With a background in Life Sciences and Chemistry, Dr. Cardello specializes in Diversified techniques that focus on the spine, jaw, head, nervous system and extremities along with corrective exercise and a focus on balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic conditions or looking to improve overall wellness, Dr. Joe works to create customized treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.

Dr. Cardello is a skilled practitioner with over 30 years of experience in chiropractic care. A proud graduate of Life College, under the tutelage of Dr. Sid Williams and was selected as an Ambassador to Life College, a testament to both academic excellence and promoting chiropractic to the world.

With a deep passion for increasing mobility and flexibility, Dr. Cardello specializes in promoting elastic strengthening to help patients not only recover from pain but also prevent future injuries. After running successful private practices in both Brooklyn, New York, and Gainesville, Florida, Dr. Joe is excited to practice in Lake Nona, which is now home, to continue helping his community achieve better health and wellness.

Dr. Violla Hanna is a chiropractic physician dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a holistic approach to health and wellness. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where she gained extensive clinical experience providing spinal adjustments, soft-tissue therapies, rehabilitation, and patient education. Dr. Hanna holds additional training in Webster Technique, Activator Protocol, Cox Flexion-Distraction, and Trigger Point Therapy. She is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is committed to helping patients of all backgrounds achieve long-term mobility, function, and overall well-being.
