details from our personal experience. My whole family loves them and have been going for about 5 years now ...now aged 13, 20, 22, 30s, 40s). It's the best $79/movie investment ever..especially if you have body pain or just wavy to stand up straighter ? This place won't last !! It's more of a sales gimmick than anything else where they try to sell you a membership like a gym and hard to get out of the contract. Went for my Free adjustment only to have nothing done and a lady trying to sell me a monthly package and don't accept any insurance.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PLAN! I SIGNED UP FOR ONE MONTH AND THEY KEPT TELLING ME IF I WASN'T GOING TO CONTINUE, TO LET THEM KNOW BEFORE FRIDAY, I CALLED ON WED. JUST FOUND OUT I AM MOVING AT THE END OF THE MONTH TO THE OTHER SIDE OF FLORIDA FOR WORK. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE TO HAVE 2 MONTH BILLING CYCLE BEFORE I CAN CANCEL IT. SO NOW I'M GOING TO BE CHARGED ANOTHER $70 FOR A MONTH THAT I WILL NEVER USE. SO WHAT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD DEAL AT FIRST THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN THE END. JUST LIKE A GYM MEMBERSHIP, THEY HOPE YOU FORGET ABOUT IT. It won't let me respond to your response, so I'm doing it on here. From the time that I signed up, the receptionist told me that if I wanted to cancel it, for me to do it before the 19th. They continued to tell me that every time that I was in there, up until I tried to cancel it, when they then told me that I couldn't . So I kept being told by the staff that I could cancel it and to do it before the 19th.

First time there today and it was amazing. Walk in place after your first time consultation. They are very knowledgeable and helped my situation start on its way to getting healed. Understand that most issues do require ongoing treatment for a bit before things get and stay better. They offer plans that allow multiple treatments per month and do not use insurance. Very glad I was introduced to this place by a friend.
